Beginning of June 2020 I visited for a consultation, waited a week or so to see if insurance would cover it and they wouldn’t. Still wanted to move forward with what I wanted done and called over the next 6 weeks and couldn’t get ahold of anyone so I went elsewhere. 3 months later I received a bill for the consultation which was the first time I heard about the cost and that the consultation itself was also run through insurance. I’m sure the services themself I good, but was frustrated with how hard it was to get ahold of someone unless it was relevant to billing. Everyone was polite and courteous, might’ve just been a disconnect.

Dr. Orchard and his staff are above reproach. They are very professional, personable, and caring. I had my eyes done and a mini face lift. Dr. Orchard did a beautiful job and I am extremely pleased. I would strongly advise anyone wanting these procedures done to seek him out.

I would just like to say Dr Hinze is amazing. The whole staff is genuinely caring. I went back in for my exchange and I am 3 days post op. From what I have seen from mastectomy to now and still healing his work is incredible. At first I didn't feel womanly as I call it because in the beginning didn't have enough to work with and now I am in tears as I say this Thank you Dr Hinze for making me feel beautiful again. I have no words I know some is swelling but I am grateful to have you as my PS. Will see you soon for my follow up.
