I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr Persons and her staff. I've had a brow lift, and upper eyelid "tuck". As well as fillers on a regular basis. I'm always thrilled with the results. They are really knowledgeable and thoughtful in their approach. They give great advice and recommendations when you don't know what to do, to get the results your looking for. They always explain the procedure, and pricing. Not only is Dr Persons talented, she (and her staff) are so warm, and welcoming. I have absolute trust in them. My face officially belongs to them :)

Caring and competent staff. Thorough assessment and concern for personal comfort. Dr Persons evaluates what options are best suited to make desired improvements in skin condition and rejuvenation. A sincerely personable physician who doesn’t attempt to upgrade to more invasive procedures. Her assistants reflect the same attitude and care.

My appointment was for botox with Dr. Persons. While I have been to this practice before for other procedures, this was my first time meeting Dr. Persons. She was not only lovely, but personable, honest, calm, confident, knowledgeable and obviously skilled. She explained every step and was truthful about expected outcome. She listened carefully to my concerns and goal of treatment. I did not feel pressured into any additional services. After speaking with Dr. Persons, I decided to also have under eye filler. She graciously made time to do it on the same appointment. I've had under eye filler in the past with another provider elsewhere and it was a very poor experience and outcome. I was therefore very anxious to attempt again. Dr. Persons' calm nature, obvious expertise and skill were extremely reassuring. I greatly appreciated her honesty regarding expected outcome, and further, she did not pressure me into any additional services. She was incredibly patient, skilled, professional and kind. She clearly explained the procedure, product to use, and was honest about expected outcome. I would definitely recommend her and this clinic to anyone looking for a professional, skilled and honest provider. Price for service excellent.

Melissa has an excellent chairside manner and always puts me in ease, very comforting and caring. Melissa will give you the most honest advice. She’s straight to the point and won’t sugarcoat you. I love my natural look and I have a great overall experience.

Perhaps this office is not used to catering to colored people. I am sure the Dr. herself is very nice, but the staff is rude and unkind. I had purchased a Groupon for a Hydra Facial. I had an appointment. As I entered the door, I was told they were going to reschedule me, as I was a bit late, no other customer was there. Then I was asked to fill up the forms which I did but missed a page, the receptionist rudely told me I had skipped most pages, 2, 3 and 4, out of which I missed one. Her attitude was rude and condescending. The lady that took me in for my facial, was dry and obviously not interested in providing any service. She told me the facial was not 60 mins as it was advertised and that I told her was fine with me, I told her with a smile as long as the results were good, it didn't matter how long it was. She just was rude and on-caring and said we have what we have, at this moment I told her that if she could give me a minute and I got up from the chair and told her I would like to leave. All she said was OK!!!!! and walked out!!!!!!!! No one at the reception talked to me as I walked out...I left feeling horrible and mistreated.
