I wanted a personal surgery that wanted to help boost my confidence, with something I have struggled with my whole life growing up, was very insecure about. Something that stood out to this team was the all women team, along with responses in a timely manner. I inquired in September and was able to be booked in by the beginning of January. Some places told me 2-3 year wait!! Although this is the first day and I have not seen results due to swelling and stitches, I know I’m going to be happy with the results. The day of the surgery I was super nervous going into it but they put me at ease and the process was quick. I was awake, put my headphones in and eventually relaxed. Thank you to the team that made this possible and I am excited to see my results in the upcoming month or so!

I had gone to see another surgeon before Dr Kasrai to discuss a breast augmentation. He had recommended a lift in addition to the augmentation. I didn't feel comfortable with the idea of a lift and looked for a second opinion. After researching many surgeons in the area, I found Dr Kasrai and I'm so happy that I did. It was important for me to look very natural. She eased my mind and recommended a smaller implant than the previous surgeon, and told me that a lift wasn't necessary to achieve the look I wanted. She let me go home with two implants to try on with different tops. She has been wonderful in answering all questions and concerns and with pre and post surgery care. Eva and Jane, her staff, are the kindest, friendliest ladies you'll ever meet. I'm very happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr Kasrai!

Beware of Malpractice!!!! And do not put your health on jeopardy!! On July 2015 I paid her $12000 for abdominoplasty, Tummy Tuck and liposuction surgery for the most important surgery of my life which has been failed due to her incompetency and malpractices. Because she did not perform the liposuction correctly and evenly I have fat bump in some area and my body is not symmetrical! At my naval area she put an ugly cross sign which is solid like stone. I have still pain in that area. She was saying you need to reduce your weight but after more than 12 LB weight lost the result was worse and she finally pushed me for a new remedy surgery to fix first surgery issues. I consulted with one other plastic and one general surgeons and they agreed that she did a very bad unprofessional surgery for me. They told me to complain her to College of Surgeons and Physicians/Health Professions Appeal and Review Board. Currently I am in complain process. Canada cares about animal health, this is about a human body who has been suffered emotionally and financially for 3 years.

I am glad that I chose her for the most important surgery of my life. she changed my body image and made me feel amazing and beautiful. all my friends asking about her and I keep receiving many compliment over my body look. Ava ( her patient care coordinator) is a nice wonderful facilitator with a very good manner and kindness. many of my friends had breast job done and every one happy with the result. Lovely Doctor, Terrific Helpful Staff. Finally had my last follow up. I am thrilled with my results. Will most definitely be recommending Dr. Kasrai to any family or friends who are looking for a plastic surgeon. Dr. Kasrai is patient, professional and talented. Eva and Jane are wonderful. As well as her medical assistant at St. Joseph's Health Care who's name escapes me at the moment but who helped put me at ease at each of my surgical appointments. Thank you all. :)

I had surgery here in sept and found the staff and surgical team great. I would return for more work with this office. I work as an operating room nurse in another city and from my experience they are accommodating, kind and personable. The Dr never made me feel rushed. I’m happy with my results. I would like to mention i don’t know Dr L personally I found her online much like most of you searching for the right person to do your surgery. My recommendation is to book a consultation and see if she’s right for you before listening to bad reviews.

Dr. Kasrai’s website and Patient Care Coordinators Eva and Helen gave me a good gut feeling which was reinforced after the consultation. Dr. Kasrai explained the procedure and outcome in such a human and comfortable way. She explained the outcome excellently in a way that made me really understand how my body works, what was realistically possible, and what I could expect. She gave me honest advice about what would give the best result with no pressure to go one way or another. It was precisely what I was hoping for - a real conversation about what I want and how to get there. The surgery went smoothly and fast while I lied down listing to a podcast. Dr. Kasrai and her assistants were lovely and kept me distracted while they talked about Halloween costume ideas. The healing went just as described and when I wanted to check in to make sure I was on the right track, I called in and Eva talked me through it with expertise and reassurance. Am I extremely happy with the process and the outcome and cannot thank Dr. Kasrai and her team enough.

I have been looking for a cosmetic surgeon for some time to perform abdominoplasty. I'm not usually a proponent of cosmetic surgery for purposes of vanity, however, for health reasons I totally support it. Many surgeons in the GTA wouldn't consider me as a patient since I have health issues - even though they are well managed and at normal levels with medication. I had almost given up hope when I found Dr. Kasrai. She is not like other plastic surgeons that I researched- she doesn't appear to be running a 'barbie' mill and seems to support a more natural approach to the work that she does. I was also pleasantly surprised that D.r Kasrai actually does the consultations herself - other doctors had their staff do it and so you don't meet them till the day of the surgery. The staff and everyone in the waiting room looked just like normal people,, not 'over done 'or full of silicone, collagen or Botox, it was very refreshing and comfortable. There was no body or beauty shaming as I've read about in reviews of other surgeons. Dr. Kasrai was professional, friendly and I felt that she was the best surgeon for my needs. Her staff are a feather in her cap. They are friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. My surgery is scheduled and I couldn't be happier.

I am honestly shocked at any negative comment about this team of professionals. Honestly. I have been a patient of Dr. Kasrai for many years and have felt nothing but sheer confidence and delight in every aspect of their practice. I also did my research and drove over 90 kilometers to interview potential surgeons, and hands down, no comparison. You are in the best of hands with Dr. Kasrai and Eva. No question! Sometimes in situations like this, it can be a simple struggle with miscommunication. One of the things I respect about this team, is their honest approach. Perhaps some people expect miracles and I will agree, they can’t do that. But if you want an honest team with honest answers, you are at the right place.

Dr. Kasrai is amazing! My results speak for themselves and I am thrilled! I did extensive research and asked my friends within the aesthetic industry who they thought was the best plastic surgeon for filler. I wasn’t going to let just anybody touch my face. After hearing what my friends had to say about Dr. Kasrai, I immediately made an appointment. The experience from the minute I arrived was relaxing and inviting. The Covid protocols in place did not take away from the elegant approach to the appointment. Everyone, including the receptionist was very kind and welcoming. Dr. Kasrai took time to listen to what I wanted addressed and clearly explained what she was going to do. She was friendly, honest and extremely thorough. I was nervous about pain but her touch was so gentle. I believe that filler requires a delicate balance of artistry and safety, especially when it comes to the face. Dr. Kasrai embodies both perfectly. Dr. Kasrai makes you look very natural. I didn’t want to look overdone, just refreshed and youthful which is exactly what I received. I LOVE my results and would highly recommend Dr. Kasrai!

It’s not a easy decision to pick a surgeon when there is so much at stake and it can become very overwhelming. I went for several consultations but the moment I walked into Dr Kasrai’s office I felt comfortable and in good hands. Eva was/is amazing at really making you feel at home and welcomed and took extra care to reach out to me many times before and after my surgery. Dr Kasrai is straight to the point (which I like in a doctor) but also soft and approachable. She did a fantastic job on my tummy and breasts! I have never looked in the mirror and liked my breasts and she worked wonders and I am BEYOND amazed! Honestly I cannot rave more about this medical team - amazing. Amazing. Amazing!

Dr Leila Kasrai is a wonderful and talented plastic surgeon. She will answer questions before you ask them. She smiles and is kind and very professional. Her staff is equally informative and extremely pleasant. I had the labia reduction surgery. Ladies your not alone, this bothered me and me alone my bfs never said anything. It took me 7 years to make the decision. I won't sugar coat it for me the first 3 days were very uncomfortable not necessarily painful but soar and awkward to get around and sleep. Get creative with pillows!! A week later I feel 95% better still have some stitches but I peaked with a mirror it looks amazing. I would do it all over again in a heart beat. I wish I had done it earlier but I needed the right surgeon. My self confidence was at a 80 now its 100 and then some. Thank you soooooo sooo much!!!!!!

Dr. Kasrai and her staff are simply incredible. The one thing I want to make note of that others have not yet mentioned is the pride she takes in her work. Although I was not aware of this fully until after the fact, Dr. Kasrai's personable approach and my first assessment with her indicated this. It gave me that much more appreciation for her and her work. When I went for my first follow up after the procedure it was amazing to see her genuine reaction to the results! This instilled much more confidence to see her so happy with what she had created. Throughout the entire process I felt at ease. Eva was so nice and helpful throughout, and always available to answer any question (even after hours). Dr. Kasrai is very kind and knowledgeable. She is in tune with what you want and is honest in her recommendations. I met with a few other doctors beforehand and none of them provided me with the same kind of comfort and background that Dr. Kasrai had provided. I am extremely happy with my results and am very thankful for everything she has done for me! This was one of the best decisions I have ever made and she made my dreams come true! Dr. Kasrai removed a cyst from my left cheek in 2014!! I was very worried about scarring! Two years later and the scar is barely noticeable!!! The cyst protruded from my cheek under my eye and was very obvious. Dr. Kasrai did an amazing job at removing it intact to ensure it does not return and to ensure minimal scarring with her stitching technique. For 7 years I saw this cyst everyday in the mirror and in my line of sight. Thank you for changing my life Dr. Kasrai!!!
