Spoke with Dr. McHugh regarding a breast lift and switching my older, saline implants to new silicone implants. He was very clear and concise. Extremely informative. Very nice man. You can certainly understand why he has received award after award. His nurses and the receptionist were also very nice and made you feel very comfortable the minute you walk in the door. I will definitely be using him for my procedure, after visiting 3 other highly recommended doctors in the area. I’m excited!!

I am very disappointed when I went in for the consultation and the surgery they were great 8 months in and I am having issues I paid 10k to get an augmentation and a lift. Now they want me to pay another 8k to redo the lift. Very disappointed and will not be going back or recommending anyone!! You would think he could just charge for the hospital visit and warranty his work as it has not even been a year! I am taking my business elsewhere

Throughout my life, even as a young girl, I always had issues with very pendulous breast. I was extremely insecure about the way they looked and was so happy when I was finally able to change that. I only went to one consultation, and that was with Dr. McHugh. I knew immediately that he was the best fit for me. He made me feel completely comfortable, was knowledgeable, and helped me to understand all of my options. He has the best bedside manner and before my procedure, he even prayed with me for a successful surgery and recovery. I had very little pain afterward, and was able to get back to my regular daily duties very quickly. My breasts look very natural, and I am MORE than happy with them even 4 years later! I highly recommend Dr. McHugh plastic surgery. You won't be disappointed!

After weeks of extensive research about Dr. McHugh and his practice, I decide to choose his as my surgeon. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my breast augmentation. He did an impeccable job. He is remarkable. I never felt rushed while Ian my appointment, he’s extremely thurough with explaining he lrocedure both pre op and post op. He listens very carefully to what your goal is and will give you his professional suggestions. I’m extremely happy with my procedure. I knew from the moment I walked into his office, from his receptionist Rebekah, to his nurses and he himself, that I was definitely I. The right place. He explained everything in detail and even asked me if I had any questions. He’s a remarkable surgeon and treats all of his patients with the up most reaspect. My insision isn’t even noticeable, they’re a bit of swelling which is normal and no bruising what so ever. His. Bedside manner was the best I’ve experienced ever with a sermon before. Dr. McHugh even took the time to even say a prayer with me and my husband before going in to surgery. I HIGHLY recommend Dr McHugh for anyone considering enhancing their already natural beauty. I can assure you, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Dr. McHugh for giving me the confidence I was looking for. If you’re still not sure, I’d advise you to pay a visit to his office and see the achievements that are everywhere you look in his office. I will definitely be a returning patient. ZERO STARS. The pictures I included are a final product of Dr. McHugh’s facelift surgery. I was left with these very disappointing and uncomfortable results after an expensive procedure. After having more than 7 minor procedures in the office, Dr. McHugh told me he would correct his errors but I would have to be in a hospital setting. He also left my chin uneven, and I received several very painful injections in order to correct that problem as well. The shots caused painful and unsightly swelling and hard lumps under my skin. He assured me that there would be no more cost to me, and accepted responsibility for causing the deformities pictured above. Dr. McHugh’s office scheduled me for a corrective procedure. After I had been scheduled and I thought everything was decided upon, Dr. McHugh’s wife, Katherine, decided I still had to pay $400.00 and that there was nothing else to discuss. I did not have the funds to pay that fee, so I had to cancel the surgery. Because of Dr. McHugh’s mistakes and his lack of ability to follow through with correcting them (as I had been promised he would), I am left with no confidence in my appearance due to my permanent, painful deformities. My warning to any prospective patients is to have a witness if you decide to see Dr. McHugh, and be aware that his wife may interfere with the doctor-patient relationship. I would never wish this situation on anyone and I do not recommend seeing Dr. McHugh.

It’s a nice place and the doctor has great bed side manners. The medical assistants were friendly. However, I was almost ready to turn around and walk out because I felt that I was not greeted professionally. As soon as we opened the door to walk in, the receptionist just looked at us like we did not belong there. She did not greet us and when I confronted her about it, she said she waited until I approach the desk. I thought it was a lame excuse but, Dr. Hugh was awesome and knowledgeable. I am considering making an appointment and getting the procedure done.

I saw the poor reviews about Dr. McHughs practice and was honestly shocked. I had a breast augmentation done almost 3 years ago now and have had ZERO issues. I'm 100% satisfied with the procedure. My breasts still look great. No issues post op either. The staff was friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable. The office was immaculate and very nice. Dr. McHugh was warm and friendly and seemed to really know his stuff. 5 stars well deserved.... still just as happy 3 years later. If you're considering his office, I encourage you to schedule a consultation and form your own opinion.

The office was very nice and the staff were all very nice. Dr. Hugh was very professional and took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I got injections under my eyes to reduce the dark circles. I am very happy with the results. I also got a quote for a tummy tuck and liposuction. I'm still trying to figure out when the best time, work wise, will be, to have that work completed.

A few yrs ago, I went for a consultation with Dr Mchugh for breast augmentation. He examined me and advised what he said would be the best choice for me. I scheduled the surgery for a few weeks later. As I went to him for subsequent appointments after surgery, I expressed concerns that the breasts were not symmetrical. He assured me that this would correct itself after swelling was resolved. Needless to say, the problem did not resolve. After about three months, I returned and asked him to please help make the situation right. He explained that all that he would do to “help” would be to remove the implants. He would not replace them, even though they were under factory warranty. I saw another, excellent plastic surgeon, who explained that the implants were were too large for my skin to handle, causing knots and asymmetry. At this point, I cannot afford to have more surgery. I would not recommend that you put your trust in to Dr Mchugh’s hands.

I have to say I like Dr. Mchugh, but not too sure about the rest of the staff. There always seems to be drama going on. Drama that is shared with the patients about other patients and drama about employees. I think someone should talk to this Dr's wife and staff about being professional.
