Don't think twice! My entire experience with Dr. Malone was a pleasure. From our virtual zoom consult, Melanie knew her stuff, answered all of my questions and was SO down to earth and sweet. Any "fear" I may have had turned quickly to excitement for my first "cat eye lift" procedure. Before considering the injections, I had heard that under eye filler is a treatment that can easily be botched if not performed by someone who has extensive experience and knows exactly what they're doing. During the consultation, Dr. Malone was interested in listening to my concerns. She did not push me or try to convince me to have additional procedures. Dr. Malone is amazing. I had been looking for about a year for someone to do my upper eyelid surgery. I had met with several doctors in Los Angeles and San Diego. They all wanted to overdo me. One LA plastic surgeon even said "I would not look pretty" unless I added a browlift to my desired procedure! I had given up and was complaining about this to my Dermatologist and he said, "I have the person for you". Well, I am here today to tell you 2 months after my upper eyelid procedure with Dr. Malone I cannot stop looking in the mirror because at almost 63 years old "I look pretty" with just my eyelids done. When I first met with Doctor Malone, she listened patiently to what I wanted and delivered without making me look overdone. Plus, unexpected bonus I cannot believe how much better my peripheral vision is as well. I did my lip fillers with Dr. Malone this month and I couldn't be more happy with the results. First off, her office is gorgeous and inviting - so clean and chis! Riley, the adorable front desk manager, makes you feel welcome and got me in almost immediately upon my arrival to be seen by Dr. Malone! I am absolutely terrified of needles and let me tell you, this woman is a genius. I showed her the cliche "I want lips like this" screenshot from Instagram and she knew exactly what to do - even if I didn't really know what I wanted. I did half a syringe of Juvederm at my first appointment and loved the result so much I went back to do the rest 2 weeks later. The process took me about an hour and a half each time. I was a total baby about the pain (even though it wasn't bad) which is why appointment took a bit longer. Dr. Malone is super attentive and empathetic so she allowed me to numb my lips before the initial injects and also before the second round of injections. Not everyone will need additional numbing cream applied, I just really hate needles lol. She also gave me a stress ball to calm my nerves lol Regardless, the entire experience was seamless and lovely. I really appreciate her honesty and while I'm dissapointed the surgery wouldn't address an area of concern I have it is refreshing to know she won't just perform a procedure. The day of my apt I walked into her beautiful office and immediately felt at peace. Her office design is so calming and staff is very accommodating. Once I got to meet Dr. Malone to start my procedure she made me feel so comfortable, she put marks on my face on the areas I felt most uncomfortable with I had a mirror the entire time to see what exactly we were going to do. She numbed my under eyes for about 15 minutes then started to inject the Restylane. Every time she would go in she’d warn me about maybe feeling a bee sting but I felt nothing. My results showed right away I looked so refreshed. My under eye bags were something that I had as a kid and was self-conscious about. This treatment increased my confidence and most importantly it looks very natural! The results make me look like I’m well rested even when I’m not, which is amazing for a mom of two! I highly recommend Dr. Malone to anyone interest in filler she is an artist when it comes to face work. I had 5 consultations (well I planned to have 7) before I 100% knew I was going with Dr. Malone. I instantly knew she was the one! I had a deep plane facelift, lip lift and my upper and lower eyes done. I know it sounds like a whole lot, but when I came back to work on day 17, I just looked refreshed! Trust me days 1-10 I looked atrocious, but everyday I just heeled and after 2 weeks I could put make up on and dine out. There was virtually no pain. I only took the meds the first night and second day; after that I didn't even take Tylenol. Mostly it's just annoying because it's hard to see with swollen eyes, which means it made it hard to read or watch TV until about day 4. My hubby is so jealous of my new young (NO EXTRA SKIN) look that he is now going for a neck lift and eyes. I honestly did not think he would EVER do this! OH, and I forgot to say that because I love Dr. Malone so much that my sister and sister-in-law also had facelifts. They too love the results!!

Hello, I have gone to plenty of day spas, but there was no better feeling than choosing Dr Malone. I knew I found a great Dr. when she explained certain fillers and their feelings or purpose. I explained my need for botox and she explained the muscle movement and her suggestion, rather than just going in and placing Botox and wham bam, thank you ma'me -I was out of there. She spent the time to explain where she thinks placement should me. Even though I have had some fillers before and or botox, I still never understood why certain products or why certain placement of botox.
