I don't post much, but when I do it's because the experiences I've encountered have moved me enough to want to motivate others into making a decision. I spent several months doing research and I'd like to say, I'm happy with my decision. I wish people would post based on the work, not solely their customer service experience, but everyone is entitled to an opinion... So here goes. After 22 years of being a mother, I FINALLY decided to follow through with lipo and a tummy tuck. I came in for my free consultation and was assisted by Lauren and Jennifer (I love these ladies). I've never felt comfortable enough to have anyone see my fupa, but these ladies were so professional, that I was able to comfortably explain my desires. 3 months later, I made my decision and followed through with the surgery.I also decided on fat graphing, which was a good decision for me. During the pre-op appointment, I met with Dr Garramone, who took his time with me and explained what we could do and let me decide on all I wanted. I felt comfortable although still a bit shy/embarrassed of my body. I got to meet the surgical tech (nice lady), which I thought was great. In addition, the night before surgery the anesthesiologist reached out to me and I met him before I prepped for surgery; which I also thought was nice. I had always imagined seeing myself look as I did, 22 years ago, but seeing myself in the flesh... Dr Garramone is an artist, a humble person with great bedside manner! I literally cried at first glance of myself in the mirror, the day after surgery. He made my dream come true. My stomach is flat and my tummy tuck scar/line will be easy to hide regardless of what type of bathing suit I decide on. (The facility also offers scar minimizing procedures). The healing process has been speedy, might be because they provide you with details on what to eat and drink for minimal bruising and faster healing. Overall, my experience has been a 5 star 2 weeks post surgery. I know 3 others who have had their procedures with Dr Garramone and all are as happy as I am. I recommend Dr Garramone. Their facilities are nice and clean, with an upscale vibe. Their post-op attention is completely worth it! I ran out of meds in time for Christmas, but Dr Garramone provided his personal cell and I was able to get my meds filled within 30 minutes and right before the pharmacy closed for the holidays. I couldn't have picked a better team and best of all, so close to home. Thank you, to everyone who made this my reality, from the phones to the surgery room! Special thanks to Dr Garramone/Jennifer/Lauren. ❤️ You have changed my life forever.

My son had a consult and scheduled his surgery once a deposit of $1000 was made. The financial statement was not signed at this point. He has now had to cancel his surgery due to family emergency and this office refused to refund the $1000. This is shady business for sure! They keep this money when no services have been provided. I have contacted my attorney regarding this matter but ALL need to be aware. The office assistant is rude the minute you attempt any discussions as well. I asked to speak with a manager and the "gate keeper" will not allow you to talk to anyone else! Horrible office to deal with with such an important matter.

I had my first breast augmentation done yesterday and I have nothing but great things to say. The surgery center was immaculate, and the attention to detail to make you at ease and comfortable was outstanding. Dr. Garramone and his staff are so polite and welcoming. From start to finish it was a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Garramone and will be telling all my friends and family about this office. Thank you again!!

This is difficult for me to write - I can’t begin to express how disappointed I am in this practice. I had a couple of different facials from Garramome and was pretty happy, so I thought maybe I could trust them with other procedures. Big mistake. I paid for emSculpt per their recommendation and ended up being BIGGER after the procedure (Cassie, their technician, agreed with me that it had the complete opposite effect). I’ve been trying for the last six months to reach someone about rectifying this but to no avail. I now have to pay to go somewhere else to fix the issue they’ve created. Think twice before investing in anything here. They do not care about patient satisfaction as long as they are paid at the end of the day.

If you were thinking about using Garramone Plastic Surgery... read this BEFORE booking any type of appointment: I was totally impressed walking into the state of the art office. The staff was polite and well informed. I came in for a consultation with Dr. Yee. She’s been spent a great deal of time with me going over my options such as starting with some Botox and injectables with my future goal down the line of having a facelift. I booked an appointment for the following week at 9:30 AM. The day before the appointment her office staff called and asked if I could come in at 9:15 AM… Sure, no problem. I am on my way to the appointment this morning when I receive a phone call 30 minutes before my scheduled time from her staff asking me if instead I could come in in the afternoon since Dr. Yee has a conflict; she has a surgery booked this morning! Are you kidding me?? I was already in the car driving to my scheduled appointment. It’s not like she had emergency open heart surgery to perform.... She’s a plastic surgeon. So obviously it meant more money to do a surgery then a couple thousand dollars worth of injectables. So very unprofessional on her part and her office staff. Then to top it off, her office staff calls me back because they know I’m upset and are willing to delay the person waiting upstairs for plastic surgery. So VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ON ALL LEVELS! Once you look past the beautiful office and the kind and sweet staff, this doctor and practice isn’t for you if you want someone that obviously cares about their patients above the money. They just lost a patient that would have been coming back for years… Who doesn’t want to look young and youthful. BTW... this all took place today

If you have ever considered a breast augmentation THIS is the establishment to visit! Since the day of my complimentary consultation with Doctor Garramone and Theresa I have felt like a VIP patient. When it came to their patience, education, and accommodation I was over joyed with anticipation for my big day! While arriving on surgery day I was anxious and nervous. So ever so naturally my nurse Riley took me to a quiet and comfortable room with a gorgeous view to sit back and relax in a massage chair to calm my nerves. Next I was put into a private room to unwind with my choice of television or music while I was briefed on my prescriptions as well as the process going forward for the day to keep me at ease! I was also able to personally meet my anesthesiologist Mona who has STELLAR reviews of her work as well. Doctor Garramone, Theresa, Mona, Riley and the entire staff were so extremely kind, welcoming, and informative from day one. And now I have a beautiful breast augmentation to rave about until I am due for a new set ???? I would never trust anywhere or anyone else! I am in virtually no pain and absolutely thrilled with my results. This is the best there is in SWFL!! Do not hesitate to book your special day at Garramones Plastic Surgery! ????

I can honestly say this place is amazing. I see Valerie when I go, she is so meticulous and attentive to detail. I tell her what I want and she instantly has a solution (she’s my girl for life, I will not go anywhere else). I can tell you, I have visited other offices and not had the same experience. Garramone is the best of the best, I drive here all the way from Key West because of this. The last two times I visited I have had the pleasure to speak with Nicole before I saw Valerie. I suffer from anxiety and some days it’s so crippling I struggle to go in public. I told Nicole I was anxious, she took my concerns serious and offered me some snacks, little did I know her suggestion would solve this issue (my blood sugar was low). I instantly felt better. I also asked Nicole some questions about skin care, she gave me some samples to help with my concerns (acne). Every time I visit this place I am greeted with big smiles and feel at home. The staff really goes out of their way to do their job with the utmost dedication and precision. I have loved every visit I have had at Garramone! I look forward to my next visit :)

Wow! Shout outs to Jennifer and Valerie they were great! Everyone in the the practice that I encountered was extremely nice and welcoming. I will certainly be back!
