I had surgery with Dr Anzurut September 30, 2020. I had a tummy tuck and we used the fat for a fat transfer to enhance my face due to aging. I liked the idea of using my own fat as filler. It gives a natural look with a more youthful appearance on my face. Dr. Anzurut used extra care with liposuction to give my abdominal area a contour that is very pleasing shape. Not only am I happy with the procedures I had done, the after care was very good. I am still healing although I was able to contact him with any concerns I had post surgery. I was impressed with the medical staff that works along side him in the operating room. They expressed a high respect for Dr. Anzurut and said he is meticulous in his Surgery procedure. My GP supported my decision to get this done as she said some of her other patients where happy with the outcome. Prior to my hand surgery to release two trigger fingers in my right hand I had been told by friends it can take months for full healing and for the pain to go away completely. After my surgery by Dr. Anzarut I experience almost no pain after the local anesthetic wore off and after three weeks I am completely free of pain, I have regained full function and the scars are almost invisible. Ive had to see dr. Anzarut several times. I had a rhinoplasty several years ago. I had a second rhinoplasty done by another dr (during a leave Anzarut took) a year later (was planned, complex case from a trauma). As a comparison the other dr specialized in facial reconstruction; however the experience i had with Anzarut was exceptional. He is very current in his knowledge, let me know the expected outcomes and was encouraging and supportive through my apprehension. Recently i needed a hand surgery, again from trauma. He was exceptionally diligent and went above and beyond to fit me in and get a quick surgical date for me. In all of this i never felt he was focused on money (my hand surgery was wcb: they pay Dr's poorly too) and he always demonstrated a genuine desire to help going above and beyond. He proved exceptionally knowlagable and has significantly improved the quality of my life. He never offered or encouraged unessicary surgery. Couldn't have had a better experience.

I went late on a Sunday. Kind of dropped in and found their hours were 10 a.m. till 1 p.m. . The waiting room was quite full at 12:15 p.m. . I was the second to last client to be accepted before I noticed that the receptionist was informing new entries that they were not booking any new clients in at that time. That being said things moved along with two doctors on duty. Absolutely no complaints and very happy that I happen to step in at the right time.

I have wanted breast implants for as long as I can remember. I was not blessed with much of a chest and what I did have was very uneven. My right breast was significantly larger than my left. After having 2 children I was left with mostly skin. I had a consultation 2 years ago with a different surgeon and he told me that I was basically a lost cause and I would require multiple surgeries. Fast forward to June 10 of this year when I had a consultation with Dr. Anzarut. He was very professional and explained exactly what my physical appearance would be post surgery and how my left breast may not be perfect but would definitely be improved. I waited for 6 months to get to see Dr. Anzarut and after WCB caught up I was asked to come 'late' to see Dr. Anzarut at the hospital after about a 12 hour day. I rushed in, explained the predicament and then not only did he stay to set things up, he created an early OR time for me very early in the morning a few weeks away to facilitate my personal and work schedule. At first he was short and terse I thought but did after a long day look after me and I realized he was not terse when he brought up his schedule which had nothing but 12+ hours a day everyday. He did the surgery, sent me videos and emails with brochures for care, exercises afterwards etc and all were extremely helpful. His staff knew their duties and performed them quickly and with professionalism and kept me informed. Operating day was like clockwork into his office, scrubbing, freezing and up to hospital where I waited 'maybe' 5 minutes in chairs and was operated on for maybe 10 minutes and never felt a thing and again, he explained everything as he went. Very impressed at him and his entire team's professionalism and know that all his extra time was in his own personal time. Should anyone be considering a procedure involving Dr. Anzarut, I'd very much recommend they go to him as he is the whole package from beginning to end and takes huge pride in doing that complete job and an artist with the stitches--2 weeks and they are near invisible already and zero pain all the way through. Top this off with him phoning my house on Saturday night after the Friday operation to see how I was doing and spent another 10 minutes on the phone with me walking through issues to ensure all was going to what he wanted and then again reiterated what needed to be done on my part to ensure ultimate success. Thank you Dr. Alex Anzarut.....first class in a challenging VIHA environment.

After some research, I was thrilled to find out we have an internationally trained breast lift and reduction specialist right here in Cowichan Valley. Dr. Alex Anzarut's website was informative and even had professional, respectful photos so I could see what I was signing up for. I had the surgery this past January, and it was a surprisingly positive and efficient experience, even during Covid. I had put off doing it for years because of my fear of hospitals and surgery in general, but Dr. Alex and his staff were both efficient and accessible through my experience. They even helped me through the process to get medical coverage to cover the costs, which was a big relief. Even though it was a big surgery, I had very little pain or discomfort after, and Dr. Alex was always available to me via text if I had issues (but I never did). He followed up at regular intervals afterwards, making sure I was healing according to schedule. I am just thrilled with the results. My constant neck and shoulder pain are gone, my husband says my posture has improved, and I'm just so much more comfortable in clothing and about myself in general. No wonder I'm standing up straighter! I feel proportionate for the first time since I was a child. Thank you, Dr. Alex Anzarut! It has been about a year since I first started to see Dr. Anzarut for the cancer on my nose. Dr. Alex was very professional, friendly, and put me at ease explaining about what the procedure would be like. The operation went well and the only slight pain that I felt was when the freezing needles were inserted. I had a couple of follow ups and told that the cancer was all removed and then surgery was done to repair the hole in my nose and to make it all look presentable again. After that was all healed Dr. Alex decided to do one more procedure to repair some of the skin on my nose. I do not know the technical term but it was to "sandpaper" my nose. Again , all went well and my nose looks great. All healed beautifully. It all was a great experience with Dr. Alex and he is a kind and gentle man but most of all a great plastic surgeon that I would recommend to anybody and everybody. A very positive experience !

From the first consultation to the surgery day, and aftercare, I couldn’t have been happier with the care I received. Dr. Anzarut called me personally several times following surgery to make sure everything was going well, and provided me with several aftercare appointments and consultations to which I felt well cared for and a priority. His office staff is extremely kind, and knowledgeable and never once did I feel rushed or less then their number one priority.

I have been going to this doctor for botox for over 2 years. I am not new to botox injections, have seen a number of diff doctors. He is by far the best. He knows the muscle map extremely well so that he ends up using less botox to achieve the look as he knows exactly what muscles to isolate. It's incredible. He is also the only doc I know that personally replies to emails and seems to remember everything I have told him despite long gaps between seeing him. I highly recommend him. I went to see Dr. Anzarut for an issue I as having with my breast augmentation. He and his staff were great! He had me in to have an MRI so quickly with the follow up appointment the very next day. I am so impressed with his honesty and his professionalism!!
