Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Guenther. He is a perfectionist and it shows in his work. I am SO happy with the job he did and will continue to go back to him for any plastic surgery needs I might have. He is kind and patient and gentle. He took excellent care of me from the time I walked into his office for consult to all my follow up appointments. I am grateful my friend recommended him to me. I would advise anyone considering plastic surgery to go see him!!!

I had surgery 2 1/2 months ago and I am thrilled with the results so far. Dr. Gunther was awesome, he explained the procedure to me and answered all of my questions. He was realistic and honest about what I could and could not do after the surgery was performed---that was really helpful in planning for the first few days post-op. The day of the surgery he stopped in before the procedure was performed and really put me at ease. He is cry approachable. The office staff is very friendly and more than willing to answer all of my questions.

I desperately wanted to trim my abdomen so I could look really good in my two piece suit and when wearing tight fitting tops. But I did not want to drop weight as I'm at my correct weight now. I contemplated liposuction but did not want down time. I opted to try Cool Sculpting. Like liposuction, Cool Sculpting actually permanently removes fat cells. After 8 weeks, the results were amazing! The unwanted fat was gone and skin tightened too. The people at Coastal Plastic Surgery know how to do this procedure correctly. I would highly recommend them and Cool Sculpting!

Dr. Dax and his team absolutely changed my life! I got a breast augmentation by him in 2020 and they came out absolutely amazing! I ended up having a bad reaction to the anesthesia and Dr. Dax prescribed me an anti nausea medication at 7am before he was even in the office he checked his messages and had a script sent over for me and it helped so much! I really appreciated this aftercare. Also the scars are not viable they healed perfectly! I now go to him for preventative Botox and I see Haley for laser scar removal on my legs and peleve a collagen rebuilding treatment around my eyes. I love this office and team so much! Highly highly recommend them!

I could not recommend Dr. Dax and his team more strongly. I did my homework, researching and consulting with several plastic surgeons in New England, and I have zero regrets choosing Dr. Dax over all of the others. Cellfina: A Cellulite Treatment that ACTUALLY works. I have tried so many different solutions to treat the cellulite on my thighs and butt, nothing has worked from creams, gels, scrubs, massages, Viora RF frequencies treatment, and even losing 30lbs. I still had severe dimples in my thighs. I met with Dr. Guenther to go over my concerns, and I can’t say enough about how thorough he is, he explained the treatment in detail and does not sell you or push any procedure. Along him being awesome, his staff is amazing. I booked my Cellfina procedure right after summer and wish I did it years ago. Two weeks after the procedure, I already saw a huge difference. Six weeks out, I am amazed at the results and they will continue to improve over the next year. Dr. Guenther took the time and made sure to get all of my problem areas. I was sore the first day and by day 2-3 I felt fine. It is a little tender the first few days but a quick recovery. Cellfina actually gets rid of your dimpling cellulite.

His personality was humble, kind and very caring, he listened intently to me. He educated me on the various procedures, his wealth of knowledge and detail was incredible. The staff was so kind and knowledgeable too, they provided a packet of information that I referred to post the surgery, it was spot on with the recovery! My youngest daughter who loves to research everything found Dr Dax Guenther & from the moment I met him I knew he was the right person to do my breast revision surgery. Every visit I had both pre & post op was a very positive visit (they were all kind, compassionate, and caring). The day of the surgery I was a bit anxious even though I knew what to expect as I had been through this over 22 years ago. My prior implants were okay, but it was time to remove them due to their age & finally get the size I had always wanted. EVERYONE I encountered on the day of the surgery made me feel comfortable both before & after. The day after surgery I was able to shower & after removing the surgical bra to see what the results looked like, I cannot even begin to explain the happiness I felt to see the results that I had always wanted (first words out of my mouth were WOW & I literally cried because I was so happy) Dr Guenther is an amazing Plastic Surgeon & I will forever be grateful to him & his astounding skills!
