I was very nervous going in for consultation and I did a ton of research over the years before I even decided that breast augmentation would be for me. After initial consultation I felt at ease Dr Kesarwani answered all my questions and made all the choices (and there are ton) easier. Now I’m at 3 months post op and I can’t not be happier with how it turned out! Starting from how I was treated pre op, during the surgery, and all the follow up visits. Clinic staff is amazing. Special thanks to all the ladies and nurses taking care of me. I booked a surgery within 3 weeks after my consultation and right before yet another lockdown in Ontario (timing was perfect I know). Dr Kesarwani gave me very realistic expectations because plastic surgery isn’t exactly photoshop, there are things it can and cannot do. Also went over all the considerations related to my lifestyle, because I workout a lot and compete in bodybuilding. Honestly it turned out even better than I hoped. Size choice was great too! Even after I lost a bunch of weight it still looks amazing and very natural.

I had been passed around by a few doctors before finding Dr. Kesarwani regarding a procedure I needed on an uncommon issue which was complicated by my anxiety disorder. Because of my past experiences of being passed around I was very nervous for my appointment but I was booked in just over a week after I called for a consultation and was able to have my procedure done within the same month. There aren't enough good things I can say about Dr. Kesarwani and his staff ???? My first consult in May was a virtual zoom call due to covid, which was very pleasant and informative. Dr. K took the time to explain every detail and answer any question that I had. When the office was open for business I came for my in-person consult. This was my first surgery ever, so I was definitely nervous but eager and excited. Dr. Kesarwani has this aura about him that puts you at ease and I felt very comfortable in his care. Without my informed consent or discussing all the my options he performed a free nipple graft on me which now makes it impossible for me to breastfeed.I had no idea he used this technique until one week post op. The level of care I received as a patient, not only from Dr. Atul Kesarwani, but from the nurses and the Anaesthesiologist was absolutely amazing. Had a skin cancer operation cka 4 years ago top of my head. He had to go to the bone to make sure he removes the cancer cells. This went ok but since the top of my head afterwards looked likes a valley and mountains I asked him if this look would ever change. He said don't worry in a couple of years you will look like you had no operation. In addition I asked him why my face and especially around the eyelids it gets greasy and I have to clean it 2 or 4 times a day. He answered -I don't know- and walked out of the room never to be seen. Very personal at the beginning, terrible at he end.

He never made me feel rushed on any consult or post-op visit. I am 100% happy with the results at this point in the recovery and can only imagine I will be even happier in another six months. I have a very large liver and the Dr. was upfront in telling me what the limitations would be with my abdominal procedure and I appreciated that. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with this clinic. The staff was wonderful; however, we were extremely disappointed and uncomfortable with how Dr. Keserwani handled the extraordinary circumstances that caused my daughter to have to reschedule her surgery. We had requested that we not lose our deposit and postpone, but Dr. Keserwani refused that. He instead offered to perform the surgery within the next 48 hours, without my daughter doing the pre-op requirements for the week prior to surgery. We found this to be concerning and disturbing that Dr. Keserwani would rush into a surgery. Ultimately, my daughter decided to not have the surgery at that time, fearing that her body was not properly prepared to endure it, and sadly, we lost our deposit. I would not recommend this clinic and caution that you do NOT give a deposit unless you are very sure of your dates...they do not make any exceptions, even during these COVID-19 uncertain times!!
