Dr Rigan did a fabulous job on my mid face lift, or Q lift. My dreaded jowls are gone. After some fillers around my mouth I'll be ecstatic. Because I lost weight people know I look different but really don't know. I didn't want anything radical as I'm 70 years old. This fit the bill and I'm very happy I highly recommend Dr Rigan and his expertise

I had Liposuction months ago and after following all Dr. Rigan’s instructions, I have not lost any inches off the treated area. Actually the area has increased in size. Along with this I was left with chronic pain in the area. I would not use Dr. Rigan for any procedure’s. I feel like he took my money and failed to produce the results he told me we would achieve.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I went in for a consultation at 3:50pm. I don’t normally write complaints but I was beyond disappointed and upset about me consultation and experience today with Dr. Sharf!I came in wanting information on a chin liposuction after thinking about it for quite some time. Laurie the nurse was very kind, however Dr. Sharf ran an hour behind in seeing me, and when he did come in to see me I felt completely disregarded. He spent no more than five minutes with me and seemed very irritated anytime I asked a question. He hardly went over what the procedure entailed and didn’t explain any possible risks. I had also mentioned that I was looking to get other minor work done and he didn’t even bother to address it. I get that it was the end of the day but surgery is still surgery! Doctors are supposed to make their client feel comfortable with the surgery. It is my face after all! So of course I am nervous. I was not made to feel at ease about the procedure in the slightest. After he finished his five minute consult he told me someone would get me the price and just walked out. I am beyond upset. I spent 80$ to have someone spend less than ten minutes with me and make me feel like I wasn’t worth his time. This is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this practice to anyone! RUN don’t walk away from this place!

Dr Rigan is absolutely awesome....#1 in my.opinion...I am looking forward to.my next procedure with him! He made it so simple and easy. The whole team did!

Went in for a Botox appointment, hoping to gain more information about fillers during my visit. The doctor was extremely quiet, dismissive, and frankly provided a low quality service. I had 20 units of Botox around my eyes. He did not mark where he was going to insert, nor did he even cleanse the skin before inserting the Botox! I would have said something- I was shocked, and had little time to talk to him in general. He made it apparent that he was either in a rush or was unamused. I have had Botox done before when I lived in a different state. No patient should feel that they are waisting a doctors time, or have their concerns dismissed. The ladies that work the front desk are wonderful, but unfortunately that is the only good thing I can say about my experience at this establishment. If you are looking for cosmetic procedures such as Botox or filler, I highly suggest saving your time, money, energy, and avoid Center for Plastic Surgery off Main Street.

I am so pleased with The Center for Plastic Surgery that I had 2 procedures done there—two years apart. Dr. Sharf is a highly skilled surgeon with the eyes of an artist! I still look like me—only better! The staff is terrific, too. Laurie works with Dr. Sharf seamlessly like she’s his right hand. The personalities of the office staff are warm and friendly. I highly recommend The Center for Plastic Surgery to others. In fact, my sister has an appointment pending there. She likes my improved looks, too.

Dr Sharf has been taking care of my skin cancer and lesions since 2000. He and Laurie are a great team. The staff is very polite and on point. Dr Sharf is a master at stitching without leaving big ugly scars. Best of the best here. Would never go anywhere else.

This place doesn't even warrant 1 star! I have gotten fillers and lips done many times by the best plastic surgeons. My experience in the past is that the plastic surgeon will actually listen to what you want and make suggestions...not look at you with a blank stare and not look at the picture of how you would like your lips to look. No personality at all... I should of left but I figured how can a plastic surg screw this up. I have never had my lips or fillers done the way he did it. #1 he injected Juvederm in the center of my lips on each side top and bottom and this is why they were completely uneven with lumps!!!!! Who does that?!?! #2 he just injected the fillers into my face in a blob. He said I should smooth the areas out over the next couple of days.......what?!? Outcome... two big lumps in between my eyes and painful, uneven lips and lumpy, lumps on my face where he injected and didn't fill the areas on my face that I requested. Do not go to this Place in Orchard park!!!!! I have no experience with the one in Buffalo other then dealing with the rude and not helpful at all office manager.. she wants me to drive 8 hrs to come back and see the doc who did this. I have sent pictures and nope not good enough. I wouldn't have this Doctor( the only Dr. who works in the Orchard park office) try to correct or touch my face ever again!!!!! Trust me DON"T GO HERE!!!! Find a different more experience plastic surgeon. I do want to add that the receptionist was very professional and extremely polite.
