Dr Muskett worked on my surgery; and I ended up with two very different looking implants. When I asked why the right wasn't like the left, he said "just wear a push up bra." Also do not let him do your tattoos, I ended up with a circle and an oval, both of which look like targets and not like what they're supposed to. STAY AWAY!!!

I feel terrible for some reason my original review posted as one star when I'd meant for it it be 5. I went in and had a medical grade facial on the recommendation of a friend and I was amazed by the results. The microderm abrasion was really done well and while it felt a little odd the results were pretty remarkable.

After doing a Bella fill, I went back in after a month and half I told them i really didn't see any difference. They said just give it time. well it has been 3 1/2 months and now i have knots under my skin that are hard. I went to medical spa clinic they tried to help smooth it out. I really don't think they really care about their clients just the $$$$. Sad to be treated this way.

I received a breast reduction from Dr. Grosso and I am so happy with the results. I was hesitant to go in because I am 19 and I was worried that they would try to talk me out of the procedure. I have had headaches and severe back pain for five years and just three months afterwards I am so happy and pain free. I wanted to review my first experience here. They have a friendly staff and new patients are handed an iPad to fill out rather than a clipboard and paper. I was there to see Jocelyn for a dermaplane facial and she was so friendly, very informative and the facial was great. This was easily the best quality facial I have had in years. The results over the next week were fantastic and my skin hasn’t looked so good in a while. I love the product I purchased and will be back for more of the same and even try some other facial service options they provide. I would highly recommend her and their facial services

GET A LAWYER Before you go under. Dr. Grosso reconnected the jaw muscle wrong on my face and now I have constant pain and cannot open my mouth fully to eat. The right side of my face is ruined! I don't want to go outside because of this. They are supposed to feel better about yourself. I asked for a response for these issues and no one from the office will return my calls. Make sure you have a lawyer before you go under.

I got a breast augmentation and was suggested a lift which I decided to proceed with a year later. The augmentation went well but the lift was a disaster! I told the doctor repeatedly not to reduce my areolas which he wanted, and I told him NO! Multiple nurses witnessed me expressing my concerns with not wanting to do so! I do not want my areolas reduced! He chose to take it upon himself to do what he wanted! I'm so disappointed that I trusted a surgeon and they decide to do what they want to my body. The scaring on both breasts is horrific due to not suturing me up properly. I don't even want to take my shirt off in front of my husband which is horrible! Anyone looking to get cosmetic surgery, do your research, as this isn't the place to go! FYI he was let go directly after supposedly relocating to Bozeman. Billings Plastic Surgery Center has not, even once, tried to make this right! If I could give a 0 I would!

Front desk staff was wonderful. Nurses and Dr. Grosso were efficient, friendly, and had complete confidence in themselves. They answered all the questions we had and more. We went for a consultation and did not feel uncomfortable or "judged" at all, will be returning!

3weeks post op breast reduction done by Dr. Grosso . Extremely happy with my results. Dr. Grosso is wonderful, he will explain things in great detail, very professional, he does not rush and makes you feel like you are the only patient he has. Krista, one of the nurses, I am so grateful for her. Krista is very approachable, relatable and again makes you feel like you are her only patient.
