I had a breast augmentations 11/2013 job well done. At that time I was told I also needed a lift I choose to wait. Once everything settled I was told I could wait they were perfect to me. I decided to have my lift 11/30/2017 I’m still healing I’ll keep this review posted. I’m looking forward to the next few months to see the out come. What I can say is Dr. Hardaway is hands on she contacted me over the Christmas holiday because she read an email I sent. She personally reads the emails I was impressed. Her staff they are phenomenal Chris the best shout to her! I called before my surgery crying she listen to me. Edna (we’re best friends in my head) I love her she keeps me smiling☺️. Dr. Hardaway has well trained staff who’s always professional. I read some of the comments I’m not sure what happen but let me say my OB-GYN referred me to her 20 something years ago and she hasn’t disappointed me. I’m looking forward to more procedures with her. If you’re looking for a caring staff and doctor look no further Dr. Michelle Hardaway is the one!

I have been calling to ask for a scar revision this scar is not even and is ugly and horrible! I looked over the fact that she left too much skin but the scar It literally looks like 2 different people swed me back together! This was not work 10,000! She tried to revise did nothing about the scar and I had to literally take my own stitches out that were poking thru the skin months later because she never calls me back! They do not care about patients here or satisfaction. Edna is the rudest person I have ever met!good luck when choosing her make sure she will fix all complaining issues bc she botched me and does not care at all! What a colossal waste of time. I drove 45 minutes for an appointment scheduled for 9:30am. I arrived 30 minutes early. Didn't even get let into the building until 10 because they didn't have a room ready. Got taken back finally, and undressed to sit and wait for the doctor to come in. I waited for 30 mins. I had time to redress myself and leave and the doctor STILL never saw me. I'm sure she's an excellent doctor, but I feel the entire situation was disrespectful of my time. I'll find another office.

Surgery was booked, had a panniculectomy. Staff at the office was great. Tracey at the front desk is the sweetest. All the nurses are so gentle, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Hardaway is very calm, soothing and sweet. She did a wonderful job and I feel like a new person.

Trying to get and appointment with her is like pulling teeth first of all you have to give her your credit card with a $100.00 despite and if you miss your appointment she will charge your card $150.00 I had know problem with that the problem I had with the whole situation was after all is said and done her next available appointment for my procedures was almost 6 months down the line and by the way her receptionist wasn"t to frendly she will quote you prices right off the bat just in case you can't afford her I will take my money and my body somewhere else good luck you guys hope this will save you time and money I just wasted one of the 2 of mine

This in no way reflects on the Doctor. I was not given an opportunity to meet with her. I explained to the patient coordinator that I found Dr Hardaway on the wed and was impressed with her knowledge of scar management and African American skin. I also expressed that I am in the research and planning stage in this process. I was told the Dr would not meet with we until I was ready to have surgery. I questioned if the Dr would guide that process. I have not had plastic surgery before and had no idea what to expect. I wanted to have several procedures done and had several questions. The front desk staff was unable to answer questions about the medical procedures. I would have loved to meet the the Doctor and was prepared to pay the fee for the consultation. I was never given the opportunity. Dr Hardaway is probably as fabulous as her past patients have said. Her Patient care coordinators however, could use some training in customer service.

A bit disappointed that consultations take 3 months. There really should be something listed on the website that indicates to schedule months in advance. Had I known I would have scheduled in December when I was doing my research. I'm very worried now that I won't be able to get the time off work if I decide to schedule and possibly that Fraxel treatments wouldn't begin for another 3 months.

I was worried I wouldn’t see my results enough because my BMI was only 24 but the body contouring and fat transfer was perfect! Had to have a revision surgery within 1st year of Mastoplexy with implants, needless to say I will have to be searching for another surgeon to fix my outcome. I will say on a positive note, they got me in for the revision quickly, just wished for better results like I had anticipated. You would think they would have reached out when I canceled and said "I need to find someone to fix this" but not until I wrote a review was there "concern" about how I felt about results. Sadly disappointed.

I have had 4 surgery sessions here over the last 18 months for tummy tuck, upper and lower blepharoplasty, mini face lift, liposuction for fat injections to the face, and neck lift. I did a lot of shopping around and chose this facility and doctor based on professionalism and the atmosphere of the facility. Dr. Hardaway and the staff have an excellent rapport with each other which made me feel totally emotionally comfortable in terms of them working effectively as a team and their professionalism on all levels. It felt so much more personal that the office and surgery are self-contained. I could not be happier with the results of every procedure. Dr. Hardaway skills include delivering managed expectations and her "needlework" is amazing. There is no scarring anywhere except the inevitable from the tummy tuck but that has diminished beautifully.

I emailed this facility in October 2017 as the website instructed and I never received a call back or an appointment so I called them the beginning of November 2017 only to be told the doctor was scheduling mid to late February. The staff told me I would need to pay if I remember correctly $150 or $100 to hold the appointment just in case I didn't show up. NO THANK YOU. I put the effort and time in to make the appointment I will not pay for an appointment 3 months later. I don't want a debit placed on my card for 3 months for services I haven't received and even if didn't bill me 3 months is unreasonable. If the beginning of the relationship starts off rocky I can't imagine it would get any better so I'll pass. I'll find another establishment that values the consumer, maybe outside of Michigan.????

I had a breast lift augmentation back in 2008 by Doctor Hardaway. She did an Amazing Job on me. It took around 6 months or so to see the best results...you are healing and recovery the first 6 months...I had to sleep sitting up in a lounge chair for the first couple months...2 days after my surgery I ended up in the Hospital because I didn't recovery from the Anastasia..I had a ilis... That's just me thou...Nothing what the Doctor did..Dr. Hardaway was very concerned about me, Called the Hospital several times to check on me...7 years later and my breast still look amazing !!! I would do it all again !!! Thank you Dr. Hardaway...????????????

My experience here was great! I’ve had a few procedures and the staff are always kind and friendly. Dr. Hardaway is very serious and does excellent work. When I had a problem after my lower bleph, she saw me immediately and made the appropriate referral to a specialist to assist with further treatment. They conduct several follow-up calls and appointments. I would say be sure to zero in on specifics for your procedures and if there are changes to dosages. Make sure you understand the why, to ensure that you are getting consistent results. I absolutely recommend Dr. Hardaway!

She's super picky about following her instructions, to ensure the best/ desired results . Lisstteeeennnnn. If you’re thinking of having a procedure done- GO HERE. These ladies are AMAZING! Christine, my girl Edna, Tracy, Brenda, Viv, Lisa’s, Angela- EVERYONE is amazing, kind, and patient. I never felt like a burden and I always felt listened to- still do to this day after surgery! Dr. Hardaway’s skill and expertise is UNMATCHED. I have been referring everyone I know to her. She legit has magic hands- healing was a breeze. Her bedside manner is impeccable and she always keeps it real- letting you know what’s possible and how to best take care of yourself. She never made me feel rushed and always answers all of my questions. Have you ever spoken to a surgeon who had an impatient and condescending air about them? NOT DR. HARDAWAY. She even checked in with my husband during surgery to let him know things were going well. Overall, I’m super happy with my experience- the process and the results. I do have a bit of asymmetry but I’m only 3 months out from surgery- I’m sure it’s to be expected and will work itself out. If not, I’m also sure that Dr. Hardaway will address any concerns :)

The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE and CARELeSS! Especially Kris, the lady that collects the payments! She is ruthless ! Once you make an appointment for follow ups they make you wait 2 hours + just to be seen! That’s just ridiculous especially if you have small children and the drive if far! I was so disappointed with the doctor because I did not receive the wanted results! Besides that, I had complications after the surgery and I had to go to other doctors to follow up. So don’t think you can have a procedure done here without planning to have complications and pay double out of pocket for all the damage done by this office! Just horrible !
