I went to Dr. Ladner for rhinoplasty. In the consultation he made me feel extremely comfortable with what he’d be doing and why he’d be doing it. After booking a surgery date his team gave me plenty of details about what I’d need to do and what they’d be doing. The day of surgery went really well. The anesthesiologists Dr. Ladner uses is amazing. The healing process while uncomfortable has been a breeze. I’m excited to get my cast off as well as see the long term results. Don’t spend your money here. I got a rhinoplasty done and a cheek reconstruction and no exaggeration... my face looks like a Picasso painting. I’m being very honest and didn’t want to write this because the ladies on his staff are so nice. He was only nice when I was a potential client because he knew I was going to drop thousands of dollars. Once I did spend all my money here and now that my healing is done, he’s not so nice and friendly anymore and even insulted me but did it nicely to make it look professional. And that’s the truth. My family is highly disappointed also when they look at me. My mother is sad because my face looks crooked and my nose is just a mess. I have to search for another surgeon to fix my face. Please save your money and a huge heartache. I don’t want anyone going through what I did.

I received lip augmentation injections from Dr. Ladner. Their offices and staff were great. This was my FIRST cosmetic procedure so I was understandably nervous, especially since it had to do with my face. I received comprehensive information about the procedure, potential side effects and risks. I was able to make a well informed decision and ultimately decided to receive the injections. I couldn't be happier with the result and the procedure was executed exactly as described. Apparently lip injections are not for the faint of heart, but the surgeon and assistant made me very comfortable and made sure I was feeling alright throughout. My lips are fuller, but look very natural, which I love. I would recommend this practice, based on my experience.

I went to see Dr Ladner for removal of 4 moles on my face. I new have 3 major scars and dimples in my face where he removed the moles. He was extremely impersonal about scarring my face and wanted to cut and stitch the sites, and use a laser to "edge" around the huge scars he left on my face. He failed on 3 of 4 attempts and scared my face. I would never trust this person to touch my face again. I would recommend anyone considering this surgeon to go to anyone else. His office refused to refund my money to add insult to injury.

Horrible filler experience. Had to dissolve a bunch of times because it didn’t even fully dissolve when Ladner injected to Hyaluronidase (harsh dissolving agent that nobody wants.. trust me). The dissolver damaged my skin. Had to refill with another doctor to fix the damage. Just because he is a double board certified Facial plastic surgeon and Allergan trainer does not mean he knows how to inject in the correct tissue plane/ use the right technique. He even used a filler that is more difficult to dissolve because it is a newer Restalyne filler that is meant to resist break down. & he numbed me before my consult? Who does that? Only a dr. who wants to take advantage of the situation and only cares about profit. There are better doctors in Denver who do filler.. (just don’t go to a med spa). Savannah might tell you that your lumpy filler looks great- but listen out to the way she says it. It’s almost like she’s used to saying these things- as if she had been in the cosmetic enhancement industry for a long time and knows how to say that things look good when they don’t. Don’t fall for it.. if it’s bad it’s bad. They even offered surgery to fix it! Lol! Please save yourself from getting filler from Dr. Keith Ladner. He never refunded me and even charged me for the Hylenex. I was depressed for a long time because of how he made my face look. Beware! I am just trying to help others to not go through what I did.

I don’t even know where to begin! I’ve been seeing Dr. Ladner and his staff for a little over 3 years now (same staff, and low turnover is an excellent sign). I love them all and it’s so nice stopping in and seeing the same faces. I’ve met many surgeons with large egos making them unapproachable, short, or condescending. Too many questions aren’t appreciated, time isn’t given and trust is never established as a patient. So people like me, who research, read, have a lot of questions (and are borderline perfectionists) can struggle finding Dr’s that they can build rapport with, learn from, and trust. And, that’s why I only see Dr. Ladner. First and foremost he’s humble. He treats you as his equal and takes the time to answer your questions. He doesn’t rush you. He is extremely knowledgeable, and thorough in explanation. His knowledge, confidence, humility, and patience made me choose him over other surgeons in the area to work with. That level of trust makes me see him exclusively because once you’ve had that level of care, it’s hard to feel as comfortable with anyone else. If anything, it’s increased my standards. Every procedure or treatment I’ve had with Dr. Ladner has left me feeling more confident. His skill level and attention to detail are both very apparent, and I believe him to be a perfectionist. He does amazing work plain and simple. The finished product is great. He leans on the conservative side, which I prefer. He’ll never push you into doing anything you don’t need. To me, that’s another trust builder. And, you never look overdone and obvious. He believes in balance, proportion and of course, moderation. His assistant Carolyn is amazingly sweet and will care for you as well as Dr. Ladner will. She has excellent follow-up if you’re to call or ask additional questions at any time. She always gets me the information I need. All of this said in my longest google review ever, this office feels like family. I’ll continue to see them as long as I can and as long as I’ll need Botox and filler (forever)? They’ve gained a lifelong patient with me. My only fear is that with his growing practice I’ll have a harder time getting an appointment! But, it’s the price you pay for having a great Dr. He and his staff deserve all the success they get. I’m very thankful for them!

It's been exactly eight weeks since my procedure with Dr. Ladner. I had a rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and turbinate reduction performed on 6/5/15, and from my initial consultation to my follow-up exams, Dr. Ladner and staff have been nothing short of amazing! I went to see Dr. Ladner well over a year ago for my initial consultation, which was SO thorough. My confidence in Dr. Ladner was instant and unwavering. I had been contemplating a rhinoplasty for many, many years, but financially it just wasn't in the cards, even with financing. Not once did I feel pressured to schedule or was I made to feel badly for taking up his time without being able to schedule. A little over a year later (this past May) I emailed Dr. Ladner to tell him I was still wanting to do the surgery, and asked if I should come back for a second consultation. He remembered exactly who I was, and was so kind to request that I come back for a consultation since it had been some time since I had been in. The second consultation was as thorough as the first, and I felt like he remembered absolutely everything we had talked about regarding my wishes and goals. I was finally able to book a date - Annetta gave me two options, for two different surgical centers, explained the different fees for each, and gave me my exact quote up front. She worked with me on all my different financing options, and was just totally on top of it! My surgery day ran VERY smoothly! Surgery began on time and was a total breeze. I went to Renewal Surgical Center, and they were just wonderful with pre-op and post-op care. I absolutely took advantage of all my pain meds, but I never once felt ANY discomfort after surgery. It was seriously the easiest procedure, and I felt completely back to normal after 4 days. Family and friends couldn't get over how quickly the recovery was! I returned to see Carolyn, Dr. Ladner's assistant, a week after surgery to get my splint removed, and I cannot tell you how wonderful she is. She's so patient, so professional, quick, and incredibly helpful both in person and over the phone. I cannot sing my praises loudly enough. Dr. Ladner created a truly perfect-looking and functional nose - I feel like I'm stealing air from other people! And I'd let anyone take a profile picture of me ANY DAY... I had a primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Ladner because I wanted the hump removed and my tip raised and brought in. It was considered an average difficulty case and only cosmetic. I am completely devastated by the results! Dr. Ladner removed too much cartilage from my septum and only left 4 mm of width where there is supposed to be 10-15 mm to maintain strength. My septum collapsed and left a dent on my bridge. The tip became more droopy than before surgery and very deformed. After a year post-op, I could no longer breathe out of my nose. He offered to “make minor adjustments” to revise my surgery, but I declined. I ended up choosing a top US surgeon for my revision to fix Dr. Ladner’s mistakes. The new surgeon had to do a very challenging reconstruction of my nose. I still have deformities that could not be corrected because of Dr. Ladner's aggressive removal of cartilage. I deeply regret choosing Dr. Ladner for my rhinoplasty. It has caused me a great deal of financial and emotional stress!

I was called by both my surgical nurse as well as my anesthesiologist the night before my surgery to get any final questions or concerns answered (and nerves eased), my mom was able to wait in the waiting room and was given periodic updates the entire time I was in surgery, and I was given my nurse's personal contact info to get any and every follow up question or concern answered post-op as well. Another stand-out element of this practice is the use of their own surgical facility across the same floor as their office. I showed up the day of my surgery knowing exactly what to expect instead of having to go to a different strange surgical center that I had never seen before. It was calm, private, and again, comfortable. I really have nothing negative to say about my experience here, I cannot say enough about the positive and life-changing experience I had with this team and I am beyond thrilled with the results. I am honestly sad that I will only see them for one last follow up appointment, but have already recommended them to everyone I know that is looking to have any procedure done! Dr. Ladner is top notch at his craft and the rest of the team wrapped my first plastic surgery experience into the most perfect package. Dr. Ladner performed a revision rhinoplasty about a year and a half ago and I feel the results are the opposite of what we discussed and I’ve been having a lot of problems ever since. I have met with six rhinoplasty specialists who have identified multiple areas where Dr. Ladner was unsuccessful. These include: -More bone was removed than agreed upon which makes my nose look wider and flat. The lack of support also puts pressure on my upper lip and decreases teeth show. This will require ear or rib grafting to fix. The other doctors aren’t sure why he even took the bridge down considering this is the opposite of what you want to do when you are trying to create a slimmer nose. -There is a deformed graft at the tip is which is visibly pointy and causes discomfort. -The tip was supposed to be more upturned and is now downturned and droopier than before. -An excess of steroid was used for “swelling” which has caused skin atrophy. -Constant congestion is present which is thought to be due to the over-resection and enlarged turbinates. This was never an issue before. I feel like so much went wrong and to get this fixed it’s going to cost me almost double, not to mention the emotional turmoil this has taken on my life. My advice to anyone seeking a revision rhinoplasty is to do your research…read reviews, look at pictures, reach out to people that have had surgery. It seems that many of Dr. Ladner’s before and after pictures are only from the profile and not the front. Most doctors will have pictures of every angle. This has caused constant regret that I don’t wish for anyone else and I’m just hoping to educate some people before making such a big decision.

When other doctor's in California knees knock together, because they didn't know how to fix my daughter's lower lip and what to do. Keith knew in 5 min and had a plan. This man is so kind and humble. He has a daughter 2 1/2 years old and my daughter's problem touch him. Words cannot express our gratitude and appreciation. Let me begin by saying I've been looking for the right rhinoplasty surgeon for at least 7 years and I've never taken the decision to modify my nose lightly. I was looking for a natural adjustment; I wanted to remove the dorsal hump from my nose side profile. Every consultation I went to and every doctor I met with, I left feeling anxious and still very unsure. I was recommended by a friend to meet with Doctor Ladner and I'm so freakin’ glad I took their advice. First of all, HIS STAFF IS AMAZING (Especially Luciana!). They are collectively the most humble, gentle, kind, knowledgable, and capable people that I have ever met with. On top of that, I felt like I was walking into an episode of Grey's Anatomy--they're all so stinkin’ good looking! Dr Ladner's consultation was two hours - which is unheard of (most of the previous doctors I met with rushed me through our meeting and I was out the door, with so many questions still reeling in my brain, in under an hour). Dr Ladner took his time, patiently answering any and all questions I had, no matter how ridiculous they may have sounded or how in the weeds I got us. I felt important, understood, and heard by the end of our conversation. I knew I was in great hands. With full confidence in Dr Ladner, I said, “Take all my money, I want this, I want you as my doctor, I really really like you.” On surgery day, the nurses (shout out to Marie!!!) were incredibly kind, calmed all of my pre-surgery fears (there were plenty, like anyone has before going in for a voluntary surgery), and held my hand. The anesthesiologist, Michael, was so comforting and knowledgable. He knew how scared I was to be put under. He was there for me every step of the way. He walked me through everything that would be taking place, made me feel safe and fully emotionally supported. Before I knew it, surgery was over and I was home. Recovery week went smoothly (ICE, ICE, ICE!!!!) and I literally got my cast off today. I know I have quite a few weeks to go until I see something close to a final result, but with full sincerity I say this: Dr Ladner is brilliant, talented, IMMENSELY skilled and I’m so grateful for the beautiful nose I know I will have soon (It’s already looking pretty dang good with the cast coming off only this morning!). Thank you for taking such wonderful care of me. And to anyone thinking of getting a rhinoplasty procedure: DO. NOT. HESITATE. This IS your guy!

As someone with extremely high expectations and a nurse myself, I will admit I'm critical and never post reviews unless they're well deserved! Let me begin by saying that after three previous nasal reconstruction surgeries with other surgeons (1997, 2006, 2008) that epically failed, Dr. Keith Ladner excelled and saved my nose! Dr. Ladner spent an immense amount of time during my initial consultation in October 2019, focusing on what was most important and asking what my expectations were aesthetically and functionally. We had a plan in place and then COVID hit and my rhinoplasty was delayed until June 2020. Post wave I of Covid, my surgery was finally rescheduled and the process from start to finish was with ease, minimal pain, and exceptional follow-up care with his practice. The results were better than I anticipated, my breathing was instantly improved with a rib graft placement, my nose was now straight and no longer twisting to the left. In October 2019, I decided to have a full face and neck lift with another surgeon which resulted in a second surgical revision nine months later. Keeping in mind the original surgery was 20k out of pocket with the first provider. Dr. Ladner consulted with me many times regarding my poor facelift results during the time I was in his office for f/u appts. with my rhino-revision. On 11/24, Dr. Ladner accepted the challenge of cleaning up another Cherry Creek provider's failed attempts, yes, two separate surgical attempts, which left me pixy eared, asymmetrical, gross skin laxity, and 20k in the negative. I'm currently nine days post-op and there are too many positive adjectives to describe my happiness with the outcome; I can only imagine how much better my results will get as I heal. I can honestly recommend this surgeon without reservation and attest to the factual accuracy of this review and leave you with this ... For all those other providers in the facial aesthetics lane, "MOVE OVER" Ladner is Full throttle, passing you at light speed, and leaving you in the dust!

The care level of the staff members, nursing, anesthesiologist, the results of the procedures, and the expertise of Dr Ladner are unparalleled after a seemingly exhaustive research and vetting of other providers. If you’re not committing to the resources and medical staff at Dr Ladner’s office then you’re probably not under the most elite care that is available within the Denver metropolitan area for cosmetic surgery and ancillary intervention procedures to augment one’s physical presentation.

I had a Rhinoplasty two and a half years ago. The staff was great and easy to get an appointment with. However the following month after surgery I was asked if I hit my face or wore sunglasses so I knew something was wrong. I was told somehow the cartilage shifted on one side but fixable. I did 5 appointments to break the bumps with a needle but never really worked. By doing that it left indentations and the bumps are still there. I was then told that those bumps were calluses that grew back. The fifth treatment was my last. I now got to another Doctor in Cherry Creek who gives me fillers. The Doctor there says I will always have dents and bumps and my nose will always be ridged but this will make it less noticeable. I will be paying close to $1000 a year for years to come to help hide the bumps in my nose as fillers only last a few months. I was never offered any other solution at Doctor Ladner's. I am glad that I went to another surgeon to help fill in all the ridges and bumps in my nose.
