Very poor! Waiting 5 hours plus to see a Doctor. Others in the waiting room 6 hors plus. No vendors or anything in the form of refreshments so add mild malnutrition to the list, if you don't die that is before seeing anyone. Jot good enough! AVOID!

I went in new years day, at 12AM, with a very deep gash in my thumb, likely in need of stitches. I have just come home after leaving at 6:30AM having never seen a doctor. To make matters worse, there were only 5 other patients in the waiting room when I came in. There is only ever one doctor on duty there at a time, and it's as if he has to have a meal and a nap in between every patient. It is utterly ridiculous.

we showed up at the emergency room and while waiting is part of it, costumer service should also be important. instead of making people feel like they are a bother when asking about an approximate wait time, to me isnt much to ask. at 1930 the male on the emergency desk was rude and impatient and only added stress to an already stressful situation. im disappointed in the health care system here. you can do better.

I have had to go to this hospital three times in two weeks I am impressed with the speedy service I received each time Lovely friendly nurses and the drs were fine also I have a rare autoimmune disease that is hard to pronounce never mind treat. But they listened and were helpful.

Worst place to go for Healthcare . They don't have the staff or equipment to help anyone with anything other then a papercut. I live 1.5 hours from stjohns. If I ever have a heart attack I'll drive myself to stjohns. This hospital is worthless....10 hour wait to be told everything's OK then 3 weeks later ya die from cancer. Whoever is running the place should be fired. They're known as the gallbladder Inn around here! Go in for a cough and they take your gallbladder for fun. The place is a running joke in central . Nobody trusts this hospital Please drive away!!

The ER is horrible. They don’t care how much pain or how serious your condition is. You’re going to have to wait 8 hours while you suffer. And they will not care. Spend you’re extra 40 dollars in gas money and drive to Whitbourne.
