Our family has been coming here for years. Staff have always been very good to deal with. We replaced my sons glasses about a year ago with some Puma frames and within a week we noticed the frames had crack in them with a very sharp edge. Took them back and they were replaced under warranty with no issue. A few months later and the frame had developed a crack again. Last night we went in for a check up and his prescription had changed a bit so we decided to replace the frames with a different brand as we were not happy with the Puma's durability. We selected some Nike frames and they gave us a price reduction for the hassle we had with the Pumas. Would definitely recommend Bonavista Eye care for anyone looking for a new eye care center. I know we will be coming back for many years ahead. Side note, your office looks great after the recent renovation!

Our family has been coming here for 20 years to visit Dr Jones. The very first pair of glasses I ever purchased here was a very expensive set of Dolce & Gabbana. They were recently bent, and I brought them hoping for repair. THEIR FRIENDLY STAFF JUST STRAIGHTENED THEM AT NO COST. Almost in tears. I look forward to another 20 years. -av

As a WestJetter I use 2 screens every day and have to wear glasses for a long time, therefore I needed a great doctor to take care of my eyesight. Amazing service and friendly staff. Dr Wessels is very professional and thorough. Really made me feel at ease with the whole consultation. Buying the frame from this practice was as easy as the consultation and the frame arrived super quick. The package I received my glasses did make my day.

I’ve been here multiple times, seeing multiple optometrists (Dr. Trump, Dr. Wessels, and today Dr. Firby) and they have all been so great every single time. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Emma was great doing the initial tests, and also incredibly helpful when it came to my insurance (the first time insurance has been painless!). Overall this is the best eye clinic in Calgary.

Just got beautiful new glasses and I struggled for like a week trying to focus far away. Went back numerous times and they finally gave me an appointment with Rhonda Cheke. She marked the lenses and discovered that due to my astigmatism I was not seeing through the correct part of my lens and that was causing all the distress. Within 2 hours the strain on my eye was gone and things were amazingly clear. She knew the problem when I told her the symptoms. Fantastically patient lady and has sincere concern for her patients. The whole team there is great but this lady goes above and beyond. She has my utmost gratitude!
