My entire experience with the clinic was professional and amazing. Melissa was my first contact and talking to her on the phone was like chatting with my closest friend. She understood my concerns and insecurities, and made me feel super comfortable. I was traveling from out of town, and they went above and beyond .. working around my schedule and making me a priority. Dr. Allan made me feel very comfortable, and talked me through every option and step of the procedure. He’s extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and talented. I highly recommend him.

The staff here is incredible. Melissa felt like my long-lost friend the entire time we were in contact on the phone, and she was also holding my hand while I had my minor surgery done. Such great energy! The office itself was warm and inviting and very clean. Dr. Allan was very professional and pleasant. He explained everything to me before the procedure was done and was very patient with my questions. Two weeks after my procedure I was feeling uncertain about how I was healing and I texted his cel phone with my concerns. He responded immediately and definitely put my mind at ease. After surgery they explained everything to me regarding the healing process, what I should and should not do, and they sent me home with medications, some supplies to help me heal better, and a little package with the doctor's cel number. Even my 6-week follow-up visit yesterday was a positive experience. Dr. Allan assured me that I was healing well and that if anything happened that made me concerend, I just need to call them and make an appointment to be seen. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed and satisfied!????

I cannot say enough about the amazing treatment I received at the Allan Center! From my first contact with Melissa at the office, to booking my appointment, the surgery and in the aftercare; everything was exactly how I expected it to be. Absolutely first class and professional. My results were great. Let’s be honest, I did have discomfort and concerns afterwards; but Dr Allan made himself available to answer my questions and make me feel at ease. And as a result of the perioneoplasty, my sensation is greatly improved, and sex feels so much better!

I highly recommend to any women or mothers who are having any kind of incontinence issues to see Dr Allan. I went to the women's clinic for a couple years and was not getting the results I wanted. I went to see Dr Allan, was told my options, got booked in for surgery. It's now been a month since my surgery and when I went for my follow up today I asked the doctor if I could hug him. I feel like a grown woman again. It sucks there is so many women out there dealing with this, but there is a hero and his name is Dr Allan. He was amazing prior to surgery making me feel more comfortable, his staff was amazing as well. I am ecstatic I got this surgery!!

The procedure is relatively quick, painless and I felt very relaxed and at ease. Throughout the procedure you are reassured, not only Dr Allan but 2 other nurses. You’re spoken to with compassion, you are asked about your comfort level and are given warm blankets should you need them. You are in extremely good hands, Dr. Bruce Allan and his staff are attentively eager to give you exactly what it is that you need. This is directly reflected in his work which is undoubtably the best I have ever seen in all of my experience. Dr. Bruce Allan makes himself readily available before surgery, during and immediately after and throughout the weeks of recovery. No question is a silly question. They’re all answered immediately and professionally. Overall, was one the best positive changes I have ever had the opportunity to make! I had been contemplating having some FUE transplants for some time, though honestly because of the cost I had held off. I researched it thoroughly and finally decided that FUE transplants was the only way to go. Dr Allan was very good at describing the procedure during an initial consult, and subsequently did an excellent job with the transplants. Erin was excellent with assisting and subsequent follow ups, and was incredibly helpful with any questions I had!

Laser for female incontinence does not work and is a complete waste of money, that has been my experience. It is very expensive, and a lot of hype on how it will fix the problem, it hasn't. The only help offered by staff is to do the laser again, full payment of $1500, no help offered for second treatment, which shocked me seeing as first treatment didn't work. Wish I hadn't done it. Waste of money.

I am extremely pleased with Dr Allan and his team. From the moment I met him, in tears I might add- he was comforting yet professional. Anything related to females and their insecurities is such a delicate topic and I felt at ease the entire time. Melissa was great, straight forward and felt like i was talking to an old girlfriend. She cheered me on and wiped my tears away. I had my surgery last Friday. The facility was clean and the nurses there were like no one I’ve ever met in my life. I was terrified, riddled with anxiety and they had a way of calming me through normal conversation and cracking jokes. Who would have thought I would be laughing preparing for a surgery. I was comfortable the entire time, Dr Allan explained what was happening throughout the entire surgery and it was over before I knew it. I have text him a few times to follow up on concerns, some of which I felt I knew the answer to but hearing his response somehow put me at ease. For a doctor to give you his cell phone number and to reply instantly both times, to me is amazing. I am sure I overreact and message him things I probably don’t need to, but he never makes me feel like I am a burden. Healing has been easier than I thought pain wise and I am extremely excited to see how everything looks once I am healed. If you have ANY insecurities, I highly recommend Dr. Allan and his team. Dr. Edwards is the elite in her field, and I am truly grateful to have been in her care. After years of suffering from fibroids and chronic anemia, it took Dr. Edwards less than 10 minutes to diagnose my condition with exact precision (likely because she thoroughly read my file before meeting with me, which I found to be rare, if ever). She addressed all of my concerns, which were many, and took her time during the consultation, in which I never felt rushed. For the first time I felt confident in a specialist’s ability, and she did not disappoint! From the first consultation, to the surgery (laparoscopic hysterectomy executed flawlessly) through to her aftercare was all outstanding! Dr. Edwards is exceptional in her knowledge and technical skill, and an individual with compassion and a genuine enthusiasm for her profession. Her office staff and surgical team were also highly competent and professional, in which I found they all complimented each other exceptionally well.
