My Doctor is Dr. Bensler and has been since 1989. Sometimes there is a longer wait to get in to an examination room but that just means he is dealing with a patient who needs more time with him. When I have needed the extra time,it has been afforded me. Rosie,his nurse is awesome,friendly and knowledgeable. Both Doctor and Nurse are excellent,and the office assistant are excellent.

Nearly insane. I went to see the physician there for a small rash, but he didn't seem interested in that; he asked me repeatedly what my "numbers" were, in an increasingly hostile tone. When I said I wasn't sure what the numbers were, he said "everyone should know their numbers!" and he asked what my prescription medications were. When I said I had written them down and given them to the receptionist, he angrily showed me his clipboard, and said "do you see them here?" He then said, "I can have you sent to the ER to find out what they are!" He did just that; I spent all day in the ER of the Rockyview hospital, doing test after test. At the end of it all, the ER doctor consulted with me, and said he couldn't make sense out of why I was sent there, but my numbers were all fairly good. At any rate, I can't really complain about getting a clean bill of health, but I can complain about the walk-in clinic doctor's outrageous bedside manner.

Great place. Short wait time. Your in and out with in an hour. They give a detailed description of what is wrong. Very nice and caring receptionests. Very good clinic.

I do not recommend this doctor! He misdiagnosed me to the point it almost killed me. When he kept telling me he didn’t know what was wrong he refused to referrer me to a specialist, dermatologist or any other doctor. This doctor should not have a license!

The more I read these reviews the more I love this place. Dr Ghobrial has been my Dr for nearly 10 years. Hes straight to the point, no fluff. Hes easy to deal with, professional and never keeps you waiting. Ive recommended lots of people who all love him.

Dr. Ghobrial has been my family physician since 2012. He is very thorough and has assisted me in maintaining good health, even while living with Type 1 Diabetes and a kidney transplant caused by 27 years of being diabetic. The low ratings seem to come from people that expect a doctor to diagnose immediately. I can say with 100% certainty and experience that Dr. Ghobrial will explore every avenue and refer to specialists whenever needed, which takes time. He does not pill-push nor come to frivolous diagnoses to get people out the door.

My appointment with Dr.Gobriel. Arrived 10 minutes early and immediately brought to a examination room, Had blood pressure and blood ox done. I was there for a 2 year follow up from back surgery and had an appointment for 11:50am. Waited in examination room from 11:40am to 12:30pm with no contact from staff or doctor.I left the med clinic stating I will see another doctor (with just an ok thanks from the staff). I always believe if you are providing a service you are not above the rules of common sense. On a plus note I went to deer valley medical and was seen in 10 minutes (not bad for a walk in) and the service was awesome.

Terrible, terrible place. Never go there. The receptionists WILL make fun of you behind your back. This I have witnessed first hand, especially with the one with the face piercing, if she's still there. They also have extremely questionable hiring practices. I spent a day there to observe (aka work for free), and they're a disorganized group. But what bothered me most was that as soon as a patient was in their room, they'd turn around and make fun of them. Unless you're at death's door, never step foot in this place.

The most unprofessional and unpleasant doctor. Called ahead and was told I could be provided a service. After waiting for 20 minutes, the doctor came in and had no idea what he was doing, and told me he didn't have the supplies. Strongly recommend going to any other doctor.

Get yourself a family doctor. I was mis diagnosed not once but twice at this clinic from Dr. Gobriel. Leading to more complications than I needed just writing this review to give others a heads up. This place is no good very amateur. Zero stars if I could.

Dr. Bensler has looked after me and my Mom for many years. I believe his knowledge and expertise gave my Mom many more years. He absolutely increased her quality life as well as mine. I can not say enough great things sbout him and his nurse Rosie.

EDIT: This review was meant for Bonaventure medical clinic round the corner. Not Bonavista. My bad, sorry. I've never been to this place. I havent had the same experiences as these guys. I went as a walk in when I got shingles. The doctor was young but seemed knowledgable. He knew exactly what to look for and as soon as he saw my leg rash diagnosed me, prescribed Valtrex and off I went. We've been back several times with kids and for myself all as walk in. Each time they have been polite, timely and responsive. Perhaps they've had some turn over and new staff join but I have found this group friendly and quite satisfactory.

Horrible medical clinic! Save yourself the waste of time and keep looking for a real Doctor! Brought my toddler there 3 times because of chest cold that will just not go away The Doctor is useless when it comes with dealing with children not a clue what to do They do however promote Botox for women and testosterone injections for men as evidenced by the posters plastered all over the walls of the clinic Never going back there again! Terrible clinic
