I had an appointment scheduled; upon arrival, had to call to let them know I arrived. No answer. I walked in and the place was deserted, and suddenly someone came out and made me feel like I was trespassing. I was made to wait 20 minutes in the hallway, with no seating area; I had to sit on the floor after a while.

in 2014 I got a lipo to remove love handles and lower abdominal fat, Dr. Ronald didn't do a good job. I payed good money for it, I am very disappointed.

I called this morning to get an appointment for me and my sister on her day off, Friday , a few days away for treatments done by Katherine O'Neal who is very good and professional. I was told they had no room for the both of us on Friday. I was told they would need an 1hour and a half or so to explain to my sister the procedure and risks involved, I told the first receptionist maybe it will be less time since my sister has gotten treatments before and is a nurse practitioner, the receptionist responded by barking out the it didn't matter if she was an astronaut or a surgeon, she has to have an hour and a half consultation, I told her to stop speaking to me that way because it was becoming disrespectful, she did stop and I was offered today at 1 pm that I accepted, I was then asked to hold to figure out a time on Friday for my sister and I would be accompanying her. The other receptionist Natalie Gordon got on the phone and told me that my sister would have to call herself for an appointment, it's their policy. The receptionist was argumentative and disrespectful. I was a long time client and almost every time I have had contact with her she is unpleasant. The only reason I put up with her was because I would see Katherine O'Neal for my treatments 2 to 3 times per year and in the future Dr.Zelt. I have spent thousands of dollars per year for about 8 years and she doesn't want to accommodate me and hang's up when I tried to ask her not to cut me off while I am speaking. I would understand if I wasn't a regular client or unknown. All I wanted was an appointment for me and my sister...PS Katherine if you ever practice elsewhere please call me!

I had to cancel for a serious family emergency, when I told her she decided to hang up on me. I was going to reschedule but she wanted nothing to do with that. if you want your place of business to work I suggest a better secretary.
