Clean offices, Everybody is professional but they have a great uplifting energy as well. Gelsy is a Gem she answer all your questions and is always smiling. Lindsay is patient and helpful and she make sure you are comfortable. Dr.Lee knows what he is doing, he is calm and confident. Takes the time to answer your concerns and choose the right option for you by explaining the different solution to get where you want to be. He will make sure to provide you with natural results. He isn't a surgeon that will put anything in your body just because you want to get a more dramatic change because he focus on quality first and how it is going to look and age. If you want to pass from A to DDD I will suggest looking into other options but if you want to pass from A to D depending your body shape and what is possible he is your go to person. I have been two months in my healing process and Im already happy about my results and cant wait for them to be fully healed. I was really stressed out at first because I went with an HP sillicone under the muscle procedure and was scared it would look too fake but even without being fully healed and dropped they look beautiful and natural. Thinking to maybe get them redone later on since I was able to pass from A to C because of my bodyshape and I want to get to a full D or DD cup. I would definately choose Dr lee again for my next procedure if I do get them done a second time.

By far THE best doctor and staff that I have ever met. Dr. James Lee has such incredible bedside manners, and his staff are so helpful and accommodating. I'm a university student and I live two hours away, so I am grateful that Dr. James Lee and his staff are able to schedule my appointments around my busy schedule. When we told them by email we don't even want to meet them at the 1 year post surgery rdv, the secretary replies us than she is happy we are satisfied with the job, making no sens, meaning she doesn't care at all. Hace un poco mas de un año comenze à buscar un cirujano plastico, tenia muchas dudas y un poco de miedo luego de escuchar tantas historias acerca de consecuencias de las cirujias plasticas pero al mismo tiempo queria cambiar un poco mi apariencia asi que durante 1 año empeze a buscar un cirujano que me diera confianza que fuese honesto pero sobretodo humano y luego de pagar varias consultas con diferentes cirujanos por todo Québec aun siendo los mas populares y renombrados ninguno logro convencerme siempre faltaba algo, un dia en mis busquedas encontre al Doctor Lee y me dije que probaria con el aunque no puedo negar que senti algo dentro de mi que me dijo es el, bueno logre tener mi cita con el y al llegar à la clinica el personal que trabaja con el me trato super bien y eso me dio confianza, minutos despues estaba frente al doctor que tomo todo el tiempo necesario para explicarme todo responder cada 1 de mis preguntas con certeza y sugiriendo lo mejor para mi y cuando termino mi consulta que se despidio de mi me dije es el es esta la persona que yo estaba buscando y decidi hacer todo mi proceso con el, 1 mes antes de mi operacion me encontre con una enfermera Valérie una mujer adorable que me explico como seria todo el proceso operatorio y el despues de la operacion, luego 1 mes despues llego mi dia esperado, no me senti nerviosa ni nada, la enfermera paso a hablar conmigo para asegurarse que todo estaba bien, luego vino el doctor Lee con una linda energia me explico el proceso y me dio mucha mas confianza por ultimo mi anestesiologo el doctor Roy quien me explico todo el proceso anestesico y me aseguro estaria todo el tiempo à mi lado y me senti super bien protegida, cuando desperte estaba siendo cuidada por otra enfermera que estaba a mi lado y me dio todos los cuidados que podia tener, antes de irme el doctor Lee y el doctor Roy me vinieron à ver y desearme un buen regreso à casa, yo estaba feliz no tenia dolor y tenia todos los médicamentos que necesitaba para recuperarme lo mas rapido posible, al dia siguiente recibi 2 llamadas de telefono durante el dia para saber como me sentia y si todo estaba bien, si tenia dudas de algo llamaba à la clinica y me atendian como si fuese una reina y con mucho cariño, tenia el numéro del doctor Lee para si tenia alguna emergencia lo llamara no importa à que hora en fin no me podia sentir mas protegida, 48h despues tuve cita para ver que todo estuviese bien luego la semana siguiente y asi sucesivamente, ya tengo 6 semanas de operada y estoy perfecta el doctor Lee hizo un trabajo perfecto que fue mas alla de mis expectativas, estoy tan agradecida del Doctor Lee y su equipo que darle 5 estrellas me parece muy poco me gustaria darle mil, luego de mi experiencia he recomendado à este doctor tan meticuloso tan amable tan humano à todas las personas que conosco, espero que mi comentario les sirva,si eres alguien como yo que esta buscando al mejor no lo dudes un instante el doctor Lee es el mejor, solo me queda agradecer una vez mas al doctor Lee y todo su equipo y desearles lo mejor siempre, muchas gracias por todo.

I was extremely nervous to go ahead with surgery (I had an abdominoplasty with lipo after losing a significant amount of weight). and researched the procedure and local surgeons extensively. I knew I wouldn't feel confident going ahead with the procedure until I found a surgeon that felt like a good match. I had consults with three other surgeons beforehand, and wish I would've just saved time and seen Dr. Lee first. I went to see Dr. James Lee for botox and lip injections. It was my first time getting botox so I had nothing to compare it to. I've had my lips done before but they needed to be corrected. I can honestly tell you they were both practically pain free. Compared to the lip infections I've had in the past, this was by far less painful and a much better experience, not to mention he was able to fix the problem I had. I went to Dr. Lee to receive lip fillers, and am glad I did. He was very informative about what will happen during and after the procedure. He started out by applying a numbing cream to my lips, and then gently injected the product to the top and bottom of my lips. It was almost pain free. After he was done, he made sure I was happy with the results and explained everything about the aftercare. I was very pleased with the results, my lips looked amazing. I went in for lipo 360 and not only was his team incredibly kind and welcoming but they made me feel calm from the consult to the moment I left after surgery. I will walk you through my experience 1. I had been wanting liposuction for years on some stubborn fat I had found Dr.Lee through reviews and booked a consult. The consult was very informative, the staff was welcoming and the staff made me feel comfortable and I was not pressured to book an appointment for lipo 360. Once I told them I wanted to go ahead with the lipo 360 they explained the price to me and broke everything down. They also broke down what I would need to do before surgery, the day of surgery and the following months after surgery. Therefore I was well educated and prepared to get the best results possible. 2. The days before surgery I had blood work done at a clinic of my choice and I went in to see Dr. Lee and one of the nurses to ensure I was prepared for the day of lipo 360. This was very exciting. 3. The day of lipo 360 it was honestly a great experience. I was not scared or nervous because I was walked through everything before hand. Everyone was kind and welcoming and not to mention funny! Even the anesthesiologists were incredible and kind! Once i woke up from surgery I had a nurse by my side and she talked with me and was monitoring me and really ensured I felt safe and comfortable. I remember at one point being nauseous and right away she gave me something to calm the nausea and she got me a bucket in case I had to vomit And she stayed with me the entire time talking with me! It was beyond kind of her and it’s something I won’t forget, as it’s comforting to have someone with you during a time of need. I needed to be picked up after lipo 360 and they clearly communicated with my spouse to ensure he was picking me up at the appropriate time. 4. After surgery they called numerous times to check up on me and I had follow up appointments. Dr.Lee and his team again were beyond kind to me and it was all in all a great experience. I would strongly recommend Dr. James Lee and his team. My results are incredible I am always being complimented on my “curves” and the most important thing is that I feel more confident in my own skin. I am wearing clothes that I did not have the confidence to wear before. I am thrilled with the results. I feel like the best version of myself. Thank you to Dr Lee and all the team!

Three weeks ago, I was operated for gynecomastia on both sides and words cannot express how happy I am. From the second I walked into this clinic, the whole staff made me feel very comfortable and they treated me with the utmost respect. After only three weeks, even though my healing process has basically just begun, I am already ecstatic with the results. I can’t imagine how happy I will be a year from now! I'm going by a different name for privacy purposes. I went in for a ethnic nose job. I asked for a bridge augmentation, a bulbous nose reduction and an alar reduction. I showed Dr James Lee wish pictures and he promised me a similar outcome. After my surgery, I knew I didn't like it. I told him I wanted a drastic change. And he promised to deliver it. But no one even noticed a change. I basically paid 10.3K to look exactly the same. He tried to reassure me and told me that it will take a year for my nose to heal.It's been 2 years now and I hate it. My nose tip collapsed. My alar scars are visible and healed to an unnatural shape (square instead of round). I highly do not recommend Dr James Lee for an ethnice/asian nose job. I am so embarassed, angry and upset that I wasted so much. Reply: Dr James Lee did my first ever plastic surgery. I was young and he himself sold me the impossible. I now know that you can never achieve wish pictures. I just wish he would've told me at the initial consultation. However, I was aware that scars could be visible, because he told me that ethnic skin does not heal as well as caucasian. But I did not expect for my nostrils to morph into a square shape. And I want to correct you and say that I did get a nose bridge augmentation. I do have an implant. And because my nose tip collapsed, you can see and feel where my nose implant ends. I do not want to come into consultation and get a corrective surgery, as I do not wish to pay a penny more. It is very upsetting, because I will definitely get a second rhinoplasty with a specialized doctor and that will costing me more (for those who don't know, a revision rhinoplasty costs a lot more).

Dr Lee is an amazing doctor, I wish more doctors had his skills, bed side manners, artistic eye and honesty (qualities which I have not found in others). He is the best of the best. His work is remarkably natural. I have a very low pain tolerance and usually bruise easily, although these procedures with him have been a breeze and I have never bruised or felt pain at any of my appointments.
