Had an appointment that cost me about 172$ for 15 min consultation. My appointment was at 9:00am. Got there had to wait for about 15 min before meeting the assistant then she gave me a place somewhere in the corner where it was hide. They pass a girl that came after me. This doctor finally received me at 10:30am. He seem very uninterested, no warm approach, talking very fast, cutting me when I tried to share my concerns or ask a question. I found it very unprofessional and don’t recommend it. I get there with the hope that a professional will help be understand more about the bbl but wasn’t the case. If you want to do Bbl don’t go to him bc if you oversized he will be definitely rude and arrogant. Save y’all money

I come from a clinic where we also offer surgeries and meet with patients post consultation...therefore comparing the service I offer VS the service I was provided...I am not impressed. I was not impressed by her lack of motivation or knowledge about the financing options. She sat back with her arms behind her head, leaning on the chair and said "we don't have any documents in English- you can email me next week and I will send you them". During my meeting with her, other patients were cutting us off and walking into the office with questions...it was rushed and I felt like a number. The surgeon consultation on the other hand was very informative. I had a list of questions and he went through them 1 by 1 with me. Gave me the information I needed to be able to make a conscious decision. I am appreciative they offer consultations on a saturday!

Dr. Izadpanah and his team are as good as it gets. I really don't even know how to thank Dr. Izadpanah and his team enough. Dr. Izadpanah's team got to work right away getting all the paperwork and everything ready before surgery. I worked closely with Diane who is just incredible. She walked me through every step of the process and was so patient and informative. Talking to her put a smile on my face because she was so friendly and personable. Diane kept me up to date on everything behind the scenes of my procedure so I knew where we were and always emailed me back in a very timely manner. She answered all my calls and was always happy to answer any questions I had, even when I had repetitive type questions. She is so wonderful to work with and made me feel so at ease. I also, had the pleasure to speak with Bianca and she was able to get me in for a consultation to speak and see Dr. Izadpanah. NOW for the best part Dr. Izadpanah was just incredible. I saw about 3 doctors before I saw him. Coming in to just a fresh environment and it was a very welcomed feeling. I'm extremely blessed that Dr. Izadpanah work on my BBL & I wouldn't have it any other way. I appreciate them more than I can put into words. If anyone in Montreal needs a plastic surgeon, I would recommend Dr. Izadpanah and his team, you will feel important and cared for.

What a fantastic surgeon, he is a reconstruction artist. I had exemplary care during my night at the clinic. This man, well, I have him. He is very attentive, takes his time, sympathetic and in addition an exemplary doctor. (well I admit it is cute in addition haha) Let's move on to the team now. I had my appointment for the consultation on December 19 at the Mariderm clinic in ST-Jean. The services of Marie-Pier and Lyne are excellent, warm welcome and great kindness. And now for the team at the Nun's Island clinic, well I have nothing but compliments to do to Patricia and Diane. Patricia even wrote to me by email the day before Christmas to say it all! They are fantastic and professional. When I hung a drain that removed from my body, a Sunday evening after 4 days post-op, I got a response from his assistant who contacted him and within 20 minutes I had my recommendation from the doctor. Who has such good service? I recommend the good care of Dr. Izadpanah and I can never thank him enough, as well as the entire team around him. Next surgery planned around November 2020. Quel chirurgien fantastique, c'est une artiste de la reconstruction. J'ai eu des soins exemplaires lors de ma nuit passée à la clinique. Cet homme et bien je l'a.d.o.r.e. Il est très à l'écoute, prends son temps, sympathique et en plus un médecin exemplaire. (bon j'avoue il est cute en plus haha) Passons à l'équipe maintenant. J'ai eu mon rendez-vous pour la consultation le 19 décembre à la clinique Mariderm à ST-Jean. Le services de Marie-Pier et Lyne est excellent, bel accueil et d'une grande gentillesse.Et maintenant de ce qui est de l'équipe à la clinique de l'ïle des soeurs, hé bien je n'ai que des compliments à faire à Patricia et Diane. Patricia m'a même écrit par courriel la veille de Noel pour tout dire! Elles sont fantastiques et professionnelles. Lorsque j'ai accroché un drain qui s'est retiré de mon corps, un dimanche soir après 4 jours post-op, j'ai obtenu une réponse de son assistante qui l'a contacté et dans les 20 minutes j'avais ma recommandation du médecin. Qui a un aussi bon service? Je vous recommande les bons soins du Dr Izadpanah et je le remercierai jamais assez, ainsi qu'à toute l'équipe qui l'entoure. Prochaine chirurgie prévue vers novembre 2020.

Quand on se fait dire que c'est normal que les cicatrices ouvrent, qu'il y ai du pue qui sort, que dans ce type de chirurgie la majorité vont avoir des écoulements, rien de spécial en consignes post oo, d'apporter n'importe lequel des soutien gorgé pour le poste op, etc... pour moi cest vraiment pas un vrai chirurgien et c'est vraiment inquiétant. 2 RV pour des écoulements, 1 petits abcès qui rupture avec écoulements de pue, rougeur, cicatrices qui ouvrent, ... faites un choix éclairé et aller voir dautre chirurgien avant de vous faire opérer SVP

HORRIBLE results and experience! Got my consultation online for a tummy tuck, lipo and breast lift, the dr. didn’t even require a real consultation for all of these surgeries at once before operating on me. I had to request one. Still waiting on final lipo and tummy tuck results but breast lift results are a DISASTER. Dr. Izadpanah never explained risks, complications or results to be expected for any of the three procedures. He never asked what my expectations were either. He offered two breast lift options only described by the size of the scar, obviously I chose the smallest scar. Once the surgery was done and I was back home I realized that i had gotten no post-op instructions. I texted the dr’s assistant that evening asking for care instructions, never got an answer (still, to this day). Two days later i sent an instagram message to the doctor (because he won’t give a phone number to reach him, only instagram). He answered like I was bothering him, gave a few answers and basically acted like he was doing me a favor by answering on his social media even if it’s the only way the clinic says to communicate with him. I finally went in for my 6 week post-op appointment and brought up my concerns with the breast lift results. He pretty much LAUGHED IT OFF, stating that the results are that way because of the type of lift I chose, even tho I never got any explanations on results! He said that it was no big deal, we could do it again and sent me home to think about it. On my way home I realized that he hadn’t even checked my tummy tuck incision, the swelling from the lipo or anything, so I messaged the doctor to ask if it’s normal that it wasn’t checked. I never got an answer to my message (it’s been over a week), but I did get an 8000$ quote by email for him to fix his mistake and profit from it. ****** HORRIBLE expérience et résultats. J’ai eu une consultation en ligne pour lipo, tummy tuck et breast lift, le dr. m’a dit qu’il ne considérait pas nécessaire de me voir en personne avant de procéder à ces trois chirurgies en même temp. J’ai dut exiger un rdv. Toujours en attente des résultats finaux de la lipo et du tummy tuck mais les résultats du breast loft sont une CATASTROPHE. Le dr. Izadpanah ne m’a jamais expliqué les risques, complications ou résultats probables pour aucunes de ces trois chirurgies. Il ne m’a pas demandé non plus quelles étaient mes attentes. Il m’a offert deux options pour le lift simplement décrites comme une avec une grosse cicatrice et l’autre avec une petite. J’ai pris la petite! Une fois la chirurgie terminée, je suis arrivée chez moi et j’ai réalisé que je n’avais pas reçu d’instructions post-opératoires. J’ai envoyé un message à la secrétaire pour avoir les instructions de soins et je n’ai jamais eu de réponses (à ce jour!). J’ai donc envoyé deux jours plus tard un message instagram au dr. (Car ils ne donne pas de numéro en cas d’urgence, juste ses réseaux sociaux). Il m’ a répondu bêtement avec quelques instructions, comme si je le dérangeais et comme si il me rendait service en me répondant sur instagram même si la clinique dit que c’est le seul moyen de communication. Je suis finalement allé à mon rdv de suivi post-opératoire de 6 semaines et je lui ai fait part de mon insatisfaction concernant les résultats du lift. Il m’a dit, nonchalant, qu’il est évident que ce sont ces résultats à cause du type de lift que j’avais choisi, même si je n’ai jamais eu d’explications sur les résultats différents selon le type! Il m’a dit que ce n’est pas grave, qu’il pourrait recommencer et il m’a envoyée à la maison y réfléchir. En quittant le bureau j’ai réalisé qu’il n’avais pas regardé mon incision de tummy tuck ou mon enflure de lipo, je lui ai envoyé un message instagram lui demandant si c’est normal. Plus d’une semaine plus tard, pas de réponse mais ils m’ont envoyé une soumission de 8000$ par courriel pour arranger son erreur “pas grave”.

Pour une consultation à 100$ (non déductible sur le prix de la chirurgie), la moindre des choses c’est d’être à l’heure. Organisation: Ma date de chirurgie était supposée être le Lundi 6 juillet. J’ai fait les tests et la prise de sang obligatoire dans une clinique privée au coût de 260$. Ceci, car la date de chirurgie était très proche et il ne restait plus de place les CLSC. De plus, j’ai demandé à mon employeur mes 2 semaines de congés annuels pour me rétablir suite à la chirurgie avant de pouvoir retourner au travail. Quelques jours avant mon opération, je reçois un appel me disant que mon opération devra être déplacée. J’envoi un courriel le 2 juillet pour pouvoir organiser une autre date de chirurgie. Et la secrétaire me réponds en me disant qu’elle va m’appeler au cours de la journée... Je ne reçois aucun appel. J’appelle les jours suivants... Aucune réponse. J’ai finalement reçu un courriel le 13 Juillet, me disant qu’il n’y avait plus de place avant le 15 Août. Pour résumé, j’ai perdu 2 semaines de salaire, mes 2 semaines de vacances annuelles et plusieurs frais liés à la chirurgie. Sans compter tous les aller-retour Terrebonne/Îles-des-sœurs . Staff: Lorsque je suis allée payée les frais de l’opération, la secrétaire n’arrivait pas à trouver mon dossier où était indiqué le montant de mon opération. Elle était en colère et a mit la faute sur sa collègue. De plus, lorsque je suis retournée pour le remboursement, la secrétaire Diane a aussi mit la faute sur sa collègue Patricia . En disant que c’est elle qui s’occupe de prendre les rendez-vous et des dates de chirurgie. Je trouve que c’est un manque de professionnalisme de pointer du doigt ses collègues. J’ai également mis un avis sur RateMDs, mais Dr Izapanah l’a signalé. Ne vous fiez pas aux avis sur RateMDs, car on peut constater qu’il écrit lui-même (ou ses secrétaires) LA MAJORITÉ des commentaires! **** JE PEUX ÉGALEMENT PROUVER AVEC UN ENREGISTREMENT QUE DR IZADPANAH M’A ÉGALEMENT PROPOSÉ DE L’ARGENT EN ÉCHANGE D’ENLEVER MON COMMENTAIRE SUR RATEMDS*** Avec toute honnêteté et transparence, je vous déconseille fortement de prendre rendez-vous chez Dr Izadpanah.
