I had a cosmetic procedure at this clinic some time ago. They communicated with me in English by e-mail prior to my appointment but once at the clinic the two receptionists refused to speak to me in English and they had the contract only in French and didn’t offer to translate it to me. During the cosmetic procedure the doctor came to the room where I was with the nurse and didn’t introduce himself, in fact he didn’t even say hi. The nurse was very friendly though and if it wasn’t for her I would have left right away.
