Originally I came to this doctor with no intent of plastic surgery as I was extremely phobic to the idea of anything unnatural. My breast were completely deflated. I wanted a lift and a fat transfer since there was nothing left to fill in my breasts. Dr Gaby listened closely to my needs and was ready to proceed with what I asked. He advised me to put on some weight so that there would be enough fat to transfer. This was difficult for me as I love the gym and have a high metabolism. 4 months later I reconsidered my options and demanded a 250cc implant over the muscle. Dr. Gaby advised 280cc and told me I did not need the lift (which I was ready to pay for). Prior to my visit I had been advised by other doctors to either do a lift and implant, or an enormous implant. I was also advised going under the muscle. I am very happy I went with dr. Gaby. He gave me no less than what I asked for. He is a perfectionist and a true artist. He listened and never once pushed me to do anything I was not comfortable with. He is very sincere. Now I have perfectly proportional lifted breasts with no scars 3 months post op. No loss of sensation, no sag and no regrets at all except one, i wish i met him sooner. They are beautiful, and best of all, I was back in the gym using my pectoral muscles only two weeks after. I always believed that attraction lies in a person's self confidence. I said I would never do it but I did & so glad I did. After loosing 100lbs, my skin dropped from everywhere. Having met with many (7) surgeons in Mtl, I quickly realized that Dr Doumit was in a class of his own. I initially had a lower body lift. Most surgeons wanted to perform this in 2 surgeries: one with a tummy tuck, & a second for the buttocks. Dr Doumit is one of the rare surgeons in Mtl to perform it in one surgery but certainly the one with the most experience. The surgery was to last 5 hours but he was able to perform it in 4 hours. It's a big surgery but with amazingly little pain. I felt very well taken care of and received amazing care. A few months later, I went back to have an arm lift & breast lift with an augmentation. I was very stressed with getting a breast augmentation at the same time as a breast lift, having read that those 2 steps are often done in 2 surgeries. I chose to trust Dr Doumit to do it at once, including leaving him the choice of the size of the implant. All I told him is that I wanted it to look natural & proportionate with my body. Again, WoW, amazing results. My breasts look natural & I can finally see the muscles in my arms that I trained so hard for but were hidden by the excess skin. The arm scars still show but are slowly fading. It's only been 5 months and I was warned and told that they would fade after one year. His staff was amazing in making sure I was taken care of, before & after each surgery. Whenever I has questions or was preoccupied, Dr Doumit or someone from his very skilled staff would immediate call me back and reassure me & offer me to see the Dr.. I consider Gaby a friend, not just my doctor. He's an amusing combination of gentle ADD and Lebanese mischief. The first impression of the clinic is a little chaotic, but don't judge by appearances: that eccentricity and modest size is very much part of the "human" feel of the place that gives it its warmth. His pricing is the best in Montreal, and the work is highly detailed - even artistic. The only way you can often tell doctors apart - after their academic training - is their bedside manner. Most surgeons tend to be aloof, and too clinically cold for human patients. There's a degree of intimacy and vulnerability when it comes to expressing feelings about your own appearance, and having someone who clearly has kindness at the base of their character makes the difference. I've been affectionately ticked off, teased, and flattered on every visit, in a genuinely hilarious way. Mostly for teasing the staff, reading the medical books, asking for weird prescriptions, and suggesting YouTube videos to put on the computer. That said, he's perfectionist and highly professional. Extremely experienced, highly perceptive (possibly the most important quality), flexible in financial terms, and has a wickedly infectious laugh. Unfortunately there is no difference in my upper lip. And I mean, not one person noticed I had my lips done, after a " full syringe" My bottom lip is uneven when it never was before. I went here for cool sculpting on my flanks. I waited 3 months before I posted this review because I wanted to give it a fair chance. I’m 5’5 and 130 pounds but wanted to get cool sculpting done on my flanks because that’s my problem area. The clinic told me I was the perfect candidate because I was almost at my ideal weight, but just wanted to fix a stubborn area. I found that the procedure not very painful. While I was hooked to the machine, it started to ring, and I used the call button for the nurse because the machine malfunctioned. She didnt come for 20 mins. If I had a serious problem, no one was coming to help. I was very disappointed in the clinic for being so careless. A few days later though it hurt a lot for about a week. They lie when they say it’s almost painless. Anyway, 3 months later and zero results. Zero. I paid $1200 to suffer for a week. I will not do it again.

I had a rhinoplasty almost a year and a half ago. The surgery went really well and recovery was wonderful. Recently I've been having a little bit of a hard time with my breathing ( not blaming it on the surgery) and would like some insight or advice. I called and they gave me an appointment on Zoom. Dr Doumit never sent me the link for the meeting. Never bothered canceling or rescheduling the appointment. Next day I call and they book me after a week and same thing, didn't bother to call me and reschedule or cancel the appointment. I understand that we are in complicated times right now but as a Dr. who did my surgery and would like to keep your clients please show that you care about our satisfaction and concern.

The botox injection on my forehead didnt last more than 1 month! It s the first time happens that botox doesnt last. Otherwise it s not my first botox therapy and before it lasted around 4-5 month. Seems like doctor inject phisiologic serum more than botox. Stay away from this professional and save your money. I lost 1000$ with him and his useless service.

I began looking into plastic surgery to correct my breast assymetry. The left one was approximately 300-325 ccs smaller than the right one. It was something that bothered me tremendously. I went to consultations with the top 5 best plastic surgeons in Montreal, but Dr. Doumit was by far the one that stood out the most. He treated me with the utmost kindness and respect. He was genuinely determined to find the best solution for my case, and one that I would be able to live with for the rest of my life (I'm 27). We ended up deciding on a natural augmentation for the left breast only; he was the only surgeon to have suggested it (versus silicone implants). It has now been 5 days since my procedure and the results are beyond incredible. He did such a phenomenal job, and went above and beyond the call of duty. He truly gave me the most perfect results, and I am so grateful to him and his entire team for the attention and care that I received throughout the process. I have nothing but amazing things to say about him and the procedure. I have healed so well. There's no scarring on my breast whatsoever and the liposuction incisions are so tiny that I can barely even find them anymore. Still stand by my first review 5 days post-op (above). The results are mind blowing. It has changed my life for the better. I was worried that my intense boxing sessions (between 8-10 hours per week) would make me lose some of the fat that was injected. The first doctor I had met before, scared me a little, because when I explained that I wanted to avoid prostheses as much as possible, because I wanted them to remain only "my breasts"; he had explained to me that an overhaul without prosthesis gave a not very esthetic result, pointed breast and falling ... In short, he wanted to put implants on me, and in addition to remove them from my mammary gland, even if it meant putting larger implants, but having a better end result. Completely the opposite of what I wanted, because I hoped to keep my breasts as `` natural '' as possible. So I have to look properly on the internet, the photos of implant without repositioning, and it is true that it does not give a bulging breast like a prosthesis, but it suited me anyway. I went to Doctor Doumit, without too much "waiting". I explained to him that I wanted a redraw, and keep, if possible, my 32D, because I had read between the lines that you could lose a size during the redraw. And this is where the magic begins !! Not only did he explain to me that I was probably not going to lose a cup size, but he also had a technique which consisted in recovering the mammary gland `` stuck '' on the excess skin removed during the 'operation, and come to sew this gland at the top of the breast, to give bulging breasts (to give' 'cleavage' '). In short, not a falling breast at all! I had surgery last week, everything went really well, I haven't lost a cup size, and my breasts are round and tall, almost like with prosthetics, but still my natural breasts! Le premier docteur que j'avais rencontré avant, m'avait fait un peu peur, car quand j'avais expliqué vouloir éviter les prothèses le plus possible, car je voulais que cela reste '' mes seins'' seulement; il m'avait expliqué qu'un redrappage sans prothèse donnait un résultat pas très esthétique, sein pointu et tombant... Bref il voulait me poser des implants, et en plus enlever de ma glande mammaire, quitte à mettre de plus gros implants, mais avoir un plus beau résultat final. Complètement l'inverse de ce que je voulais, car j’espérais garder mes seins le plus ''naturel'' possible. J'ai donc regarder comme il faut, sur internet, les photos de redrappage sans implant, et c'est vrai que ça ne donne pas un sein bombé comme une prothèse, mais ça me convenait quand même. Je me suis rendu chez docteur Doumit, sans trop ''d'attente''. Je lui ai expliqué que je souhaitais un redrappage, et garder, si possible, mon 32D, car j'avais lu entre les lignes qu'on pouvait perde une taille pendant le redrappage. Et c'est la que la magie commence!! Non seulement il m'a expliqué que je n'allais probablement pas perdre une taille de bonnet, mais en plus, il avait une technique qui consistait à récupérer la glande mammaire ''collée'' sur l'excédent de peau enlever lors de l'opération, et venir coudre cette glande dans le haut du sein, pour donné du bombé aux seins ( pour donner du ''cleavage'' ). Bref pas un sein tombant du tout ! J'ai été opéré la semaine dernière, le tout s'est super bien déroulé, je n'ai pas perdu de taille de bonnet, et mes seins sont ronds et hauts, presque comme avec des prothèses, mais en restant mes seins naturelles! Les cicatrices sont belles aussi! Le résultat est mieux que ce que j’espérais! Je suis 100% satisfaite! Je le conseillerais a tout le monde! L’infirmière que j'ai eu était très gentille aussi. Dr. Doumit told him that it was a very simple surgery, without risk and without explaining to him the possible complications of the surgery, while they are multiple and my mother was affected by it: Excessive tearing, excessive withdrawal of the skin in the lower eyelid which caused a round eye which reveals the inside of the eyelid (which is still present even after 1 year.), asymmetry of the two eyes. Of course, my mother went to several follow-up exams afterwards, Dr. Doumit seemed overwhelmed by the events and told him that he had never seen this. Je tiens à partager l'expérience qu'a vécu ma mère (60 ans) à la clinique du Dr. Doumit. Ma mère désirait avoir une blépharoplastie des paupières supérieures étant donné qu'une de ses paupière lui causait un désagrément, elle la sentait lourde et cela la dérangeait. Il lui a également suggéré de procéder à une chirurgie des paupières inférieures et ce bien que ma mère n'avait absolument pas de problème de ride ou de poche. Il lui a indiqué que cela donnerait un meilleur résultat et tant qu'à faire une opération, cela valait la peine de faire les deux. Le Dr. Doumit lui a indiqué que c'était une chirurgie très simple, sans risque et sans lui expliquer les complications possibles de la chirurgie, alors qu'elles sont multiples et ma mère en a été affectées: Larmoiement excessif, retrait trop important de la peau dans la paupière du bas qui a causé un oeil rond ce qui laisse voir l'intérieur de la paupière ( ce qui est toujours présent même après 1 an.), asymétrie des deux yeux. Bien sûr, ma mère est allé à plusieurs examens de suivi par la suite, le Dr. Doumit semblait dépassé par les évènement et lui indiquait qu'il n'avait jamais vu ça. Disons que ma mère n'a pas du tout vécu une belle expérience!

We choose this doctor for the good reviews and unfortunately the experience we had wasn’t good at all. Even if we had an appointment, we waited 1 hour and a half to be seen. We consulted for a hair implant procedure. We paid for the visit 115$ and he took 10 min with us, the only thing we were able to get from him, was, yes I can do it. He was short, not really interested or listening, the general impression was that he didn’t care or didn’t want to do the procedure. We just saw another doctor and we get all the information doctor Doumit didn’t provide. Not sure how he get all the other good reviews but for us was a waste of time and money, so be aware.

I went to see dr. Doumit about a year ago for a breast augmentation. The surgery and recovery went very well. I just wish he would take a little more time with his patients to give them better advice about size and post-op recommendations.
