I had my revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Mark Samaha. My first rhinoplasty was with another surgeon who had made my nose worse than what it was prior my first surgery. I was left with a bump and indent on one side of my nose, which made the tip of my nose look much larger on that side in comparison to my other side. The middle bottom part of my nose was noticeably sticking out which looked quite unnatural and resembled the result of other bad surgeries I have seen. Beside the unnatural appearance my breathing was almost nonexistent. Needless to say Dr. Mark Samaha managed to fix all of the above. I honestly didn’t think it was possible since secondary rhinoplasty is much more complicated, but I had to try since my breathing was causing lack of sleep and anxiety. I carefully choose Dr. Samaha after 8 years of research. Dr. Samaha’s work speaks for itself because the end result looks really natural and actually fits the person’s face. Unlike many doctors that I have seen who do only one type of nose for every person, and a lot of those noses end up looking a bit unnatural and even too small in some cases. Another thing I’d like to mention is that the day my cast came off I was pretty comfortable walking outside in public without any makeup. Dr. Samaha and his staff were really pleasant and helpful throughout the whole experience so thank you for doing an amazing job!

Getting a rhinoplasty is a big deal, and you really need someone you can trust. Dr. Samaha, was the only surgeon in MTL who actually listened to what I didn't like about my nose and then proceeded to provide his professional opinion sticking to what we had discussed. Other doctors were trying to oversell other procedures that were totally unnecessary. He was also able to completely open up my breathing and remove the little bump on the top of my nose bridge with an entirely closed (no cuts on the outside of the nose) rhinoplasty + septoplasty -- which is AMAZING. Step 1: You get a call with more information from the amazingly sweet Chafia. She runs you through the entire process: how many meetings you get with the Dr., information on the actual procedure you are receiving, pricing & payment options, your consultation date and so much more. This left me confident, that Dr. Samaha and his team were the perfect choice. Step 2: You get to your consultation and the entire team always greets you with friendly smiles and open arms. This is where you meet Chafia again and the beautiful & I must say hilarious head nurse, Valerie (who really knows how to lighten the mood and make you as comfortable as possible). Dr. Samaha later joins and he is the sweetest Dr. I've ever met! Very kind, very professional, he is like a giant teddy bear. He shows you a simulation of what your results might look like and you adjust together based on what you are looking for. This was super important as I am Indian and I wanted a nose that still suited my face & the rest of my indian features. Step 3: You meet with Dr. Samaha & Valerie once again, about a week before your surgery to go over your surgical plan (which is super reassuring as many questions can pop up in between your last visit and your surgery). This is probably where you will start to panic, but Dr. Samaha's team will reassure you of any doubts. Step 4: the day of your surgery, you will arrive nervous and full of anxiety, but you will be quickly attended to by a nurse who will walk you through the process and calm you down. I don't remember much of the procedure except for the first couple of numbing shots which is completely normal. It felt as if I had dose off for a minute and it was done! The whole surgery took about 2-3 hours and I was home by the afternoon. To my surprise, the swelling and bruising after the surgery were nothing like you see on Youtube videos or google images. It was so minimal that by my cast removal I had absolutely no bruising -- and I usually bruise like a peach! The team makes sure to call and check in on you & Dr. Samaha even called me on the weekend to check in because I had developed a small fever (which turned out to be ok -- his team was super reactive and called my pharmacy to submit a prescription that I picked up 5 minutes later). I absolutely love my results. I still look like myself and I don't think anyone who knows I did this would even notice -- the changes were so subtle and natural and this is exactly what I wanted. I have never taken such open and clear breaths before in my life!! The tip of the nose is still a bit swollen, but not severe enough that I can't contour and this takes several months to go away which is the norm. My confidence is now through the roof! I highly recommend Dr. Samaha if you are looking for a Dr. who really cares about your results, is incredibly talented & meticulous in his work and has a team that will support you the whole way through (I was always so excited to go into the office). Thank you to Dr. Samaha and his dream team!

In addition, when I saw Dr. Samaha during my initial consultation I can say that his bedside manner is incredible and he is very friendly. Thank you again for reaching out. - - - (Previous review) Please save your money and run out the door if you are left with nurse injector Jennifer for dermal fillers. Be aware she has less than a year of experience but somehow is left to inject people on her own. I wish I would have done the same but I made the mistake to not only to trust her once but twice thinking she could correct the lumps from my tear trough filler. Not only that but she tells me if I’m unsatisfied with the results (like I am right now because the lumps are STILL THERE), she tells me it will cost $300 to dissolve it. How unprofessional! Any normal injector would fix their mistakes to obtain a desirable result and a happy client, especially if you have barely any experience.

I met Dr Samaha about 10 years ago for a rhinoplasty after scouring the internet for the best specialist. All these years, his team and him have answered all my questions and have been upmost helpful and patient with me. I have taken my cast off today and I'm shocked (positively) at the result, even being swollen! The whole procedure from pre op to now went beyond expectations. I had literally ZERO pain, and my recovery was a breeze. Minimal bruising and swelling. I slept like a baby! I was extremely well taken care of, I felt like a Queen. I am thrilled and 100% satisfied with the results of my revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Samaha. I had my surgery on February 18th, 2019. I have posted a picture of me before and one of me just a little over two weeks post-op. Before, my nostrils were large and flared and I had an upturned nose from my first rhinoplasty. Dr. Samaha is very skilled, and as you can see even two weeks post-op the results are fantastic! My rhinoplasty result looks natural, was a subtle change, and suits me very well! My nose is still a little swollen so the results will continue to look even better as the swelling continues to go down. I traveled here to Dr. Samaha's clinic from Vermont due to the lack of skilled rhinoplasty surgeons in this area, and I highly reccomend you travel to see Dr. Samaha if you live in Vermont or upstate New York. It is not very far, and they are excellent at speaking English here. I initially found Dr. Samaha through a search for top revision rhinoplasty surgeons. After my surgery, I can definitely attest that he is very skilled at revision rhinoplasty. If this is your first rhinoplasty, skip going to unskilled surgeons and Dr. Samaha will produce an excellent result for you! The staff at Dr. Samaha's office are all great! Prior to the surgery Dr. Samaha and his nurse, Valerie, met with me and Dr. Samaha discussed what was possible to achieve from the surgery based on my expectations. After our discussion, he showed me an image of what the results would look like with the surgery and my results are what I expected. Shafia worked with me on scheduling the surgery and on the billing process, and she was very helpful and kind all throughout the process. The day of the surgery, Mikah (I hope I spelled her name correctly!) made me feel at ease, managed my pain, and even accompanied me along with my husband to my vehicle. I am very thankful I found Dr. Samaha's clinic and had my rhinoplasty here!

To all of you out there thinking about going forward with anything you are unhappy about, Please strongly consider going with Dr. Samaha. Even though I was nervous and unsure his whole team made me feel comfortable and in control of the process of my rhinoplasty. I still cannot believe the difference this journey has made in my life and how quick it was to lift the constant burden that I experienced for so long. I travelled over 8 hours to get to him but it was well worth it!! I know for me my major concern was the healing process, time and the amount of pain it would cause me even after being told by many reviews, himself and his staff that it was fast and virtually painless. I am writing this review with all honesty to tell you that it is 100% true. After a week, I was able to have my plaster removed and to my surprised there was NO BRUISING whatsoever. During the recovery time I had no problem continuing with my day to day activities without taking any pain medication... 2 weeks post op and I was back at work. Even though my nose looked different, people I would see daily could not believe I had anything done. I am truly mesmerized by my results and as I look in the mirror today just 6 months post op I am finally able to love every part of myself and have no regrets of doing this for my own happiness. Without Dr. Samaha i'm not sure I would of been as happy and care free with all eyes and cameras on me on my wedding day just 3 months and 10 days after surgery. I did so much homework and research when it came to my nose as you should and i'm sure you will too, but I guarantee you will not find a surgeon like Dr. Samaha.

When I was looking for a rhinoplasty surgeon there was a big list of places that offered what I wanted but few that made it convenient and easy to go through the process. Everyone in this place made it very easy and straightforward to go through my surgery.I couldn't be happier with the results and the recovery process. Took just four days for most of the swelling and almost all of the bruising to dissapear. Just over a week into recovery now, the cast is off and you can't even tell I had a surgery. Highly recommended this place!

I went to see Dr. Samaha for a rhinoplasty and it was the best decision of my life. He and all of his staff are extremely friendly and professional, and made me feel super comfortable, even on the day of the surgery. Dr. Samaha really listened to me and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to remove the hump I had on the bridge of my nose and my results are very subtle and beautiful. The recovery was surprisingly easy. Even though I was told ahead of time I was still surprised by how painless it was and how little bruising I had. It has only been a week since I had my surgery and it is already impossible to tell that I had one unless you know. I highly recommend Dr. Samaha because he is very experiences, listens to what you want, and makes you feel at ease.

I recently had a rhinoplasty performed by the amazing Dr. Mark Samaha and I would truly love to share the experience I had with him and his wonderful team. From my initial check up, Dr. Samaha and his entire team were very professional, kind and treated everything very personally. I initially met with the beautiful Valerie (spacial thanks to her) followed by a consultation with Dr. Samaha where I expressed my concerns and explained what I am trying to achieve. I had done my research before meeting him and his reputation/high quality of work was already very impressive. After meeting him all the great things I heard about him were confirmed. Dr. Samaha truly took the time to listen to me and understand what is bothering and why I am looking for such a procedure. Most doctors have a so called 'signature style' with such procedures giving the same result on most their patients but Dr. Samaha was truly different, he listened to me, he understood what I want and suggested the best possible plan for me to reach the results I desired which is exactly what we, as patients, look for in a doctor. I was extremely comfortable with the procedure considering that it did not require general anesthesia which was one of my main concerns. I was well taken care of from the moment I arrived until the moment I left all within 3 to 4 hours and everything was done at the same clinic which was also very convenient. I have never felt so much at ease at a doctor's office. In addition, the recovery time was far from what I expected, there was hardly any pain and within 7 days I was almost back to my normal self. Dr. Samaha prescribed some pain medication but I only had to use them once on the first day due to a little discomfort but I experienced no pain from day 2 onwards and did not need any pain medication during my recovery. Yes, there was some bruising under the eyes during the first 7 to 10 days but by the 4th day it reduced by over 50% and what was left could easily be covered by make up. On day 7 I had my follow up appointment to remove my cast and I totally fell in love with my nose. It was still slightly swollen but I could already see the amazing results which, most importantly, was exactly what we had discussed and agreed on during the consultation - no surprises or disappointments :) and till this day I do not feel that I had undergone any type of surgery, that is how easy and painless it was due to his amazing and impressive technique which is far far from the regular surgeries we hear and read about. I am very fortunate to have found such an amazing doctor in my home town without having to travel abroad. I am very lucky and would recommend Dr. Samaha without hesitation. I would honestly rate him and his team higher than 5 stars if it was possible. Special thanks again to Dr. Samaha and Valerie for how well they took care of me and for making my dream of many many years finally come true! After much consideration and research, I went to my first consultation with Dr. Samaha for a rhinoplasty procedure. From the moment I walked in for my consultation, the staff (the receptionists, Chafia, Valerie, and of course, Dr. Samaha), were welcoming, professional, and reassuring. The consultation came with careful explanation, answering many of my concerns, and also a simulation of what the final result would be! He focuses on making the nose match the rest of the features of the face. Do not expect a ‘cookie cutter’ nose! Furthermore, I met with Dr. Samaha 3 weeks before my surgery for the Pre-Op, where everything was thoroughly explained again. His confidence in his work and his level of professionalism had me put my complete trust in him. I arrived the morning of my surgery full of anxiety, but was quickly reassured and taken care of by Erin! Although I don’t remember much of the procedure as I was in and out of sleep, I was comfortable and knew I was in good hands (apparently I was very chatty during the operation)! It felt like it lasted a whole 5 minutes. I was home by noon and rested the whole day! The day after the surgery, my face was swollen but nothing too drastic. Also, I had very minimal bruising. The recovery went extremely well and I didn’t even need to take pain medication, besides Tylenol for the slight discomfort. Following the Post-Op instructions really helps in the recovery! I had my splint removed one week following my surgery and I absolutely loved what I saw (even though my nose was still swollen). After 3 weeks, the tip of my nose is still swollen (and could take several months to a year to fully heal), but I am extremely satisfied. My nose has always been one of my biggest insecurities and Dr. Samaha has helped me gain my confidence back! I highly recommend Dr. Samaha and I hope that my positive experience helps anyone considering a rhinoplasty to book a consultation with him. I’d like to thank the entire staff! Let me start of first by saying that as a health care professional I am very picky when it comes to choosing a surgeon. Before meeting Dr. Samaha I had met other surgeons that left me rather unimpressed with either their approach or their work. As soon as I entered Dr. Samaha’s centre I was immediately welcomed by Tanya, the administrative agent, in the warmest manner. I then met Chafia, Dr. Samaha’s coordinator, who explained the procedure (chin implant) very throughly and patiently. After this I met Dr. Samaha who went further in-depth with his recommendations for me and what I should expect from the surgery. Once again, I’m repeating myself but I had met multiple surgeons before Dr. Samaha and as I was speaking with him I realized that it was the first time were I felt truly listened and at ease. Him and his team are all very professional and treat you like a real human. It honestly just took me a few minutes and I knew that he was the one who was going to do my surgery! Everything went extremely well and I have 0 complains about the way I was treated pre and post-op by the nurses. Sarah, one of Dr. Samaha’s nurses was very delicate when she removed my dressing and the sutures which resulted in me feeling no pain at all. I actually recovered pretty fast and I was back to work only 4 days post-op. I am currently 4 weeks post-op and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I can finally wear ponytails and look at my profile without feeling self-conscious. If you want a surgeon who is extremely skilled AND down-to-earth he is your man! Let me start by saying I was extremely nervous about deciding to get a rhinoplasty and choosing the right surgeon. My nose always bothered me and I knew that I wanted a natural result but also one that suited my face. My biggest fear was to come out of the surgery with a plastic doll looking nose that didn't work with my facial features. I found Dr. Samaha through Google, probably the same as most of you reading this review. I walked into the first consultation a nervous wreck, not knowing what to expect. His team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, they were kind, professional and empathetic. Also his office is beautiful and classy. Dr Samaha himself was awesome. He listened to my concerns, offered helpful suggestions and was extremely really kind and attentive. My nose was asymmetrical so I had asked him to create more symmetry on the ridge while refining my tip to make it less bulbous. The day of my surgery, everyone was so reassuring and caring and really helped ease my nerves. The nurses and staff made me laugh and really took care of me and made me feel safe. The surgery itself was relatively painless and the recovery time was 6 days. I removed my cast today and I'm in awe of how beautiful my nose looks. Dr. Samaha and his team did an exceptional job and addressed all of my concerns while ensuring a flawless result. I had an upper blepharoplasty on Dec 16th, 2021, love the results and the whole experience has been very positive. I paid $7,000 CAD, had 1 pre surgery consultation and 2 post surgery appointments, the first one to remove the stitches and the 2nd one will be 4 months after surgery. Dr. Samaha is experienced, very thorough and the final results are amazing. I Was worried about the scars as I have a tendency to form hypertrophic scars but it’s been 2 weeks post surgery and you can barely see them when my eyes are closed. From the moment I went in for a consultation I had no doubt that I wanted to place my nose in his capable hands. Il m’a mis de suite en confiance ainsi que son équipe très professionnelle et chaleureuse. Je me suis rendue à sa clinique le cœur léger mettant toute ma confiance et mon nez entre ses mains! I had wanted to get a nose job for many years now, but i've always been extremly scared of the procedure. Dr Samaha made me feel comfortable since the first appointment, he took the time to explain the procedure and answer all of my questions. After the first appointment, I still took some time to think about it, and I never felt any pressure from Dr Samaha or his team to make a quick decision. I finally went for it and my only regret is to not have done it sooner! The day of the surgery I had an idea of how things were going to go, but I never would've thought that it was going to go that well. I suffer from an anxiety disorder, although as soon as I got there the staff took care of me, and not once I felt anxious or scared. After the surgery I felt absolutely no pain at all, to my surprise (and my dad as well who is a former ORL) and barely got any "black eyes". So far I've had nothing but compliments on my "very natural" looking nose (only from those who know I had a procedure, no one else can tell) and I am loving every minute of my new look. Le seul petit inconvénient est l’enflure qui s’installe progressivement au niveau des joues et des yeux. Toutefois, elle diminue significativement vers le 4e jour et peut être contrôlée par l’usage fréquent de compresses froides. En rétrospective, c’était une des meilleures décisions de ma vie. Mon seul regret est d’avoir hésité à passer à l’acte pendant toutes ces années. Ceux qui hésitent à se faire opérer, FAITES-LE et ne laissez plus ce complexe affecter votre vie quotidienne. C’est un changement qui vous suivra pour le reste de vos jours et aura un impact considérable sur votre confiance en soi. Last week I underwent a rhinoplasty with Dr. Samaha and so far, this has been the best decision I've ever made. It has been over a decade I have been dreaming of getting my nose done and I could not have had a better experience. From the initial consult I immediately felt comfortable with Dr. Samaha and his team. Dr. Samaha was clear, concise and honest in explaining the process of the surgery and what to expect as a result (i.e. how my nose would look). He and his team were extremely professional from day 1 and always open to any questions. All the nurses were extremely friendly, caring and compassionate throughout the whole process, especially on the day of the surgery. From the beginning, the team ensured I was as relaxed and comfortable as possible and explained everything throughout every step of the way. The surgery went extremely well, with minimal pain and/or discomfort. Throughout the days following the surgery I had almost no pain or discomfort) (relieved with Tylenol only). I kept my cast/bandage for 7 days post-op and barely had any swelling or bruising. By day 7 after the surgery my cast was off and I was able to see what great work was done by Dr. Samaha. All that is left now is some swelling at the level of my nose and a small bruise under one of my eyes which is easily covered with a bit of concealor. When i did the first call to gather information i was help by someone name Chafia who apparently was the coordinator for this clinic. Very nice doctor but too busy. My double-surgery was cancelled twice and under short notice both times. All surgeries' details are arranged by his assistant "Chafia". Unfortunately she is condescendent and becomes quickly inpatient and rude if you ask questions about the procedures....which is odd ! - It's clear the doctor does not know this because she plays sweet and friendly in his presence. She never apologized when cancelling my surgeries. Overall, I wasted 8 months in this clinic. It's really sad because the doctor is a very nice man.

I had two procedures done by Dr. Samaha. The first was to remove the bags under my eyes, lower lid blepharoplasty and the second was to correct sagging eyelids, upper blepharoplasty. I am extremely pleased with the results of both. Actually, I was so pleased with the overall experience of the first that I did not hesitate on deciding on the second. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the doctor as well as the sincerity and candor that was expressed when he explained everything that was involved with the procedures. The facilities are more than you’d expect from the best of private clinics: modern, well-equiped and impeccably spotless - but also calming and relaxing. What really stands out is the level of friendliness, care and concern expressed by Dr. Samaha and all of the staff - from the front desk, to the office manager, to the nurses - without exception. I had a rhinoplasty done with Dr.Samaha approximately 10 days ago and I am already happy with the result. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. During my decision process, what really set him apart for me was that he truly was an expert in facial surgeries and he is an ORL as well, so I knew that I couldn’t go wrong with someone with credentials such as his. I am a VERY anxious person in general, and from the moment I had my consultation until the moment I took my cast off, both the doctor himself and the amazing nurses/staff put me at ease (which is not very easy to do with someone like myself). The doctor is realistic from the start and tells you what he can and cannot do to your nose and really tries to explain to you that he will not give you a perfect nose, but a nose that is perfect for your face. That’s exactly what I feel like I got, I have already seen friends (and I am still a bit swollen and bruised) and they are all so shocked at how much I still look like myself, just with a better nose. The surgery itself was 1000% better than I thought it would be. The nurses and doctor all tell you that it will be painless, but you don’t really believe them until you experience it for yourself. It truly was painless, and you are completely dazed out and unaware of the whole process until it’s time to go home. The recovery process went very smoothly, I did not need or use the painkillers that were prescribed to me, and the more severe swelling and bruising lasted only about week. The doctor even called me (on a Saturday) the day after the surgery to check up on me and see how I was feeling, which really impressed me. Overall, all I can say is that if you have been hesitating about getting it done, just DO IT! I regret waiting this long to have done mine, he is truly a fantastic doctor, you are in great hands.

Dr. Samaha is honest and tells you straight away what is feasible for your individual features and listens to your concerns Obviously, he is very good at what he does and it shows, the surgery went smoothly and my recovery was very quick as well. Only 7 days since my rhinoplasty and I already see a very nice result and feel almost fully recovered. The whole process was seamless, informative and fairly easy. I did a lot of research before calling Dr. Samaha's office for a consultation and I am glad I did. The shape of my nose is so much better already, it is proportional to my face and my breathing has improvement as well. Overall very satisfied and happy with my experience and result so far.

Three weeks ago, I underwent a rhinoplasty with Dr. Samaha. I removed my cast 2 weeks ago. This surgery was something that I envisioned undergoing for a very long time. I never liked my nose, but I was very apprehensive with actually going through with the process of getting surgery (any surgery for that matter). I heard about Dr. Samaha through a friend and thought that I would call to get some information. I remember speaking with Chafia for over 30 minutes on the phone (crying/asking so many questions) she was so helpful, patient, and optimistic; I knew I would definitely book a consultation. My consultation was in December 2017 and my surgery took place July 2018. The consultation went extremely well- Dr. Samaha and Valerie were very helpful and truly understood my concerns and my dislikes with my nose. They also were very informative and offered suggestions/picture simulations to show what the potential result would be. It was a no brainer- I booked my surgery immediately. I left their office very happy with this decision. Being a naturally anxious person, I called their office a few months later and asked for another consultation (something I’m not sure most people ask for)- this time going with my father. I was able to sit with Dr. Samaha and Valerie again and ask more questions and discuss some concerns. Once again, they were both extremely kind and alleviated any doubts. I was very happy with this second consult (March 2018) and knew that I was now 100% ready to undergo surgery. I appreciated that they understood and are fully aware that getting facial surgery is an emotional experience. July 2018 came rather quickly- and I was very happy that the surgeries are booked so many months after the initial consult- this allowed me to wrap my brain around what I was about to do. The days before surgery were definitely overwhelming – I was happy that I received some medication to help sleep through the night. The surgery day came and went extremely quick…I do not remember a thing! I remember getting to their office, meeting with a nurse, and few hours later I was already home in bed. I kept my cast on for 5 full days, and on the 6th day got it removed. Dr. Samaha told me that I had more bruising then the average person. (I knew this would be the case as I bruise like a peach!) I would say I had bruising for 2 weeks. When I removed the cast and saw my face for the first time – I was in shock! I did not even recognize myself, (but yet the changes were exactly me – and everyone who saw me afterwards said “I’m happy you’re still you.” My face was swollen for about a week after the cast was removed – and my nose got more swollen the day after the cast was removed. I began to get nervous- I did not expect to be more swollen after cast removal. There definitely was a day or two where I got emotional because I was and still am (my nose) swollen. HOWEVER, it has now been 3 weeks since surgery and I cannot believe my eyes. The swelling has gone down tremendously. (Just like they said and just like all the reviews/cases I read online). I cannot believe my profile. I absolutely love what I see. This weekend was the first time I got ready with makeup and went out. I felt so confident and happy and emotional!!! I have never felt this comfortable in my own skin and it is all thanks to Dr. Samaha’s work. I am still swollen (frontal view) and I do see more swelling on my right side then on my left --- BUT I am not worried about this at all. I know that these things take time. Up to 1.5 years (as the doctor explained). I am patient and aware that this is the case. You cannot undergo surgery and expect the result right away. I am very happy in this moment and know that as time passes I will only get happier! This is the best decision that I have EVER made. Dr. Samaha changed my life. I waited to write this review so that I could be as open and honest as possible. Dr. Samaha and his team are wonderful and I cannot wait to go back for my 6 month post op to see where I’ll be!

So Happy With Rhinoplasty! My overall experience with Dr. Samaha and his staff was nothing less than exceptional! From the moment I walked into his office I felt at ease and got the immediate sense that Dr. Samaha and his practice was unlike any other plastic surgery clinic I visited. There is no perfect way to choose a plastic surgeon and to cover all bases my selection process consisted of referrals, online reviews and visits to each practice.
