Dr. Dickie, Shawnie and the whole team at Royal Centre of Plastic Surgery are truly the best. Their care before surgery is to keep you well informed and they are open to your multiple calls and questions you may have, from financial to nervousness, never ever making you feel less than. Before surgery the team of nurses and anesthesiologist sit with you answer all your questions, you feel safe in their hands. The after surgery care is the best my nurse was always there helping me reassuring me, again I felt safe and cared for. If you've been thinking about going to see Dr. Dickie go and see for yourself. Well, after reading the bad reviews, I’m now starting to wonder if I had the same doctor they had. I had my very unsightly under eye bags and hooded eyelids removed, (they’re a gift from my family genes), by Dr. Dickie. I am very happy with the results as it has taken away that tired look I had. My experience with his staff was great, they’re all so pleasant and so helpful, as is Dr. Dickie; I even can get a hold of him while he’s on vacation, poor guy, I just needed some reassurance that the bruising was going away, he promptly answered me, via text message. His front office staff is amazing, always smiling and happy, as is his wife Shauni, I think she is just wonderful, she even held my hand when I went in to remove my stitches, I really appreciated that. So, in my opinion, he is the best out there.

I came in for a Tummy tuck and Lipo to the hips yesterday morning. Pretty much an all around perfect experience. Getting in for my consultation was quick, Dr. Dickie takes his time and within 3 weeks I was booked for my liposuction. Had full abdominal liposuction and it went more smoothly than I'd ever anticipated. 6 weeks post-op now and am ready to take off my compression garment and get back to normal activities. I heard from a few people that Dr. Dickie get really good liposuction results so I opted for him over a couple others. Staff and office is run like nothing I've ever seen. Chipper Melanie at the front will make your day! Solid guy Dr. Dickie is. Easy to talk to and funny as hell. Will always recommend Dr. Dickie. Thanks everyone at RCPS.

Wow! I am appalled and extremely upset over my mommy makeover. I ended up with an unfinished tummy tuck. All he did was sew up my existing belly button & didn't pulĺ any skin down & remove it. Now there is a bulge there that was not there before. My belly button stitches came out in 2 days on their own & now it is deformed. As for my breasts, I have to go & have them redone as well as my tummy for revision botched surgery. I was charged alot of money for my procedure & his patiènt care coordinator Shauni was extremely rude & actually swore at me, when my husband explained that this needed to be redone. I now am going in May to redo everything by an amazing kind top Doctor. I would honestly do your research before seeing Dr Dickie. I would have not put any stars up but have to put 1 at least to write a review. Also do research why he was arrested & fled the country to avoid jail time. God I wish I knew this before. Good luck with your research, and I hope you find the best quality Dr. For you, and your body. EXTREMELY UNSATISFYING RESULTS..

I look and feel terrible and it's unfortunate that I am not only out hundreds of dollars but lacking self confidence until this wears off...which is exactly why I explored options to improve my appearance in the first place

Dr. Dickie did my breast reduction years ago and I ended up with having to have 2 further operations. An emergency surgery 2 weeks after my first due to a staph 4 infection and the blood supply being cut off from my right breast and another a year later to reconstruct my breast. His bed side manner was horrible and it took a week and 2 nurses telling him I needed help before he would get off the golf course. I would warn away any woman considering allowing this 'Doctor' to touch them.

I just had my tummy tuck and breast lift/augmentation. I am just a little over 2 weeks post-op. I am compelled to write a review because I was shopping with my husband this morning and was brought to tears in the dressing room. I am in love with my new body and did not think I would ever feel this way. Dr. Dickie is the best surgeon I have ever known and I can not STOP raving about him to my friends and family. He is calm, attentive and you feel like you can take all the time in the world during your consultation. I met with two surgeons and although both were nice, Dr. Dickie stands out and his office is INCREDIBLE. They take the time to create at atmosphere that you are proud to walk into. He obviously expects high standards from his staff because every interaction is so professional, but the girls become your friends too. I was told to expect weeks for full recovery but I have to tell you, I'm feeling good at just over two. Not sure if I am a fast healer or what but I am beyond HAPPY. Except many referrals from this happy mama!

Dr. Dickie gave me back full lips that have made my face more youthful and 'happy' looking. My breast augmentation was done at the clinic which was so much more comforting than a hospital. I have had other procedures before and the experience of being in their clinic took away all of my anxiety. You are assigned to your own bed with a warmed blanket where you then conference with Dr. Dickie. His staff makes you feel that they are there just for you simply by just walking into the clinic. His wife Shawnie meets with you both pre and post operatively and ensures you that you have made the right decision and that everything will be fine and walks you through every step.(This helped me greatly). Dr. Dickie reconstructed my breasts...they are perfect...you have to really look carefully to see evidence of an incision.

After waiting a year to even get in for a consult, they change my appt for 6 months later... Now a month before my appt they cancel it altogether, saying they aren't taking on OHIP covered patients anymore?! This is a medically necessary procedure for me. In tears now waiting a year and a half just for a consult, only to have to start over again. And why? Ohip doesn't pay as much is my guess...

Very welcoming! Explained everything, did exactly what i wanted and more! Healing after was nothing. It was the last surgery before covid started and I can honestly say I didn’t even need to go to follow ups, i healed so great. They would have if Seen me if i needed. But I felt so great. like nothing happened to me. Isolation forced me to take extra time off. But i wouldn’t have needed it. My breast implants and scar removal surgery looks amazing. I couldn’t be happier about seeing Dr. Dickie!

I met with Dr, Dickie and his team to discuss a breast lift/augmentation. The procedure was needed to rectify a past breast lift/augmentation performed by a different surgeon a few years ago. Dr. Dickie and his team were very patient and welcoming at their office and after meeting with them I decided to go ahead with the surgery with Dr. Dickie and his team. A week and a half later I felt I needed to post an acknowledgement to Dr. Dickie and his team for their excellent professionalism and ethics before, during and after. The team made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the whole process and the end results are wonderful. I had my implants -explant ( taken out ) and a Breast lift done by Dr Dickie. Dr Dickie did an excellent job! His staff are so welcoming and make you feel so comfortable.
