Tried to inquire about a certain surgery through email but the response wasn't very professional. I then called at 3pm (1 hour before close) because I figured it would be quicker and no answer so I left a message. They got back to me over a voice-mail and it was very abrupt / blunt, as well as a very quick response sounding like they were not interested what so ever in even booking a consultation just to see me and judge if they could even preform the surgery I was inquiring about. Just a overall not good experience unfortunately so I will not be contacting again.
