5 STARS - Acknowledging Dr. Jalil Waqqas, for his genuine GIFTS and advanced abilities in corrective Breast Surgery. On December 2018, Dr. Jalil Waqqas, preformed a BL/ BA (Mastopexy) to address the significant breast ptosis, asymmetry, capsular contracture and saline implant replacement I required. Three months later, I am compelled to share how Dr. Waqqas authentically impacted my quality of living, by fully restoring my confidence and more! I look beautiful and feel radiant. Inside and out. There is a new sense of freedom, no more constant contention with flaws. I actually gained valuable time "back" into my life since the hours spent in the past, dealing with my physical and emotional issues...vanished. I replaced the negativity and lost moments, with acceptance and new-found-time to enjoy my life and its offerings! In the end, my results exceeded my expectations. Let me share why. I was not a straight forward case and required a surgeon who possessed advanced skill sets. I researched the top P.S. surgeons in GTA (specializing in breast reconstruction and challenges), Dr. Jalil Waqqas, M.D. F.R.C.S.C., surfaced as one of the top emerging talents. He is renowned for his techniques and yes...strong positive feedback from his patients! He may not have a large presence online (yet) please don’t let this discourage you from meeting with him and his team. In my 1:1 experience with Dr. J. Waqqas, his demeanour was consistently “bright and cheerful” (we met 6 times) he's highly intelligent, kind and makes time just for just for you. He’s a good human being who happens to be a superior surgeon. Lastly, the team and the surgeon's exercise authentic care and concern for their patients at this clinic. There was an “open door policy” on my medical care, meaning I was encouraged to call or visit anytime pre or post surgery with questions or concerns. I leaned on both of these extensions during my medical journey and was never disappointed. Top-rate medical care was the platinum standard provided. Jessica is the definition of professional warmth and sincerity. She is phenomenal and added an extra layer of “love” to a relatively stressful experience. I enjoy that Dr Martin Jugenburg (Dr Six) uses Snapchat as an educational and informative platform that allows his followers to witness how cosmetic surgeries are performed. The videos are helpful because through each surgery Dr Six provides knowledgeable and valuable information that explains the procedure of the surgeries. Dr Six uses Snapchat to communicate with his followers, allowing him to be interactive and approachable. This gives a potential patient and followers a sense of safety and confidence about knowing what’s involved in a cosmetic surgery. I hope Dr Six continues to use Snapchat and I wish him and his team all the best! ????

I did a lot of research before getting my breast augmentation. I was considering getting my breast done for five years; but I wanted to make sure that I wouldn't regret altering/enhancing my body, which i already loved in the first place. I loved my breast, I just wanted them bigger. One of my main concerns was having the most natural and softest breast implants, and I knew I wanted to have them under the muscle. So, I decided that teardrop implants would be the best option for me because of their natural shape. I chose Dr.Jugenburg because a couple of his patients are friends of mine and all them have the most natural looking breast. As soon as I walked into the clinic for my first consultation, I was very pleased with the beautiful white aesthetics, cleanliness and welcoming smiling faces of the entire staff. I had my consultation with Nurse Kim, she has a extremely pleasant and kind spirit. I told her that I at least wanted to have D cup breast, but that I would be okay with DD cups as well. I also told her that I wanted the most natural and softest look; and that I wanted tear drop implants. She let me hold the tear drop gummy implant, but also let me hold moderate silicone implant and told me that silicone were softer, which i totally agreed! Nurse Kim had explained that moderate implants would still give me a natural look, especially with the current shape of my breast. I decided to go with silicone. Now for sizing! I wanted 410cc under the muscle implant with a transax incision because I didn't want visible scars. Kim had suggested to try on a size bigger because sometimes patients are disappointed after surgery that they didn't go bigger. One size up from 410 was 445. I tried on the 445cc implants with the sports bra and loved them. Dr.Jugenburg had suggested that I do my incision under the breast fold for better placement and healing. But again, I was worried about visible scars so I asked Dr. Jugenburg if I would be able to see some of his previous patients scars, he showed me photos right away. At that point, I didn't even have to second guess it because Dr.Jugenburgs scars are SO TINY! Tiny in width and in length, ultimately disappearing over time. My final decision was to go with 445cc moderate profile implant, under the muscle, through the breast fold. I was concerned with how I would feel after surgery, most people I know who have gotten implants (especially under the muscle) say they feel like they got ran over by a truck after surgery is done. But I woke up in virtually NO PAIN! I enjoyed my one night stay at the beautiful Fairmont Royal York hotel, and was visited by nurse Minh at 9 am, who was also very kind. I am 6 weeks post op now and totally in love with my new breast, they are exactly what I wanted. Although I don't exactly know what they will end up looking like just yet, as breast implants don't start to look "normal" until about three months post op. I am in love with them and can't wait to see how they progress. I would suggest to patients before getting their surgery to try BIGGER sizes! But do NOT ask the doctor to choose a size for you, only you can do that! They can only help you get exactly what YOU'RE looking for. ALSO it is a very good idea to bring in A LOT of "breast goals" photos and also bring in photos of what you DON'T want your breast to look like. I am also very pleased with how responsive the nurses are via email after post op, for any concerns you may have! I couldn't have chosen a better doctor.

I'm very happy to have chosen this clinic for my breast augmentation! The first thing that caught my attention was their widespread social media presence. I understand this can be a good or a bad thing, however I found it super educational and it showed how transparent this clinic and team were about their procedures and all potential risks and outcomes. This is what I find missing from almost any other doctor and clinic I researched previous to choosing this one (PLEASE do your research before any procedure you may opt for). From my virtual consultation with Nurse Kim (due to covid), pre-op with Dr.J, all the way to my 6 week post-op, the whole clinic was very friendly and welcoming. It was always very easy to get ahold of someone for any questions or concerns. I met with Dr.J briefly during my pre-op fitting and even though it was very quick and to the point, he answered all of my questions honestly and even helped me choose the proper profile as I was struggling to decide. He made sure that I knew not to expect complete symmetry due to my naturally asymmetric breasts and not to expect perfection but just an enhancement of what I already have. This is what set me up for a realistic expectation of my results which I think a lot of doctors don't seem to do. Almost two months post-op now and I am completely in love with my results! Thank you to Dr.J and your amazing team. Highly recommend if you're looking for any realistic enhancements :)

Last week I had a breast augmentation at Toronto Cosmetic Surgery Institute. Despite wanting this surgery for as long as I could remember, I was extremely nervous. I had done all my research including watching vlogs about pre/post op/recovery, what to expect, sizing, pain, medication, and videos of the actual surgery itself. Most people had a relatively painless and easy experience but despite that I was still hesitant. I chose to get 445cc, moderate profile, saline implants, under the muscle with a breast fold incision. I wanted something very natural The day of the surgery, waiting in the pre op room, I was so nervous. I knew the surgery would go great (Dr. Jugenberg is amazing at what he does) but it was the unknown that terrified me. I had never been put under anesthetic before and the thought of not being in control was hard for me to overcome. I also have an EXTREMELY low pain tolerance, so I was scared for post-surgery. The staff could tell that I was nervous and were so kind about making me feel as comfortable as possible. I probably would have walked out if it wasn’t for them. That being said, being put to sleep was such an easy experience. And waking up was even easier. When I woke up I could not even remember going into surgery. I knew where I was and what I was doing but it felt like the surgery hadn’t started yet. My pain level was low, I just felt tired. The next day I felt sore but my pain level never raised to above a 4/10. The first week you feel tightness in your chest and can feel your skin stretching. It is more uncomfortable than it is painful. I was able to return to my office job after 5 days. I am a week post op and I feel great! To anyone who is looking to get something done and is nervous like I was, take it from me, it is MUCH easier than you think. Dr. Jugenberg and his team are amazing and I would highly recommend them!

*I will try to update this post as I continue to heal. There is no weight change with the before and after photos.* My Diastasis Recti is fixed!! I am a mom of 3 children and have suffered from abdominal separation since my first child. My youngest child is now 3, and my separation was still 5 fingers. I have tried physiotherapy, multiple online exercise programs and nothing helped permanently. My connective tissue was simply too stretched out as my gap was not only wide but deep. After years of trying to fix it on my own, I decided to look into surgery. I am 5 weeks post op and it is the best decision I made. Not only do I not look pregnant anymore, but my back pain and constant uncomfortable bloating is gone. I can't believe how well I feel already. Recovery was not nearly as bad as I was expecting, and I am making sure to follow all doctors orders. :) Which is HIGHLY important after having your muscles repaired. I am not messing up his hard work! Dr. 6ix and his staff are amazing. I am so thankful I chose this clinic. My muscles are repaired, loose skin gone, and my incision is tinier than I believed possible!! Having never had surgery before I was nervous, but everything went smoothly. Can't express my gratitude to Dr. Jugenburg and his staff enough. Been to a few places for consultation to get my BBL and had nothing but sales people trying to up sell me and over price me. My procedure went well and as this being my first procedure ever, I am so happy to say that all his staff and the doctor himself answered all my questions and concerns even after business hours. They deserve way more than a measly 5 star! If it was up to me it'd be a MILLION starts! I will be going back to him to do more procedures soon as my recovery is over lol. Martin Jugenburg is the BEST surgeon in the country. If you're going to get anything done, this is the man to go to. No one has died on his watch, which not all surgeons can say the same. My cousin had a BBL from him after I educated her on who the best surgeons are. She had the flattest ass I had ever seen. He managed to harvest enough fat from her slim frame and she got great results with no complications. She has a perfect, poppin booty yet it doesn't look like a diaper like so many surgeons out there provide. 5 *****

I recommend this clinic as often as I can to anyone wanting to commit to cosmetic surgery. I am a high risk patient with health issues, and drug allergies. I was wanting augmentation for years, and finally went for it. The staff walked me through the entire procedure, what to expect, what not to expect. They researched to ensure with my health restrictions I could even safely have the surgery - which I appreciated. They are far from ever being someone whom would just take a patient for another procedure paid for - and I have the utmost respect. I had complications after no fault of the doctor, but risks I knew could happen - and the doctor and staff monitored me and ensured I didn’t need any other aids to overcome it. I had the best experience with Dr jugenburg and this was also my first time having plastic surgery. I felt really comfortable with everyone, the whole staff was so nice and welcoming, it really eased my anxiety about the whole thing. My consultation was with Nurse Kim and she was the sweetest and listened to all of my concerns. When I first met Dr Jugenburg, I was so nervous, I was such a big fan of his work. When he examined me it was like watching an artist examine his canvas. You could see just see how meticulous he was and how he was taking into account absolutely every aspect of your anatomy. It was really magical to see! A lot of people are scared of General Anesthesia, but the staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease during the whole process. Honestly I had the deepest sleep and didn’t want to wake up lol. After surgery I felt so good that I wanted to walk to my hotel room. Lots of people experience nausea but I thankfully didn’t! Dr Jugenburg makes sure you are physically ready for such a big procedure and it really showed in my recovery! I was expecting my pain to be much worse than what I experienced. It just felt like I was really sore from a big workout, it was very manageable! The nurse was so kind and caring when she checked up on me the next day, I really felt like I was important to them. The next few days I started walking around more and this helped TREMENDOUSLY in my recovery! My swelling decreased so fast towards the end of the first week, and at week two I felt almost completely normal! I don’t know if it’s luck or me following absolutely every post op instruction from the Dr, but I had such a fun journey. I would have never imagined my body to look like this, Dr Jugenburg went above and beyond my expectations. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat, it changed my life!

All I can say is that, having my mommy makeover was the best decision I ever made. I gave myself 8 years to be at my best ,physically, after having 3 kids, I didn't want to rush...the results are just WOWWW .Love Drsix work, my breast feel so natural and my scars are almost not existent. First 4 weeks of recovery were the hardest but it was all worthy it!! I am now 5 months post op, Loving my body and myself. After a year of researching plastic surgeons in Toronto I decided to see Dr. Martin Jugenburg at the Toronto Cosmetic Surgery Institute which is located at the Royal York Hotel in Downtown Toronto. I was greeted by Kim who instantly made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions & concerns. I had waited for 27 years to have a TT so I needed to make sure I was making the right decision. I cannot express how happy I am that I chose Dr. Jugenburg. He was professional, easy to talk to so I booked my surgery that day. From leading up to the surgery to the day of the surgery I was made to feel like I was a VIP. The surgery is done right at the hotel & afterwards you are taken to a room in the hotel to spend the night. In the morning the nurse came in to check on me & with a smile told me I was good to go. It doesn't end there. Any concern I had I could just call Kim & she would get back to me right away. I highly recommend Dr. Jugenburg to anyone who is looking for perfection. I feel 30 years younger & I'm wearing a 2 piece bathing suit for the first time in 27 years! Thank you Dr. Jugenburg & all the staff

I am beyond happy with the results and had a great experience from start to finish. Going a step further, I am inclined to share recent examples of why the above is true. On the night of my second surgery, I connected with his team to discuss an illogical fear. To my surprise, he responded personally (bear in mind, Dr. Jalil is outrageously busy). When I did not answer his call, he tried once more and then proceeded to send a concise email as an effort to connect the third time. Contained in the email was his cell number to contact. Talk about amazing! It provided me with a strong sense of peace, knowing my busy P.S. carves out 1:1 time for his patients. Another example. When a revision surgery was on the docket, without hesitation, I was offered the surgery at no cost. The operation (with other optics) may not have been necessary, yet it was clear my doctor wanted the best possible outcome. No one can imagine the meaning of this. I also draw attention to the fact Dr. Jalil keeps his commitments in his Agreements. There are plenty more examples, though you get the jest. My goal was to share information with others who are contemplating major or minor surgery for breast reconstruction. It is hard to move forward with life-altering decisions, especially if fear and doubt are playing a role in the process. Perhaps my journey will provide insight to others who are contemplating to take action and change their lives for the best! Know with Dr. Jalil; YOU ARE in remarkable hands. He ultimately resolved the exterior issues I had, while healing the distress I coped with inwardly. My results are incredible and I've referred numerous people. I had a breast augmentation done approximately 5 months ago and I am blown away at how amazing they look and continuously improve. Dr. Jugenburg is highly reputable and very knowledgeable. His staff are all unbelievably kind and helpful. (I booked two consultations and exchanged multiple emails with questions/concerns etc and his staff were not in the slightest annoyed, or bothered by this) His space is meticulously clean and professional. The one night stay included in your procedure costs is such a bonus as the the nurses ensure your healing, and care is of utmost importance and going as per expected. Dr 6ix is the best plastic surgeon!! I've got two procedures done by him and I couldn't be happier! I've had a BBL procedure done 3 years ago by him, (2014) and to this day I couldn't be happier! Before I never had a butt and I was shaped very straight with no curves- and now, I have an amazing shape with amazing curves, an hour glass figure, and of course my butt looks amazing! Went to Dr. Jugenburg for a BBL July 17,2020. My initial surgery was Mar 25 however cancelled due to COVID. I had met him one year prior for a consult and in early March for the pre op. They were nice enough to book me immediately after COVID and even put me on a cancellation list which got me in sooner than expected. I was thrilled ! I was very well mentally prepared for this surgery and had realistic expectations based on the education that he provides on all of his social media accounts. I am a thin, fit girl who was just looking for added projection, filled in hip dips and a nice defined stomach. He did just that. I got BBL with Vaser. Could not be happier with my results and I am only 3 weeks post Op! The clinic is beautiful, clean and the staff is friendly. Prior to being put under, I was extremely nervous and “Nurse Amazing” held my hand while I cried and reassured me that I would be ok. “Dr Sleepy” the Anesthesiologist was amazing as well, I mentioned to him that I did not want to be over medicated while being put under and that I wanted to be able to request meds when I wake if I was in pain (I am very sensitive to pain killers and hate the feeling). He was so nice and completely ok with my request and even reassured me when I woke from surgery that they did not over medicate me. He then offered me meds and cut the dosage in half for me. I thought this was so nice seeing how I was out of it and he still ensured to follow through with my wishes. Overall my experience was wonderful! I have had 2 other cosmetic surgeries at 2 other different locations. I haven’t had any bad experiences and I am very happy to say that my last major cosmetic procedure experience with Dr 6ix went great! I think it’s important to remember when proceeding with surgeries that these people are not your friends. They are hired to ensure you’re safe, do the job and do it well and it is a business. I feel like a lot of people tend to judge a surgeon based on their personality when in fact, you’re not paying for that. You are paying for their talent. Coming from someone who’s had 3 different procedures at 3 different place, they are all the same. Business. To me, that shows me that they take pride in their work and your health. Im quickly approaching my one year post op mark for an extended abdo and I truly couldn’t be happier with my results. Prior to seeing Dr6ix I had really unfortunate scars on my belly that were the result of an emergency appendectomy and open laparotomy that caused a very asymmetrical appearance to my abdomen. Dr. 6ix expertly removed the areas of excess skin that contained these old scars and my new scar line is nice and low and has healed beautifully. Do not recommend. His work was average for a BBL. He does not recommend massages he expects you to do them yourself. I am not a professional massage therapist and the nurses do not correctly show you how to massage bumps out which caused me to get fibrosis. I had to pay out of pocket for fibrosis injection and massages. The nurses are extremely unprofessional especially Jessica. She does not know what she is doing and is very struck up and rude. This is not something you want to encounter after waking up from surgery. Nurse Minh is amazing! She helped me a lot and understands what you are going through. If every nurse was like her I would be rating better. It seems like the social media has gotten to their head and they don’t appreciate or understand their clients. They are just trying to get money! At 19 years old I’ve visit a well known surgeon in Toronto for breast augmentation. But the surgeon suggested I go for a smaller size since I am Asian and is petite. This surgeon knows nothing about my body. Although I am short, I’m very curvy on my lower body. Finally I visited the same surgeon at 34 years old,,, although his nurses agreed to give me a DD To balance my body, that surgeon still insisted I go for a size B/C because I’m a “petite Asian “ and he hadn’t even seen how it proportions my body. Finally I waited till I heard about Dr Jugenberg. I was assessed by Nurse Kim, I was 38 years old at this time. She understood that bigger looked so much proportioned to my body, she assessed my skin on my breast and was afraid I couldn’t go over 500ccs. She worked around how I can achieve the look that I wanted. And we proceeded to go with over 460s. I felt I was heard, educated, and not judged by my weight and race. I came back for more a TT and I feel so good about my body and self esteem. Everything is done right, I healed very well, and the nurses are on standby when there’s any concerns. Waiting was worth it for me. And I feel everyone should wait to get a surgery. They need to see Dr Jugenberg and his team!!!! Thank you guys for helping me be look my best!!!

I am 8 weeks out of my breast augmentation performed by Dr. Martin Jugenburg and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. I should literally carry his business cards on me, as I’ve never had so many compliments from other women! This is no joke! I chose Dr. Jugenburg based on a few factors: raving reviews from other insiders in the industry, the volume of breast implants he does, before and after photos I’ve seen, and the comfort level I felt after an amazing consultation experience in their state-of-the-art facility downtown Toronto (located in the Fairmont Royal York Hotel). His facility is absolutely stunning and all patients have the option of spending a recovery night at the hotel – bonus! I am 36 years old and had been thinking about this surgery for over 15 years now. I am naturally a 32B/5’7””/123 lbs. I have always found larger breasts so attractive and wanted to balance out my natural hips with a larger bust. I work out quite a bit so have always had to sacrifice my breast size for body tone. I was extremely nervous leading up to my consultation. The consultation process with Kim, Meghan and Dr. Jugenburg was an amazing experience! Kim and Meghan took their time in discussing all the options, taking photos and answering all my questions. They worked with my perfectionist personality and helped me “try on” all the different sizing options. I went back and forth (more than a couple of times) with a few options before deciding on Natrelle gummy implants 405 CC (moderate profile). After going over all the details with Kim, Dr. Jugenburg participated in the last part of the consultation process. He reviewed my anatomy and implant selection and ensured to give me the best possible idea of how the final implants would sit on my body. He even retook some of the photos to perfect some of the angles of the before shots. His neurosis sealed the deal for me; what more could you want from your surgeon?! I love how he provides all the options available that “could” work, but he did not try and influence my final selection. I have a natural “teardrop” shape and my goal was to enhance the size while maintaining my shape. On the day of the surgery, I was extremely nervous and the entire staff made me feel completely at ease – the administration team, pre and post operation nurses (Jessica and Sara), the anesthetist, and nurse Victoria. Aside from a few little jokes to put me at ease, Dr. Jugenburg is ALL business (in a good way!) and that’s why he is fantastic at what he does. He is extremely focused, thorough, and made me feel like I was in the most capable hands – which I was. During the first few days of recovery his team was available to answer any questions I had, which I did. They were very fast on response time and making sure I had all the information I needed. I am now 8 weeks out and couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. I still have some “settling” left and that will take some time, but I’m in love with my new breasts. His attentiveness and patience as I discussed with him the direction I wanted to go were very much appreciated, and he was so intuitive about what would flatter my body, I'm amazed by how great I look and feel, and so excited to show it off! I’ve spent over $16,000 at this clinic with surgeries and injections (skinjectable). I’ve been on file this clinic for over 2 years. The treatments are great but the service is not. 7/10 times I have asked administration/ coordinators over the phone and in person to send me receipts of my payments or a confirmation of my scheduled appointments, and they always say they will, but never do! It’s quite disrespectful and actually unprofessional that administration completely disregards my simple request to send a receipt (usually of a payment of thousands of dollars) to my email. They clearly receive my communicated request to send me an email of my scheduled appointment “I will definitely send you a confirmation of your appointment, we have your email” but get off the phone with me and are not bothered to actually send it! Also, I saw a cockroach walk across a patient’s foot while in the waiting room. A bit concerning, but I understand that it is a hotel and somethings are hard to control. I wish administration was a bit more professional, especially when patients are spending thousands of dollars.

Just WOW, every time I look at the results I awe in disbelieve. After giving birth to 2 children over 20 years ago, I’ve been struggling with my confidence and self-esteem, as I’m sure most other mothers do. I attempted numerous exercises to try and regain the shape I used to have but there was always that bulge of fat and skin that just wouldn’t go away. Finally, last year I decided to get a tummy tuck and liposuction. Before deciding on Dr. Jugenburg’s office I searched and attended numerous others consultations but none made feel as comfortable or in the right hands as did his nurse, immediately I knew this was the doctor I wanted to perform the surgery. On November 13th I had the surgery (it might be helpful for others considering this surgery to mention that my recovery period was about a week and a half before I could start moving normally). Now a bit over 2 months into my recovery I cannot believe the results!! Dr. Jugenburg did a fantastic job, taking away the fat and skin and giving me an hourglass figure. My confidence is back and I finally feel comfortable enough to wear tighter and form fitting shirts. To anyone who is looking for a surgeon LOOK NO FURTHER, you won’t regret it. The professionalism and friendly service provided by the doctor and his team of nurses’ is excellent. Without a doubt I would recommend Dr. Jugenburg to everyone, I had nothing but pleasant encounters at his office and have been blown away by his skills.

About a year post op and not happy with my results. I am getting a liposuction revision surgery next week to help fix the adhesions and scar tissue he gave me. Avoid liposuction here. Paid thousands for surgery now I’ll have to pay thousands and multiple surgeries to improve it. My surgery was booked for 3 hours and I was out in 1. Rushed job. He took the time to personally phone me before and after surgery to see if I had any concerns and to follow up on how I was feeling. I had a breast augmentation performed by Dr. Jugenburg in March 2018. It was something I had wanted to do for myself for a long time after having three children, but kept putting it off. I was afraid of the actual surgery, going under and the “needles”. However, right from the consultation with Nurse Kim to the latest follow up with Dr. Jugenburg and his nursing and admin team, it has been an amazing experience. They are all so friendly and go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable and happy with your results. The surgery itself was a breeze considering all the anxiety beforehand. From the time you walk into the operating room to “going under”, was very quick and the doctors and nurses in the room did everything to make me feel comfortable. Waking up in recovery I felt pretty good, and with Toronto Cosmetic Surgery Institute you have the benefit of being able to stay the night at the Royal York Hotel, so you do not have to stay in a hospital or have to get in a car and drive home, which for me is about 2 hours. The experience I had was great, and I highly recommend Dr. Jugenburg and his team.

Coming to the decision that I was ready for my Tummy Tuck was a 13 year internal debate. But when I finally made the decision to go ahead with this elective surgery, I did an extreme amount of research to find the right surgeon and his team that I could entrust to do this right, after all, this is my body, my body I'd have to look at for the rest of my life. Dr. Jugenburg consistently ended up at the top of my list. From the initial consultation, a second consultation I requested as I had more questions (probably more nerves than anything), to pre-surgery meeting, to surgery, to post surgery care, Dr. Jugenburg was patient, kind, pro-active, talented, and very ethical. I'd be neglect to not mention his team of talented and nurturing admin staff, nursing team, anestesiologist, and surgical staff. My first decision to move ahead with my tummy tuck was an important one. But my decision to choose Dr. Jugenburg as my Plastic Surgeon, was a life changing one.

Dr. Martin Jugenburg was a true professional in his understanding and honesty during my consultation with him about my desire to do some minor surgery for removing the bags under my eyes. I had gone for a consultation with another doctor prior who immediately said he can do the surgery no problem. However, the moment Martin Jugenburg saw my eyes, he mentioned that he feels there was a "hallowness" to my eyes in which case I should seek out a specialist that is able to do a procedure called a "fat transfer" for under the eye cosmetic work, which Martin himself referred me to. Dr. Jugenburgs knowledge and honesty meant alot to me, and could possibly have saved me from being unsatisfied with my surgery had I had just gone to any other surgeon that said they "can get the job done". Prior to my actual surgery date his nurses would email me with information and were extremely resourceful (they answered all my questions in such a timely matter). This was a hard review to write. I have debated it for over a month, because I really wanted to visit this clinic, it was recommended to my by my clients who have had work done there. But I am honestly floored at the way this clinic treated me. I called and booked a consultation in a July. During the initial phone intake, I was told because the surgery was so short timing wise, I would be seen likely in a couple of weeks. I paid for the consultation based on this. I had just had another surgery and was hoping to overlap recovery, When I actually attended the consultation everything was great, Kim was super cool. The truth is, I had already decided to get the surgery there before I even visited the clinic, I was so excited. I got the OK from my doctor to proceed and overlap the surgery, but when I called back a day later after my consultation, they told me I would have to wait over a month and a half for the surgery? I explaimed I was told, by Megan? I believe? That it would be a matter of a couple of weeks, be cause these surgeries were done at the end of the day. I was really upset. The reception was very “tough titties” about it, and didn’t offer much help. After about a week, I wrote an email through their online form on their webpage which was never answered, detailing my unhappiness with the situation. It was never answered. I called to follow up, and they said they never received it. They asked me to resend it, but I sent it through the online form and never saved a copy. Since then I have called 5 times asking for this situation to be addressed, and nothing..it got so bad that last week I left a message asking to speak to Kim directly, even though she doesn’t book appointments, hoping because we had a good rapport that she would call me back. Three days ago I asked to speak to upper management. Not one of my calls or messages were ever addressed. I was not rude, I just really wanted to be acknowledged and actually still wanted the surgery even until this week. But I am done chasing a clinic, and will just visit elsewhere. I would really love my consultation fee back at least so I can use it to visit another clinic for a consultation.

Marriage, kids, and life got in the way of course, so it wasn’t until recently that I really started to focus on doing something for myself. From my initial consult with Kim, to my most recent 6 week post op recheck, I have been very impressed with the professional yet relaxed attitude and atmosphere at this facility. All of my questions were addressed and answered right from the start. Nurse Kim helped me decide on what implants were best for me and my lifestyle, and Dr. Jugenburg was able to make a brief appearance pre operatively to offer his advice and opinion. (we all know how busy surgeons can be!) Dr. Jugenburg recommended that I follow his surgeries on Snapchat, which was an amazing and informative way to get an idea of what would be involved with breast augmentation. On the day of my surgery, Dr. Jugenburg spent a good deal of time with me going over everything and he answered all of my questions. The surgical team was very friendly, keeping me relaxed and at ease just prior to my procedure. Afterwards I was kept very comfortable with pain meds, and I spent a great night at the very elegant Royal York hotel. Just remember it takes a full 6 weeks at least to recover from major surgery! There will be some discomfort, and there will be a lot of restrictions. Take your prescribed pain meds and follow all post operative instructions and you will be amazed with your results just like I was! For anyone considering cosmetic surgery, I most definitely recommend Dr. Jugenburg and the team at the Toronto Cosmetic Surgery Institute.

A very long and happy journey! I have had three surgeries with Dr Jugenburg. I remember researching him when I was 16-17 years old on realself and knowing then he would be my surgeon of choice. Wonderful clinic with a great team behind it. I had a breast augmentation done in March by Dr.Six and would highly recommend him and his clinic. Nurse Kim was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Coming in I was very unsure of what size implant I wanted and was feeling a bit intimidated by all the different sizes and options there were. She worked with me to pick the perfect implant/size and made me feel very secure in my decision. I’m someone who struggles with anxiety and nurse Kim put so much time and effect into making sure I was happy and comfortable during this process. Dr.Six was very patient and transparent with me which i really appreciated. He went through all of my options with me and was very honest with what sizes and profiles of implants would look good on me and what wouldn’t really work with my anatomy. That was something no other doctor had brought up or discussed with me in other consultations I had. He is probably the busiest doctor in the city but genuinely cares about each and every one of his patients. Surgery and recovery were a breeze with him! Nurse Jessica deserves an award for dealing with all my emails and silly questions during my first few weeks of healing. She was very responsive and showed me a lot of guidance and compassion when I was stressed, worried and vulnerable. I went for my first consultation in August of 2017, and met with Kim the head nurse. She’s fantastic, and helped me pick out a proper size to fit my body. I came in from out of town, but on that appointment I didn’t meet Dr Jugenburg, which I was a little nervous about. I booked my surgery for December, after checking his reviews and his social media. He’s very transparent/informative in his Snapchat and Instagram videos, and it really calmed my nerves. I had started to second guess the size I chose, and Kim was gracious enough to have me in for a second consultation the day of my surgery to double check my size. She was so patient, and understanding about my nervousness. On the day of surgery Dr Jugenburg was great, he met with me prior to surgery and reviewed our plan. He was very upfront about the entire procedure, he actually recommended I have a lift, but I chose just to go ahead with BA only. I was really happy about how thorough he was in explaining how I could get the best results possible. I booked an additional night at the Royal York since I was out of town, and it was great. They really cater to you. I’m now 3 months post op, 405 cc silicone moderate profile implants and I’m so happy. My scars are pretty tiny (breast crease), and things are settling well. I cannot day enough great things about Dr Jugenburg and his amazing staff. They are welcoming and helpful, and his work with breast augmentation is top notch, I would highly recommend him to anyone. I had The only change I would suggest, would be to let people know if he isn’t going to be present at the consultation. From reading other reviews online, it seems that he is present for some, not all.

I am in my 20s, and have always been really small 100-115lbs & having gained weight during pregnancy it left me with fat that just wouldn’t go away, a wider waist and a larger stomach. Being a new technology, I wanted a place who knew what they were doing. The first part of the procedure is not the most comfortable but it isn’t unbearable. They gave me an iPad to watch netflix and it was pretty fast. Definitely worth it! I had two applications so far but I am going back for two on my love handles. Didn't even have to take off time from work. Now it’s a month and a bit after and I am seeing great results. I went to five places for Coolsculpting consults and I am so glad I chose Toronto Cosmetic Surgery!

I had a breast augmentation in December 2017 with Dr. Martin Jugenburg and couldn't be happier with the results! (415cc high profile silicone, under the muscle) Kim did my consultation and she was super patient and accommodating and helped me to choose the right size for me. She did not hesitate when I asked to come in for a second time to solidify my decision on sizes as I was unsure. I booked my surgery for 3 weeks after this initial consultation. (Yes this is quick but I knew immediately without doubt that this was the place for me!) I am huge on hygiene and quick to judge if I see anything remotely dirty and the clinic is IMPECCABLY clean and absolutely exquisite! I particularly love the consultation waiting area... it is so glamourous and I felt like royalty waiting! Day of surgery went well, Dr. Jugenburg did a phenomenal job. Upon going to sleep before surgery, I was super nervous and expressed concern over not waking up from surgery for my 2 young children. (Of course every mothers fear!) One of the nurses (I think her name is nurse amazing?) gently held my hand, smiled and assured me I would wake up safely. Her kindness and soft nature made all the difference that day. Follow up appointments were with Dr.Jugenburg at one week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 2 months and 3 months (so far!) and each and every time he has been wonderful! I struggled a little with massaging the breasts to help them to drop (and I am a massage therapist!) and he really helped me and directed me with proper massaging as did Nurse Aliyah and Jessica. (Thank you ladies!!) I found staff very friendly and helpful and when I expressed concern over removing the surgical tape myself it was not an issue- they told me to just come in and they will do it. Overall..amazing experience!!!! I loved that I was able to watch my surgery on snapchat. I will be booking my tummy tuck with Dr. Jugenburg in the near future and I cannot wait to see the results. If you plan to book with Dr. Jugenburg the best piece of advice I can give you is to watch his surgeries on snapchat. It will be hard at first if you have a light stomach but you will get used to it and it reeeeeaaallly helped me to feel comfortable having surgery and just getting to know him.

First this isn't a fake review like you like to claim of all patients that provide feedback that you tend to disapprove of. I have to agree with the patient above that his bbl results are subpar. I initially didn't want to post a google review because there isn't enough space to properly convey what happened to me at this clinic. So I went to rate md and as I had expected, Martin labelled me as angry and need of psychiatric help. I find it odd too that after my negative review was posted, two glowing reviews were posted right after. I wish I knew what I know now. Am also not sure how he's able to tell all his patients apart as he clearly mistook me for another one of his disgruntled clients. Please girls out there, make sure you do your research. Do not believe all positive reviews you see on the internet. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that majority the grammar/style and sentence structure is all the same. AT this point I dont know whats worse; the botched surgery you did, or the fact that you're here attacking a patient whose opinion you disagree with. And yes you post ALOT on social media but we never get first hand accounts from patients you've posted including myself. Watching videos on snap isn't the same as hearing a first hand account as told from a patient. My surgery was posted on snap and if we went by what i looked like in the OR at the time, one would think I lived happily ever after. I stated my truth on ratemds that you are yet to disapprove. You still didn't answer the question as to how you are able to identify patients based off online reviews or even how you're able to have so many positive reviews on rate mds posted back to back. I had a breast augmentation at the Toronto Cosmetic Surgery Institute in February. I'm currently almost 2 months post op and am thrilled with the results! Dr Jugenburg was recommended to me by a friend last year. I started following the clinic on Snapchat around that time. I never thought I would say this, but Snapchat made me feel much more confident about my decision to go with Dr Jugenburg. You get to see everything from consulations, to surgeries, to follow ups and everything in between. The clinic is very efficient, clean, and the staff are very personable. This was my first surgery, and it was a great experience! The day of the surgery went smoothly, and the overnight stay at the Fairmont was very convenient (I live about an hour away, and the Fairmont is also easy to get to with the GO Train without having to deal with downtown traffic/ parking)! My recovery was great with very minimal pain compared to what I was expecting! I would definitely recommend!!

I got my breast augmentation done by Dr Judenburg just over 2 years ago. 450cc saline implants under the muscle. I am so happy with my decision to go with him and his team! The knowledge they have and level of service they gave me was second to none. They allowed me to come in for a 2nd consult when I was second guessing the size I chose to put my mind at ease and Dr Judenburg even came to check on me at 1am the night after my surgery when I was in a lot of pain to make sure I was okay! The scar in my armpit is practically invisible- it healed beautifully and I am so happy with the results of my surgery. I paid $250 for a consult and seen a nurse, not even the surgeon himself, what a waste of time. And I was there for a BBL consult and asked if they could take the fat out of my thighs and the nurse said no, so I went somewhere else and had it done. Since they couldn't do the BBL and take the fat out of my thighs I asked to have a breast augmentation consult and they gave me a quote of $1200.00 but went to another physician and had it done for $5000.00, I guess the Royal York has high overhead costs, just beware people if your looking out for your money too.

I’d have to say one of the best services I’ve received, from doctor Jalil Waqqas as well as from the receptionist Jessica. Jessica helped me at every step along the way through providing me with documents for my short term disability for work which ended up being almost a two month process of sending forms back and forth so thank you for being so patient! Dr. Waqqas Noor performed a bilateral breast reduction on me flawlessly. I was a little sceptical because I did not see any reviews for him and he seems very young but I’m happy I stuck with him. I was also a little worried because the surgery was covered by OHIP so I did not think that I would get good treatment from the doctor or staff but I Could not have asked for a better doctor or staff. They made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process such. When I was worried about my healing they squeezed me in despite having a full schedule, and Dr.Waqqas answered every question I had, was very thorough, professional and kind. My experience with Dr Six and his staff was outstanding. He is an amazing person and very well educated and talented and professional surgeon, I had BBL and Lipo 360 with vaser and He also did Ab Etching for me, He literally carved and shaped my body.My surgery was booked for April 2021, but they could accommodate me in September which made me super happy and excited. His amazing team specially nurse Kim, walked me through the whole pre op steps and I was able to get ready for my surgery in a week. I had minimal pain and discomfort after surgery with only a few days down time, however the whole recovery would take at least 2 to 3 months, but Dr Six and his wonderful team made it so easy and comfortable for me. The nurses followed up with every day and I had IV antibiotic 3 times after surgery and every time Dr Six met with me and checked on my healing and went over all my concerns and guided me to follow the post op instructions with no difficulties.I had 5 amazing massage sessions with the best massage therapists,Keri and Joanne and they made sure I am healing well. I also have to mention about the Queen of Faja, Shannon, who made several trips to my house from a day after my surgery to do my measurements and even after I received my Faja. My 6 weeks follow up appointment with Dr Six and incredible nurse Sara went really well and I am so happy and satisfied with my result and I definitely recommend Dr Six and his beautiful clinic. I am looking forward to meet with him for my 3 months post op appointment, Thank you Dr Six and team.

When he finally agreed the issues I had were something that needed to be corrected, he dropped me as a patient and refused to do any further surgeries. I personally rate Dr. Jugenburg and his staff at 5 stars. They were all very kind and helpful from the initial consultation with nurse Kim, to the surgery with Martin and now the after care. My questions were all answered and they made me feel comfortable and at ease with the process. The clinic located in the Royal York Hotel building in downtown Toronto was upscale and professional. I am currently 8 weeks post-surgery and my breasts continue to look and feel better with each week that passes. I am very happy with the results overall and I am particularly happy with how small and thin my scars are. They are barely noticeable already and should continue to fade over the next year I am told. I will caution anyone thinking of undergoing breast augmentation surgery that recovery times vary from person to person. Don’t blindly believe girls who tell you they were back to 100% in a couple weeks. It might happen for some but I needed a significant amount of help during my first two weeks post-surgery and I am personally approaching 80% recovery in my 8th week. Although none of this is a reflection of the clinic I simply felt I should share this reality with anyone considering surgery. I would recommend Dr. Jugenburg and his staff to anyone who decides to go forward with breast augmentation surgery. I am happy with my results.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️????????????

My consultation was with Kim and she was phenomenal she recommended sizing for my body type and let me take my time to try on different sizes to be sure. Kim had answers for all the questions I had. She was just fantastic. Dr. Judenburg himself is extremely knowledgeable and I would consider him an artist when it comes to his profession. I don't understand why people give 5 star to this doctor. I spent $12k on my breast augmentation and I have been crying everyday after my surgery. My breast look small, and they are not even close to what I was wishing for. I didn't get a good consultation, and that's where the problem arises. I met a nurse for the consultation, after asking the nurse that I would like to see the doctor, he showed up. He was literally in rush. Not a passionate person. He was cold like a machine. After 5 minutes he left the room. My consultant with the nurse took 45 minutes, at the end I was still confused about the proper size. I felt I was being rushed, and not being respected as a patient. I chose him because of his high ranking, however I regret my decision.

I’m not sure where to begin to talk about how much choosing him was one of the best decisions I could’ve ever made. I’m beyond happy with his surgical skills. Dr. 6ix is not only a master at his craft, his dedication to his patients is unparalleled. I cannot stress that enough, and here is why. I encountered a slight post-op complication (just one of those things, no fault of anyone at all) and it happened during the holidays. After contacting his nursing team on New Years Eve, with some concerns, Dr. Jugenberg promptly contacted me directly to take care of my situation. Not only did he waste no time springing into action, he followed up with me every single day thereafter to ensure my recovery was successful. I cannot stress how amazing and caring he truly is of his patients. Of course it’s important to chose someone who’s work is outstanding, and his work does speak for itself. But to have the comfort knowing that he is willing to be beside you if anything should arise, is a comfort that money can’t buy. As for these negative reviews that state that his policies and bed side manner are not transparent or he is uncaring, in my opinion are a bunch of Karen’s that couldn’t be satisfied no matter what you do. Dr. 6ix and his team were nothing but transparent about everything from the moment I sent my first inquiry. His nurses are trained exceptionally well, which gives him the time to focus on what’s most important, you and your surgery. The entire team was ALWAYS very honest about the realities and outcomes with respect to the entire surgical process. His patient care/bedside manner is actually unprecedented and with having previous experiences within the medical community, I am absolutely confident saying that Dr. 6ix is one of the best Surgeons I have had the ability to interact with. My experience with Dr. Jugenburg and his team was everything I could’ve asked for. They made my surgery journey remarkable. I got a BBL on July 24th, 2020 and was so anxious to not only be put under but to be by myself. Due to COVID, no one else was allowed to come with me into the facility. When I arrived upstairs to the clinic, the staff made me feel so at home and comfortable. They explained step by step everything that was going to happen and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. I took my pills in my pre-op room and stayed there for about an hour. It was finally surgery time and I was so nervous but I was so excited to have my new dream body! I walked into the operation room and laid down on the table, Nurse Amazing was amazing (of course), so kind and caring. Dr. Sleepy made me feel so comfortable by explaining to me what he is doing and what I should be feeling in the next moments. Next thing you know it, I’m awake from my surgery! I felt so happy to have gotten through it, I just wanted to hug my family. The communication didn’t stop with the clinic staff, as we communicated via email until I was 10 days post op and for the first two weeks of surgery I was at the clinic for follow ups at least 3 times. Every time I went to get my massages with the RMT, Dr. J always made sure to check in on me to see how I was coming along. He is definitely a surgeon that I can confidently say takes pride in everything he does. I am 2 months post op and I look and feel better than ever before. Thank you Dr. J for all that you’ve done, if I decide to do any other surgeries I don’t need to look any further because you’re the best!

When I first really decided to go ahead and get breast augmentation I started googling the local plastic surgeons here in Toronto. I read many reviews and also looked at many before and after pictures to finally narrow down my choices. Dr Martin Jugenburg at the Toronto Cosmetic Surgery Institute(TCSI) downtown Toronto stood out to me most when I read multiple positive reviews and I found out that I could also view some of the procedures on Snap chat/Youtube. For months I would watch the procedures posted of Breast Augmentations. Dr.Jugenburg would explain the techniques that he uses, while also answering questions that were asked by the viewers. This made me feel more comfortable knowing that Breast Augmentation is a procedure that he is constantly doing daily. I would not feel comfortable if I were going to a plastic surgeon that does this procedure not as frequent. Also a technique that really stood out to me was that he would make the smallest incisions possible for placing the implants. Which would mean, small scars (I’m hoping for no scar seen after a year faded) I chose the Ideal Implant overfilled to 415cc under the muscle. Because I had a slight asymmetry, Dr. Jugenburg suggested filling one breast a little bit more to make both breast more symmetrical. I am 2months post-op and the follow up appointments have been very organized and always on time as scheduled. As Dr.Jugenburg is doing surgeries usually all throughout the day, he is still always available to pop in for your appointment alongside the Nurse to make sure you are recovering as expected and also there to answer post-op questions and teach you the proper ways of massaging. The nurses take photos every appointment and looking at my before and afters I really can’t believe how fast the healing process is. Dr.Jugenburg is very professional and trusting and I would love to recommend him to anyone looking to have Breast Augmentation done. I am very happy with my results and everything has been healing perfectly. THANK YOU DR. JUGENBURG!

I had breast augmentation done on March 21, 2018. I was a little nervous going into the surgery because I kept going back and forth with sizing. I have been to the clinic for several consultations and even the morning before my surgery I quickly met with Aliya to rediscuss my surgery and my areola reduction. I requested to also have my right areola reduced in size. I really appreciated how the staff took my concerns very seriously and didn't mind squeezing me in last minute to always discuss how I'm feeling about the surgery along with my concerns. Every time I would go to visit I would be extremely confused/ frustrated about the entire procedure, after meeting with Aliya, Kim, Dr. Jugenburg, I would leave the clinic feeling reassured and extremely happy. I never once left the clinic feeling unsure, I would only feel unsure after when I let google and my thoughts get the best of me. I'm only five days in now with recovery and am in love with my results. I cannot wait for the final results! He really is an artist and the work Dr.Jugenburg did on my breasts is insanely perfect. It is EXACTLY what I wanted. Previously, I visited another surgeon and had a consultation, he told me all this extra work I would need done insisting I need a lift on the right breast even though I made it CLEAR I do not want that scarring. I knew Dr. Jugenburg could give me what I want without a lift (even if later I decide to come back for one) because I knew he had enough expertise to get the job done with exactly what I asked for. I had a lot of friends and family watching Dr.Six's snapchat of my surgery and received numerous compliments before I even woke up form surgery about what an amazing job Dr.Jugenburg did. Even my older sister who was a little skeptical about the entire procedure (she didn't want me to look overdone etc) said the surgeon did an amazing job and getting her approval says something! I still feel classy and elegant with the perfect breasts now. I've wanted this procedure for eleven years of my life and finally decided to get it done and I am so thankful that I was referred to Dr.Jugenburg by friends who have had their breasts done by him as well. It is a life changing experience and I'm really lucky I had such a talented surgeon who really knows what he's doing perform my procedure. Once I'm healed, I will send in a photo. I ended up getting Saline-High Profile 350CC filled to 385-400 for symmetry. I just wanted to share me experience because I'm so happy already and its only been five days!! My dealings with Dr. Jugenburg and his team was an easy and relaxing experience, having never done cosmetic surgery before I was pretty nervous and unsure of what to expect. From my first appointment to my surgery everyone was very clear on what to expect and how everything would work. It was reassuring to know the process step by step. The day of my surgery was a lot calmer than I imagined, I was waiting in my room at the Fairmont hotel watching TV until I received a notice from the institute that they're ready for me. Once I arrived I was greeted by a nurse, told to change into my surgery gown after that I met with an anesthesiologist. He ran through some questions and explained the process of going under and how it would feel. If you've never been under before it's like taking a strong sleeping pill and dozing off. Once the team was ready, I was then led into the surgery room which wasn't as daunting as I thought. Dr. Jugenberg was there, music was playing and I was told to lay down while a nurse placed a blanket on top of me. At this point they were getting ready to put me under. I remember closing my eyes, breathing slowly and then I was completely out. Next thing I remember was waking up, I thought I was going to be disoriented but I was very aware of where I was and what was happening - this was what I was most fearful of. After waiting about an hour (anesthesia needs to wear off) I was then wheeled to my hotel room, the nurse explained my meds and then I went to bed. It's nice how quick and discreet they're able to get you to your room. It was very comforting having my boyfriend with me at the hotel. The next morning a nurse came, checked on me and then I was free to go home. I would highly recommend going here - I felt safe and in good hands the entire time.

I was thinking of coming down from Ottawa to replace my current breast implants. I am a bit nervous with some of the reviews I read with regards to having the consultation with a nurse. It’s also very odd of the doctor leaving the operating room while surgery. I can understand a doctor being in high demand, but I think there should be better time management for the doctor to meet for consultations in advance and not the nurse. After all it’s the doctor doing the surgery.

Finally, I went to see him hoping the best b/c of the great reviews but unfortunately I was shocked when he barely looked at my face while I was talking to him! He was not cooperative nor compassionate as the PLASTIC SERGON should be with his anxious patients . I had many questions but he barely said something and NEVER looked at me ! He kept looking at his computer and he left the room all of a sudden leaving me with the nurse who said "don't worry" I can answer any of your questions!! Today I read more reviews about the Dr. and I realised that he is making an excuse for not meeting his patients by claiming that he is operating .DAH! Of course you are busy doing surgeries but isnt it part of your job to MEET people who want to make major decision in their lives? A plastic surgeon main concern should be the first impression within the 1st visit of his/her patient not after. Sorry to say that arrogant doctors will end up loosing their customers for more compassionate ones.You can not go to an operating room without meeting the surgeon. More than once if needed !!

I had breast augmentation done 6 weeks ago and I am already loving my results. My scars are healing beautifully and I absolutely love the look and feel of my breasts thus far. I have never been put under anesthesia before so the days leading up to my procedure was full of stress and anxiety. I was extremely scared and nervous as anyone would be before surgery. On the day of my surgery, Dr. Jugenburg, the anesthesiologist, and his staff made me feel at complete ease. They reassured me that I will be well taken care of and that I had nothing to worry about. They followed through with me every step of the way. I woke up from my surgery and the staff catered to my every need until I was ready to be discharged. I left the clinic a very happy woman! For anyone considering any kind of cosmetic surgery procedure, I would highly recommend booking a consult at Dr. Jugenburg's clinic. I heard only positive feedback from other women who I spoke to who had gone there prior to my procedure, and he and his staff definitely did not disappoint. From the first moment I walked into the clinic, I felt I was in good hands. I had my consult with Nurse Kim, and she was wonderful- very thorough in her explanation of everything and made me feel at ease. On the actual day of my procedure, Dr. Jugenburg and his staff were great, and it was definitely a fabulous perk being able to stay in the Royal York hotel for the night after my surgery, as he has his clinic there. Dr.6ix and his staff are there with you every step of the way during your recovery, as you are booked for regular post-op appointments, and the nurses can always be reached via email if you have questions between appointments. As a side note, Dr.6ix has a very strong presence through social media channels like Instagram and Snapchat. This gives prospective patients the chance to see actual procedures being done, other patient's results and allows them to see just how awesome the clinic is before even booking your consult. I was very pleased with everything!

I had my bbl with lipo360 scheduled with Dr.Jugenburg March 18th originally and had to be cancelled due to COVID-19, once stage 1 opened up and elective surgeries could resume, they were very fair and prompt to get me back in and I was booked for July 21st. My experience with his office was nothing short of amazing from the beginning. My consultation was with Kim, and she was the sweetest human alive. She was very honest about what I could possibly achieve with the current shape I was in. All communication after my deposit was made was very smooth, and everything I needed to know was sent to me. I felt very informed and comfortable with the process of how everything would go. My pre op is when I finally got to meet dr.6ix. My experience with him was very to the point which I loved, and was very honest with my goals. Fast forward to the day of my surgery I met with nurse Sara and she went over everything with me, gave me the meds before surgery. I agreed to have my procedure recorded to I met Melanie who runs their social media accounts and dr.6ix as I got marked up for my surgery. I was so excited to get the show on the road. Shortly after I was walked into the operating room where I met nurse amazing and dr.sleepy. They were both so nice and I was so comfortable, and not nervous one bit. Being in the operating room was such an amazing atmosphere, there was some music playing in the background and I knew I was in great hands. Nurse Amazing rubbed my arm until I was out and BOOM next thing I knew I was in recovery. I woke up to nurse Sara getting me ready to take me back to my hotel room where I slept most of the day. It was so nice to have nurse Sara, a familiar face throughout the day aswell as the next day before I was allowed to go home. I can’t thank that entire team enough for taking such good care of me. It can be a pretty intimidating thing, but they made it seem like a walk in the park. My results are so much better than I could’ve ever imagined. Dr.6ix is truly amazing at the what he does, and I cannot thank him enough for giving me the body of my dreams!

I love that Dr. 6ix uses social media to give outsiders an inside look on day-to-day life in the office and operating room! I learn something new every day from the social media posts. It’s nice to see all types of procedures happening on many different body types. Seeing the befores, follow ups, and final results really give me a more realistic idea on what to expect with any procedure. I’m taking nursing prerequisites currently, with the plan of working in a plastic surgeons office once my schooling is done. Avoid going to this doctor... Hes taking pictures of your procedures without your consent and posting it. Who knows what else hes been doing with those pictures or who else has them. He did it at his office and st his hotel. I actually know one of the patients he posted. A shame and disgrace to the medical community!!!!!

So far any questions I've had I have messages and they have responded very quickly considering how busy they all must be. Even questions I didnt know I had they have answered in their educational snapchats and Instagram posts. I cannot wait till I book my consult and get the procedure I want done, dr 6ix without a doubt produces the most consistantly natural results I have ever seen from any surgeon. They seem like an amazing team and I honestly cant wait to meet them all. The only question I have for them is if they have a recovery house or place you can stay, with nurses and chefs, while you recover.
