Dr. Ronald Levine at Toronto Cosmetic clinic performed my explant surgery on July 9, 2019. From day 1 i felt like I was in the hands of a very knowledgable doctor. His bed side manner was very kind and polite. His team at the clinic are really friendly and helpful. His assistant Alina is an angel and touched base with me several times pre surgery to ensure my questions were answered promptly and post surgery she would check in with me every other day. I woke from my surgery feeling fantastic! I have minimal scares on my breasts and discomfort post surgery was manageable with only regular tylenol . Thank you Dr. Levine for your help in removing my implants. Enjoy having my natural breasts back after 23 years with implants.

Dr Bendago is great. As far as the clinic, I wasn't going to write a review, even though I was unhappy, until I saw misleading pictures of my results. I had the BBL procedure and the pic posted is 4 days post op, bruising and marks cleared with a photo editing software. After BBL 30-40% of grafted fat cells do not survive. The final results are very different than what they appear to be a few days after surgery. I would strongly recommend considering another clinic for this procedure, since their aftercare and results are not worth it.

He is rude rude doctor i have ever seen. Once they charged u they will not listen any complain. Now the funny thing is the lady Lori she said now I should do surgery of that place we said ok do it so she said this will cost extra and next day she sent me an email that we have to pay more 10,000 dollars for surgery...Are u serious lady? What do u think m i going to pay u cheaters again..never again. Guys if u want to go TCC pls first confirm and take written statment from the cheaters clinic.

Dr B. Is a good surgeon he has a eye for detail. Alina is also very nice. However sometines patients are treated differently after they paid up their money and are not satisfied with procedures done. There was a death at this clinic because the owner was negligent after she performed a procedure. According to the news she was suspended for two years I am sure she has since reinstated her license. The other doctor involved has lost his license. Research ask questions and make sure they are answered before you attempt to go under the knife. Again great clinic Dr. B and alina makes me continue to refer friends here. I have never been under the knife here but had other things done.

I had such an incredible experience at TCC. It was my first time getting anything done so I was a bit nervous but the staff was great from the minute I stepped through the door. The space was beautiful and the staff were all very pleasant. Dr. Bendago and his staff were super knowledgeable and took the time to consult with me first to answer all the questions that I had. I then proceeded with getting Juvederm for my lips and I couldn't be happier with the results! So happy that I found this place.

Strange place, first of all they make you wait for more than half an hour although you have appointment, only after complaining they send clients who came after you back to wait and call you in....I guess it's because I come for free consultation. The girl who talked to me didn't give me her credentials, she was very nice but had never heard of vitiligo....which is super unprofessional for a cosmetic clinic!!!! Definitely not going back, not worth the bother.

I recently had cosmetic surgery here with Dr. Bendago and his team (2weeks ago!) and wanted to compliment him and the entire staff. From the time I had my initial consultation and right through to after care the team have been so kind and warm especially Alina, Arron and Naz. It can be very daunting to come into a cosmetic clinic and expose your insecurities but not once did I feel judged and embarrassed. They're so down to earth and open to sharing their own experiences.Very caring actually. You can tell they get along like a family there. And I must say I loved Dr. Bendago's confidence. Very experienced and passionate about his craft. The OR team (I had Dr.Ladak and Nurse Andrea) was top notch too, felt I was in the best care possible. I will be back in 6 months for another surgical procedure! ????

I have been going to the TCS clinic in North York since October and I am very very pleased with my treatments. Michelle my technician is fantastic and has been instrumental in my body sculpting goals. She is so helpful in identifying which treatments are right for you, rather than try and sell you something you don't need. The team are very nice and always accommodate to book and fit appointments into your schedule. The clinic also has so many services with reasonable prices that you really don't need to look at any other clinic in Toronto.

This is the best cosmetic clinic ever ! I recently got my breast augmentation done here and the staff and doctor are BOTH so knowledgeable!!! This was my first time ever doing anything like this and my first time being under general anesthesia. From the consultation to post op everything was explained to me very clearly. Aleina and all the front desk staff to all the nurses are all so kind and sweet! They even have text so whenever I have a question that pops in my mind I can just text them ! I went to TCC to have a non-standard surgery performed on the right side of my lip. A childhood accident left me with a permanent fat lip which I had always been self-conscious of. Not knowing whether my lip was fixable, I made an appointment with TCC to see Dr. Bendago. During my initial consult, Dr. Bendago was up front in making sure I knew that it would be impossible to make my lips perfectly symmetrical, but that he could improve it. Well, it's been a few months since the surgery and I'm happy to report that Dr. Bendago worked a miracle because both sides of my lip are now perfectly symmetrical. In my opinion, Dr. Bendago is an extremely talented cosmetic surgeon and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Outside of the actual surgery, everything was very professional from my initial inquiry, to the initial consultation and also post surgery. The place was clean, and it was always very easy to get a response from someone if I had a question. The last thing I want to mention is that I had to cancel my surgery at the last-moment twice. Once because of jury duty and once because my father died. TCC was very understanding in both cases and that meant a lot to me.

My experience with TCC, was awesome. I've had a lot of Plastic Surgery in my life, and TCC by far is the best place I've ever been too. I was very nervous about the surgery, but Dr.Bendago's demeanor and deportment, made me feel at ease and very comfortable. The TCC also offers many procedures and surgical solutions. The office is always busy, and I can see why! They are organized and caring with zero attitude. Also, the ambiance is delightful and welcoming. I had my initial surgery with Dr. B just over a year ago and had another surgery just 3 weeks ago and each time I was more than happy with Dr. Bebdago and the clinic staff. They are super helpful and really do their best to address any issues or concerns you have. Both times I have been super happy with my results! Love the ladies at the clinic!! Definitely give the clinic a chance for any procedure your thinking of having done. I had a terrible experience that I almost lose my life Dr Levine did my surgery and I end up in the hospital for 7 days because of surgery I got a terrible infection and my results are discussing I am currently going to psychologist to help me because I’m so depressed I honestly will never go back there few people I recommend already canceling the surgery. The owner never wants to speak to me about my problem because I ask for a refund so he always try to avoid me

I had a lot of work done on my body at once by TCC Dr. Ronald Levine, after surgery my follow up appts are 2 mins MAX. and I'm on my 3rd follow up (useless). He just walks in looks at me and says everything's fine and to set up my next date to come in for my next follow up :$ Doesn't ask if i have any questions/concerns/lumps just out the door.

I’m using not my own email to remain private online. I just wanted to say I did my procedure on Friday the 9th and the care from pre to post has thus far been amazing. From the post op nurse home care follow up the day after to the dr himself and manager picking up their personal work phone after hours on Sunday when I felt like I was in an emergency it made me feel like I wasn’t alone during a rather gruelling healing process. Dr B did an amazing job and his bedside manner is wonderful. Dr L the anesthesiologist was beyond compassionate and kind and calm setting the mood for a good procedure without stress. Alina the clinic manager remained kind compassionate and professional and relaxed my mind very much pre and post op. I felt as tho my garment was significantly too tight post op just now when I woke up from a nap and to my relief the manager Alina stated they would send me out a new one tomorrow morning without cost. (I obviously Showed her pics to indicate the requirement of this and was after I spoke to dr too so pls people don’t try to get free stuff if u read this review because they are very genuine people and caring too). I’m just just very thankful that although I’m here at home and it’s sunday and the clinic is closed I’m still only a text or call away from speaking to a medical professional during the moment that I felt in a panick. They put my mind to ease and I feel so much better. Thank you guys and thanks dr b I look forward to the post op meeting on Friday. G. BBL

I had a consultation booked and no one phoned. When I called to ask why this happened(three days later), I was told “well we forgot”. Definitely not comfortable getting surgery from a place that can’t be bothered to even follow through with a call. Not impressed but thankfully I found Dr. Edelstein. Highly recommend!!

Before coming to them I had visited other places and they were fine but I did not get the same level of service and results as I did with Toronto Cosmetic Clinic. I get my laser done by Jana who is the kindest most fun person to talk to and have great conversations with. She is friendly and understands the trouble spots for me with hair growth and takes her time with all the problem areas. Their whole staff is warm, kind, and loving. It is always a warm, lively environment when you walk in the front door regardless of what service you are going in for, or even just a consultation. if i could give a lower rating than one star, I would. If you feel like being scammed for your money by a bunch of under-qualified scam artists, then i suggest going to this clinic. The nurse that works here is Lori, and she's completely unpleasant to deal with. i spent 2000 dollars on lip injections in a 2 week span because she kept telling me that the first time around, the lips don't have a base so it doesn't take as well. needless to say, 2000 dollars later and THREE syringes within a TWO WEEK SPAN, and my lips aren't even noticeably different. it looks pathetic. i called to address this situation with Lori and she was extremely rude, back talked me and generally everything about this clinic was an unpleasant experience. Clearly they can't do surgery right because someone DIED at this clinic, and they can't even do non surgical procedures right. If you feel you want to go to this clinic you might as well just throw your money out the window and save your time and frustrations.

At the initial consultation I met with the injector, also the consultant, Lori who was very sweet and addressed all my concerns. I was very shy at first, but by the end of the consultation I felt like we were best friends! I got botox done and Lori is the best of the best. She knows what she's doing and she does it well. I went to the clinic to deal with a few sun spots I had on my face. All the receptionists were super friendly and very nice. The technician was extreamly friendly and kind. My only complaint is this..... I was frist told I would need at least 6 laser sessions, and that the laser machine they used was the best one for sun spots specificly. I ended up having to get 9 sessions and the only result I got, was a scare on my noise that was never there prior to the laser and maybe one shade lighter sun spots. I feel it was a complete waste of money and time. I am terribly disappointed with the results.

I had my BBL surgery 9 month ago and I was so stressed for surgery. Alina the office manager and Nas the cosmetic technician were two most amazing ladies I have ever known. They are super kind, understanding, helpful and extremely professional at their work. Their assurance help me alot before surgery. Dr Bendago the best plastic surgeon I have ever known. I rarely write reviews, but this place is deserving. I have been wanting to have breast augmentation since I was 18 but it took me almost 10 years to finally go through with it because, like everyone else, I was worried if something bad would happen or it wouldn't look right. It took meeting the right doctor I guess. I actually didn't come to Toronto Cosmetic Clinic with the intention of having surgery, I have been getting botox (thanks Lori ;) and laser treatments here. After spending a lot of time in the clinic and talking to the staff (I love you girls) about breast augmentation, I decided to have a consultation. I had had a few consultations (in multiple cities) and I feel Dr. Bendago was the most honest. He kind of put aside the "sales pitch" approach some doctors have and is very straight forward but also super laid back. He informed me right away that I had some asymmetry (one breast was larger and the nipple was not level with the other). He told me right away that this may be more noticeable when the breasts were larger, but that the shape would fill out really well and that I should still get a great result. Well... not only did they fill out (34a/b to 34d/dd) I think they look far more even and symmetrical than they did before. I am so happy. It has been 6 months and I still can't get over the fact that I finally have the breasts I've always wanted. I was happy with my body but this adds the perfect curves. They are perfectly round and perky, I am so so so thankful for Dr. Bendago's work and for all the nurses and staff at this clinic. I'm happy with just doing my breasts, but if I ever wanted to do anything else I would never consider going anywhere else. Thank you TCC <3

Let me introduce myself... the name is not Frank rather Alicia ... a patient of Dr. Bendego that had surgery, liposuction of the stomach flanks and lower back May 4, 2017. I am 3 months into healing and the surgery was overall a success. I am generally pleased with the results although I have a small concern that I am following up with Dr. Bendego next week. Overall the staff and nurses after my surgery were wonderful although nurse Beverly and front desk Jenny have both left a sour taste in my mouth. If you can avoid either of these two, please do!!... Beverly for her lack of care after my surgery when I called the clinic and was told it's "her day off she shouldn't even be taking the call" and Jenny for her lack of professionalism at the front desk!!... I spent 10k on my surgery Ms Jenny...don't think I'm running away over $500!! Account management is definitely not your fortay... your lack of professionalism with a waiting room full of patients is appalling. You represent the clinic and Dr. B your kurt behaviour is not appreciated or necessary. Alina, clinic manager and Sina, clinic director are very caring and truly want the best for you.

My experience with TCC has been amazing so far. I’m one week post op I did Liposuction of my abdomen and flanks and I gotta say I was always so terrified to even think about it but as soon as I walked in to the clinic for my consultation with Dr Bendago I felt I was in the right place with the right people. The front staff is amazing I have no idea how many times I called them with questions and they were always willing to help me answer my questions and transfer my call to my nurses. Dr Bendago is amazing talented knowledged Doctor, the day of the surgery I was terrified but he made me feel so good and confident. Andrea and all the nurses were amazing taking care of me the few hours I spent in the clinic recovering before being discharged. They made sure I was ok and my nurse took me herself to the car and helped me. I’m so thankful with Alina the manager she is an absolute sweetheart. Wonderful staff. Went in for a consultation to discuss a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. El Masri, willing to book a date right away until he had explained to me that a correction is unnecessary, but doable. He was honest and explained his personal opinion without taking advantage of my willingness to proceed with a surgical procedure. He even asked the other surgeon that was at the clinic at the time their opinion to assure me that I did not need a revision. I didn't end up going through with the procedure thanks to the confidence I gained from Dr. El Masri's professional opinion.

When consulting with me regarding my concerns he had a terrible demeanor and I felt like he was pushy about getting a procedure that I had no plans on getting. I would never spend my money with someone who does not care about the person and their desires. It was so clear that his only concern was money. This clinic has no ethics whatsoever. I payed thousands of dollars to the CLINIC for a BBL. It was agreed by the doctor that I needed a revision and its been almost 2 years and I'm still battling with them. The owner never had the courtesy to call me back after a left numerous messages. Would not recommend going here. I was interested in getting abdominal lipo. Went for consultation with Lori, she made it sound super easy, and said I would just need 5-7 days off work, and that it would just feel like sore muscles and an easy recovery. (I explained that I work 15 hour days, between two full time jobs, one with a physical demand). She said no problem. So I booked to procedure. After I left I googled more info and talked to a girl who had just recently got it done. She explained the recovery was much more than I was told, and she had even taken off three weeks for just her office job because it was a more painful recovery than she had anticipated. I made a second consultation with the actual doctor, which kept getting the time changed, or moved to different days, three weeks in a row. Finally I got there for this appointment that I had confirmed with the front desk prior, and they didn't have me booked in at all. They were able to squeeze me in however I waited almost two hours there. The Doctor also did say that taking the one week off work wasn't enough time to recover. He said if I couldn't take more time, I should at least cut down to two days a week to allow more time for recovery. I explained I cant take any more time or I'd lose my job. He recommended in that case that I don't get the procedure. I called Lori to discuss the $2000 deposit I put down, and since the doctor gave a different explanation of the recovery time that I had to cancel procedure. She insisted the doctor was wrong, and that my friend is wrong (the one who actually got this procedure done) and that I would only need 5 days and there's no reason to cancel the booking and they wont refund my money. So at this point, if/when I ever do get the chance to take more time off work and get the procedure, I certainly will not be getting it done here.

The Eastern European aedthetucian provides fraxel treatment to areas that you do not wish to have treated and then applies hydrocortisone, a known cause of stretch marks and says"I do that". The former surgeon lost her licence to practice and was sued for malpractice. The nurse has been reported and has been sued. An unethical clinic.

I've had a terrible experience at TCC, I had BBL done. I have read reviews before and my biggest regret is looking at the good reviews and not taking the bad reviews seriously. Everyone is so friendly until you pay for your surgery. I had my consult with Lori first and she made it sound like you would be beyond satisfied with your results. She had booked me in and I had taken days off from work and two days before my surgery, she called saying she double booked and I had to reschedule and said I had no other choice. Reviews mentioned they knew for horrible communication, but I had already paid and I went forth with my surgery. After surgery, I had to go back to the clinic because my drainage was leaking out of my dressing all over my clothes, when we had called Dr.b as instructed on the post-op sheet, he was yelling and saying its not a big deal and then one of the nurses came to the clinic to have a look at it. After surgery, the nurse who took out my stitches said don't buy new clothes yet because your waist will be getting smaller. After my three week appointment, I had all these lumps and my stomache looked like I had bumps on one side and dents in the other side. I brought this concern to Dr.B he said to do enderomologies which I did 2-3 per a week which cost me another $900. After that I had visited Dr.B and he told me that I had to wait six months for a revision. I come back for my revision and the way Dr. Band, Lori spoke to me was so unprofessional. I told him about how i'm still not satisfied and the Endermologie did not help and he said that I shouldn't have done the Endermologie because it wouldn't have helped and I should get my money back and I should go workout and eat clean. I eat clean and I became a vegetarian who watches what I eat, which also makes no sense, of why would I have done surgery in the first place if it was that easy for me and then he told me I look better than how I looked before surgery so i should be happy. He was very aggressive, he toldme I shouldn't do local anesthesia because people flinch off the surgery table and was literally scaring me off and it was like he was satisfied with my results and it didn't matter if I wasn't. It was intimidating to be in the same room as him and he wouldn't hear you out and ignores what you want then he told me to speak to Lori who was quoting me again for a surgery I had already paid for and was practically kicking me out of the room because it was pretty much "discussion over". I then scheduled to meet with the owner who was a polite version of both Dr.B and Lori. He mentioned how Dr.B is right sand, he doesn't care about the money yet they're quoting me again and then he's telling me how the surgery is risking and if I knew about one of the clients passing away in their ER during surgery going wrong, which is funny because they would never mention that to a A new client who has yet to invest their money with them. He told me talk to Dr.B and book again and he can lower the rate Lori had quoted me by a thousand or two, which still does not make sense to someone who paid 15k plus $900 for enderomlogie. I did not even go back to get by refund for the enderomologie because that wouldn't happen as well. I did not book to see Dr.B because I wouldn't even go back for free to these people. If you're reading this, I would recommend you don't do this surgery or any surgery with TCC, id rather put more money at another place or wait for later surgery dates at another clinic. All I'm saying is whatever your reason for is for choosing TCC, should change after reading my situation because I wish I listened to the bad reviews.

I went to TCC for my abdomen and flanks in June of 2017. The staff were extremely professional and very accommodating. I am extremely happy with my results even just 3 months post op! My self confidence and ability to get dressed with ease in the morning has dramatically increased! The reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the following: Some of the staff members body shamed those are aren't "perfect" and place a huge unhealthy emphasis on appearance vs health. I quote "doesn't that procedure hurt?" And response was "doesn't it hurt when you look in the mirror?". That was pretty harsh in my opinion. Also right after my procedure the nurses rushed me into my garment when I was in extreme pain and appeared to have no empathy for me right after my procedure. They could work on their people skills a bit. But! The girls at reception were so lovely and Dr Bendago did a very good job. No infections or complications. They are also really great with follow up and they even send a nurse the next day after your procedure to help you change your dressings and check up! I had a pretty good experience here and would recommend it as a safe and mostly pleasant experience.

Wonderful experience!! This was my first time having a surgical procedure as well as coming to a cosmetic clinic. I came for breast augmentation surgery. When I came for my consultation everyone at TCC were amazing, the receptionist were so sweet and positive. My fiancé and I sat down and Dr. Levine went over everything with me, answered all my questions and concerns. I wanted to have breast much larger than what I had and what I really liked about Dr. Levine was how honest he was and gave me his honest opinion on what size would look best. My original appointment was on August 3rd but I received a message asking if I would like to come a day early. I found it so nice to be able to text, it made it way easier than calling every time there was a question. After my consultation I was able to have surgery less than two weeks later, which I was very impressed about. I came in for my surgery and after being check in by the lovely receptionist I was immediately taken in by a nurse and prepped for my procedure. The nurses were in my room very often checking on me and making sure I was comfortable. I woke up from surgery feeling pretty good considering and they let my fiancé sit with me while I was waking up. I went home that evening and felt a minimal amount of pain. The next morning my pain level between 1-10 was a 2 and that was without taking any pain medication. The clinic manager Alina was beyond helpful. She went out of her way to be supportive and answer any question I thought of before my surgery. Alina messaging me throughout the week before surgery, the night I had my procedure as well as the next morning. On the day of my surgery there was a birthday card in my file from Alina and the TCC, it was lovely. I am extremely happy I came to TCC. From the moment I stepped foot into TCC I received nothing but positive support and kindness from all the staff and Alina. I felt confident the whole time. The staff at TCC are amazing at what they do. I will 100% come back for any other procedure and recommend anyone that is looking for a procedure to go there. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

DO NOT go to this place. I had a tummy tuck here. The recovery was dreadful, long and painful. All to realize that the doctor didn’t cut much skin. He said he was only able to cut half an inch!!!!! If anyone was to cut half an inch they wouldn’t even need a tummy tuck. I needed way more but the doctor said he wasn’t able to to pull my skin to cut more. As I’m done healing n the swelling went down all the skin is still there. This was one of my most regrettable moments coming to this place and to this doctor. The woman who did my consultation told me my stomach would be flat and looking great after my surgery. This is not the case at all and I couldn’t be more disappointed. I made a big mistake going to this place for such a big surgery. I should have went to a clinic where it’s owned by a renounce surgeon and have them done it them self. Instead this place is better off for lasers and skin treatments. They do not have good doctors working here. They switch doctors all the time. I highly do not recommend this place for any surgeries!

I did BBL 2 years ago，got an ugly body after surgery by Dr Bendago，then I had to pay much money to fix it，Dr B still made a terrible result again with his poor skills，my abdomen and flanks areas where I did lipo are very uneven，and I finally got asymmetrical hips. Do not go to this place，they only watch your wallet and do not care about result of surgery at all，I will give Dr B and this clinic 0 star if I can！

I have been going to TCC for the last few years for facials and laser hair removal and I am very pleased with the services I have received. The girls at the front desk are very friendly and quick to attend to me any time I call or go in person. TCC is very flexible with scheduling which is important for me as I have a varying work schedule. I personally want to mention Lori and Nas, both of whom I have received services from in the last few years. Lori is informative and thorough with her consultations and is available to answer questions I have by phone call or email. Nas is not only excellent with paying attention to details and catering to my specific needs, but also very hospitable and patient. I have seen great results with hair reduction and I will continue going to Nas for my touch-ups :)

My brother Mani went to this place for a liposuction he wasn't a fat person to begin with. The surgery removed some of the belly fat but what he was expecting he never got. The abs do not show its been more then 9 months there were no follow ups from the surgeon or from the clinic. All I can say is save your money and go to another clinic that actually cares for there clients

I went into the Toronto Cosmetic Clinic for a consultation and possible treatment of botox. When I arrived I was greeted by the most pleasant receptionist who offered me coffee while I filled out my paperwork. I only waited about 10 minutes before being seen which I actually wouldn't have minded waiting longer as the waiting room was quite pleasant and they were playing a good movie. I met with Lori who is there nurse injector and she was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. I felt confident in the information that she provided that I decided to go ahead with the treatment and I couldn't be happier. It was quick and painless and I am so happy I did it. Lori called me a few days after my appointment to check up on me which I thought was very courteous. I will definitely be going back to the TCC.

I went in for a cosmetic surgery with Dr Giannoulias. I went in not sure of what I wanted to change, just that I wanted it to look different, and Dr G knew what changes to make to get my desired results. He knew what I wanted before I did. He definitely knows what he is doing and I would trust him again 100%. Very caring staff. It has only been a couple of days so I cannot judge the results yet, but everything looks as I expected it to. Went in for laser hair removal. Staff was friendly and experience was positive however the technician used a very low setting (to see how my skin would react) which resulted in very little hair loss during the shedding period and a negative reaction which stimulated hair growth! Huge waste of money. The hair is worse than when I came in for treatment and I cannot risk being treated by them again with another low setting and will not be going back. P.S. This was not my first time getting laser. My previous experience was at another clinic which moved out of the GTA so I know what to expect from laser treatments.

Got filler injections here half a year ago. Some of it is literally gone. I did not like the way she did my injections and had it fixed when I went for a follow up and still didn't make a difference. I've had many injections before and also was an assistant too in the past so I knew the moment she was injecting she was unprofessional. Wasted $700. Worst injector ever. Worst experience. The staff is amazing but Dr. Bendago had a horrible attitude. He performed my breast augmentation, the left breast dropped more than the other and I looked deformed. I told him how I wanted it fixed so one breast isn’t hanging an inch lower than the other and he told me to leave it and to just keep myself in a bra. I was not pleased with this answer so I went for a second appointment. The second time I told him I was unhappy with the results and something needed to be done because I didn’t pay for myself to look worse then I did before the surgery and if something was not fixed I was going to sue him. He started to yell at me and was trying to intimidate me with his body language. ( He was in front of my face yelling at me with his shoulders puffed out.) He is very unprofessional and made my experience quite uncomfortable.

Honestly a terrible experience. Lip injections were done poorly, only about 4 places were injected and that was it, not to mention the price is significantly higher than most. Poor placement and not enough distribution caused product buildup. I was left with lumps in my lips that became more noticeable when surrounding areas subsided. I recently got them done by someone else, the lumps cause a future hassle when injecting unless you want to go through the hassle of several appointments and dissolving. Honestly don’t understand these reviews, no one I know has had a pleasant experience here.

Also before confirming this was true on Google I went into this clinic for some cosmetic non invasive procedures and they left a huge scar on my face in which I had to pay $3000 for at another clinic to fix.

Previously wrote a review describing my disappointment with booking a procedure then not being able to get the deposit back after the later details on the recovery process. Luckily Alina read the review and took action, she did everything she could to make every issue get resolved, including refunding my money, and even offering a free trial of the cool sculpting. She was much better to deal with then the previous person, and was amazing! I recommend dealing with her for any enquiries.

What TCC cares about is your Money. Once they get it, forget about the Customar care. They don't care about you or your money. If you would like to go there, just try hair removal. This is the only good service they have in my opinion. I tried it and it's good. But don't expect a good customer care. And don't pay for a package. My advice is to try the service once then decide. I had a case where I paid 2400 CD and when I started the fractional session, i had a family issue and had to leave Toronto, then I asked for refund for the rest of the sessions but i got nothing. They offer me different services and I don't like it at all.

Dr. B is seriously the most amazing surgeon/human ever! From my first appointment he immediately made me feel at ease with his calm disposition. That calm disposition carry over to every single appointment thereafter. After telling him what I wanted, he then suggested what he thought were my best options and together we decided on a tummy tuck with lipo of the flanks. Dr B along with his surgical expertise gave me absolutely amazing results. He is the nicest most caring doctor I’ve met and his disposition trickles down to his team. From every phone call, every text and every interaction, they were professional, confident, funny and extremely caring. Something that all medical professionals should strive to be. I’ve specifically been getting several treatments from Nas and I’m so happy with not only how kind and considerate she is but also how knowledgeable she is. When I first started I wasn’t too sure if I would get the results I wanted, but she made a course of treatment that would help me and I’ve been seeing amazing results. I went there to get fraction laser for my stretch marks and I've seen amazing results. Also, I had issues with a bit of fat on my abdomen and flanks that no matter how much I dieted or worked out, it just didn't go away! Nasi recommended that I see Lori for consultation and she gave me few options. I decided to go with liposuction and after almost a year, I couldn't be happier with my small waist and flat stomach. I paid 550 + tax to have lip injections that turned out lumpy. Had to go back to get her to remove a bubble created, and it never fully went away. I’ve gone to a new clinic now for injections to fix what the lady here did to my lips.

This place was overall good. Elena, the laser an facial technician seems to be the only knowledgeable worker at TCC. I've had my facial done by all the other workers and they all seemed unprofessional and rushed. In addition, the receptionist at the front desk really need to smile and be more friendly and the botox nurse needs to go back to school and upgrade her educational skills in terms her field. She once performed injection of botox into my mothers face and it was horrible and lumpy. However, this place has cleared all my acne and scars and I will forever be greatful to them and once again, I would like to recommend everyone to ask for Elena to do your face.

Stay away from this commercial clinic . They take your money and make you ugly !!. I paid 4k to get me and my daughter jaw lines done and we thought it is going to be done by the doctor there . But then the nurse came in and convience us to do and she kept on saying that she is expert and great and she trained many nurses how to do cosmetic injections. We ended up trusting her but she did the worst injections I’ve ever seen in my whole life. she even didn’t put canula to spread the fillers in our jaw lines . The fillers look like pimples afterwards because she didn’t spread them and she done them so quick . I had to go to another clinic to correct what they did . It is a lesson to me not to do my injections by nurses that I don’t know where did they get their degree from.

So this is my first cosmetic surgery and I have to say that this was a very great, fun and comfortable experience! I went with Dr.Levine and he’s a miracle worker! He did such an amazing job on me I can’t believe it! I did my boobs in case people would like to know what I had gotten done. They feel so real and look so good, they don’t even look fake! They were nothing but nice and made me feel so comfortable. I suffer from anxiety so coming into this I was very scared and afraid of something happening to me but they ensured that everything was gonna be fine and held my hand the whole way! My surgery went very good and I am VERY VERY VERY happy with my results. I will definitely return for more work even if it’s something small like a face treatment. I just love the atmosphere they have there and they are all so sweet and loving. I highly recommend them ! If I could give them 100 stars I would!!!!!!

I went here for a BA and regret that I went based on a referral rather than doing more homework about the facility and Doctor. Lori conducted my initial consultation and tbh, it was a joke, screaming red flags, but my husband and I knew she was just a sales lady and that doing our own homework and speaking with the surgeon was more important than anything this lady said. She laughed and made jokes about the serious implications and side effects of the procedure saying things like, “ I can’t even believe I have to tell you this...” *eye roll* and then recites a breast cancer statistic or side effect. It was very unprofessional, theatrical and definitely not the right person to ask serious questions. Dr. Bendago felt cold, didn’t really make eye contact and didn’t care to take his time to really dive into our questions. They told me I would be back to work in 4 days (they knew my job was labour intensive and involves using machines and hand tools)- needless to say, I was not back at work after 4 days. It took me two weeks to be back at work meeting with clients and another 4 weeks before I could even handle a tool. I was in pain for 8 weeks and barely slept the first two. They were unrealistic about recovery times to make a sale. They also discussed incision areas with me and after they assured me that the incision was only 3cm I decided to have it under the breast. Fast forward to post-op: first of all, they rush you out the door through a back entrance before you’ve even fully woken up from anesthesia. My husband described it like a get away and had a ton of trouble getting me back up to our condo- a random neighbour found him struggling and had to help us home. The next day the nurse came to our condo to check on me, I was sitting upright on my couch when she arrived. When she walked in she immediately freaked out and rushed over, saying “what are you doing! You shouldn’t be sitting up like that!” And really scared me, I was confused and had no idea what was going on. She started reaching for my pants and I asked her what she was doing and then asked me if I had a “BBL” ( Brazilian butt lift). I said no and then she apologized after realizing she thought I was a different patient. She removed my gauze and then GASPED. I asked what was wrong, she said, “for some reason you don’t have any sterile strip (bandaging) on one of your breasts” she had to run down to her car to get the proper things to clean me up and properly bandage me up. This gave me an opportunity to get up and look at my breasts and stitches. My right breast incision looked AWFUL. It was very wide, the stitches looked absolutely nothing like any stitches I’ve had in the past or from the images they showed me and there was a large lump of skin protruding like a flap. I asked the nurse if this was normal and she said everything would heal properly....well it didn’t. I have a 5cm scar on one breast and a 7cm long disgusting lumpy scar on my right breast. When I went in for my check up the next month the dr was even more cold, even more rushed and barely took the time to address my concerns. He implied I may have a double bubble and said it would be easy to correct with another surgery and to check with Lori how much that would cost. I was mortified. I went to the front desk and asked Lori if she had a moment to speak to me, she brought me to her office impatiently and didn’t even have the respect to to close the door and ask me to sit, so we stood half in the doorway/hallway while I asked her my questions. She was rude and flippant and brushed me off. I felt taken advantage of, and very sad. I never even went back for any other follow up appointments- I went to a different clinic instead where they took care of me with the upmost respect and integrity. Although I still have my scars, I’m very happy about my results now after correcting it at another clinic. I could go on forever. Bottom line I don’t recommend this place to anyone, for even the smallest and simplest of procedures.

I had a consultation recently, and the staff were not very helpful. I asked about blepharoplasty and nurse didn't seem to know about any specifics regarding the surgery. She was very kind and friendly, but not informative. I asked for before and after photos, but the office didn't have anything to show me. I was told that they would help me to arrange an appointment with the doctor, but I didn't hear from them again.

I initially picked this place because their laser sessions were cheaper than most clinics but let me tell you, you get what you pay for!!! I had about 4 laser sessions done on my acne scars in 2017, first of all the women at the front desk with the dramatically overdone duck lips were not friendly in the least bit. They want you to purchase the package of laser sessions right away but offered no payment plan as if we are all made of money. The minute you walk in to this dingy clinic, you have the feeling of being watched and judged by the staff, it was extremely unpleasant and not to mention unprofessional. The doctor does not even take the time out to come meet the clients. The staff member that did my session (a nurse I assume) did not mention her credentials at all, no background information was given, such a sketchy set up. I was not offered numbing cream throughout my first session, having no knowledge of lasers or how the session would go I did not think to ask and was in so much pain. When I asked when I would see results they assured me I would see some kind of improvement between 3-5 sessions but I saw zero improvement in my skin. I would also like to mention that I had two different staff perform my laser sessions, the first one was very good she took her time and went over each section of my face twice. The second staff at the time of another session did such a rushed job, I felt like I did not get my money's worth at all. To narrow all of this down, the real reason I was upset with them despite seeing zero results is the fact that I had came in for an appointment and the laser had stopped working in the middle of the session. The staff member assured me that my next session would be free but at the time of my next appointment the rude receptionist ignored my e-mail asking for redemption of the free laser session and I was forced to pay. I know she received the e-mail because she was staring at me and whispering to the other receptionist about it yet did not say a word to me. So unprofessional, I really hope these women do not work here anymore for the sake of the clinic. Needless to say that was the very last time I ever step foot in this god awful clinic. Recently, I went to Dr. Phillip Solomon's clinic in Richmond Hill and the amount of professionalism I experienced compared to Toronto Cosmetic Clinic was remarkable. I had some permanent filler done on my acne scars, not only was the nurse there soooo incredibly sweet, not pushy or judgmental at all but Dr. Solomon made sure he came to introduce himself to me even though he was not performing the injections himself. It was such a great experience, I highly recommend them over this horrid place if you would like any cosmetic procedure performed on your face. I know TCC will probably reply to me the same way they reply to everyone else who gives them a bad review probably saying "We can't find you in the system, you must have us confused with another clinic". No, I am not confused, your clinic should hire PROFESSIONAL STAFF and maybe you will get better reviews and clients will actually want to come back!!

Great team! Had my liposuction 6 months ago and I love my results. I must say that I was impressed how caring and helpful everyone is. They even followed up on how I was feeling same night after my surgery, then a nurse came to visit me next day and helped me change my garment and shower, I also had the surgeon’s personal cell phone number in case I had any questions. Reading any bad reviews that the clinic does not care seems a bit strange to me.

I am BEYOND happy with my procedure, recovery and results. I am also happy with the amount of follow ups I've had, it has helped to ease my mind that everything is healing well. There were a few things I was a bit disappointed in. On the website it states that you do 3D imaging for breast augmentation, which made me feel more at ease to get a better idea of what they would look like, however when I met with the doctor he said they don't do that. The website also says you do teardrop implants which I was also interested in, but again he said he doesn't perform this type. One more thing I did not like was right when I woke up from surgery (still VERY drowsy) I was getting papers shoved in my face to sign. I could barely open my eyes- I thought this was very unprofessional. You shouldn't make somebody sign anything while they are still trying to wake up from anaesthesia. It seemed like they were trying to rush me out as soon as possible. HOWEVER despite these few things I am very happy with my results they have been life changing for sure and I would do it again. Dr. Bendago is very nice and professional. I do hope my comments are taken into consideration for future patients, though!

I had laser hair removal on the chin, I must say the service is awesome! Alysha is such a sweet person who explained things throughly and did the treatments efficiently. If you’re having laser removal I definitely recommend you do it with her! Also the ladies at the front desk are nice and they promptly respond to your text message. Although it’s a bit costly, I would still recommend this clinic to anyone seeking laser hair removal! The office is clean and no wait times between appointments! I think I might try out the clinic again in the future if I need laser hair removal done.
