The receptionist was very nice but that's the only positive thing I can say about the service. I was genuinely appalled by Dr. Madronich's overall demeanour, behaviour and apathy. I was referred to him by my amazing family doctor in regards to a thumb injury but Dr Madronich was extremely condescending, rude, unbothered, lacked empathy, and he truly did not seem to care at all. I would not recommend him to anyone. He absolutely wasted and disrespected my time. If your considering visiting him save yourself the trouble and consider another practice.

Dr. Madronich has been excellent to deal with. His calm demeanour sets the patient at ease. He says it like he sees it and is very easy going. Amazing surgeon that has a gentle approach that left no scaring. Answers all questions and welcomes more.

Dr. Madronich clarified and answered my concerns leading up to surgery. Extremely pleased with his work, and can barely see the scars. He is a talented and pleasant doctor. Deanna and the receptionists are very nice and welcoming as well. Thank you to all!

Terrible bed side manner. Awful. I brought my son to see him. Not so much as a hello, how are you. We waiting at the Mackenzie Health plastics Clinic and I was bewildered as to how a person, who deals with children, can be so inept. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely disgusting. !!! Try speaking with your patients and try to be less arrogant if that is possible. I would not recommend this M.D. due to his lack of empathy, lack of warmth and lack of communication. He will not be referred by me nor any of my friends or family members. Drive to Southlake or Sunnybrook. Poor poor people skills.
