I had eye bags problem since early twenties and tried different ways to improve the conditions but always failed. After struggling for 30+ years, I eventually decided to go ahead with the eye bag removal surgery. Dr. Kreidstein and his team are very professional. They did a great job. My surgery process was very smooth with minimal discomfort. The recovery progress also exceeds my expectation. No impact to my eyesight right after the surgery. I was prescribed with the pain killer but I never need it. I only felt little burning swelling sensation under the eyes in the first 2 days. Today is my sixth day after surgery. I still have bruises under the eyes but so far no pain at all. There is no extra wrinkle undereye and the cut was from inside so no mark on the surface. My sincere gratitude to Dr. Kreidstein and his team and wish them every success in their future endeavours.

Dr Kreidstein staff is so kind and helpful they made me so comfortable during my visits to the office and the day of my procedure i couldn't wish for better treatment, his nurses are amazing their so caring with their patients and his front desk staff are so professional and welcoming ( Deanna and Julie ) were so kind and helpful they made me feel so calm , every time i had a question they always helped me with it . I recently underwent an abdominoplasty with Dr Kreidstein and the experience was top notch! From the first few emails with the office, through to my final appointment, everything was great! hi there. i recently had a surgery performed by dr. kreidsten, my first ever actually. i had a cyst for several years which previous doctors had been unwilling to work on (without financial compensation). this dr. quickly agreed to operate however and scheduled an appointment. the operation was very smooth, i was surprised how fast it was finished having researched the operation beforehand. the post-surgical test results of my cyst showed it was a pilar cyst which is usually only removable as a cosmetic procedure costing several hundred dollars, to me free. big thanks to dr. kreidstein who blessed me with his cyst removal. final note i expected the surgical site to look bad (like a bald spot) but it honestly looks really nice and isn't noticeable unless you know its there and dig through all my hair

I will be forever grateful to Dr Kreidstein! Dr Kreidstein performed an abdominoplasty revision/correction and literally gave me my life back. I had a traditional abdominoplasty (drains and no progressive sutures) 18 months ago by another surgeon. I developed a large seroma extending from my breast bone to my pubic bone and 4 inches across. Despite CT scans and ultrasounds indicating I had a seroma the original plastic surgeon refuted the results of the tests instructing me to lose 20 pounds as he felt it was intra-abdominal fat (my BMI was 26). For over a year I was having issues bending over, turning in bed, feeling a constant tug, tightness across my abdomen and experiencing gastrointestinal issues. It affected all aspect of my life and I was struggling with depression as a result. I finally met with Dr Kreidstein who offered to help me, other surgeons refused. Immediately after surgery, although sore from the surgery, I immediately felt so much better. Dr Kreidstein removed the large seroma and a large amount of scar tissue, tightened the abdominal muscles (as I think the original surgeon failed to do so even though it was part of the surgery)Two weeks after surgery I was able to turn in bed, unaided, a feat I was unable to do for over a year. The large bulge/seroma was gone and my abdomen was 3 inches slimmer, even with post surgical swelling. Dr Kreidstein corrected the appearance of the belly button, lowered the “too high” scar and flattened the mon pubis area. My main goal was to feel better and the cosmetic appearance was not important. Not only am a feeling a million times better but my abdomen looks absolutely tremendous! It's flat, slim and trim! I can't say enough good things about Dr Kreidstein. He was genuinely concerned about me and monitored me very closely to ensure I recovered properly. This is a doctor who practices medicine to truly help people....I only wish we had more Doctors like Dr Kreidstein!!!

I was referred to Dr. Kreidstein through my girlfriend who had recently used him for a tummy tuck. She was happy with her results so I eagerly booked a consultation for a different procedure with him. I received lower abdominal and flank liposuction as well as a breast lift and a replacement of implants. The facility was very clean, professional, the staff caring and well experienced. I absolutely loved nurse Cindy. She was so wonderful to me I felt very loved and cared for. I liked the calm and soothing demeanour of Dr. Kreidstein and felt at all times he was a great doctor to be trusted. My results from surgery and my post operative plan turned out exceptional. My incisions were as small as possible clean and have healed with little to no scaring. My liposuction was smooth and well sculpted. The suggestions and advice Dr. K made were above and beyond what I thought my results would be. One very important thing I would like to add is the reasonable cost of surgery. I am happy to share that at no point did I feel financially taken advantage of or that the office was trying to upsell or push me to spend more. I felt that if anything advising me the most economical way to achieve the desired out come. I do recommend and I am ready to book with him again.

I was referred to Dr. Kreidstein by a former co-worker. I immediately looked him up and read pretty much everything on his website. After finding the information I needed, I called to set up a consultation. So a month later I flew from Alberta to Toronto for the consultation. The office was easy to find in a lovely neighbourhood. The front staff was very friendly and made you feel comfortable. Dr. Kreidstein was running late on his surgery and usually, it annoys me so much when you have a set time for an appointment and you end up still waiting but to be honest, I didn't mind at all. The front desk lady kept apologizing and informing me on his status for him to be done, which made the waiting not a big deal, after all, he is a great surgeon. The consultation was by far the best I've ever had on anything. Felt very calm and non stressful. After the consultation, I was sold. I called back within a month to schedule the surgery. The morning off, 2 weeks ago, I made my way to the office where the nurse greeted my mother and myself. My mother was so nervous about my surgery but the nurse and the anesthesiologist did a wonderful job explaining the procedure and calming her down. Then came the time to get ready for surgery which again, wasn't stressing me out at all due to the very friendly staff. Like who is that friendly at 7.30am? ;) The last thing I remember before going under was how comfortable I was on the operating table. After the surgery I spent a couple hours in the recovery room and the nurse never left her eye off me. Even when I was sleeping. They really made you feel safe and comfortable like you had nothing to worry about. Very long review but my experience my definitely 10/10. Very friendly staff and great surgeon. They definitely went above and beyond expectations. Very pleased with the final results of my surgery, and they're not even healed yet. I would recommended anyone here in a heart beat. Great job !! :)

I was not fully satisfied with procedures I paid a lot of money for. Mid facelift which left me with one Jowls on the left-hand side of my face. Neck lift lasted not even a year and a half. I hate to complain but when you’re paying that sort of money it’s nice to have the Surgery done correctly. I asked about the Jowl that was left on the left-hand side of my face and he said there was nothing he could do about it. I don’t understand if someone is a professional plastic surgeon should they not get rid of both Jowls not just one. Should I have paid only half the money. Also I asked dr Kriedstein to remove the excess skin above my eyelids. he convinced me to go with a brow lift And that it would get rid of the excess skin above the eyelids. That didn’t happen. they wanted me to agree to show my before and after photos. at that time my face had swelling so the skin was taunt and looked really nice. The truth reveals itself after the swelling comes down.

He is very knowledgeable and never tried to up-sell me anything more than what I required (which is very rare these days). I have returned multiple times to remove even more moles from my face, of which some I thought would not be possible to remove, and time after time the results have been better than anticipated. I have visited Dr. Kreidstein for two smaller non-evasive procedures - stretched earlobe repair and a large lipoma removal on my back between my shoulder blades. Not only was the price a fraction of what I was being quoted from other GTA plastic surgeons, with both procedures you can barely even tell that there had been any kind of work done - the scarring is extremely minimal and barely visible at all. Even though these are two smaller and non-evasive procedures, Dr. Kreidstein and his staff took their time and addressed all of my questions and concerns - at no point did I feel rushed out the door or disregarded. Even after the lipoma removal, I was experiencing some discomfort and they were extremely helpful in getting a prescription sent to my local pharmacy at the end of a Friday afternoon so I would be able to rest up for the weekend. Although I did not get extremely big procedures, I would highly suggest Dr. Kreidstein's offices for any kind of aesthetic procedure.

I went to see Dr. Kreidstein for a tummy tuck after having four kids and a 100+lb weight loss. When I went to see him for my consultation, I had a million questions about basically everything. He sat and listened and answered all my questions. The procedure I was having done was partly covered by OHIP, and I had heard that other plastic surgeons require you to get upgrades or additional surgeries if you want them to work with OHIP. When I asked about other procedures, Dr. K very honestly told me whether or not he thought it would be worth it. I ended up just having the tummy tuck done, and I'm thrilled with the results. Throughout the process, the office ladies were always patient and very friendly, and they always seemed happy to see me when I'd walk in. I've never had a flat stomach in my life, and for the first time, I'm tucking in my shirts and wearing fun belts. Recovery was relatively quick, and the scar is nice and neat. I recommend him and his staff to anyone.

I met Dr. Kreidstein in 2016 for my first surgery, I was applying for an Ohip covered panniculectomy after losing some massive weight, he was amazing and walked me through the process, explained how coupling it with an abdominoplasty would better the result, with no pressure to do so. Today marked a month since I had my abdominoplasty with rectus plication. It was also my last check up with Dr. Kreidstein. This man changed my life, and I shared that with him today. The entire experience was exceptional from my first consult, to surgery day and through the follow ups. Dr. Kreidstein and his staff are amazzzinggg!!! When I called for the first time both Julie and Deanne answered all of my questions without any attitude or making me feel like I was bothering them. Meeting Dr.Kreidstein for the first time went very well. He did not rush me, he asked me what bothered me about my thighs first. He listened and gave me several options for me to choose from. He explained in detail with drawings, what he would do etc. I knew in his office he was THE surgeon I could trust to do a great job. I am incredibly fond of Dr. Kreidstein and his team. I first found the clinic when I was 23 and wanted liposuction of the abdominal. I was petite and did not have much fat anywhere other than a little belly pouch. My first impression at my consultation, that I will always remember, is that he did not make me feel in any way that I "didn't need" the procedure, and I really appreciated that. He gave me his professional and honest opinion, and I happily decided to go through with it. Many years later, I am still incredibly happy with my decision to go with Dr. Kreidstein and his team. Everyone was attentive and kind throughout the process, pre and post op, especially going into and coming out of surgery. I really only have good things to say about my experience. They squeezed me into an earlier clinic date and despite his packed filled clinic, he saw patients in a calm, orderly manner. I was seen at the end of his day and he was the most gentle, compassionate doctor. I'm 41 and I finally did it! I have suffered with lower leg issues for as long as I can remember. I would describe them as cylinder in shape. I am petite, but I never felt that way. I have always hidden my legs with long pants and at times long skirts. I received compliments for the way I looked, but I never truly felt that way because of my legs. I saw myself and felt deformed! So, why did I wait so long to fix my deformed legs? Well, I've been looking for about 13 years, on and off. During that time, I got married and had 2 children. I've always dreaded going summer vacation. Just the thought of having to expose my legs, made me cringe. Well, this past vacation was no different. I found the courage to expose my lower legs, I actually wore a three quarter length beach dress. I was never so embarrassed. Witnessing a woman tug, slap and whisper to her partner while pointing at my legs made me sick with shame. At that point I felt bad for my husband and kids. I was praying that they didn't notice, and they didn't. That was the turning point. My husband and I booked several appointments. We talked to and met up with numerous Doctors and they always appeared hesitant to perform the surgery. Some made comments that it was not worth it, while others tried to add on other procedures. Apparently calves and ankles are not as popular a surgery as breast augmentation or face lifts. Finally! We met Dr. Kreidstein. Walking into an office that actually looked like a medical office and not a Hollywood spa, was great! His "back to basics" attitude was so refreshing. Not only did he concentrate on my areas of concern, that's all he agreed to look at. His attitude was lets deal with what brought you here in the first place. 1hr later, after all was said and done, I booked my appointment. I couldn't believe it! Well, I did it! My surgery took place on September 12, 2013. Dr. Kreidstein and his staff were wonderful, they took such good care of me. I can't believe the change. Its so surreal! Its been almost 3 weeks and what a change. As I look in the mirror, I see shapely calves and ankles! I'm thrilled with the results. Thank you Dr. Kreidstein and your staff for everything, you've changed my life.

I have done my tummy tuck on 22nd Feb 2021. Since I called for the consultation first time until now I have only experienced excellent service. My nurse Nancy, Cindy and Norma were very helpful and made sure I was comfortable before, during and after surgery. They took care of me really well. Reception team Julie and Deanne are very prompt and friendly and helpful. And finally, about Dr. Kreidstein- He is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and listen to the client's concerns. My consultation was very helpful. After speaking to Dr. Kreidstein I knew I made a right decision to do surgery from this wonderful team. Surgery was successful. Though it's been only 2 weeks, I am very happy with the results. My recovery is speedy and with little/ bearable pain. I am so happy that I chose the best team for my surgery and amazed to see the results of my surgery. Another imp thing is even during weekends there is someone to answer your call which was very helpful for me after my surgery in case of any doubts or issues. I am absolutely THRILLED with the results of my procedure After doing my research I decided to contact Dr. Kreidstein (whom I now fondly call Dr. K). He is board certified in both Canada and the USA. From my first encounter, I was met with pure professionalism. I emailed the website and Dr. K himself, answered me, the following day. I went to his office for a consult, and was met by very pleasant office staff. Dr. K. and I had our consult. He is so nice, and down to earth. He explained everything in laymen terms and answered every question I had. He advised that his surgical team have all been with him for 10 – 20 years. That itself speaks volumes to me. He then gave me a tour of his private facility, which really impressed me. On the day of the surgery, I was very excited and nervous. I was walked through every step that was going to be happening that day by Norma, R.N. along with Anesthesiologist, Dr. Kong. Then Dr. K came in to mark me. All went as planned. Recovery nurse, Jodi was great. Both she and Norma had me up and walking within a couple hours of the surgery, and Dr. K. came in at least twice to see how I was doing. They called my friend both after the surgery and then again for pick up. I went home and started my after care. If you do everything that you are told, you won’t have any issues. I stayed on top of my pain, by taking my meds every 4 hours and walking around. I only had pain for 4 days which is excellent!! When I went to have my first bandage change and check up, I was shocked to see that I had very minimal bruising and the incision was perfect! What I also liked about Dr. K., is that he doesn’t use drains, which I’m told helps with recovery. It’s been 3weeks now. I have been doing everything I was told to do, and am feeling great. I have already been asked by family and friends for Dr. K’s. number. I hope to do another procedure in the summer. Thanks so much Dr.K. for everything you have done. What an awesome team to have working for me! You were all excellent. Dr. K., you are an artist, and very skilled surgeon.

Dr Kriedstein is simply the best plastic surgeon in the GTA I will forever be thankful to him and his fabulous staff. I truly was impressed that he went the extra mile for me. His attention to detail is unlike any other surgeon , he even diagnosed and repaired a hernia I didn't even know about and saved me from problems down the road. After 2 kids in my 40’s I had a few concerns about body image and a friend recommended Dr Kreidstein. After my consult I felt comfortable and confident that this was the right team to do my tummy tuck. And I was right! What an amazing team of professionals. So naturally years laster I went back for a Breast lift and again great results. Mostly just an overall amazing experience from the front desk staff, lovely nurses, care , follow up and the best results. Scheduled a consultation and received a call back a few days later regarding the appointment stating that needs to be rescheduled (already booked time off work at this point). Then, tried to find an appointment time that works for both parties to reschedule. When one particular day was open, was not able to get an appointment because it was for follow ups and emergencies only. Did not bother as I didn't felt like a priority patient. Although I've had work done there before, which I guess isn't enough.

I have had two consults with Dr Kreidstein and when I told him I would go through with the "panni" that OHIP covered he was honest enough to tell me that I would not be happy with what little that would involve and he wouldn't do the procedure based on that. He said he wanted me to be happy with what he did. I figured out payment ( in my opinion OHIP should cover more) after losing 247 lbs I felt I deserved to feel good. Had surgery on Oct 17, moving slow but happy with the results. He is very kind and thorough and his office staff are very nice. The staff at Scarborough General were nice as well. Having always been self conscious of my abdomen Dr Kreidstein made me feel at ease which meant a lot. His follow up is pleasantly surprising given a lot of doctors just send you to your family doctor for follow up. Not him, he makes you feel that you are important to him. A quality you don't often see anymore unfortunately. I would highly recommend him at least in doing abdominalplasty.

My whole experience with Dr. Kreidstein has been an amazing one. I had my eye lids done. From the moment I met this doctor I had a feeling of trust. He is a genius at what he does. He takes his time to get to know the patient and their concerns. He will answer your questions so kindly even if you have a thousand of them. He is professional, kind and thorough. Lets put it this way, when we were finished with my consult, I was ready to book the surgery. I didnt need to think about it. I had such confidence that this doctor would do a great job and he did. I liked him so much that I started going for Botox with him. He asked me where I feel I need it. I pointed out several areas on my face. He is so honest that he told me I needed it only on my lips.
