If you’re looking for a sign, this is the sign! BANCROFT IS THE BEST! My overall experience was a perfect 10/10. The staff is professional, polite, and very helpful in answering any questions and accommodating any special requests you may have. During my Pre-op appointment Dr. Bancroft was extremely transparent, detailed, and thorough when explaining the entire procedure and recovery. You can tell he is a perfectionist and that he is very passionate about his work. He’s the “Dr. Miami” of Houston! Ive had no complications, nor complaints. Absolutely wonderful experience. Say YES to BREASTS WITH BANCROFT!

I have been a patient of BOTH Dr. Feldman and Dr. Bancroft and they are absolutely amazing doctors. I had my procedure done with Dr. Feldman over 4 years ago and absolutely love my results! I was aware of the fact that surgery may have complications but Dr. Feldman and Jeanette, the patient coordinator, made sure to answer all my questions beforehand. Right before I went into the surgery room, I almost fainted ( I guess from being nervous) and both the nurse and Dr. Feldman made sure I felt okay and at ease before moving forward. The follow up appointments went great and I have recommended him to others that have asked. 2 years ago, I decided to get lip fillers done. I was nervous about choosing the right doctor but remembered Dr. Bancroft did this procedure. I immediately scheduled an appointment and Dr. Bancroft explained to me the pros and cons about lip fillers and even brought the receptionist over as she gets fillers from him to answer any additional questions and to see his work on another face in person. I loved my results and am sad that my body has a high metabolism and the fillers only lasted a couple of months but was pleased with the results for sure. This is an amazing office with wonderful staff and I would highly recommend anybody to come and schedule a consultation with either doctor. Unlike OTHER posts which show that they never left reviews at other locations and gave this place a 1 star based of hearsay from their friend, I actually leave reviews-good and bad- at places. Thank you Bancroft Feldman and the staff for the exceptional service !!

Sadly I have the worse experience during my anesthesia I do remember the personal questions they asked me . I already consult with different anesthesiologists and they say yes it is posible that you remember . I did my tummy tuck, the doctor is very nice however my belly button is nothing like a belly button and my scar is no good . I did tell him that I’m not happy with that, and he said he can fix it but not guarantees that it will look good . I will rather go somewhere else to get this fix . I give 3 stars just because the doctor is very nice , I did not like the anesthesiologists neither the helpers Veronica I think and another lady .

My experience with both Dr. Bancroft and Dr. Feldman was AWESOME!!!! Not just the doctors, but the staff have excellent bedside manner! You are treated with the up most respect and courtesy. They treat you like family, which is very rare nowadays.I highly recommend any procedure this office has to offer you.I know from experience you will walk out a much happier person! From the initial contact, until the last post op visit and beyond, the office staff could not have been any sweeter, or more accommodating. Dr. Feldman answered all questions and concerns with the utmost respect. With his down to Earth demeanor I felt as if I had known him forever. After visiting with a few doctors I knew this is where I would easily deposit my trust. The ENTIRE staff deserves so much credit. The receptionist Alysia, the nurse, the anesthesiologist, all of them. Jeannette is an absolute gem, and is so very helpful, love her to pieces. She definitely goes above and beyond to help in any way that she can with anything you may need. So, needless to say, Dr. Feldman is the quintessential plastic surgeon, and the staff, well take my words to heart and go see for yourself. I am extremely ecstatic with my results. Good Doctors make mistakes. They are human just like the rest of the world. He made a mistake on my wife. After the complications initial concerns were dismissed. She was, driving a total of 6 hours and not even getting a culture to check for infection. I was the one who had to bring up that lack of care to my wife's attention. She did have an infection. Then she found 2 other women who also got necrosis on fb by him which scared her to death. He acted empathetic but has done nothing to rectify the pain and suffering my wife has gone through lost wages, medical bills, and will be left with a permanent disfigurement indention and scar. All he has done is sent a legal letter demanding reviews and photos be removed which speaks volumes on the kind of doctor bancroft is.

I got my surgery done just last Thursday and wow! My whole experience was amazing. The staff is great. The front desk and Jeanette are so kind. I also want to thank Melissa who really made me feel so at ease the morning of my surgery and of course Dr. Feldman who really took the time to inform me on what would look best on my body and also give me the exact outcome I was looking for. I am very pleased with my breast augmentation. Dr. Feldman is such a professional and also very humorous doctor who made me feel so comfortable and fun throughout the whole process. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or felt like I shouldn't go through with the surgery. Worst surgeon around! My girlfriend drove all the way to Sugarland to see Bancroft for a tummy tuck and got the worst necrotic infection. This surgeon is the worst! STAY AWAY!!!!! He knows nothing about wound care!!! She is suffering and is going thru what should be the best feeling and times, but instead is trying to heal up properly and get rid of this nasty necrotic infection. Stay away!

Wow! I don’t even know where to begin... I’ve been wanting a breast augmentation for YEARSSS, but I just never found a Dr. that I was completely comfortable with. From the moment I called to make a consultation appointment I knew I found my Dr. From the front desk coordinator, patient coordinator, Dr. Feldman, the nurses, and the anesthesiologist, every single person felt like family. At my consultation appointment Dr. Feldman spent an hour and a half answering every single one of my questions. He explained exactly what he would be able to do with my anatomy and dimensions, and he went above and beyond with my outcome. I am OBSESSED!!!! I woke up in absolutely ZERO pain, wasn’t nauseous or anything. I went to 4 other consultations before I met Dr. Feldman, and it just didn’t feel right. I would recommend Dr. Feldman to anyone!!!!! Don’t look any further he is the BEST!!!!

I was referred by a co worker during my search for a plastic surgeon and this was my first and only consultation. Dr. Feldman and his patient coordinator, Jeannette were informative and answered all of my many questions. I didn't know what size i wanted for my breast augmentation but knew I wanted to go BIG, both Dr. Feldman and Jeannette talked to me about each size, type and look until we came up with the perfect size. Leading up to my surgery, Jeannette was a rock always responding to my outlandish emails about the things I read on the internet. The day of surgery was a breeze, Angela the nurse and Lee the anesthesiologist were so attentive and kind. Once out don't with surgery, I had hardly any pain and just minor discomfort. Dr. Feldman and his staff are the best in town!!!!

The office was very neat and clean, but my consultation left me feeling unconfident in what I wanted to do. First off I wasn't allowed any options for my breast augmentation consultation with Dr. Feldman. He simply chose what worked for me, which was way too big for my size, and wouldn't allow me any other options. Basically I had one choice and one choice only, and left from being excited in the beginning to being disappointed in the end. Yes he does beautiful work, but ladies don't feel pressured like I did with him. If anything he provided me more reasons as to why I shouldn't be getting my breasts done with them, instead of why I should and what they could provide for me. I went elsewhere and found somewhere that better suited me.

The process from start to finish was very easy. Staff was great. Dr. Feldman is awesome. I have been getting a lot of compliments on his work. After day 2, I didn't even feel any pain. Surgery went well. I am terrified of needles and the anesthesiologist who inserted my IV did a great job. I didn't even feel it -- and that is something that was very important to me. My friend had her breast done by Dr. Feldman and they look wonderful no complications. All good things said about him. My other friend had her tummy tuck by Dr Bancroft and she has an open wound in her stomach along with wearing a wound vac 24/7. I wanted a mommy make over but after seeing the kind of distasteful response given to a concerned husband on this Google review and upon further research, I'll pass. I felt compelled to address the defensive and obviously uncaring response below by Dr Bancroft or his staff 1. you talk about hearsay...a very simple search on Facebook in several tummy tuck groups anyone can find 3 different women who had similiar necrosis complications by Dr Bancroft in a short timeframe regardless of the reasoning or excuses he wants to hide behind. You can see photos along with names of real people. 2. You say there are different ways around the mountain when treating a patient for complications. As a medical professional myself why was Dr Bancroft not providing a patient with a culture after several appointments in aftercare. If I was driving 6 hours and had dying open flesh with odor along with dizyness you better believe a culture to test for infection is one of the first things I would expect done as healing the body can not occur with infection. Lack of culture and lack of prescription antibotics is NOT a way around a mountain this is negligent. The patient did have an infection that only got treated properly once she got a culture and antibotics prescribed by a NEW Dr! 3. You talk about harassment. What you do not seem to understand is that reviews and social media are for the good and the bad. Sounds like you can't handle your bad being shared. Its ok for women to share your wonderful work and talk you up but if a patient shares your ugly work or an unflattering opinoin then its harassment lol. That makes no sense. Check your ego Dr Bancroft. 4. Your robotic Dr. Bancroft is here to help sounds like a lie. He did not help a patient when she needed a culture, antibotics, wound care, wound vac, refund, etc. 5. Necrosis can occur for a number of reasons including that of the surgeon removing to much skin not allowing proper blood flow to the area upon closure, so it is a possibility that he could have been the cause for the necrosis because yes Doctors are in fact human like the rest of the world and do make mistakes. Why did the rest of her incision close perfectly but the area where you cut too high didnt? Why are your tummy tucks now after hers you are cutting lower!? Her sharing has helped others! 6. Lastly I heard my friends recordings of her in tears and all you could say was comparing her surgery and complications too ordering a pizza how distasteful! You also insulted her for having anxiety about her open flesh asking if she sees a psychiatrist absolutely horrible! You should have made better efforts for this poor woman who choose you to be her surgeon and trusted you, something she had been dreaming of for 10 years and saving for, turned into a nightmare. I'm very happy that I can see real people share their experience good and bad so I can make an educated decision on the kind of services I recieve. I rate you a 2 only because of the wonderful things my friend had to say about Dr Feldman. The 2 doctors should really focus on having separate practice names as they are 2 different people that perform different surgeries. People have the right to share both good and bad work and experiences. If one of my patients was left unsatisfied with my work I would make every effort towards resolving the matter adequately instead of distasteful responses and legal intimidation. Let me ask you this did Dr. Bancroft ever once say what can I do to make this right?

After giving much thought and looking into Liposuction. I did some research on Plastic Surgeons in the Houston area. I'm so glad I found Dr. Bancroft!!! He was awesome from the very start. He took his time and explained everything to me in such detail. He made me feel like I was his one and only patient, which in turn made me feel important to him. That's a great feeling to have about any doctor that your entrusting with your well being. I wish every doctor I've come across was like Dr. Bancroft! That's just his person, he also happens to be a great surgeon. What more can anyone else ask for? There isn't anyone I wouldn't refer to him in a heartbeat.

There are not enough available stars to truly convey the quality of service you will receive here. Every single person that is employed here has a positive attitude and goes out of there way to make you feel informed, relaxed, and well cared for. Jeanette is a saint and a real asset to this practice. She answered so many questions for me through my process, never once making me feel I was a bother or inconveniencing her in any way. She often even responded on the weekend! Now, Dr. Bancroft is in a class all his own. Not only does he have the most warm and calming personality but he has a bed side manner that is almost unheard of these days, especially in regards to a surgeon. I believe he truly cares and is 100% invested in your expectations, comfort, happiness, and outcome. I almost felt at times he was more excited than me, if that was possible. He has taken the time to think of every single thing that can be done to make you procedure and after care as perfect as possible. He has been available ANY time I have had questions or concerns from day one and continues to be so almost a month later. Any physician that takes the time to make a house call the day after your procedure to save you discomfort and to also ensure you are positioned how you need to be, is some one that has no limits to the care and compassion they provide. I can with great certainty say that there is not one single thing I wish had been done, or been done differently. He not only met but beyond exceeded my every expectation. I will not hesitate to recommend him to any one seeking any type of cosmetic procedure. Please despite any other review you read or see, do yourself a favor and meet with them. I promise you won’t be sorry. I feel very fortunate to have been able to be cared for by such an exemplary group of staff and physician.

As someone who is very particular and research-focused, when I scheduled by consultation with Dr. Feldman for a breast augmentation, based on his work, I was fairly sold on choosing him to perform my surgery. I had never had any manner of surgery before, so I had a lot of questions and was fairly nervous. After meeting with Dr. Feldman and interacting with his staff (especially Jeanette! <3) I was instantly confident in both quality of the work, and the doctor's knowledge and skills. I'm 7 weeks post-op today, and in love with my results. Everyone I know has raved over my new look, and I finally feel happy and comfortable in a bikini! If you're considering getting a breast augmentation done, I would absolutely refer you to Dr. Feldman.

I was given Dr. Bancroft's name through a relative. I had been thinking about a tummy tuck for some while now. I needed a surgeon who could also address my hernia issue as well. I am from Dallas, but most my family live in Houston and that was a plus for recovery reasons. After meeting with Dr. Bancroft, (I took my sister too) we both left feeling very excited. He addressed all my questions and his service fee along with the hernia repair was far lower than I expected. Dallas is very expensive! The whole staff was very positive and nice. He was so nice, that af first I thought it was fake! But the whole experience from him and his staff was top notch. I stayed an extra night in the hospital (with his encouragement) because I was a bit overwhelmed. The nurses at the hospital were very helpful as well. It has been two months since the surgery and in the end, I am very happy with my results and service. I am even encouraging my cousin to do the procedure with Dr. Bancroft!

I drove from Tyler to Houston to use Dr. Feldman because he had such good reviews and his prices were so much more reasonable than in my area. When I got there I told him what I was wanting and he and showed me what it would look like if I went with what I thought I needed (not good). I ended up telling him to do what he thought would look best with my build. The outcome of my surgery was better than I thought my breasts could look. His whole staff made me feel so comfortable from the beginning to the end. I get so many compliments on the work he did and have recommended anyone who asks where I got my work done to him!
