During surgery i woke up while having liposuction on my neck. Which was not a walk in the park. Waking up after surgery to my right arm hurting severly. After taking the perscribed medication the pain has intensified. I requested twice for a renewal of medication and got denied both times. Im taking x4 advil and x4 tylenol and it doesnt work. Theres an indent on my arm from the compression garments.

I had gynecomastia removal with Dr. Fouda Neel in November 2016 and everything went well during the procedure but I developed scar tissue on my right side while healing. Scar tissue formation is a normal process that can occur in the body after surgery. I went for a second round of procedure in October 2017 to remove the scar tissue lump that was created on my right side when I was healing. The second procedure also went very well and this time the results were perfect! Dr. Fouda Neel didn’t charge me for the touch up procedure and he was very professional and friendly all along! I visited Dr Fouda neel after my weight loss surgery. After my first visit I felt very comfortable with his approach and with his plan of action. Making the appointment was super easy and everything was very straight forward. My surgeries were done in December and they went on without any issues, I had an 6 to 7 hours and when I was done he was there to ensure I was ok and followed up with me ever 2 hours. After I went home I was followed up by his staff and I must say I was very pleased with the professionalism of everything and his post care of me and his ongoing support even to this day. Stomach Irreversibly Damaged by Dr Fouda Neel : Choose an Other Surgeon for Liposuccion / Fat Transfer / BBL I wish to apologize for my English, my first language is French. I choosen this doctor for his amazing reviews but had my stomach irreversibly damaged after a fat transfert / liposuccion with him. He confessed to me to have been too close to my skin with the cannula so we can see the marks of the cannulas on my belly and thighs. He also forgot portions of fat on my belly (fat removed too close of my skin in some areas and not enough in other places). I paid about $ 15,000 to damage my body when it was normal before and my derriere is still flat, very similar to before... He suggested to pay him other fees for a revision surgery, it has resulted in only about 5% improvement. As I have lost all my trust in his skills then decided to go with an other specialist to try to improve my stomach (with bellkyra to remove the fat he forgot to remove and later with Sculptra to fill the portions he removed too much near of my skin)... It will cost me at least an other 4000$ to try to improve my stomach even if to have again a normal stomach will be impossible in my case because of that surgery with Dr Fouda Neel.

Procedures done: BBL, arm & inner thigh liposuction (with vaser) Results: I am now 8 months post op and fully happy and satisfied with my results. It looks very natural (I was worried about my butt looking too big or fake). My body looks hourglass and my stomach is almost completely flat. It has definitely helped my self esteem tremendously and I find myself going out a lot more than before. I now even struggle during shopping because everything looks good and I cannot choose. This is the exact opposite of what used to happen, and I never imagined this would be the case. Edit 3 years later: I'm still happy with the results however, if i were to do it again, i wouldn't get the inner thigh lipo. I don't think this has anything to do with the doctor but because the 2 legs are right next to each other, you can see the imperfections between the two sides more clearly. There are always slight imperfections with lipo which are normal and you are told about but it is especially noticeable on the inner thigh as the skin loosens after lipo. I hope this helps someone :) Staff and experience: I am not from Montreal but came here for my procedures due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews and doctor experience. Everything went smoothly from consultation to post surgery. Staff were very helpful and accommodating when I had to reschedule appts and surgery due to illness (Thanks Zayna). Doctor FoudaNeel was respectful all the way through and even called me post surgery to make sure I was OK. Nurses post surgery were very sweet and stayed very late to help me physically and mentally as I was having a tough time after surgery. Tanya was insanely nice and empathetic in post op appts. She goes above and beyond to make you comfortable.

My rhinoplasty with Dr. Fouda Neel was done in late August, my filler a week later, and my laser tattoo removal session this February 2016. Each time I have been so impressed by the quality of care I have received, especially from the Doctor. My nostrils were taken in during surgery, and are slightly uneven due to my slow healing. I came to see Dr. Fouda Neel for an abdominoplasty and liposuction as I had a huge pouch of skin/fat hanging after having 3 kids. I have lost a lot of weight through nutrition and excercise and the next step was to get rid of the extra skin. Dr Fouda Neel and his staff took an AMAZING care of me, always following up and checking up on me. I received the most wonderful care at the day surgery unit at the hospital and my post-op was smooth with no compolications. Dr Fouda Neel even called me later in the evening to check how I was doing post op! I would DEFINITELY recommend his clinic and his services to everyone who wants to feel confident and be able to love their body again. What a wonderful gift he has given me. Forever grateful!

I don't have surgery yet with Dr. Fouda Neel but I have experience bad service with the receptionist. I tried to contact her to know about the payment plans and she doesn't want to answer my question, she tells me I have to pay for the consultation and THEN the doctor will tell my about his paiement plans. I am shopping for different surgeons and the others have answers my questions through emails. I don't want to pay 150$ for then him telling me that he doesn't have the payment plans that fits my needs. I am looking for a surgery very soon and this is why I need to know about the payment plans, if not I will just wait in a few years to take a consultaiton..anyways.. I heard good things about this doctor but the staff isn't being helpful. My friend had the same problem over a year ago....

Breast augmentation. I had to have two more surgeries to correct the shape on both breast so they can look better then before. The shape was like square on both breast and they were not at the same level. Very good customer service though.

Best doctor I have ever had without question! He is very knowledgeable along with being compassionate. I had a long consultation with him, he took the time to answer all my questions and concerns, even though he is extremely busy. On the day of the surgery he took the time before he started to make sure I was OK, and he passed many times by the recovery room, in-between his surgeries, to check on how was I doing. The follow-ups appointments were very helpful I always left feeling better than when I came in he took all of my concerns seriously. I deferentially recommend him!!
