Dr Andrade and his team at the York Plastic Surgery Centre deserve more that 5 stars. From my first experience of entering the centre I was warmly greeted and made to feel very comfortable. Dr Andrade is very kind DR and has excellent bedside manner. I did a lot of research before choosing YPS and I am so glad that I decided on them. All of the staff that I encountered were lovely and had time for me. Lisa was always quick to respond to my emails or calls and was so nice, I had Nurse Rose as my OR nurse and she was fantastic, she made me feel so comfortable before my surgery. Nurse Leslee followed up with my aftercare and answered all of my questions and was very kind and knowledgeable. Angelina the cosmetic surgery Manager is fantastic, she answered all of my many questions and always had time for me and helped in my decision making. The facility is beautiful too, exceptionally clean and modern. Thank you Dr Andrade and your wonderful team.

I believe it would be impossible to find a better surgeon and medical office than the York Plastic Surgery Centre, they have perfection down to a science. Dr. Andrade clearly has a passion for his work, his practice, and especially his patients. His entire administration and surgical team are compassionate, caring, nurturing, and respectful. I spent hours researching surgeons and chose to meet with Dr. Andrade (despite the two hour drive) based on his credentials, patient reviews, and perfect five star rating. During the consultation he listened to what I hoped to achieve and gave me his honest and professional opinion. He is very generous with his time and answers every question. He discusses options and goes over all the pros and cons. He was so detailed and thorough that there was never any surprises before or after surgery. Following the consultation I had complete trust and confidence with Dr. Andrade and knew that I did not need to waste time obtaining a second opinion. Although I am only one day post-op, the follow-up care that I have received thus far was much more than I ever expected. Dr. Andrade personally called me last night to ensure that I got home safe and to check on my well being and this morning I received another wellness check phone call from one of his nurses. The medical care provided is truly above and beyond. Dr. Andrade made me feel completely comfortable and confident with my decision in getting breast augmentation. From the consultation to surgery I could have not chosen a better plastic surgeon. My biggest regret is waiting as long as I did.

The team managed new COVID requirements with ease and my surgery date was flawless. I was instantly put at ease upon arrival and prepared for the OR. The team was professional and warm. The OR is state of the art. Clearly Dr. Andrade and the surgical team are experts in what they do. Recovery has also been flawless, and I have had such amazing support! If you are considering Dr. Andrade and his team, I can assure you that you will be extremely pleased with your decision! Special shout out to the OR/recovery nurses and anesthesiologist!! Went to see Dr Andrade for a consult last week. Front desk staff were warm and welcoming, social distancing was respected, and I was taken in on time for my appointment. After some discussion, and a thorough evaluation, Dr Andrade was honest with me regarding my expected outcomes. It was very clear that he wanted me to be happy with the results and wasn’t looking to just book in another patient. I appreciated his transparency and honesty, all character traits that are most important when choosing a surgeon. Location was convenient to get to, with free parking and the facility is state of the art. His assistant Angelina and Lisa who helped me were both very kind and professional as well.

From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Both ladies at the front desk were very pleasant to speak with and kept me comfortable. My Cosmetic Surgery Coordinator was EXTREMELY patient and was so wonderful helping with every single question I had. Dr. Andrade is very professional, there was not a single a moment when I felt uncomfortable or awkward. He was very informative prior to my surgery day on what to expect and provided me with all the answers to my questions! I felt very comfortable and was 100% confident with my implant size. Being able to use the 3D imaging made it so much easier for me to pick a desired size for my augmentation. I am SO happy with my results and highly recommend this surgeon to anyone looking for a breast augmentation or any cosmetic surgery. From the first consultation to my checkup appointment I felt like I was dealing with the very best! My surgery went well and I had zero complications. One thing I wanted to mention was that my surgery was pushed back almost an hour due to the surgery before me. Personally, I was not upset. I felt reassured that I was in good hands and that Dr. Andrade would not rush through a surgery just because he had another surgery to start. I feel completely comfortable saying I trust this surgeon and would return for another operation if I wanted/needed one! I felt pretty good after my surgery considering I do not deal with pain well. One week after surgery and I am almost back to my normal routine, minus the gym of course. I’m absolutely thrilled with results after my abdominolasty and liposuction done by Dr. Andrade. Some extra weight and c/section scars made my belly looking ugly. Dr. Andrade has made me feeling comfortable with my body again! I forgot when the last time I loved myself in a mirror! He did advised me to do a full abdominoplasty to get better results, but I chose mini because I needed fast recovery and really lower scarred part of my abdomen bothered me the most. The results are all above my expectations! I’m a health professional myself and I have worked in the operating room with a lot of plastic surgeons around GTA. However, when it came to decide on a surgeon for myself his name came up on the top of my list. Meticulous surgical technique, extensive experience, attention to details, great personality, outstanding staff, his state-of-the art clinic with the most modern operating room equipment are just a few factors that make him outstanding. A lot of private clinics in Toronto use quite outdated equipment. Also he does abdominoplasty with no drains. This also was my preference. I did my own research on this topic. It takes his time in the operating room, but so much easier for a patient to recover! I’m 6 days postop and back to work! From my 2nd day after the surgery till now I have taken 8 pills of Tylenol the most. I know, the amount of pain depends so much on the surgical technique! With all of that his prices are very reasonable (I know the range!). His surgical clinic is true “Yorkville of the North” with more affordable price tag! I’m so happy about choosing Dr. Andrade and want the world to know about it! I’ll post my before and after on Realself.

Talk about Top Notch! My experience with Dr. Andrade and everyone in his clinic was the definition of professionalism. During my consultation Dr. Andrade took his time with me, and explained everything. I left feeling confident that he was the right doctor for my tummy tuck procedure. Leading up to my surgery I called the clinic often, and asked a million more questions. Each time I was given calm supportive feedback, and all my questions answered. After surgery Dr. Andrade stood by my side, and reassured me that all went well. He then phoned my partner, and filled him in. The nurse that visited my home was great. Dr. Andrade checked in on me, and phoned me from his personal number. I felt well taken care of, from start to finish, and now beyond. Almost three weeks post op, and I’m so happy with my results. My incision is so low and hidden I absolutely love it. If your looking for the best, look no further Dr. Andrade and his team are the best!!

Post-op, I had the lovely Christine taking care of me and I can't say enough great things about her. She was so sweet and made sure I had everything I needed. Dr. Andrade Review How does one find the perfect surgeon? Research of course…..hours & hours culminating in days of research. I am going to save you an immeasurable amount of time! For me, surgery meant I would leave no stone unturned in finding the absolute BEST surgeon and being a perfectionist I ensured due diligence was exacted including reading EVERY review! Over 10 years ago, I initiated this research process. After a lengthy process, I made phone calls to two other surgeons re: pricing but only had a consultation with Dr. William Andrade as he stood out above all others. After the consultation at his former place, I was convinced he was the best surgeon but my own fear of surgery refused to let me commit. Two years ago, I again completed the long research process only to discover, Dr. Andrade again was the top choice, the only choice. Travelling to Toronto or Mississauga to deal with inflated prices, transportation frustrations, parking, etc was never an option for my surgery or post-care. My consultation was at his new state of the art medical facility. Upon first meeting Dr. Andrade, you will be impressed by the level of professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail and time spent with you concerned about your best interests. Dr. Andrade, after a thorough consultation regarding my needs, wants & desires explained carefully EVERYTHING (the process, options, risks) in detail. I felt completely secure and confident in my choice. Dr. Andrade gave me a personal tour of the beautiful facility…truly spectacular! I even received a call from Dr. Andrade the night before my surgery because I was so nervous. Post-surgery check-ups addressed everything and ensured complete satisfaction to both my and Dr. Andrade’s expectations. I would be remiss if I didn’t speak to the phenomenal O.R. nurses Rose and Leslee. Never have I been treated so incredibly well by medical staff. They continually went above and beyond with me. No wonder they were hand-picked by Dr. Andrade. Front line receptionists Denise and Lisa could not be more caring and accommodating. It has been two years since my surgery. The results are better than I could have expected. I continually receive amazing positive feedback, but truly, I did this only for me. Never have I been happier with a decision! Without hesitation, it is the best money I have ever spent!! Finally, should I ever decide to have any other surgical work completed, I will only see Dr. Andrade & his team. Dr. William Andrade is an ARTIST! He is also the most knowledgeable surgeon I met with. Before my journey, I researched 10-12 surgeons and consulted with 4. Dr. Andrade was actually my third consult and I knew immediately I was going with him, he took the time to discuss my concerns (i scar poorly) and what the outcome could be. When I asked about a breast lift during my consult he moved his schedule around to spend more time to talk to me about it. He is such a friendly person!! HOWEVER, the reason that made me choose Dr. Andrade is his amazing staff. From the ladies in the front to Angelina (she really is the ABSOLUTE best) and Rose (can't say enough good things), you feel comfortable and supported. If there were any issues you would know you could reach out to them and they would answer you immediately. After surgery I was worried I had some fluid build-up, they brought me in the next day and examined it (wasn't anything at all). I asked Angelina a million questions before surgery and she never made me feel like I was annoying or asking too much (even though I know 1000% I was being excessive lol). I always got a response the same day. THIS IS HUGE TO ME. I'm currently 3wpo and I look AMAZING haha tooting my own horn but wow.... I had a tummy tuck, muscle repair, lipo to flank and upper abs. I can't believe this is my body... I am so thrilled :) Thank you so much Dr. Andrade and your entire team... you guys have changed my life.
