Went in for a minor procedure about a month ago. From the warm greeting from the friendly nurse to the caring, informative instruction from Dr. Austin my procedure was pain-free and efficient. I'm extremely happy with how attentive Dr. Austin was during the procedure, and especially appreciate his eye for detail. 11/10, would return!

I made a visit to the clinic a couple years ago, after a family member recommended the Hurontario St. team. The staff was super nice and helpful. & Dr. Ryan Austin did an exceptional job in recreating my navel after years of living with one that I hated (due to a botched umbilical hernia repair). He listened to my concerns during my consultation and gave me the post-op confidence I needed to live freely. I no longer think twice when packing swimwear for my vacations :)

I have been using M10 products for 4 years now. NOTHING compares. They are the absolute best. The cleanser takes 100 percent of your make up off without using any sort of remover before, leaves your skin feeling so fresh and clean. My skin is still constantly improving after all of this time they have so many special booster products that just take it to the next level. The M10 glow is real!!!! I also go to the PSC for peels and the staff are all so friendly and really know what they are talking about. Would recommend to anyone!

I was just at this clinic for a minor medical procedure, where I had such a good experience that I enjoyed telling my partner all about it. Both Doctors Ahmad and Lista, as well as assistant Laura, were professional with their work, quite attentive to my comfort, direct in answering my questions, but equally affable with their temperament that I found myself laughing out loud when in their company. Went for an 'appointment' to get 2 small skin tags removed. Turned out to be a Consultation. I was on time, Dr was 30 minutes late. $250 for tag removal - REALLY!! If you don't want this type of business, DON'T WASTE MY TIME - tell me up front. I am sure you want all the big $ jobs and are good at them, but have consideration of peoples time for items you don't want.

I’m going to sue this place. I’m already speaking to my lawyer. I had my liposuction done 3 years ago. I paid $10k+ to get my abdomen and flanks removed. The surgeon did a very bad job. I went the year after saying I don’t like the results, he said i should lose weight for it to fully show. I lost 20 kgs and I still have my flanks and lower abdomen. They claim they give 100% satisfaction guarantee. It even says it on the contract. I’m not even 10% satisfied.

Joanna took the time to explain all the risks that are associated with tattoo removal and she also went over the post care thoroughly as well. So disappointing! Had heard good things but my experience was a waste of time. Waited an hour and a half for an appointment! First time there and no communication about why. A lady that had an appointment with the same doctor an hour after mine was called in before me. I asked why and they said it was an appointment for a different reason. But why book me with that doctor an hour before hand then? Didn’t make sense and so humiliating to sit there while everyone is called in before me. Very busy place and felt more like a number than a human. They doctor was nice enough though. I did feel like I was wasting his time because I really just wanted information and advice about what could be done. And because he clearly had a whole waiting room of people waiting on him. My actual consult that I waited an hour and a half for felt rushed and by that point I was so uncomfortable in that place. So yah , bad experience! I am sure getting plastic surgery in the future but it will not be here.

My wife loves this place, but be prepared, always a wait for your appointment. Only complaint is the size of the numbers on your address sign. On a busy street like Hurontario, addresse should be larger and clear to see to your clients, it’s also responsible business practice to assure traffic is not slowed down because your address numbers are to small to read, take a look at addresses on same street, you can see the difference.

I had a chemical peel with Marina at 2pm everything went perfect as always, after that I had to wait 30 min for my next turn with Amina for under eye fillers at 3:30 The wait ended up being over an hour! After many times telling the receptionist that I have a dinner that I need to get ready for, she kept giving me excuses why the nurse was late, trying to avoid me as it was awkward enough. I finally got my turn at 4:20pm!!!! suppost to be at 3:30! I couldn’t leave in between as I live in Vaughan and is quite a drive to Downtown but almost! All this time I waited for nothing because ended up being that i’m not an a great candidate to get under eye fillers. I appritiate her honestly, I really do! but she couldn’t tell me that when she saw me earlier today?? (She is a great person and prwantofessional don’t get me wrong). Knowing that i wont have the results I want I asked her to get a refound, so she call the manager to autorize it, they said yes so I go to the reception desk to get my refound And oh my goood! The receptionist didn’t know how to make a refound so I had to wait another 20 min for the lady to get instruction thru the phone on how to provide a refound on the machine. My advice to you go with TIME! Because they are quick to charge but slow to refund. Oh and I didnt get my refound yet as she couldn’t figured it out, so she ended up getting my credit card number to refound me later. Let’s see

My name is Zana, and I have been a client here for two years now for chemical peel and dermaplaning treatments, and I have always been extremely happy with my experience – namely because the technician who does my treatments is absolutely wonderful in every way. However, I was extremely disappointed at the treatment I received today. Due to the new COVID restrictions, I had to keep my nose and mouth covered with a cotton ball and rubber band during my entire treatment, and as a result, I did not receive any treatment around those areas of my face – even though the expensive price was not adjusted to reflect this. I would like to reiterate that the technician who performed my treatment was at no fault, but I am extremely displeased at the way this clinic has chosen to deal with its customers. If your clinic is so concerned about minimizing the risk of infection, then my logical assumption would be that your techs should be given better PPE (i.e. double masks or a mask and a shield), prior to coming to the decision to worsen your clients' experience. Furthermore, if absolutely nothing can be done, then I would implore you to at least decrease your price points to reflect the decreased service you are now offering. I have one more session already booked as part of the package I purchased, but I will not be returning to this clinic any more.

I recently got coolsculpting done with Linda and the results were great. For starters, Linda is awesome and she will make you feel super comfortable. The clinic is also nice and clean. I chose coolsculpting because it's not invasive and there was little downtime. Since I've had the procedure done, I've definitely noticed a decrease in fat. A++ service

Everyone was very polite. Dr.Ahmad took his time with me in the consultation however I learned more on YouTube than what he educated me with. When I tried to ask him with the research I know from other surgeons he most of the time said my research is wrong and he didn’t really have an explanation what the correct answer would be. I went there for an interest of a few things but he only quoted me for 1 surgery. So I had to call back and wait for the other quotes... I’m wondering is the price for surgery is different with Dr.Lista does anyone know? My quote for Brest implant was 8900 plus hst. $($1057)And the quote is valid for 6 months after that I believe they raise the price on you. And it’s not a discount. You also have to pay for medication and they require a $1000 deposit. So only go for the consultation if your looking to book around the 6 month time frame. Anyone reading this review please write a review what your quote was for what procedure. Im very curious to know!!

I guess that is the way you are treated when you are not a wealthy customer paying thousands of dollars for a treatment. Highly recommend! This is my go-to clinic for botox, fillers, and skin treatments. The nurse injectors are amazing and always make me feel comfortable. They are also very conscious of leaving me with a natural look and not over-filling. Prepare to get lots of compliments after your visit.

Came here October 31st when their cosmetic store attached had a fall event I followed via Instagram and decided to purchase two skincare products from them. The receptionist, blonde with lip fillers, was super pretentious and unwelcoming. I mentioned I was interested in one of their masks but was hesitant as I just purchased one from Sephora and she looked disgusted. After I told her I am still interested in the mask, I asked if I should get the moisturizer and she asked which one I used and I replied Clinique, and that's when she replied "Ugh I hate Clinique" in her stuck up attitude. Excuse me but I didn't ask for your opinion, I was answering your simple question. I was interested in three products but left with two because I did not want to purchase anything from this receptionist. This company needs to re-evaluate this employee's attitude because her pretentious attitude to fit the status of the Yorkville community is comical.

Beware of Linda she recommends cool sculpting to just about anybody even if their not a candidate. It took them a year to give me back my money but still I am left with a deformity. I looked sexier and felt better before getting anything from this clinic. They acted as if they didn’t notice even doctor lista mean while it’s in your face what a horrible difference they ruined my life and now I need a tummy tuck when to start I could have just done a little dieting and exercise. Warning of this place ⚠️

I met Dr Austin on October 20, 2020 at the plastic surgery clinic, where I was undergoing a breast surgery. He was the supervising physician for the procedure that I was having done. He was very rude to me and his bedside manner was awful. While he was doing the markings on my body, he pinched my skin, and I moved. He then proceeded to aggressively tell me not to move. At another point during this process, I was scared and wanted to ask him a question, but instead i was met with more aggression. I felt embarrassed and completely helpless (I had IV medications already running). The female surgeon student who was working with him intervened and asked me to ask my question. She was very put off by his behaviour as well. I felt vulnerable, exposed and was under medication to stop the procedure due to his behaviour. I went into surgery that day completely terrified, but I knew the female Physician was present and would advocate on my behalf. After a few months, I noticed that my areola was not done correctly. One was smaller than the other one. It needed adjustments, so I went back to him to ask how he could correct this issue. Believing that the first incident was not what I would go through again, the surgery was booked for Dec 08. I reached out to him as I had questions about my surgery. He was very dismissive and very rude again. This time I was not in vulnerable position, and I was not willing to give him that power over me again. I cancelled the surgery, and was willing to forgo my $1000 deposit. In my opinion and from my experience with this surgeon, I would advice others to do their research. He is without a doubt a bully, and treats some patients like dirt. Judging by his reviews, he is nice to some and extremely vicious to others. I guess, in his eyes, I was not worthy of a simple human kindness while under his care. I was very hesitant to write this review, as reviews tarnish people. However, I want this surgeon to realize that he is in a profession that requires compassion and respect for all patients. My hope is that after reading this review, he will treat his future patients better.

I am 5 weeks post op from my breast augmentation, breast lift and tummy tuck with the major muscle repair with Dr. Ahmed. My experience with Dr. Ahmed and his team has been amazing. Dr. Ahmed is a miracle worker, I was amazed to see how extremely caring and down to earth he was. From the day of my consultation I knew I had chosen the right doctor and the right clinic. I would say flying all the way to Ontario from BC to get my surgery done was one of the best decisions of my life. I don’t know how many times I texted the doctor on his cell after the surgery, no matter how busy he was, he answered all my questions very thoroughly. He’s not only an amazing surgeon but also a wonderful person inside and out. Not just the doctor his nurse Lori was as amazing as he was, I can’t put in to words how supportive she had been after the surgery. I always called her my angel ????????. In the end I would just want to say that if you need any work done, The plastic Surgery clinic is the place to go to, I would highly recommend these guys. They have an amazing team of doctors and nurses working there.

Today was very disappointing.... I went thinking seeing Dr. Lista would be an exciting experience and I left in tears! I was so heartbroken I thought the Dr. would have taken in concern of my hypertrophic scar as it was important to me but I felt judge the moment I walked in as a poor african girl who the dr seem to by pass me ! This was my first experience with plastic surgery of any kind and while I have no plans for more surgery if I ever do it will be with the plastic surgery clinic! Dr. Frank Lista and his team are amazing. I went in for a breast augmentation and lift back in October 2020. I was nervous the day of surgery (naturally) but the team was so welcoming and professional it really helped calm me down. The fact that the surgery is performed at the clinic and not in a hospital also was calming. I woke up with a migraine (probably more from dehydration and stress leading up to the surgery) and the nurses delayed my release until I was feeling better. I was amazed how well I felt after surgery! The pain was more a discomfort than a real pain. If you're resisting this surgery because you're afraid of the pain, do not be afraid! The aftercare from the clinic has been unbelievable. Nurse Lori and Dr. Lista have been so amazing and easy to access since my surgery. Whether it be through instant message on Instagram or email. They are always quick to get back to you about even the smallest questions! Lori's upbeat personality is so refreshing after surgery when you're looking and feeling a little like a Frankenstein project.. maybe questioning you did the right thing or not.. she will reassure you it was the right decision and you will look amazing after just a few weeks of healing!! I love the Plastic Surgery Clinic and Miracle 10. I've had peels, injections, lasers, and Cool Sculpting done at both the Mississauga location and the Yorkville location and I use quite a few of their products. The Retinol and Stem Cell Serum are my favorites. All the staff I have interacted with have been professional and informative, some more-so than others but I've never had a poor experience with any of them. I lead a very busy life and I'm not the greatest at planning ahead. If they're booked up the staff are always great about putting me on a cancellation list and will always call if an availability pops up. I particularly love their peels. They offer dermaplaning with the treatment which I find a lot of Spas aren't doing these days. Nothing says smooth like that nifty tool. They also keep track of the glycolic or lactic acid percentage used on your skin so you always get a good glow without burning the tar out of your skin. The injection nurses have always left me looking natural and fresh, not plastic and tight, which I'm thankful for. I think the staff have regular training so they're always up on the newest techniques and products. I'm always getting compliments on my skin and I'm not afraid to tell people my two secret weapons: 1) Water, water, water and 2) My team of skincare gurus at the Plastic Surgery Clinic.

After losing 220lbs, I was left with quite a lot of loose skin. My family doctor referred me to this clinic and I am so glad they did! The extended abdominoplasty with liposuction was really expensive but I have learned through a lot of research that you get what you pay for with these types of things. The weeks before my surgery were fully supported with lists of things I needed to do to have a successful surgery. I was super nervous when I arrived for my surgery but all of the staff were really fantastic. The nurses who prepped me kept me laughing (and distracted) as we went through the rather embarrassing process and the post op nurses were also fantastic and really friendly, supporting me during the immediate recovery. I had regular check up appointments to make sure everything was healing properly and there was a nurse always available to answer all my email questions. I am now 5.5 weeks out and in love with the results. I could not be happier with my "new" body and am really glad I got this done.

Unsure why I wasn’t told the procedure I wanted consultation on could not be done instead I travelled out just a waste time. I am 2 week’s post rhinoplasty with Dr. Ahmad and he did an excellent job! He is incredibly patient and helpful, we did two consultations before I booked my surgery. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with procedure from the beginning. I has received a bad experience in plastic surgery with Dr. Frank Lista. Before surgery, the chest was neat, without stretch marks and asymmetry (just a small size). Only one expectation was from Dr. Frank Lista, breast augmentation with the help of silicone implants. Immediately after the surgery, I saw that the breast is asymmetric: the right side at the place it should be, and the left one is much lower than the level of the right side. To which I receive the same answer for 4 months from Dr. Frank Lista, that everything is all right and he does not see the problem, but I see. Having paid an amount of $ 10,200, I expected a better result. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone. After all, surgical plastic involves eliminating flaws, and not vice versa.
