I have been going to Bethany Davidson at Oakville Plastic Surgery for 9 years now and she's the reason I keep coming back, she goes the extra mile, is extremely client focused and a breath of fresh air in an office that can feel too serious and not very welcoming in the front desk area. With such a competitive market there are so many options out there but I keep returning because Bethany is a real person and understands having to reschedule appointments, knows exactly how it feels when sessions that can be painful are a little tricky and makes a priority to work within comfort levels even if it means going slower with little breaks or using little tricks to relax you. When you are purchasing a luxury service being treated rudely at the front desk shouldn't be happening and it does at this location but not if you have the pleasure of dealing with Bethany Davidson.

I had a breast reduction with Dr De Kleer and her team and I could not be any happier with my surgery and experience. Everyone is always courteous and kind when coming in for an appointment and are always eager! The surgery itself went perfectly and I am 3 months post-op and so pleased with my results, and I know others who have personally had the same procedure here and also had a wonderful experience. Connie is a fantastic nurse and her and Dr De Kleer answered all my questions and have been super supportive with any follow up concerns. I highly recommend them. I have had several treatments with Bethany Davidson over the course of a few years. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Her bedside manner is unmatched with her kind and caring demeanor. I have referred many friends and family members to her and will continue to do so. The only negative comment I would make is the lady at the front desk with the short hair is rude and very unprofessional.

She only came for a simple excess-skin-removal procedure 3 years ago (due to drastic weight loss). But De Kleer's malpractice and lack of expertise has resulted in severe damage to her lower abdomen and possibly lymphatic system over a period of time. Why I say 'possibly' is because she is undergoing tests recommended by friends in the medical field from elsewhere after they were able to determine a lead on the matter as no one in the the GTA was able to (everyone said she is okay when she is clearly in immense pain and unable to function properly); pity to the Canadian medical system. People do make mistakes but when they do not admit them, that is where their flaw resides. If nothing works here and no one helps my relative, then the answer must lie outside of this twisted and flawed healthcare system. I would never recommend Nancy De Kleer to anyone, unless they are willing to live in agony and throw their money into a bottomless pit.

Very unsatisfied service, the lady at the reception, believe her name is Kim, talks to clients as if they are not understanding her, she gives no solutions to the problems. And it seems that she's the boss, whatever she says goes. Doctor is least interested as well, Everyone is just out to make money. There is no compassion at all, would not recommend it to anyone.

All my life I have had extra large breasts (size 32H to be exact). I suffered from back, shoulder and neck pain for a long as I can remember. When I finally made the decision to opt for breast reduction surgery, I had been told by friends who had previously had the surgery, that it would be life changing. And boy were they right! I cannot express how much I have personally changed. I sit taller, I don't feel weighed down on my chest, my back pain has drastically gotten better, but best of all, I feel so much more confident in my body. I can wear button down shirts, and the buttons ACTUALLY do up?! I don't feel like I need to cover up or hunch over to hide my body anymore. Dr. de Kleer and her amazing team have literally been there every step of this process. They were patient, kind and warm. I couldn't have asked for a better support group to walk me through this. The after care has been truly remarkable. If you have any questions or concerns post-surgery, you can call them. Recovery has been way better than I expected. The first few days, terrible, but very soon after, I had enough energy to move around and start to feel like myself again. If you ever thought about doing this surgery, stop thinking about it, and do it; and make sure you do it with Dr. de Kleer!

Dr. De Kleer was the very first experience I ever had with plastic surgery and I am 100% confident in recommending her to anyone that is looking for a reliable, professional, talented and understanding physician. I myself was directed to Dr. De Kleer by a friend who had reconstructive surgery performed by her after breast cancer and she gave me a glowing review for her. I can also do the same in my experience. I had lost over 140lbs and had an excess of 7lbs of skin and fat to be taken off with an abdominoplasty. I originally had other appointments scheduled with a variety of doctors but after meeting with Dr. De Kleer I cancelled them all due to her professionalism and warm manner. From the beginning of my experience right through my recovery I felt comfortable, understood and welcomed by her and her staff at Oakville Plastics. She carefully addressed all of my concerns, was prompt and on time for my appointments and took the extra time to spend with me when I needed it. She worked around my hectic work schedule, often seeing me in the early mornings for appointments and always made sure to see me in person. During my recovery I even received a personal phone call from her to simply check in on me. Never have I found a more personable and attentive physician. The staff at Oakville Plastics clearly carry on Dr. De Kleer's standards as they have always been welcoming, professional and flexible in order to accommodate me in any way. As for my surgery and physical experience I can say that I am over joyed with the job that Dr. De Kleer did. She gave me my body back, with minimal scarring, a proportionate and realistic figure and stuck with me attentively during the entire recovery. Please do not let random negative reviews fool you. Dr. De Kleer is professional, talented and clearly cares for each patient that walks through her doors.

A relative of mine got her surgery done a few years back from Dr. Nancy. Not only did the surgery went wrong, it resulted in problems in her lower abdomen as well as other parts of her body and she has been in immense pain ever since. Dr. Nancy refused to take any of the blame and told my relative that her condition was 'irreveresible', in addition to ruining lives, she makes sure to take away every inch of hope a person might have to get better. Luckily my relative contacted some other doctors in other countries and was told that her treatment is possible. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone, if you love your life, donot go to this doctor in any case.

This was my first experience with any type of surgery and let me tell you.... not only does Nancy de Kleer have the best bedside manner, but she is an artist when it comes to breast reductions! I absolutely love how I look and wish I went to her sooner! She did an excellent job with this surgery. The recovery wasn't as bad and the scars are healing nicely. I would go to her for anything else I needed done in a heartbeat. Very nice lady who is very good at what she does.
