I honestly can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Yolanda. I had my first appointment with her last July for my consultation for my skin, and it was honestly the best decision I’ve made making that appointment. Yolanda made me feel very comfortable and welcome right from the beginning. She asked questions to get to know my issues and concerns regarding my skin, and what my goals were, and from there she recommendations for me and set up a treatment plan especially for my goals. Through the whole appointment and even up to now, she’s always been so informative regarding why we’re doing everything we are, and why she recommends everything she does. Since that first appointment, I finally have gotten my skin back, and it looks better than ever and have been able to maintain it thanks to Yolanda. I have been able to start some of their other skin care treatments - facials and peels - and have started Botox as well! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin and face lol. I can’t thank her enough for being so amazing through it all, and for giving me my confidence back.

Yolanda is seriously amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I did Botox and was somewhat reluctant, but couldn’t be more pleased with my results. I don’t look “frozen” like some think you do after Botox. I can still move my face - I just looked tighter and more youthful. Pain wasn’t too bad either.. maybe a 4-5/10. If you’re considering Botox for the first time, GO SEE YOLANDA at London Plastics. She’s so lovely ????

I had my first lip injection experience with Mariam in February 2018. I was extremely nervous and Mariam was very reassuring! She did not pressure me to go beyond my comfort zone and thoroughly went over the process with me before we began and during the experience. The pain was about a 2 out of 10 and she gave me a local anaesthetic and an ice pack when we were done! I was so happy with the results. I had expressed I wanted a very natural look that smoother out my fine lines and that’s exactly what I got. My lips were even and perfect. Thanks girl!

I can not say enough good things about London Plastic Surgery. First of all, I went to Yolanda for a consultation for my skin and it was the best decision of my life. My skin has been SO much better since seeing her and she is forever my skin care fairy God Mother. I was suffering from Acne and Dermatitis, I literally tried the skin care regime she suggested for me that night and the next morning, the dry red rash around my mouth was gone! My acne has cleared up so nicely too, I don't even need to wear makeup. I also went to see her for my tear troughs and she made that such a good experience as well and it has made me look and feel youthful again. I HIGHLY recommend Yolanda. I'm sure the other ladies are lovely to deal with there as well as it's very welcoming upon entering, there is absolutely no judgements!

I cannot say more amazing things about London Plastic Surgery! The first time I went here, I received a Hydrafacial from Kelsey, and the experience was amazing. The whole team is educated, comforting and dedicated to what they do. The space is relaxing and clean as well, especially the new space they just opened! The second time, I went to see Mariam for lip injections, she was thorough with explaining every aspect of the procedure. She is an absolute goddess with a syringe, her technique is literally flawless (so good that it was pain free!) and she is so personable and well spoken. I’ve been seeing nurse Yolanda for injections for years and am loving London Plastic Surgery’s clean and bright facility. Nurse Yolanda keeps me looking so fresh and well rested while still looking completely natural. Never a frozen or tight looking face. Often once my injections by Yolanda have kicked in I get asked if I just got a facial and am always complimented that I’m looking my best lately. P.s. her facials are just as amazing!!! I just received a rhinoplasty and the entire process went so smoothly! The consultation was very informative and relaxing and what I liked best about Dr. Matic was that he pointed out the issues I had without me having to tell him. It took all the embarrassment out of it and I felt extremely confident. Both clinics (downtown and location of surgery) are totally sterile. They put in a noticeable effort to keep everything neat, clean and organized. There was no fussing around and I could tell they have a lot of experience. I was anxious before the surgery because I had never been under anesthesia before but they were so patient and gentle with me it really put me at ease. The nurses go above and beyond to make you comfortable. From nice warm blankets to sweet and genuine compliments, they really think of everything. There was a moment where I was about to faint after the IV insertion and they knew exactly what to do to make me feel better. I couldn't be more thankful for their care and gentle conversation. Everyone involved was incredibly kind. You get to meet everyone who is taking care of you; they're all calming, cheerful people. It makes all the difference. I'm still healing up so I'll be updating this review with my results once the bandages and swelling are gone, but I'm confident I will look great! Thank you again to all the team members!

From the moment I walk into London Plastic, it's an incredible experience. I am immediately met with a warm greeting by the staff. The atmosphere is very inviting every time I visit. I am definitely not overly comfortable around needles of any sort and she made me feel so comfortable and calm with the process from start to finish.
