This clinic is amazing! From the time I called for information many years ago until I left, I was taken care of. The girls at the front desk are very sweet, informative and helpful. Rosie the RN is so awesome! Very knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable asking questions. Dr. Andrade is very thorough. He is honest and gentle, very easy to communicate with him. Very nice bedside manner. Does not rush you through any visits/procedures. The first time I saw them, was at their old property. They are now the most beautiful space and it is GORGEOUS. I felt like I was walking into a clinic in Yorkville!! It’s modern, inviting, comfortable and EVERYTHING is state of the art! The procedure rooms are immaculate and bright! It’s not hard to visit this doctor and his team! Can’t wait to see you guys again soon!

I have been meaning to post since my surgery in June and I really can’t say enough words to express how happy and pleased and grateful I am. Everyone has been so sweet and professional from day one(personal phone call from dr Andrade and home nurse ) to the front staff. Very knowledgeable, and made me feel so comfortable and confident in the establishment since day one. My procedure went great came home same day no problems(pain yesss) but again guided and controlled. My incision is amazing and you seriously have to look to see it and I’m 6 weeks out. I went for consultation for a new implant and a lift. He told me his recommendation is to take my implant out and do nothing and heal then he will let me know what he would do. Ok so I take time off work, go through general anesthetic and after a few months come back so you make your decision on what you should do and go through that all over again. If you don’t want to do my breasts just say it why waste my time. I also said plus lipo he hardly looked and walked out. He also through out the visit kept saying Dr. .... ( the doctor who had originally had done my first implant years ago) can do it. Very disappointed. So I booked my surgery with another surgeon.

He pops in to say hi when I go there to get my Botox injections with Rose. Rose is my absolute favourite injector, she makes sure you get the results you are hoping to achieve. I wish I could give Dr Andrade 10 stars, because he is an incredible Dr. From the moment I met him at my first consultation he was very kind and personable, he answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. He was also on time. I never had to wait for any of the appointments that I had at his centre. He never tried to upsell me on anything (unlike some of the other consults I had with some other plastic surgeons). His centre is beautiful, modern and exceptionally clean with the latest technology. Tummy Tuck, September 2019 - From my initial call, to all my post-op appointments, the team has been absolutely amazing and comforting. Dr Andrade takes the time to listen and answer questions, and I never once felt rushed. In fact, her personally called me more than once after surgery to see how I was, answer questions and just to say hi. I work in health care, at a senior level, and will say he has the best bedside manner of any medical professional I have ever worked with or been a patient of. The incision and procedure itself was better than I expected, and his team is honest and does not sugar coat what to expect. They are open about every aspect of post-op care and the recovery process. I never felt like something surprised me, or what I wasn't mentally, emotionally or physically prepared for what was coming in terms of my recovery. I would recommend him, and his team/clinic, 100 times over. When I was looking at Dr. Andrade’s reviews after a consult with him, I was very sceptical because there were no negative reviews. After recently (Nov 2018) completing two procedures with Dr.Andrade I can say that I understand why he has a perfect 5 star rating. I am currently 2 weeks post surgery and I am so pleased with my results. Dr.Andrade is a skilled surgeon and meticulous artist. If I ever needed another procedure I would not consider anyone else - Dr.Andrade is truly amazing. His bedside manner was reassuring and I never felt rushed. He took the time to explain everything. Perhaps the only other thing that makes his practice even better is his amazing and caring staff, especially the nurses. If I was forced to complain about 1 thing it would be that his clinic has a very strict pain management refill policy. I would have benefitted from 2-3 more days of pain medication, but due to widespread misuse, major surgery patients who are genuinely in need of painkillers suffer. I cannot express how happy I am with Dr. William Andrade, his staff, and his clinic. Thank you.
