Need to have breast reduction surgery due to back neck and shoulder problems. Surgery is covered through OHIP...he won't do the surgery without charging $$$ for a little bit of liposuction. Feeling extremely disappointed/frustrated at this clinic.

I’m actually shocked at the negative reviews, waiting for an appointment shouldn’t be your concern lol. However, the staff and Dr Frank Lista have been VERY kind to me, on the side of respect and customer service they hit the jackpot. I can’t wait for my surgery in two days. ☺️

I arrived 10min early for my 02:30 pm appointment with Dr. Frank Lista, and waited 30 min in my car, after completing the COVID self-assessment, I called to ask when I will see the doctor and they said that I have to wait at least another half of the hour, terrible first impression and customer.

I watched a close female friend of mine deposit, fight and lose 1k to this multi million dollar organization. She wanted breast implants but decided to back away from the procedure due to the schism it would of caused at her new place of work. So, instead of asking for a refund which in my mind should be her right - she simply asked them to defer the funds for some other treatment. The Plastic Surgery Clinic refused and the money was lost. Swindlers.

I got a breast augmentation by Dr Frank Lista 5 years ago. I have had 3 surgeries in the 5 years. Every 2 years one of my saline implants deflates and I have to go in for surgery again. I was not told I would have to go for surgery every 2 years when I got them done ! I am very gentle with my breasts so it has nothing to do with anything I do in my day to day life . I WOULD NOT recommend Dr Lista to anyone . I am not at all satisfied! My breasts look nothing like I wanted , they are not the size I wanted . I honestly regret getting them done and as soon as I can I'll be getting the re done by another doctor !!!! The first time my.implant broke he booked me in for surgery 2 days later !! Unless you plan on going in for surgery every couple years and dropping everything you have going on such as work and children and having a caregiver take care of you I would recommend doing some research and getting your surgery done by another doctor .

I've been meaning to write a review on Dr Frank Lista for years. I am a male that had gynecomastia, which I was very uncomfortable with. I did a lot of research at the time and came across this doctor. I went for my surgery in 2010, when I was 19 yrs of age. When I've mentioned to doctors that I had surgery, they actually gave me compliments like, "I would've never guessed that you had gynecomastia." That's how good this doctor is and I highly recommend anyone needing surgery for gynecomastia to go to this doctor. 9 years later (28 yrs of age), and I'm still very happy with my results, as it was well worth it! Thank you, Dr Frank Lista!

I’m a week and two days into my surgery and I couldn’t be happier. The entire staff has been absolutely amazing. I’ve read through the reviews and found it very shocking that anyone would give a bad one... although there is only a small percentage. After reading the bad reviews... I found that I had even more trust in Dr. Lista and his team to perform my surgery. There are a couple of bad reviews that stand out the most and I “Dr. Lista told me that he couldn’t do anything for me and to save my money”. He could have just taken your money and did the surgery... I would have given him a five for being honest. The other review was and I “Dr. Lista took my friends deposit after SHE cancelled her appointment”. I do believe that your friend signed the same agreement that I signed... the same one that also states the if anything should go wrong with your breast implants (break) that they are 100% covered. I’m sure that your friend would expect Dr. Lista to follow that section of the contract. I would hands down and have recommended people to go to this clinic. It is the best care I’ve ever had. I’m going April 9th for my two week check up and can’t wait!!!

Felt so uncomfortable with the consultation I had with him! Completely rushed my appointment, couldn't answer my questions about post surgery and gave me the creeps. Hard to explain but I just had a gut feeling that this man doesn't care about anything other than the money.

I had a nightmare experience doing tummy tuck. I had a small belly to begin with, it was mostly loose skin as I am fit and exercise regularly. I was promised a mini tummy tuck. I end up with a big scar from side to side, the scar is about an inch higher the normal location, had infection, belly bottom scar was a mess, got dog ear at each end. I already had two revision surgery by this doctor and still does not look good. It had emotionally traumatized me.

Dr. Lista and his staff were honestly one of the best teams I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment I met Dr. Lista I knew he would be the surgeon for my BA. His staff were SO friendly and outgoing and I loved them all. The day of surgery he made me feel so at ease and a lot less nervous than I was going into it. He's charasmatic and charming and loves cracking jokes to make you feel good! I'm super happy with my results about 2 months post-op. I get so many compliments on how I look now, it's probably one of the best things I've ever done. He's always on time for my follow ups and always seems to genuinely care how I'm doing. I still keep in touch with my Patient Coordinator too! She's lovely. I would highly recommend him, I love him & his team and the results were unreal!

Had scheduled an appointment for a procedure I wanted to get done. When I made the appointment I received ONE email saying: basically that I have to Confirm my appointment and that they entourage to bring a family member or friend to this consultation... I thought okay, but a day before I had this appointment I called to double check what that email said, to make sure I can bring someone since COVID restrictions and what not. The lady on the phone said that I should not bring anyone because Covid and they are trying to limit the amount of people that come to clinic, which is very fair and I respect that. I arrived for my 11am appointment, walked to the door a lady opened it and I said I am here for my appointment to which she said “wait in the car we will call you” I said okay (normal thing as most clinics do this now) so I waited ... normal thing to run behind schedule- it happens ...And waited ... after an hour of waiting I called I said hey! I had an 11am but it’s 12, how much longer to wait? To that I got: “oh what 11? With who? Oh we never got your screening, nobody knew you where here” The waiting didn’t bother me ... that bothered me and the attitude. A girl told me to stay in my car that they will call me so clearly soemone DID know I was there for 11am unless I spoke to a ghost? Then the lady on the phone said I received an email saying I have to do the screening online - which I never got any email other then the one to confirm my appointment and told her they need to update their emails because they are not up to date saying that you can bring someone when you cannot. To which she said they are all updated and I have to do The screening because nobody knew I was there. I just said you know what- I’ll just go somewhere else. I’m giving a one star not only for my experience with poor management but for many other girls I know that had their time wasted waiting around and being misinformed.

This experience was extremely disappointing. I was recommended by my family doctor to go to Dr.Lista for a breast reduction. My first consultation went horrible I asked him some questions about the reduction and mind you I had alot of questions because this is my first big medical procedure EVER. I was told by my doctor that this procedure was covered under ohip and when I was talking to him he suggested lipo.... I am a pretty thin girl, I am NOT over weight in any type of way. So I asked him if the Lipo was necessary and he said if i don't consider it than to just be prepared for the reduction not to look good. On top of all of this, he wanted 7k to do the Lipo. I showed him the pictures on his website that he had of breast reductions he has done in the past and I asked him if mine were going to look similar to that and he asked "why" and i said because to me the areola was a bit to low and i wanted mine to be a little bit higher. He ACCUSED me of not liking HIS work he had done and said "if you are going to be picky about how they look, than don't do the surgery at all" to me that was disgusting and completely unprofessional. I left the medical clinc, upset and crying. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to ANYONE. He will make you feel very uncomfortable and second think the decisions you want to benefit yourself.

Just got my tummy tuck done at Dr. Lista's clinic, and if I had option to give 10 stars I would have. My experience with Dr. Lista and his team was very good. They are all so professional and kind. From reception to the last nurse everyone follows the same kind of attitude, which is professional and polite. I am shocked to see such negative reviews. Dr. Lista has been Amazing to me. I got my implants put in almost 10 years ago and have had a couple babies since. I got a capsular contracture after my third pregnancy so I went to him and he fixed them free of charge. He stands by his work and does Beautiful work. I know quite a few people who have gone to him. They are all very satisfied. Highly recommend. He's happy, fun and makes you feel comfortable. I would go back to him for anything I do in the future.

In 2010 Dr Lista did my breast implants and a tummy tuck. I looked amazing and was very happy with his work. 2019 ..9 years later one breast deflated and to my surprise Dr Lista performed my surgery for FREE. I was so happy with the entire operation and procedures.. Again I love my new look! Thank you Dr Lista and the entire staff of The Plastic Surgery Dr Rhee, Tiana, Sandra, Sarah, Lori and the wonderful nurses in the operating room Carolina & Nenita who held my hands and told me she will take good care of me while I was about to go to sleep!! Not one to write a review but my experience with this clinic has been terrible. My appointment was supposed to be schedule at 12:20 and the front desk brought me to my designated room at 12:30 and Dr Lista didn’t come and see me until 1:30. Talk about a ridiculous wait, and on top of that, he said “there was nothing he could do for me” Save yourself some time and money and don’t come here

Surprised at the negative reviews, but people usually only write when they are disappointed in a service. My wife had her BA done here almost 3 years ago and we are both incredibly happy with the results. The office is beautiful, the staff professional, and Dr. Lista, being the busy man that he is, always makes time for quick check ups and some small talk. Of course, results vary for each patient and Frank took the time to discuss realistic expectations and explained in detail the procedure and what he thought would give the most natural result. All in all we highly recommend this office!

I had a tummy tuck and breast reduction by dr lista in 1996 and had to live with dog ears on a scar from hip to hip as well as inverted nipples. 3 doctors have called my operation botched. When I tell them the name of the doctor they don’t seem surprised. Until now. I am 63 and have finally repaired his mistakes. In case you’re wondering why I didn’t go back to him,I did a post op, he thought everything was fine. “Looks good “.

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had in my life. How he has clients is beyond me. Rude and disrespectful, I came in well educated on the procedure I was looking to have done and was treated like I was lower class and a nuisance to him. NEVER GO TO HIM! There are way better places to go, do some research and don't waste your time with this idiot.

I went in for a consultation with Dr Lista during the summer of 2016 and immediately was comfortable. After going to several consultations over the last 10 years, I had this gut instinct that I FINALLY found the ONE! I was originally scheduled for surgery November 21st, 2016 - but I was having some unexpected health issues and Dr Lista sent me away. He didn't send me away because he couldn't perform the surgery, he sent me away because he truly cared for my health and well-being. After a couple months of trying to find out what was going on with me, I was okay'ed to go back and have my surgery done! I had my very first BA (Breast Augmentation) done on March 1st, 2017 and had zero complications. I'm totally blown away with my results. Dr Lista is a SAINT! He truly is a wonderful man. I absolutely, hands down recommend that you book a consultation with him for any plastic surgery needs! You will NOT be disappointed. I have to be honest. I never write reviews. I am shocked to see anyone write a negative review here. Dr. Frank Lista did my breast augmentation almost 3 years ago & truly changed my life for the better. I went from literally zero breast tissue to a small D-cup. (371 cc's). They were inserted through my armpits. No scars..my breasts are so beautiful, perky and look naturally teardrop round. They look & feel so insanely perfect. Beast augmentation is a serious life decision and to some people, it is also a huge cost factor for many to take years to save for. I'd never want to refer someone about this if I didn't truly mean every word. I one-thousand percent recommend Dr. Lista for breast augmentation. I am just one patient to him but he has no idea how thankful I am to him everday for proving to me that I made the right choice. One hundred thumbs up :)

Worse Dr ever. If u are yonge and beautifull and would liek to do lift and breast augmentation please do not go to this clinic unless you wanna loose your money. He will promise anything untill he gets you and after they do not even wanna talk or help. I regret so much waisting my money on this Dr so muchhh. I regret every day when i look at my breast.

As a 3 time repeat client of Dr Lista I'm disappointed! Trying to coordinate things from paperwork to appointments has been a nightmare! I trust and appreciate Dr Lista and his work but his staff have made things very difficult. I was pulled in for extra unnecessary appointments to discuss paperwork , which could have been done over the phone proior to surgery (because I chose not to have my procedure filmed or pictures taken during the surgery) . I was constantly seen late for appointments and there were days this week in which nobody answered the phone at the office whatsoever . I've tried to rebook an appointment but there is absolutely no flexibility. I love Dr Lista but his staff have horrible customer service skills! Expect a great Dr but a total run around with everything else !
