Dr. Alexander completed a 3 in one procedure to correct a deviated septum, re-set the bridge of my nose and remove excessive tissue in my nasal passages to improve my ability to breath due to severe allergies and asthma. From my very first appointment with Dr. Alexander he has been amazing! This was my second broken nose and second surgery to fix that and the broken bone in the bridge of my nose that wasn't fixed with my first surgery. I ended up having complications because of a problem with my blood (completely out of his control) and an allergic reaction. Dr. Alexander not only called me at home to check on my progress but he also came to the hospital on his day off to check on me. My nose is now perfectly straight, the bone has finally been properly set and I can now breath a million times better than before and my allergies are not as problematic. Patient contact and ability is unparalleled and I could not recommend a better surgeon!

Dr Alexander performed an extensive surgery on my nose to assist with breathing issues. This required extraction of rib cartilage and sensitive placement of my septum to assure the surgery was beneficial, and that my nose would not appear enlarged. I spent 3 months researching surgeons to do an Asian rhinoplasty and a top lip reduction. I ended up finding Dr. Alexander after a couple of searches and I'm glad I did. He performed extesive surgery on my nose and lip at the same time and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The results look amazing and no one can tell I had surgery; only that I look/feel more confident. The staff (nurses, front desk, everyone) are always welcoming and make you feel like it's a personalized experience, not just another surgery on their list. I had breathing problems since I was really young due to a broken nose but was too nervous to do anything about it. I finally decided I had to do something and was referred to Dr. Alexander by my family doctor. I planned on meeting with 2-3 doctors to see who I felt the most comfortable with doing my nose but after meeting Dr. A first I cancelled the other appts and knew I was in good hands. He was patient, answered all my questions and calmed my nerves about the surgery and was always on time for my appointments. I'm 17, and had a really bad perspective of my physical appearance of my nose, since it was flatten due of missing of cartilage on the tip of my nose. Also I was getting difficulties in breathing through my nose. Therefore I decide to do a rhinoplasty. The functional part has really improved with the rhinoplasty from a scale of 1-10, I'll say 10. The cosmetic part is very well done, I'm getting so much compliments, and also it really helped me with my self-esteem like way too much:D .I would recommend dr.Alexander to anyone, simply because he's always putting all his attention to you, or a least it feels like it, also because the results are extremely good, people don't even recognized that I went under surgery. This is by far the best choice i've taken in my life.

I hardly LEAVE feedback, comments and reviews and this is my very first one. Since Day 1 of my first visit with Dr Ashlin Alexander early this year to consult on BOTOX for my forehead/crow’s feet and FILLERS on my cheek/jowls, my overall experiences was really great! I've never expected that he is now going to be my go-to-doctor for this kind of treatments on a regular basis. I'd seen two different doctors in the past before I saw Dr Alexander and nobody gets closer in terms of ease, comfort and expertise. I came to know his clinic by searching online due to frustrations of not knowing where to go anymore. But surprisingly, Dr Ashlin Alexander turned out way beyond my expectations He has a strong work ethic, very professional, patient, LISTENS very well to my issues/concerns and performs the tasks exactly to what I have wanted it done. And so I am a happy camper! I always feel very comfortable talking and discussing with him what I wanted to have done and he is just a great doctor, very positive and will advise if it's the right thing for your situation and explains the procedure too. I was on my 2nd visit with him last week, and so far, he did great job on my fillers the first time and botox for the second time and I will continue to see him on a regular basis from now on. I went to Dr. Alexander to remove a small bump on the end of my nose that had been bugging me forever. It was my second stop after having already been to another doctor who, without really looking at or examining me, determined that the bump was a mole and she could ‘burn it off for $100.’ I obviously wasn’t happy with that answer so decided to pursue other avenues. The experience I had with Dr. Alexander and his staff was really outstanding. He examined me, by actually looking at and touching my face, and determined that the bump was being caused by a small piece of cartilage that was sticking out. When I went in for the surgery it was my first time and I was nervous. Dr. Alexander has an incredible manner and care that put me at ease right away (he explained everything he was going to do, kept talking to me throughout to make sure I was ok). The result was better than I could have imagined. The bump is gone and I have zero scar since the incisions were made inside my nose. I couldn’t have asked for better! Also want to say that Dr. Alexander’s staff are incredible in their own right. They’re welcoming and knowledgeable and make you feel at home and comfortable from the very start. Would absolutely 100% recommend FACE to anyone who is thinking of having something done/fixed (especially if it’s your first time, they will make you feel beyond comfortable). Review Disclosure - I'm writing this review nearly 6 weeks after my first procedure with Dr. Ashlin Alexander because I wanted to provide a review based on the full experience (from consultation to post-op patient care). Since I have a high-profile role in my career/life, I was very careful when finding a surgeon to operate on my face because I wanted to minimize any risks, and also achieve the desired outcome. Here is my experience and honest review: I had several producers done by Dr. Alexander: 1) Rhinoplasty, 2) Septoplasty, and 3) full face Botox/fillers. First and foremost, Dr. Alexendar is simply amazing and the results are beyond what I could have imagined were possible. When it came to the surgical procedure, the recovery was smooth (I literally had no major bruising, only a light yellow bruise around my eyes which faded in a week). The surgical and post-op team was caring and very comforting before - we shared some good laughs before the surgery too, which makes such processes a smoother ride. When I woke up from surgery, I was immediately taken care of. I must've had like 3 popsicles in a matter of 15 minutes. #cheatday :-) Shortly after waking up, Dr. Alexendar came to inform me that the surgery went: "100% as planned" which made me super happy. After 7 days of recovering with a nosal-cast, he and his team were on standby by for any support and even checked in over email. I ran out of some pain medications, and they literally had it replenished by faxing the pharmacy net door in minutes. To get to the point, post-op care was amazing. When we took off the cast and I was able to see and breath through my nose for the first time, I was in shock. my nose was perfectly straight... Honestly, it was crooked/bent before, the shape of it was weird and I always had to take photos with my one "good side", which become annoying over time at events, or when getting photos with other people. Now, my nose is so cute, straight, and really softened my face up! So now that I can confirm that the rhinoplasty work was amazing - I wanted to share about the septoplasty. Let's just say that I lived my entire life thinking it was normal not to breathe through your nose. When the cast/packing was removed, I literally started crying because it was such an amazing feeling to inhale and exhale through the nose. Dr. Alexender fixed my septoplasty, which has ultimately changed the quality of my life. I no longer have sleep apnea, I'm sleeping 6-8 hours fully, no more snoring (so my partner is happy too!), and most of all - I have the energy to do so much more professional and personal. It's just amazing how much this changed my life. So now that the Septoplasty and Rhinoplasty completed by Dr. Ashlin Alexander were amazing, I want to share my experience with facial injections. This guy, Dr. Alexander, is incredible - my face looked very masculine (large brow bone, and flat cheeks, and tiny lips)... I figured I'd give the injectable a try since I trusted the Dr's recommendation that such non-surgical tools can be used to feminize a face. I'll always remember coming home from the injectable appointment and my partner looking at my face and going: "Wow!" with a huge smile. okay, I'm a feminist and would never objectify myself for a man. However, I did the procedures for me #Mybody #mychoice. It was just nice to see my partners reaction and excitement from the transformation that the injectables achieved. Dr. Ashlin Alexander literally transformed my face with the injectables (bigger cheeks, fuller lips, smoother forehead, heart-shaped face overall). Based on my experiences, Dr. Ashlin Alexander is an artisan when it comes to facial work - he is a specialist and genuinely cares about helping his patients achieve their health/beauty goals. Words cannot describe how thankful I am to have met him; I finally have the energy and confidence to take myself to the next level... it's an incredible and empowering feeling. My recommendation, if you care about your face/health - go to Dr. Alexander - you will be in the best of care.

Dr. Ashlin Alexander corrected my breathing issue, and for the first time in years, I can breathe through my nose and don't suffer from daily sinus headaches. I was not able to breathe through my right nostril for years even though I had already underwent an unsuccessful septoplasty a few years ago with a different surgeon. Every surgeon I spoke with advised that a revision surgery carries many risks, but it went very smoothly and I am very happy with the results.

I have had many surgeries in Toronto and out of country with various surgeons and you need to be careful, in Toronto there are so many hack surgeons who only go to work for instagram likes and have no clue what they are doing... BUT Dr Alexander is not one of them! He is very skilled at what he does and most importantly he VALUES his patients. I love he does not sugar coat anything, he is real and he takes the time to do it right. It has been one of my most positive experiences going to see this surgeon. Dr. Alexander is one of the most polished physicians I have come across. You never feel rushed. He is warm and an expert communicator. I came to his practice for a revision rhinoplasty and he talked me out of the procedure opting for steroid injections instead. The difference has been night and day. After a set of 6 injections spaced apart I was able to achieve the desired outcome for what is about 1/15th of the cost of surgery. Highly Recommend him and his team.

Approximately 2 weeks ago, Dr. Alexander performed a rhinoplasty on me. I'm now 13 days post-op, and i'm very confident about the results so far, and am eager to see what my facial proportions will look like once i'm fully healed a year from now. When I was 18 years old, I promised myself that if at 28 years old, I wasn't happy with my nose, then I would seek a rhinoplasty operation. I also wanted to wait for my face to mature, for me to come in to my own, and make sure that I was making this decision for the right reasons. After vetting and researching 141 surgeons across Beverly Hills, Chicago NYC and Toronto, I chose him. It was convenient and practical, and in my view, he appeared to have the right balance of artistry and professional surgical experiences and he also had a good range of reviews. I also felt comfortable and at ease with how nice the office staff was, and felt that if I had questions at all, that it would be an inviting enough environment for me to ask anything at anytime. -This was later accurate. My request from Dr. Alexander was something natural and proportionate to my face. I trusted his professional judgement based on my virtual and in person follow-up interaction with him. Again his team was very efficient and kind. He cracks jokes here and there, has good bedside manners, and knows what he's doing. I also thoroughly enjoyed my interactions with Jonathan, nurse Julie and the other 3 nurses whose names I cannot recall, but they know who they are. Anesthesiologist was thorough, nice and very professional and efficient. I healed very well, minimal bruising, and I credit this to his technique as well as to Mend supplement, which you can purchase there (it's a recommendation not a requirement, but I purchased it and found it effective and can vouch for it to be a good investment) If you are a keloid prone patient like me, i'd suggest working with a healing coach and take Arnica (but maybe tell him you plan to) Overal 5/5 for me. ** this is all based of my own personal experience, please do your own research. -SA

A friend of mine, who also got rhinoplasty done with Dr. Alexander, strongly recommended him. Dr. Alexander understood what suited my face and was very kind and knowledgable. The two things I appreciate the most about him and FACE is that I did not feel pressured to undergo any surgery/fillers (I also inquired about fillers but decided I did not want them) and that Dr. Alexander really understood what would suit my facial features. The end goal of looking natural is very important to me and it is clearly prioritized by Dr. Alexander - he made recommendations and showed me what would suit my facial features the best. Throughout the consultation I did not feel rushed and was happy with all the answers and details he provided. The consultation left me feeling confident/ excited about undergoing rhinoplasty and finally fixing things that had bothered me for a while: crooked bridge, bump, asymmetric tip, etc. After booking my surgery, my pre-op appointments went just as smoothly as the consultation. The appointments gave me opportunities to ask more questions and prepare for the surgery. On the date of my surgery, the staff members were very kind: The nurse, anesthesiologist, and Dr. Alexander clearly explained what was going to happen and made me feel very comfortable. When my surgery was finished, I felt good and Dr. Alexander assured me that everything went as planned. My recovery process went extremely well- Dr. Alexander and his team checked up on me and provided me with clear instructions on what I needed to do. Now that months have passed by and the majority of my swelling has gone away, I can confidently say that Dr. Alexander has done such an amazing job and I am SO pleased with my results and how natural they look! I feel so much better and am so happy that I did my rhinoplasty with him. Dr. Alexander and his team performed 2 FUE surgeries for me and I am very happy with the results. I had one larger FUE done initially, and an additional one 2 years later for added thickness in certain areas. The choice to have a touch up was one I felt was needed personally but it was not required as the coverage from the first surgery was very good. Cosmetic surgery is a very personal and unique experience and Dr. Alexander does a fantastic job in identifying what you want and incorporating that into what is going to be best suited for your facial configurations. Previously I needed to have my hair combed forward to cover the classic horse shoe recession on the front of my hairline, but now I can confidently wear my hair combed back and it looks great. One of my main concerns in undertaking the procedure was the potential of my hairline not appearing natural or “pluggy”. Dr. Alexander guided me towards having an age appropriate hairline and advocated not being too aggressive in the positioning of it. Our surgery plan was designed to maintain a natural recessed hairline. He was very up front about the possibility that additional surgeries in the future may be required due to ongoing hair loss and that not all grafts would survive the process. Unless knowing that I had undergone the procedure, no one would be any wiser. I would not hesitate to return to Dr. Alexander in the future, and have other family members who have gone to see him and have been very happy.

I got Botox from him (first time I ever got Botox) last year for glabella. It wasn't too effective as he injected in my forehead instead of between the brows. After that, I went to another doctor (Pirani) to get Botox. Pirani injected BETWEEN the brows and it was effective. Because that's what you're supposed to do. I tried emailing Alexander to tell him he injected incorrectly and no response. DO NOT GO TO ASHLIN ALEXANDER, HE CANNOT EVEN DO A SIMPLE INJECTION PROPERLY.

Dr. Alexander is not only a master at his craft, but he is a caring and compassionate physician. As an aesthetic nurse practitioner myself, I have sought his expertise to correct a previously performed non-surgical rhinoplasty (done by another practitioner). He expertly identified how much product would be required and where to place the filler to provide the most naturally enhanced results. I was absolutely thrilled! I don’t normally leave reviews online but in this particular case I felt compelled to because of how great my experience was! About a year ago I had fractured my nose and deviated my septum in an injury. I was pretty upset at the whole situation and wondered if my nose would ever look and function the way it used to. The hospital specialist had recommended me to Dr. Ashlin Alexander whose office was conveniently located just a few minutes from either Dupont, St. George or Bay Station. From the first time I came into his office the staff was friendly, polite, and courteous. Dr. Ashlin was very sincere and had a calm professional demeanor, which to me really instilled confidence. On my first visit I still had some swelling which inhibited his ability to fully assess my condition. As a result, he recommended that I wait for the swelling to go down before deciding whether or not corrective surgery was right for me. He was quite adamant on doing things the right way to ensure the best results. Once the swelling had gone away, he did his evaluation and gave me an honest opinion of what to expect. He didn’t make any false promises and told me that although there was a high percentage that my surgery would be a success - I needed to be aware that there was a small percentage that it wouldn’t be. Nothing in life is guaranteed which is why I found it courteous and respectful that he gave me an honest answer. Once the surgery took place and the swelling went down, I was very happy with my results. It looked and felt just like it did before my injury, which was EXACTLY what I wanted. During the recovery process Dr.Ashlin was really insightful and always made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ashlin Alexander to anyone who is looking for a true professional in the field of cosmetic surgery.

I originally had a liquid rhinoplasty with Dr. Alexander and absolutely loved the results. But I’d always wanted a surgical rhinoplasty. So even though the results lasted a very long time for me (18 months), I wanted to book a rhinoplasty consult. At that consult, after wanting this surgery for 30 years, it was clear as day that I had finally found the right surgeon. Rhinoplasty in my opinion is one of the most difficult of all surgeries. It requires technical excellence and I'm talking about perfecting measurements in millimeters and fine details. It also requires an artistic ability to be able to visualize the outcome in order to give each patient the best possible result. Dr. Alexander really strives to achieve the right degree of change while preserving an entirely natural result. It’s so hard to find the perfect surgeon for such a delicate and personalized procedure. Dr. Alexander had all these distinguishable qualities and more!!! Surgery day was easy breasy, though I was pretty nervous leading up to it. I didn't need to stock up on any extra post-surgery supplies because they supplied you with all of it ahead of time. The experience was unimaginable from start to finish. I was there at 7am and Nurse Charis went through a checklist like a well-oiled machine. I then saw Dr. Donnelly the Anesthesiologist who btw I had to do a double take because I thought Gerard Picquet (the Pro Spanish Soccer player from Barcelona) had just walked in the room lol. He was very reassuring which made me feel safe and relaxed. After that I met with Dr. Alexander one last time where he also reconfirmed what he was about to fix and create and then off to the operating room where the magic happened. I didn't even feel the prick of the IV going into my hand and at that moment I knew they were about to start at 7:30 like clockwork. Next thing you know I was done! All very smooth and easy! However, my first day post op was a totally different story. While following my aftercare instructions, all of a sudden I felt like I was going to pass out. I then fainted and collapsed head first and hit the floor. My chin began bleeding along with my newly done nose. OMG! I was hesitant to make the call to the clinic, but after a few hours it looked like I had been in a fight so I finally called. They were closed but I left a message and Nurse Julie emailed me back within minutes and said Dr. Alexander wanted to see me at 7:30pm. I didn’t think the clinic would be open at that time but off we went. Once I arrived there I realized that Dr. Alexander had driven all the way from home, left his wife and kids and opened up the clinic just for me. He started stitching up my chin first. He then tackled my nose. He spent an hour working on me while my husband sat in his car due to the Covid restrictions. He then said I should leave the cast, splints, stitches and steri strips on for a few days longer. By the time I got home I took a look at my face and you'd never know what had just happened. He fixed me back up again. I knew Dr. Alexander really cared about his work and his patients but he blew me away once again. Any other Doctor's office would've told me to go straight to the nearest Emergency. His bedside manner was beyond amazing! Even with the accident, I can honestly say that it has been the easiest and most painless surgery process and recovery that I've ever encountered. I was also impressed that your relationship with the clinic doesn't end when you're done with the surgery. They make you feel like you're a part of their family. They always answered my calls, texts or emails with my questions and concerns immediately. There's a reason why they say a successful business starts from the top down. Everyone working here is a master at their craft. I originally wanted to do my review after completing my 1 year post op experience, however I decided to do it now at my 12 week mark bc if I wait any longer this may turn into a novel ????????‍♀️????. As an individual in healthcare who's never undergone surgery I was obviously quite scared. However Dr. Alexander was quick to put my concerns to rest. His bedside manner was perfect, he listened, answered all my questions and ensured I was informed and comfortable with proceeding. I ended up getting a septoplasty with osteotomies and splint placement. The surgery went off incredibly successful. I had my splints in for a few days longer but overall it was worth it. Having the splints removed was extremely satisfying. The difference was almost immediate. I can finally breathe properly and don't snore anymore. I'm 3 weeks post op today and my scar is barely noticeable and had zero post operative complications. I ended up taking a product called MEND to help with reducing scarring. I tend to scar from cuts all the time however I can barely notice anything. I would highly highly recommend Dr. Alexander for any head and neck procedures.

I had a great experience with Dr. Alexander. I visited him for a complication from poorly placed filler (from another injector). I suffered from under eye puffiness (which i never had before) for months before seeing him. I was nervous because I didn't think the bags would flatten since the previous injector tried to dissolve the filler on multiple occasions. Dr. Alexander uses top quality products and has an artistic eye for fillers/dissolving. I trust him from this experience alone and will be returning for fillers in the future. He is a gentle doctor and makes you feel comfortable. Please see Dr. Alexander if you are interested in fillers or have a complication from a previous injector. He will fix you because is amazing!
