Claudia did a fabulous job with my treatment and I had a chance to sit down for a Skin Care Consultation with Navi. Navi listened to my concerns and hooked me up with some amazing products. My skin looks and feels the best it ever has and I will NEVER go back to drug/department store stuff again. I don't normally write reviews, but I had to after my experience. I went to another medical spa for a first treatment for PRP and it was painful. The Brampton Cosmetic Surgery Center advised me that the MeLine peel would be better for me to start and they were right. It was only slightly stingy and I felt pain during the extractions, but it was easier. What blew me away though was their level of customer service. They made me feel welcome, stayed with me during the whole process and built a relationship with me. Yes, they are a little more expensive than the first place I went to and did not have nearly as good customer service as this place. The other place I went to left me on my own and I couldn't find them after the first consultation to ask more questions. Pricilla brought me into a room on the first consultation and talked me through each procedure and what was best and didn't leave until all my questions are answered. Definitely coming back.

Amazing Cosmetic Clinic, very friendly and professional Dr. and team. I arrived for a consultation appointment and received my surgical procedure to remove a sebaceous cyst right there and then. I recently visited the clinic twice and I had a great experience. The staff there were so helpful and friendly. Everyone was very helpful and made me felt very comfortable during the 2 visits. The nurse who perform the treatments were very professional. I did a photo facial/ BBL CLEAR treatment and a PRP/ vampire lift treatment. Honestly it’s only been a week but I can already seeIng my skin gets so much better and healthier. I’m super happy to see the progressing results. Can’t wait to go back in 3 weeks and do both treatments again. I also purchased their skin care products which is “Zo Skin Health” package. The price is very fair and this skin routine saved my skin overall. I will not use other products from now on. Worst experience they destroyed and ruined my face. I have line on my both cheeks and hyeperpigmentation got more worse. Its been already one and half year those lines aren't going away.. they charge 2000$ from they just make money. After my pro fractional laser when i went there to ask what are these lines they said your face more worse when you first came to us. I had pigmentation just on my nose and little spot on my one cheek. Now its all over my face. This was my biggest mistake ever i did. M just 28 and got this laser thing done before my wedding. I have regret for my whole life why i went to this place and made this stupid decision.

EXCEPTIONAL!!!! I was referred to Brampton Cosmetic Surgery by a friend for the purpose of dealing with alopecia. Immediately, the staff were super friendly and helped develop a plan of action. I began a series of 3 kenalog treatments in the affected area to prevent the alopecia from progressing and then began a series of 5 organic scalp injection treatments to stimulate hair growth. I have just completed my 3rd organic scalp injections treatment and WOW.... the results are unbelievable!!! I had moles removed, i was very pleased with the results no scars left, however prices are a bit high, that's why i left , i wasn't pleased with Botox, i paid huge money but i didnt see the result I was expecting honestly.

Went in there this morning and was utterly disappointed to find yet another clinic with rude front office staff and consultants trying to sell stuff rather than getting to know your preferences.The consultant Priscilla was extremely rude with no mannerism or concern for the client.The first consultation is free but they treat you like dirt specially when you reject the $345 cleansing face wash pack that they took for granted that you will buy.No proper knowledge of the procedure as she said that laser treatment would work on my scar while the surgeon said no laser treatment can work and I will need a local procedure.No proper before and after pictures to show so i had to resort to Google images to get an idea in front of her.The surgeon walked in to check my scar and was ok.. but strangely they had no after pictures of the procedure from the past and the excuse they give is privacy reasons that can easily be taken care .All I was concerned about was how long will the scar look once I am done with the procedure but supposedly I should be able to imagine.Thats too much risk to take with your face not to mention ridiculous charges. Profactional lasers per sitting$800 plus taxes and 250$ after care kit and minimum of 3 sittings without showing a single before and after picture who has completed all 3 sittings.There are much better clinics in Toronto who charge approximately $300 per sitting.Priscilla has a bullying attitude and was snapping at me whenever I spoke and the the other front office lady is snarky.Save your morale, respect, money and stay away from these stores that will only be polite depending on how quick and fast you agree to what they trying to sell you.

I’ve visited Brampton Cosmetic for a couple different treatments/procedures. The office is stylish, clean and all the staff are cheerful. Those are some of the first things I noticed about this really wonderful clinic. I also think those are also great indicators of how well a business is run; the office is so current, the staff take pride in their appearance, in how the customers feel, and the morale of the staff seems high. Stephanie, Navi, Dr. Sleightholm (and Lisa, and Julianna ????) have all been so helpful, honest and welcoming to all of my questions or concerns... even if my anxious list is long. Every time I decide on a service, we discuss expectations, procedure & price- I am always extremely pleased with the final outcome. If you’ve been waiting to do something but you have questions, you should book an appointment! If you’re trying to decide between doctors, Dr. Sleightholm is meticulous, insightful and caring. You won’t find a more warm place to begin your journey.

I mean the workers who work there are excellent, very respectful and kind people. However, I had an appointment and surgery date booked off already and they did not notify me that they were about to cancel my surgery date when I could've at least speed up the process in giving them the cash for the procedure. because I was ready to pay full amount for the procedure but I did not know that I had to pay either cash or bank draft. The lady worked there said that she told me that I couldn't pay by debit/credit. (which she actually didn't because I was paying attention to full detail because this is something serious, she did not mention anything about you can't pay by credit/debit I didn't know about this till the day of the consult where I had to pay the full amount). But yeah I wouldn't give it a one star I gave it a two since they were all kind. The lack of information that one needs to know lacks in this place that is why I kind of rated pretty low.
