My amazing experience started right from the beginning with Brenda and Deborah at the front desk. They were both so friendly and knowledgeable. I received a lot of pre surgical information on the procedure itself and how to care for my body before and after my tummy tuck. Lana (one of the nurses) called me a month before my sugary date and spent about 40 mins with me on the phone explaining what I can expect and what to do to prepare. Meeting Dr. Perron I immediately felt comfortable. My Consultation was great, Dr. Perron has amazing bedside manner and makes you feel at ease. My surgery went perfectly and he delivered exactly what we discussed. Before I went into surgery Carol the surgical nurse spent at least an hour with me explaining the procedure and what to expect. She is extremely friendly, professional and funny! This made me feel relaxed and like I was visiting not prepping for surgery! After my tummy tuck I received exceptional care and Carol is there for you even when you’re at home. She makes herself available by email and phone if you have any questions or concerns. I can’t say enough about this experience. It’s exceeded my expectations not when I look like I always dreamed I would after kids!!

About 6 months ago I had a surgery done at this clinic. I was skeptical at first as i've never had this done before, but the clinic staff made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Dr. Perron does NOT know what he is doing and you will probably need a revision after seeing him. I regret going to him for my nose every single day. 6 months after my rhinoplasty, I started noticing deformities and he insisted that there was nothing there. He also left a big bump on my bridge which he claimed he couldn’t have accounted for. I went back to see him closer to the one year mark and he again insisted that nothing was wrong and that the things that were wrong were “unforeseeable”. I ended up getting another opinion and the second doctor couldn’t believe the issues I was having and said none of these problems should have ever occurred. Ultimately, I would recommend going to pretty much anyone before trusting him with any cosmetic procedures. He is an incredibly arrogant individual and will not take any of your concerns seriously after messing up any simple procedure.

I was very specific when I told Dr. Perron I wanted a 36b implant. I walked out with baseballs. Nothing natural about them. I’ve heard he does this a lot, doesn’t listen to his clients, like we all want to look like playmates. When I said can’t you deflate them, he said no. Well, I went to another dr. And guess what? You can! They just open the valve they closed to fill the implant and take out some saline. I wish I hadn’t waited five years to find this out and gone to this doctor to start with!

WORST MISTAKE I EVER MADE going to this guy. He is arrogant, didn't listen to me and did what He Wanted by what I wanted. I am completely dissatisfied with my whole experience. On top of it he charges A LOT for revisions, which is totally Unethical and Unacceptable. And to add insult to injury, his staff looks and acts totally Fake.

Staff were great, my surgeries however .... my augmentation replacement is horrible. The implants were placed behind the muscle and are more than 1" lower than my natural beasts. Went back for him to fix it and after paying more money, he did nothing to fix it. Looking for another surgeon who can fix this mess. So disappointed and embarrassed to take my top off in front of my hubby.
