It's been a year and half since I has my surgery with Dr.Lee. I am very happy with my results! Dr. Lee was very hands on. He explained everything I needed to know about the surgery in my consultation and his nurse called before and after to insure I was taken care of. There was a moment during my recovery I felt uneasy, Dr. Lee was on the phone to walk me through my concerns. During the year I had a numerous follow up visit where he explained what to expect next. If you need a detailed and caring surgeon, look no further.

My experience at Calgary Institute of Plastic Surgery has been wonderful. I love Dr. Lee, he has a great personality and his work is phenomenal. I also love all the ladies working there, they are all amazing in their own ways. They are very professional and really care about giving you the best results as expected. They are very dedicated to what they do at the clinic and you will always leave there feeling very pleased and happy. Wanda did an amazing job with the clinic, i love the colours and choice of decor. The clinic is very clean and cozy. I've been doing the fotona treatments for my acne, i did about 4-5 treatments so far and i'm very happy with my results, my acne is clearing up and my skin looks and feels great. My next step is the peel for my acne scars and i have to say i'm very excited and i can not wait to see the results. I've also been using Celazome balancing regime that Rachel recommended from their clinic, I use it twice a day for a month and a half now and i absolutely love the products. I highly recommend you visit this clinic, you will be very pleased that you did.

I saw Kimberly Kulbaba a few weeks ago for lip filler. Kim’s background as a pediatric RN gives her the most gentle of touches, and she has been trained internationally in the very best of techniques, using a cannula, which leaves the most natural looking results having people wonder: Maybe she’s Born with it, Maybe it’s Kimberly. During the consultation; Kim went into detail explaining the entire process. She was honest in outcomes, what to expect, including specifics about the healing process (something no one shows photos of, or speaks much about). Since then, she has followed up on my healing progress. I’m absolutely thrilled with my results; and am ready to go back for more! I’ve recommended my family and friends to book in with Kim (my mom has already booked a consultation with her). I truly believe Kim is a force to be reckoned with in the business of beauty injections.

I recently had a 4d skin resurfacing treatment performed to correct hyper-pigmentation areas on my face and Intra Oral laser tightening. I LOVE the staff here. From the minute I entered, I felt very welcome in this luxurious boutique spa-like setting, that tickled all my senses. It felt highly professional, yet personal, caring and gentle, impeccably clean and tranquil, yet comfortable. It is obvious that the laser technicians are committed to continuous education in an ever-evolving industry, using the most current laser equipment, technology and treatment. Dr. Lee's highly skilled staff overcame my skeptical objections and impressed me tremendously with the aforementioned skin treatments. The experience left me feeling rejuvenated with a more youthful appearance. I had amazing results on my skin with no discomfort, as a pre treatment numbing cream was applied. Downtime was minimal, which was a concern for me. I had the treatment on a Friday and back to work by Monday with beautiful skin that glowed and my confidence resurfaced as well. My skin looks and feels fabulous, and I am loving the 'skin I am in'. I highly recommend Dr. Lee and his fabulous team to take care of any and all of your laser or surgical needs.

I Recently had lip filler done here and I am very pleased with the results. My lips are naturally shaped unevenly and swelled quite quickly so after my first appointment I was welcomed back for an adjustment and was not charged any additional cost which was amazing. My lips are now so full and beautiful but look completely natural thanks to the amazing DR.Thomas. I visited Calgary Institute of Plastic Surgery for my first ever Botox treatment, and it was a great experience. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, everyone was so kind and made me feel at ease. Every concern I had was answered without me feeling like I asked a dumb question (some of them were definitely dumb questions!) and after everything had been explained, Thomas did the injections with no pain, no blood, and no bruising! (I bruise very easily, so that's impressive!) I am so happy with my natural looking results!

I have been meaning to write this review for months now; Nurse Angela, if you are reading this, I'm sorry it took me so long! I can't say enough great things about this company, and Angela in particular. I initially went in for a consultation for lip augmentation (fillers) in September 2016. Angela made me feel super comfortable and answered all my questions, never making me feel rushed. I have had the experience of rushed consults before, and have chosen not to follow through with appointments because of it. Angela and her team are super friendly, and take the time to focus on you and what you are there to inquire about. My lips are already quite full, I just wanted them to have a bit more volume. I went in for my treatment about a week after my consult. I was so nervous, I'm really scared of needles. Angela was patient and so sweet with me! The procedure itself wasn't overly painful, but my adrenaline and nerves were causing me to feel a bit dizzy - Angela got me some ice packs and got me to lie back and put ice packs on my head and chest to help bring me down. And just chatted with me and took my mind off it until we were ready to start again. She definitely helped me feel more at ease. We finished, and I loved the result! I went back in about 2 weeks later for a follow up, and I was a bit concerned that the seemed to have deflated quite a bit. Angela decided we'd try another brand of filler, (some people just break down certain fillers really quick, I unfortunately, am one of them!) So she basically did the treatment again - at no charge to me. Went in for another follow up after that treatment, about a month later this time. Angela and I decided they needed to be a little fuller still, the second treatment still hadn't gotten us quite where we wanted to be; so she touched me up, again, free of charge - she just wanted me to be pleased with my results. Angela/Dr. Lee and his team will make sure that you are satisfied with what they give you. These guys really go the extra mile for their patients. I will definitely be going back in the future! :)

Hair loss for men happens. I figured I would try to battle it out with supliments, diet, etc. Nothing was working and Dr. Julie Thompson, a family friend recommend I try their service, Platelet Rich Plasma. I am only on my second month which is two out of 3 treatments and results happen at 6 months but, I can say that I am already seeing results with before an after pictures. Julie is a kind and caring physician. The medical centre is clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. I will add an update in 6 months but if you are thinking about your hairloss, go and see Julie for a consultation! Thanks Dr. Julie Thompson!!!

First off this clinic is gorgeous! I see Kim Kulbaba (nurse injector) for all my work. She is amazing at what she does, she's so gentle (probably from years of being a paediatric nurse in the ER) and meticulous in all her work. I followed her from another clinic she had corrected work that I had done from another injector. I love that her work is natural- so no one knows quite what you had done, they just notice how amazing and refreshed you look. She also has a unique way of doing lip injections using a cannula not a needle, which achieves a more natural result. She's also the first person to tell you when you don't need something, I recommend her to everyone who is looking to see the best of the best. I wouldn't trust my face with anyone else!

My first filler experience was amazing!! Thomas thoroughly listenened to all of my concerns, gave his expert opinion, and performed an amazing job on my tear trough area and lips. Kim K is the absolute best! When I first got botox I was convinced I was going to keep it a secret. I was ashamed and I felt like people would think I am vain or judge me for being uncomfortable with my forehead wrinkles. I was also scared after reading horror stories that I would end up bruised or looking emotionless. Kim put all my fears at ease. She is a paediatric RN and if there is anyone you want pricking your face with needles it's an RN that has worked with squirming and upset tiny humans. She is calm, personable and her recommendations gave me the exact result I wanted. I didn't have any bruising and no one could tell I had botox. People just told me I looked so much more relaxed and asked if I had changed my skincare routine. I've been going to Kim for over a year now and I can't recommend her enough. Now I tell everyone I get botox and I always recommend Kim. Do something for you and book a consultation with her, you won't regret it!

I visited Kim Kulbaba a few times for filler and Botox. I've never had anything done before but her expert training in London and her professional, calm demeanor put me at ease. I had a brow lift with Botox, Botox in between my eyebrows, filler under my eyes, cheekbone and chin enhancement, lip filler with a cannula, and Belkyra under my chin. The results were phenomenal. I look like myself but 10 years younger. No one has a clue I've had any work done. She's an incredibly knowledgeable RN injector. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a rejuvenated appearance.

I went for a consultation with Dr. Lee to monitor the healing of the face-lift I recently had done abroad. He had been recommended to me by a fellow passenger on the flight back to Calgary. I very much appreciated the fact that I didn’t have to wait as I was there a bit ahead of schedule. The ladies at the reception were very professional and pleasant as well. Jena was extremely conscientious in gathering as much information as possible on my general health and previous surgeries. She was also very pleasant to converse with. Dr. Lee examined me and confirmed that healing was progressing according to schedule. He also confirmed that the various aids I am using for my recovery are the correct ones. Dr. Lee’s professional opinion gave me the peace of mind I was looking for to enjoy the rest of the summer! ???? Should I require further monitoring and/or other treatments in the future, I will not hesitate to contact Dr. Jonathan Lee's office. As an update, Jena phoned me this past Thursday to inquire about the progress of my healing. I’ll say that is very professional on their part taking into account that Dr. Lee is not the surgeon who performed the surgery. Thanks again to CIPS.

First things first, this place looks amazing, my jaw literally dropped. I was in for fillers and had mentioned to one of the ladies at the front desk that I hadn't eaten all day. She brought me some snacks (<3). Thomas, incredible nurse injector who I normally see, was training some wonderful ladies, they were all super sweet and I felt extremely comfortable being around such an experienced group. I just let them do whatever they felt was right the result was a natural finish. Everyone was very kind and made sure I was doing okay during the entire procedure. I barely felt any pain and was very relaxed throughout the process. Thank you so much, I am definitely going to be a regular!

After waiting two months or more for an appointment with the only plastic surgeon there, Dr. Lee. He spoke with me for 5 minutes or so, went over how he would rather use fillers than a mini lift (easy for him and expensive and repetitive for me, also something I was clear that I didn't want to get crazy with) and then suddenly he was "busy"?? He was unable to fulfill his duty as the doctor I waited for for two months or more. "Shelby", the lady who I guess is an intake worker? She tried to sell me every $200 bottle of rubbish they're pushing... she was the one who entered to tell me that Dr. Lee would not be able to perform my injections (yes, I actually was pressured enough to not stick with my heart and walk away from juvederm), but their other (not fully qualified) nurse could see me. I left and they still charged me over $100 for absolutely nothing! So, basically I paid for Shelby to try to sell me bs products for 30 minutes. The pretty purple decor isn't masking the reality of what your company is doing. I have never had such an unprofessional sit down in a company of this kind.

This clinic is STUNNING, but also very clean, quite and calm, I might steal some of the finishings ideas for my new house...Kim is HANDS DOWN, the best nurse in the city!! She will spend more time talking to you than poking you, (because no two treatments are the same) and is REAL and honest with you to give you the best options. Extremely gentle with the needle pokes, im sure some of her experience from being a nurse at the Childrens hospital might have transfered over! I won't trust anyone else when it comes to my skin and face, she knows what she's doing and I appreciate not feeling just like a number when I go see her. 10/10 would reccomend this clinic ans 20/10 reccomend going to go see Kim. Looking forward to going back to that little slice of paradise right in the middle of my city. ❤

Came in a while back to get filler in my nose and tear troughs and I think it is important that I share my experience. I have been getting filler in my nose (non surgical rhinoplasty) for a few years now but the injector that I was going to had moved and I lost contact with her so I decided to try this clinic after seeing the great reviews that it had. To put it as briefly as I can my experience with the non surgical rhinoplasty with Thomas was not good. I had to come in about 6 times over a period of several months to try and dissolve and redo the nose. After reaching out to management they said they could give it one last try and after that they would not be able to help me, I asked if I could see Dr. Lee as he might be more experienced in this procedure, but they said he mostly does surgery and isn't as familiar with fillers as Thomas would be. I also asked if I could just get the filler dissolved and my money returned but they refused to that so I decided to give it a last try. In my last visit a very small amount of filler was put in which lasted me about 2 months until it was completely gone. For the non surgical rhinoplasty itself I paid over 1000$ and for the tear troughs i paid around 700$. I was willing to pay a higher price here as opposed to other places in the city because I expected the result to reflect that, but I don't believe Thomas had as much experience in non surgical rhinoplasty as it was made seem. The prices they charged me are very unfair for the amount of times I had to return for a redo and especially considering the lack of experience of the injector.

What a beautiful place and experience I had when I got my botox and filler this week! To be very honest, I chose IWAA because I am extremely loyal to my injectionist Kim Kulbaba I have been seeing for the last year! She recently made the switch to IWAA and where Kim goes, I go! She is so gentle, sweet and her bedside manner is the best I have ever experienced. I have been getting injections for 10 years so I know what good service looks like. As long as Kim is around I will definitely be getting my services from IWAA.

I went to IWAA and saw Chelsea. I was a bit nervous as it was my first time with injections. She made me feel very comfortable, and that I didn’t need to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. She didn’t try to push a full face of changes on me at all. I was worried the changes would be obvious and look unnatural - but that is not how it was at all. She did botox in my forehead and my crows feet, and tear trough filler. I can’t believe the difference this made. To me, no one else looked at me and went “oh, she just had botox and fillers” but I was so much more confident in my smile, especially with my tear troughs filled. She also helped me with a new skincare routing, which I have now been using for about a month and I have actually noticed a difference. The hundreds (or probably thousands) I have spent on skincare at Sephora never made a difference for me, at least not a noticeable one, and this has! I’m so grateful for Chelsea’s knowledge and expertise, and helping to enhance my natural features. I will definitely go back to her!

Not at all obvious that I had anything done...except when I see my before pictures. Haha. Everything is just a little more smoother and supported! My only regret is that I didn't start a little bit earlier! As soon as I met with Chelsea, I knew instantly she was the right fit. She's extremely passionate about what she does, very knowledgeable, and explains things very thoroughly. Not once have I felt as though I was being pressured into any kind of treatment or product, yet I am still given the information to make an informed decision on my own as what I feel is best for me at the time. To be honest, I'm not sure how cost compares to other places, however, I would pay double to be confident I was in the right hands with this sort of thing! Everyone here is so great. Super friendly, accommodating and helpful.

I recently got lip injections done by Kim Kulbada for the first time. I was pretty nervous about the outcome as I've seen many awful lip injections done. However, I was drawn to Kim and her work because she was one of the few nurse injectors that I've seen who keep the natural shape of the lips and lip wrinkles. I told her what I was afraid of with getting lip injections and what I preferred look wise - and she delivered. I am so happy with the shape and look of my lips, even my boyfriend was really impressed. I plan to go to Kim, and Kim only, from now on!

Just got my google account. I had my first Botox injection experience with Thomas on last November 19th (can not remember exact date) before I went to China for the reunion of my senior high classmates. He is a nice guy but I am not sure how good his skill is. I got Botox on my forehead and around outer corners of my eyes as well. I went back for check-up 8 days after the procedure. Thomas gave me tiny amount of Botox just in case. At the beginning of last December, my eye lids looked dropped, my eyes looked smaller and the “11” lines between eyebrows were still there. Actually my eyes are beautiful, but my eyes looked like triangle-shape at that time ????????????. So I googled to try to find solutions.... I have to say I paid around $400 for “hiding” myself indoors about 2 months.
