Dr. Frank and his wonderful staff are extremely thoughtful, respectful, thorough and fairly priced! From the first point of contact they were professional, and really took concern to the procedure at hand. Upon my first visit with Dr. Frank, he was very cordial, whilst showing a personal interest in getting to know a bit about his patient. He also does work with the Children's Hospital, and stays active in the community. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks! :)

I first went to see Dr. Frank about 2 months ago about getting scar revision done on ny face because i had very bad acne scars. My Dad and i had been to many laser treatment centers and aestetic clinics to try and help in the past but they usually just ended up charging us ALOT of money for topical treatments and facials that never made even a single difference. Having given up hope in my situation Dr. Frank was literally our final option. Dr. Frank said he could help me and that gave Me hope. I was suprised after our first consultation with at how quickly i was booked in to have my surgery done and through the entire process They made me feel very comfortable. He and his staff were there to assist Me with any questions or concerns I had. I am very happy with the outcome so far and look forward to continuing being a patient of Dr. Franks because he has given Me my confidence back (without costing Me a ridiculous amount of money)and I am forever greatful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! It has been exactly 6 months since I had a breast augmentation. The final results were exactly what Dr. Frank and his team had assured me and then some. Dr.Frank's team are all true professionals and it's easy to tell they love what they do. I was walked mentally through the procedure, the healing process and they never missed a step, therefore, I did not have any questions or anxiety about the changes I would experience. Dr. Ryan Frank is a "NOSE GENIOUS!" - pure talent! The team in this clinic is PHENOMENAL! I have thought of a nose job all my life - my friend recommended Dr. Frank after she got a rhinoplasty - the results were amazing and the recovery was not bad at all! I booked a consultation, we have discussed the possibilities , I came back with some realistic expectations - 2 months later I have a PERFECT PROPORTIONAL nose (and its still recovering ...so i can't wait to see it in 6 month or so !!!). The team is efficient, punctual, polite, carrying, responsive and very very professional. The clinic is sophisticated and very clean! I woke up after surgery looking at a beautiful downtown view with a soft music playing and a cup of tea and a delicious berry smoothie waiting for me! The recovery first 24 hours is probably be described as a mild discomfort due to inability to breathe - after that ..its a walk in the park! I could not be more happy with the doctor, his team, results and will be back in a few years for a facelift for sure!!! Thank you - you made my life dream come true !!!

I am sorry for your loss, I too have lost my mother recently but that was no excuse for me to slack on my obligations, that's not what she would want. I had a referral from my family doctor at least 2 months ago or longer. I have tried calling your office and no one has ever called back. I might only have ganglions and not looking for a boob job but the fact remains they hurt and are very sore, also when i call the message says you are on holidays (alot) so i guess us little people don't matter as we are no spending any money to make you wealthy. Only the fake people do that. So I will have my doctor send me to someone else. PS its too bad Dr. Perron doesn't do them anymore but at least he didn't ignore his patients.

First off I can not believe some of the reviews on here, from people who have not even seen Dr. Frank. He is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. I went to Dr. Frank for a very simple scar revision. It was not a big paying gig at all. Dr. Frank took so much of his time and went above and beyond with my procedure. His communication is excellent and he made sure that everything was perfect. He also truly has his patients best interests at heart. Dr. Frank will not push unnecessary surgery, he will not make you feel like you need to "fix" things about yourself just to make money. He is a very honest and caring doctor. His staff had excellent communication every step of the way and I never waited more than a few minutes, although I would not have minded waiting for such an excellent doctor. I highly recommend anyone to see him. As a side note I also broke my nose playing sports several times growing up and have had many interactions with plastic surgeons over the years, this is the first one I fully felt I could trust. Thank you for all your time and perseverance Dr. Frank, the revision is better than I ever could have hoped for.

Dr. Frank is the BEST!!! I first saw Dr. Frank when I had a referral from my family doctor for a removal of a cyst (top of head). From the moment I walked in to the surgical suite, Dr. Frank made me feel at ease with his warmth and caring nature. His bedside manner is AMAZING!! He is not only easy on the eyes; he is extremely entertaining. I knew that he was the plastic surgeon I wanted to go to for my implant explant. When I met with Dr. Frank for my consult, he was quick to remember me from a few years back. The consult was as I expected - he did not disappoint :). It has now been just over 2 weeks post-op and I feel amazing. I saw Dr. Frank yesterday and all I can say is...if you are wanting or needing plastic surgery, this is your guy! Thank you, thank you, thank you, to Dr. Frank, Shona, his pre-op nurse, Lana and his amazing post-op nurse, Carol :)

Dr Frank is awesome! I recently had a rhinoplasty with Dr Frank. Before the procedure he was very understanding as to what I wanted. Everything went well from the consultation to the actual surgery and the recovery period. My nose still isn't completely healed as it takes one year for fully healed results but i will say that only at 7 weeks post op I am so happy with how it turned out. The look is subtle but still has such a big improvement and because of that my face has looked the best it ever has. I've even received recent compliments on my cute nose from strangers which was something i used to be so insecure about!! I highly recommend him for rhinoplasty!!!! Thanks Dr frank!!!

After visiting numerous places in the city, I knew from the moment I met Dr. Frank and his staff that I had found the place for my breast augmentation. Dr. Frank made me feel incredibly comfortable during the entire process and was very attentive to my feelings and what I wanted. I contacted this place for a consultation. However the response back was that Dr. Ryan did not do "re-visionary facial surgery". That tells me the Dr. only likes to perform easy fast money surgeries like breast implants etc. That also tells me the Dr. is not capable or confident in his skills as a surgeon to correct and revise past surgeries or perform revisions. He should advertise as such and take out the reconstructive part of his advertisements so as not to waste peoples time.
