The staff here have been so wonderful and invested in helping minimize them. Everything from a daily regiment to specific treatments to helping me feel beautiful and comfortable. I finally bit the bullet and I went to Becky to have my lips filled. She did an outstanding job! Not only did she make me feel comfortable the entire time (as I was super nervous) she also was so easy going and so knowledgeable. She asked plenty of questions about what kind of look I was going for, and tailored the experience to me. She even gave me her personal cell number so that if I had any questions at all, I could message her. It did not matter if it was early in the morning or super late at night, she ALWAYS answered my questions and never made me feel silly about what I was asking. Although I had originally wanted to get my lips done JUST for my wedding, I can guarantee that as soon as the filler starts wearing down, I will be going back for more!!

The ladies at the front desk are lovely and always take the time to answer any questions i may have. They carry the Zo Skin products which is an amazing skincare line. I had the pleasure of going into their new office (same building just on the third floor) and it is stunning! The space is very welcoming, bright and comfortable. I loved all the little details in the design and decor. I was there to purchase some of the skincare products they carry, I’ve tried products from both the ZO line and the SkinCeuticals line and love everything I’ve tried which is amazing because I have both sensitive skin and scent sensitivities and it’s really difficult for me to find products I can use. Kira was very knowledgeable and helpful and the rest of the staff was very happy and friendly. I would highly recommend this business to any of my family or friends.

I had been living in Calgary for the past few years and have been using the ZO skincare line recommended by my dermatologist. When I had moved back to Lethbridge, I was commuting to Calgary when my products were getting low, and for treatments. There was a large lack of certified service's and medical grade skincare lines available in Lethbridge. My mom had found an Instagram post, of LPSA advertising that they are a certified distributor of ZO and other medical grade skincare lines. I was so excited to hear this, I booked a consultation the following week with Kira. The knowledge and variety of products and services available at LPSA has blown my expectations!
