My first experience at this clinic was in December 2016. I was referred to Jodi Crocker (Skin Care Specialist) for makeup application help…at 30 you think I would be able to do my own make up, but I hate the feeling of wearing face makeup as I have really sensitive skin. WELL, let me tell you…the makeup that Jodi uses has some special healing properties and is probably made out of unicorns because it didn’t irritate my skin at all. I wore a full face to my Christmas party and it didn’t move and I wasn’t trying to scrub it off all night either! In March I went back to the clinic for Xeomin (Botox). I had gotten Botox at another clinic last year and loved the result but didn’t love the clinic and I felt more informed by my own research than what the clinic told me. Even though I had gotten injectables before, it was a totally different experience with Ashley at Dr. Dawes clinic. First, the B/A photos were taken by a professional camera in a clean room…not by someone’s iPhone; Ashley marked my face where the injections would go and had me check the placement beforehand; Ashley’s bedside manner was just great…the entire experience was phenomenal! I’ve already booked my next appointment! The biggest reason I give this place 5 stars is this: I called Jodi last month looking for a recommendation on skin care. In the winter my skin gets so dry feeling I often have to go home midday from work and exfoliate, moisturize, and change clothes! It is really not conducive to enhancing my career!! My skin always looks fine and my dermatologist has told me that it is “nothing”. I’ve tried some OTC creams for ecxema and had temporary relief but nothing that had a lasting effect of more than 12 hours. So I went in to chat with Jodi about this and she suggested I try Dr. Obagi’s skin exfoliator. I was hesitant to try another scrub because typically I feel worse afterwards, but I decided to give it a shot…so glad I did! After 1 use my skin was completely different. Even my husband noticed my skin was softer and “glowy”. From skin care to eye lash care (hello Latisse!!!) to injectables and one day to breast augmentation…I couldn’t imagine a team I would trust more than Dr. Dawes and his crew. Great job ladies…you’ve changed my life! xox

Everyone in this office is fantastic! I came to see Ashley with a distortion on my face as a result of Botox from my medical doctor, I waited months before seeing her and when I came in I was really scared because I didn’t want to make it worse, I was just hoping to balance the problem. I would 100% recommend Dr. Dawes for anyone considering plastic surgery or enhancing a natural appearance. I had a breast augmentation performed by Dr. Dawes and I couldn't be more pleased and happy with the results. Naturally, I was nervous about my decision initially because I wanted the right Dr. and natural, beautiful results. I went to various other well known plastic surgeons who I was not quite sure about. A couple came across very arrogant and cold, I had the impression some of them seemed annoyed with my questions, after all, breast augmentation is a major decision and costly surgery. My last consult was with Dr. Dawes, his staff were friendly, warm and helpful. After my consult with Dr. Dawes I was totally confident I wanted him to perform my surgery. His bedside manner is excellent. He was patient, kind, and had no problem addressing any questions or concerns I had. Shortly later I had the procedure done. It went smoothly and comfortably. The process was explained to me in great detail so I knew everything to expect along the way, before and after. I was given his personal cell number for after the surgery in case of any complications or worries. I had Jodie's email to contact on weekends for the same purposes. The staff called to check in weekly. I am pleased Dr. Dawes gave me a variety of implants to choose from that would fit my frame so it would look great and natural which i am very happy to say they do! My experience is 5 stars. I would like to say that you will be meeting one of the most considerate,compassionate,and kindest people you will ever meet. He is a very practical and grounded individual. It took me many years and a few different consultations to decide to have a major tummy tuck and liposuction. The main reason I chose Dr. Dawes was his dedication in his career to peoples needs more than their wants. Your health and safety is his priority. His office staff were experiencing what I call growing pains and they remained very professional and considerate. I sincerely appreciated that I had a short wait time to see him and book the procedure compared to other doctors that are just as busy. Dr. Dawes came to see me very late on a Saturday night after a very important family celebration. He did not have to attend me that night as I was being taken very good care of at South Campus Hospital. There was no issues or need but he came anyway, that should speak volumes to anyone considering his services. I had a nurse of 35 years, a friend who has taken care of many tummy tuck patients saw my incision and told me it was the best she had ever seen. She does not know Dr. Dawes nor did she ever work with him. I am 4 weeks post surgery and I look amazing and I could not be happier with the results. My health and wellness will escalate because of this procedure, you have to do your part all the way and he deserves the finest of recognition for doing his part. There was never a moment of pressure or tactic to go ahead with this procedure just all the information education and encouragement to feel the decision I made was what was best for me. I am just starting into his after care and I know he will always be there for me if I ever should need. I am having a most wonderful time enjoying the reaction I have been getting from my friends and loved ones when they see me for the first time since surgery. I wish Dr. Dawes could see those reactions as well. I highly recommend this procedure to anyone whom like me had a very ugly tummy,large apron of fat and many stretch marks. I am 50 years young and have cried tears of joy over what I see in the mirror now! Dr.Dawes may you have a life of many blessing the best of health and happiness you have earned it.

I went to see Dr. Dawes on Monday December 7th to have a medical procedure done on my ear. I was very nervous for the procedure to be done because I had never had anything like it done before! Dr. Dawes and his nurse, Alecia (I am unsure of spelling!), were so amazing. They calmed me down and talked me through the procedure and started once I was ready to start! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr Dawes and his staff. From the moment you walk through the doors of the clinic you feel welcomed and comfortable. I had intially planned to meet with three surgeons, but after my consultation, I felt that the experience, level of care and trust Dr Dawes conveyed so rapidly would be very difficult to match. He has a calm and gentle approach and also takes the time to make sure you truly understand the ins and outs of what it means to under go an elective surgical procedure. I felt the real goal was to make sure I felt comfortable in my own skin, within my own body- not unnatural. Subsequently to my augmentation I have had minor nonsurgical proceedures with nurse Ashley and have been just as happy with very natural results. She also made sure I was well informed, never rushing me, and has always made me feel like cares about the value of the relationship, not the dollar figure of the patient. I honestly can't sing enough praise about each and every experience I have had with this clinic. And honestly it's pretty inconveniently located from where I live and it hasn't deterred me from going for even a minor visit!

I had liposuction almost a year ago from Dr. Dawes and I have lumps and waviness still and my stomach does not look normal at all. Furthermore, there was a significant amount of fat removed from my right flank, you can barely pinch any fat on that side and barely no fat, if at all, was removed from my left flank where you can grab a whole fistful of fat and more. Even my family doctor commented that it was very noticeable as well as my dermatologist. I went to Dr.Dawes about the deformities and all he would say is that he could fix all of this with his new cool sculpting machine and it would cost me $3,500. I couldn't believe that he wouldn't offer to fix it for free. Most lipo doctors do a revision for free and so I thought that was just standard. So I guess Dr. Dawes is sub-standard. He charged $8k for the lipo and there was no way I was going to give him another $3,500. So now I am seeing another doctor to fix the bad lipo that I got from Dr. Dawes since he refuses to fix it and thinks it's not that bad. Many of my friends have commented it looks weird and my boyfriend too, it really saddens me that this happened and so I want everyone to know and be warned.

From receiving knowledgeable feedback over the phone regarding the questions I had even before booking my consultation, to the exceptional consult with Dr. Dawes. I had a lower blepharoplasty (big bags under my eyes removed) over a year ago. Excellent results and excellent treatment by Dr Dawes and his staff. I found him on “rate your MD” where there were 95 people who praised his work. I did have to wait 3 weeks to get in to see him and another 6 weeks to have the surgery done and was given the cost and timeline at that first appointment. The pain was minimal after recovery even though you have 2 black eyes and lots of swelling. It took about two weeks for me to feel like I looked normal enough to go out in public. I would highly recommend Dr Dawes as a plastic surgeon.

November 26, 2018. I recently had BBL laser treatment ( Broad Band Light ) from Ashley the nurse at Dr Dawes office. I signed up for 5 treatments for Rosaea, Veins and to lessen the signs of aging on my face and neck. First I had a free consultation with Ashley. She was very through on her assessment of what I would need to achieve the results I was looking for. We decided on 3 treatments 1 month apart to see how I was responding to the Laser. Ashley took before pictures with a high tech camera system they have. Very cool computer program set up to it. I had the first treatment, which was basically painless. Felt like a rubber band snapping on your face. Exactly what Ashley told me it would feel like. When I returned 1 month later for my second treatment Ashley took another set of pictures to compare before and after. She was amazed at the results I had gotten after only 1 treatment. I knew myself that I had responded well. The redness from my Rosacea was significantly reduced. I couldn’t believe all the compliments I was getting from co-workers and friends. They stated my skin had a glow to it and looked amazing. I hadn’t even told people I was getting the treatments. I have since had my 2nd treatment and continue to complimented. I am 56 yrs old and have been told by people I am looking younger all the time. I am so happy with the results. I have had treatments in the past with little or no results and have not felt very comfortable with the service I was recieving. Very thankful a friend recommended Dr Dawes to me. All the staff in the office are very friendly, helpful and I felt like I was truly cared about. I am recommending them to everyone.

Actual work done by Doctor Dawes was amazing. The "nurse " who removed the sutures was rude and condescending. Might want to work on that patient interaction.

Dr. Dawes did skin graft on my left ankle and he cut my skin from the same leg but when I got discharged from the hospital after 2 and half months then I had open wound on my right leg. But Dr. Dawes could not figured out why that happened ? But i have visited him after few months then he said he has nothing to fo with me. ItItxxè has been 4 years my ankle side still have open wound and that is giving me too much pain . He did a lousy job on me. So he damaged my leg and it is not fair. He should not have to cut my skin from the same leg. I think I am the first one he did skin graft on the leg. It sounds like he did not know how to do that? I am very frustrated about that. That is cruel what he did.

Had a circumferential body lift and my experience has been amazing! Dr. Dawes is professional and caring. My results are better then I expected. His staff alway treat you with respect and are so personable. I had a million questions and they always answered right away, everyone took their time explaining. After my procedure Dr. Dawes and his team were always available and very supportive. I’m very happy with my end result... actually it’s better than I expected. I wish I would have done it years ago!
