My journey looking for a plastic surgeon started after I lost a lot of weight! I saw Dr Hamilton for a brachioplasty and am very happy. I consulted 2 other surgeons and decided on him only because his price was a little lower. I am 5 weeks post op and am already happy with the results even though Dr Hamilton told me in advance to expect swelling and dimpling for several months. He also cautioned me that the scars would be very noticeable and would continue to improve for up to two years. The scar looks better now than I had expected although the pain and irritation has lasted longer than I expected. Dr. Hamilton continues to monitor my progress even 5 weeks later. This doctor is a very nice man, he and Colleen (who works in his office) are always warm and welcoming.

Dr. Hamilton's expertise, professionalism and skill is very apparent. He is a very skilled knowledgeable surgeon whom I would recommend to anyone wanting or needing a plastic surgeon. His demeanor is very calming and sincere. As a patient you feel comfortable regardless what you are having done along with his respectful bedside manner. He is thorough in explaining what the surgery will entail and recovery. I truly appreciate his honesty in determining and advising what procedure he would be wiling to do and not do pending what you as the patient truly need and not need. He values and stands by his work and outcome. He wants you to be sure of your decision to have the surgery and discuss why you chose to do so. He also wants to ensure that your request is realistic as he is not willing to conduct a surgery that does not fit your body size and shape. I appreciated his honesty of what he was wiling to do for my breast implant, lift and augmentation. I was not wanting bigger then I had but to get back what I had in my earlier adult years before pregnancy and age lead to natural loss of volume and sagging. Dr.Hamilton is very skilled and cares about the patient, their happiness with the end results. Too often plastic surgeons give minimal information on what the produce involves and the risks and are willing to conduct a surgery that the patient does not require or is unrealistic or unnatural in appearance. Dr. Hamilton is honest and respects a patient and his reputation. Eg) He will not implant breasts that are far too big for ones body size or that is not truly needed. Dr. Hamilton will be honest and realistic if you enquire of a surgery that he does not agree to you needing regardless of it being another surgery/job he could take on as his profession - that is what makes him such an exceptional plastic surgeon. I had breast implant, lift and augmentation done mid-October 2018 and thus far minimal scaring. I am very happy with the results and will never regret having the breast lift/augmentation done by Dr. Hamilton. The cost of the procedure was average while the initial consult was free and followup visits thereafter were included. Dr. Hamilton provide me with a detailed price estimate and followed through with that. But most of all the outcome was worth it. His calm presence and knowledge helps a patient feel comfortable asking any questions before and after. Interestingly I also had plastic surgery in 2005 by Dr. Hamilton as did my mother. We were so impressed with his expertise and professionalism that I returned 13-years later and his expertise only gets better if thats possible. Also, I must not forget to include Colleen in my review. She is also exceptional in what she does and her knowledge in her position. She is friendly, personable and can answer almost any question you have and if she can't she will make sure to find out for you. You never feel uncomfortable asking her a question either. Colleen is a great asset to Dr. Hamilton's professional practise /clinic. - Heidi

Dr. Hamilton is an amazing surgeon and very kind person. I met with him to discuss having a breast lift and augmentation after I had my two children. I had lost over a hundred pounds and my breasts were completely deflated. I saw two other surgeons before I made my decision to proceed with Dr. Hamilton. I chose him not only for the price, which was around $10,000 less than the other two doctors, but also because of his demeanour. He was very informative and straight to the point, without coming across as arrogant. He was the only surgeon to show me before and after photos of his previous patients to give me a really good idea of what to expect from his expertise. He is very genuine and made me feel at ease. Unlike the other Dr.’s, he gave the quote for his services directly to me. He said that the BA & BL along with after care (including training bras and if any revision were needed) were all included in the quote. When I asked why his fees were so much lower than the other doctors I had seen, he said that he wanted to be a surgeon so he could help people. He wanted to give women the chance of feeling happy with their bodies again at an affordable price. Dr. Hamilton’s schedule was very busy so I had to wait a bit longer than I would have had I chosen a more expensive doctor. My consultation was at the end of September 2018 and my surgery wasn’t going to be until mid-January 2019. Well all I can say is- it was worth the wait! At my pre-op appointment we discussed size of the implants after measuring me. My breast diameter is between 11.5cm & 12cm so he said that the best size for me would be a 275g implant (exactly the same as CC’s). When he said this I was shocked. The other doctors I saw were suggesting something between 385 and 400 CC’s. To be frank, I wanted to go bigger than he recommended at first as I was afraid that my breasts would be too small. When I asked him why he wouldn’t go bigger than 275g he said that the larger the implant the more chance of complications later. There was a higher chance for the implant to come across the chest mid-line or end up “bottom-ing” out. He then said that he doesn’t put smaller implants in just to be “mean” but that, with his experience of over 30 years, he knew that I would get the look that I wanted with this size. The days leading up to surgery I was very torn as to whether or not I would be happy with just the 275g. The night before surgery I had a bit of a panic attack as to whether or not to proceed if he wouldn’t go bigger. After a long discussion with my Mom, I decided that I would have to trust him as he was the expert. They couldn’t look worse than they already did but at least now there would be some volume instead of empty deflated balloons. The morning of surgery I was nervous, anxious but mostly excited. I wanted to be finished with the surgery so I could start to heal and finally be happy about my breasts. After Dr. Hamilton drew a blueprint on me, it was time for surgery. When I awoke I was a little groggy and was now aware of the pressure on my chest. The next morning, I was in pain but was surprised that it wasn’t as bad as I had prepared myself for. It was more of a muscle ache feeling. It was hard to move my arms (expected) but overall not too bad. The most uncomfortable part about the whole thing seemed to be the added weight of the implants in my chest- but that wasn’t even that bad. The first DPO I took off my tensor bandage and had a good look at my new breasts. They were swollen and bruised but certainly an improvement over what I had previously. I was (and am still) extremely happy and excited. Every day has been getting better and better and I couldn’t be happier! I am so happy that I chose Dr. Hamilton and that I actually took his advice in size. I have the look that I always wanted and it is only a month after surgery. I would recommend him to anyone looking to feel better about themselves.
