Mark and his team were incredibly professional and friendly to deal with from day one. I had breast reduction surgery completed by Dr. Haugrud and you can tell he truly loves what he does. He was very informative and comforting and he put any issues I had at ease by thoroughly explaining everything I needed to know. I highly recommend Dr. Haugrud for all of your plastic surgery needs. I couldn't be happier with my experience for my blepharoplasty January 29th 2021. Everyone was kind, compassionate, helpful, professional, informative, patient and on time. Everything about the procedure was well explained by Dr. Haugrud and my anxiety was dispelled by the anesthesiologist. No question was left unanswered. I received a follow up call on the Sunday after the procedure by Dr. Haugrud himself to see how I was doing. There were no surprises with the healing process either.Thank you for such a good experience!

Dr. Haugrud was the surgeon I chose for my rhinoplasty. It's been a week and I already love the results. Dr. Mark is amazing! I've been seeing him for about 5 years for filler in my lips and I've never been disappointed. He is conservative and tells you when something won't look right. I wouldn't trust anyone else to inject me, whether it's filler or botox. I have recommended him to my friends and would recommend anyone who is looking to get filler.

Recently had breast augmentation performed by Dr. Mark Haugrud and even though I am still early in the healing process, I am super happy with the result and level of service that was received. I stumbled across Dr. Haugrud on a Google search for breast augmentation doctors within Calgary and only had his website and online reviews for reference going into my consultation. During the consultation, he was thorough in explaining the procedure, associated risks, and recovery. For the implant sizing, I was able to try on numerous sizes and go to the office a few times to try implants, and make my own decision; he guide me though in the right direction. Day of surgery I was anxious and nervous; however, the team of nurses and doctors made me feel comfortable and Dr. Haugrud held my hand as I went to sleep. Day after surgery, which was a Saturday, Dr. Haugrud personally called me to check-up. Dr. Haugrud has years of experience, he is a little old schooled (no fancy office, pen & paper, social media); however I would highly recommend. His prices are also extremely reasonable (approx. $2K minimum lower for this specific procedure) and wait times are also less than other clinics.

Dr. Haugrud did my breast surgery just over a year ago with a lift on one side as I had extreme asymmetry. He was so easy and honest to work with. He was with me throughout the whole Process, he saw that i was afraid of needles and he gave me his hand ti comfort me , he was holding my hand until i went to sleep with anesthesia. I just had a rhinoplasty yesterday, so I have not seen my results yet. But my experience with dr haugrud, the nurses, and the receptionist at his main office, was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. I feel terrible for not remember the receptionists name, but ever since my first phone call with her she has been nothing but kind to me. Dr haugrud saw I was scared before surgery, and he actually held my hand while I was getting my IV because I hate needles. I could not be more greatful for the team I got to have working on me through this entire experience ! So far I have zero bruising, and zero pain! I havnt even had to take a Tylenol!

I had a breast augmentation done with doctor Haugrud and I highly highly recommend him. I knew he was the perfect fit when I met him for a consultation however, I did see a few other doctors just because I knew my friends/family would not be happy if I didn’t - since it’s a big surgery. Going to see other surgeons only solidified my decision to have him perform it. He seemed to be the most knowledgeable and the only doctor who didn’t try to tell me what size I should get. He let me make that decision whilst offering his input which I appreciated greatly. He also seemed the most confident. The other doctors almost seemed like they were not confident in doing a size that wasn’t the one they recommended. With some of them I kind of got the feeling of “This is the only size I can do well on you without something going wrong” whereas Dr Haugrud had more of a “you tell me what you want and I’ll make it happen” attitude. On the day of my surgery him and his staff made me feel very comfortable. When I was in the OR, he must’ve sensed that I was getting very nervous because he put his hand on mine. Personally, this action really stuck with me as it made me feel like he truly cared about me as a patient and I appreciated that a whole lot. He also called me personally after my surgery and I received a call from his staff too. Both ensuring I was doing okay. Overall a wonderful experience and I am EXTREMELYYY happy with the results.
