Hard to get ahold of to inquire about referrals/appointments. Messages don't get returned. Heard good things about her services ... but horrible to get in contact with a receptionist.

A Hesitant Traveler

Very poor support staff. I left numerous phone calls and messages which went unreturned. The receptionist Kelly was rude and incompetent. My experience before I even met the doctor was so bad that I gave up. Save your time and effort, choose another doctor.

Dr. Westberg was very caring and professional throughout my entire experience with her. This really calmed my nerves, as I was really scared when I first was referred for breast reduction surgery. Kirsten also took into consideration post surgery size, meaning that she didn't want me to feel completely unlike myself after and still leave a comfortable amount as opposed to going from a GG to flat chested. I really appreciated that extra thoughtfulness. If anyone I knew needed what I had had, or any other form of plastic surgery, I would definitely recommend they ask to be referred to her for sure.

My son was to have hand surgery while I was out of town working. They failed to make sure he knew what time the surgery was and did not call me to let me know either and no return phone call when we called to inquire. Turned out he missed his surgery because he didn't find out until after and by then couldn't get a ride to the hospital that day. I called the office everyday to reschedule for over a week and left a cpl of upset messages they kept telling me they would call me and let me know but never did. Finally a week and half later still no answer about rescheduling so I asked if should just take him back into the hospital to get a different surgeon they said yes. We went and sat in emergency for 5 hours just to get a new surgeon. So I gave her a one star rating on here and wouldn't you know it she finally returned my call after that. Not impressed at all.

My experience with Dr.Westberg was incredible! When I had my referral appointment she was so confident and responded to every question I had! The day of my surgery I went in right away, and had no problems. Today I had my check up appointment and I couldn't believe how fast she got me in and out which is nice not waiting a long time to see the doc! I would recommend Dr.Wesrberg to anyone! She is lovely, professional, outgoing and makes you feel so comfortable!! Thank you again!

Was a bit of a bumpy ride at first but in the end Dr. Westberg definitely helped my hand function improve. For that I am happy. And really appreciate your support along the way. Didn't know you could get free physio after surgery. Would definitely go to her again. Hopefully I don't have to.
