I am super happy. My journey started in December 2017 somewhere between Christmas and new year. My family Dr. called around and managed to get me an appointment with Dr. Louie on or around January 08, 2018. I was informed of the procedure, the care after surgery, the benefits and the risks, and also that the waiting period before the procedure might be 4-6 months. I was asked if I am open to short notice in case there is a cancellation and said yes, and boy, there was a cancellation and I was notified about 4 or 5 days prior to my surgery on January 31, 2018. I am completely satisfied, had my review after 12 days of which I was informed of the new address prior to. I cannot find one thing to complain about. I am a new person, no more burning pain between my shoulders, no more neck strain, no more heavy chest. Thank you Dr. Louie and your team. Keep up the excellent service.

Made an appointment for a consultation. Showed up 15 min early to find they had moved, but didn't bother informing me. The office next door was able to get the new address for me. I managed to get there only a couple of minutes late for my appointment. Only to find no one there! Well, no staff, there were a few people working, setting up desks and cabinets and such. I've since reached out to other surgeons to hopefully set up a real appointment.

Back in 2016 I broke my face skiing. My eye orbital, cheek bone, nose, and jaw were all broken. One week later, Dr. Louie did what he does best and worked on me for hours. I woke up with everything put right back where it belongs and reinforced the way it should be - possibly better than before. Dr. Louie conducted a long and extremely difficult reconstruction of my face after being involved in a head-on collision. Photos were required. The operation I believe was 12 hours. Use of bone grafts and numerous mini-plates and larger plates. Mandible was split horizintally. Most teeth broken. My right cheekbone and eye socket gone and were rebuilt. The result was nice Square jaw, absolutely minimal scarring after horrendous tearing, and a well-balanced symmetry. Nothing short of a miracle and I am forever grateful. As a chemical engineer, it was wholly fascinating and showed immense knowledge and 'artistry'. Surely one of, if not the best facial reconstructive surgeons in Canada and the US. All the way from the receptionist to the doctor to the nurses in the surgical unit he works out of. 1 week post op and cant wait to see what my breast eill look like in 2 months once scars are healed. Recommend everything i needed to get and got the implants i wanted too. Already had implants done 6 months ago and not as happy as i am now! So very very thankful. They look amazing!
