It's the perfect size, Dr. Chong nailed it! With healing, it was a bit different with a bigger implant coming from a 36 AA cup. They have an amazing team in the office and he is a stand up surgeon. I highly recommend him. No one can tell if they're fake or real! That was my goal, he understood that and did such a great job!

I am so thrilled I went through with my BA. Dr. Chong did an incredible job. I knew I was going to go to him from the very moment I saw some of his work, I didn't even bother meeting with other surgeons (besides one, which was several years prior to this) Once I found Dr. Chong I knew I wanted him operating on me. He's confident in his work (as he should be) and there was no "fluff" in the consults. His staff were super patient and understanding with my all my questions and concerns and emails, and my indecisiveness once picking a size. I ended up sticking with my original size I picked based on Dr. Chong's recommendations, and sometimes I do wish I went bigger, but Dr. Chong knows what hes doing, and I do think there's a great possibility anything else may have looked weird and fake on me. 10/10 would go back to him again. 10/10 trusted him. 10/10 happy with my outcome! Now three and a half months post op, I wouldn't change a thing. My core muscles are stronger than they've been in over a decade and I'm able to do things I couldn't or that I always had to be careful of doing. His staff are great and most appointments I walked in and was seen by Dr. Chong within minutes. I had a very traumatic year giving birth to a little girl with a life threatening syndrome called CHARGE Syndrome. She has had 13 surgeries in 13 months where I spent the last year walking the hard floors of the Stollery, sleeping in chairs and ripping out all my stitches. Understandably, I have not had a lot of time to take care of myself. I finally am in a place where I can start to heal and decided to start the process through my plastic surgery consult. I had done a lot of research on Dr. Feng and was ready to book my surgery with him this winter. I was even willing to put my deposit down today. The whole time I was in the consult I felt very uncomfortable. He didn't even smile or shake my hand. He just kept looking at his watch and was visibly annoyed by all my questions. He made me feel like I was wasting his time. He told me he would answer my questions in more detail once I lost more weight. AND if I didn't lose it to cancel my appointment and reschedule until I did so. He promotes his business through giving mommy makeovers and boosting their confidence through trasformation. From the experience I had today there was no sense of compassion or empathy for this mom. He was not the least bit interested in my story. No mother should be made to feel this way. He judged me before I even spoke……I left his office in tears today.

I started my journey in March of 2019. I did research to find a doctor that I could trust. I spoke to my nephew, that is general practitioner, and discussed my choices. Dr. Chong was already on the top of my list, based on the reviews I had already researched. But to have a doctor recommend him, was a bonus. My nephew wanted me to be in the best hands for my breast augmentation. I called the clinic, and booked my consultation for June. In the mean time, I continued to do research on the procedure. When June came along, I walked into an office that was friendly and professional. From the decor to the music playing in the back ground, I could tell that every aspect of this office was meant to put my fears to rest. Then I met Dr. Chong. His bedside manner was awesome. He was respectful of my questions. When I came to the office, I had a plethora of questions to ask. But before I could ask them, he had answered every one of them. I work in an office environment, and summer is my busy time. So I booked the surgery for September 5. I was going to need to finance this procedure. And that was incredibly easy also! The office manager, was ready to walk me through the finance procedure and made herself readily available for any questions that I would have between June 5 and September 5. I had one more consultation before the procedure. Because this is my body, I wanted to have a second opinion on my choice of size. I brought my fiance to that appointment. And again Dr. Chong was gracious. He not only answered all of my questions, but also answered all of my fiances questions. Because I am in my mid 50's, my natural breasts showed the signs of a life of breast feedings, weight gain and weight loss. They looked like a couple snoopy noes flopping in the wind. My procedure consisted of breast implants and lift. I also wanted high profile. If I was going to spend this money, I wanted my 20 year old breast back! I was well aware that I would be down for the count, as fare as exercise or regular activities went I came in on September 5, with my fiance. Dr. Chong took a final picture of those sad floppy puppies, one last time. And I was off for my procedure. I came too, and the nurse had list of all my does and don'ts. The first couple of days were okay. And I became confident to go back to work. BAD!!! When Dr. Chong said take a full week off...he meant it!!! Don't fool yourself into thinking that your okay to return, until you really are!! I followed all the instructions that Dr. Chong gave me, from meds, to paper tape on the incisions, to expecting the incisions to weep a little. And 8 weeks later, I was able to resume my normal activities, without any problem. This procedure was the best decision that I made for me. And I am so lucky to have found the best plastic surgeon to complete the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Chong to anyone, thinking about doing something for themselves. Why didn't I do this sooner? Dr. Chong was very professional, and very knowledgeable. I was apprehensive about BA surgery because I work a lot with my hands, and was afraid the recovery would be rough. To be honest, the post operative pain was more of a minor discomfort, and I was back to work in under a week. I think that speaks volumes about his skill. My results are perfect! I had an abdominal plasty and breast augmentation and mastoplexy with Dr Chong, I wanted this surgery for 12 yrs. I searched doctor after doctor after moving to Edmonton and Dr Chong’s name kept popping up. For over a year I read reviews about him, followed his Facebook and Instagram, then when I was finally able to make the call for my appointment I knew he was the surgeon I wanted. I was in the parameters for the surgery, however I weighed more than i wanted when I went to my appointment and dreaded hearing him tell me you need to loose weight. To me, it was my worse nightmare. Being topless in front of a man and hearing you should loose weight. And it happened. At my consultation he said it. Surprisingly, It was not crushing and I didn’t want to crawl into a ball and die a little, like I thought I would before hand. I didn’t, because he said it as an encouragement and explained how the results of the surgery would be benefitted if I was able to drop more weight. He was not belittling or body shaming. Dr Chong, made my worse nightmare of being topless and found lacking a stupid thought in my OWN head and was nothing but professional and respectful. I left his office so excited and looking forward to the surgery day. I am eternally grateful for that consultation. I am 3 months post surgery and seeing results every day. I love my new body and can’t wait for bikini weather ???? In all honesty, 5 stars isn’t enough for the quality of care I received. I could go on more and more. I had gynecomastia correction done in December 2020. It was something I had wanted since I was 14 years old, and finally had saved for months to being able to have the privilege of having it done! When I did my research, it seemed to be that Dr. Chong was one of the most sought after in the city. So I choose to go with the best. The experience was surreal and it all happened so fast. If you're getting the same procedure, know that the first two month of healing will be the most awkward, but trust that the final results will look amazing once everything heals.

This review is long overdue. After months of research, I made the decision to go with Dr. Feng Chong for my breast augmentation and I'm so glad I did! He was informative, professional and honest. He helped me chose a size that was appropriate for my body type and lifestyle and I'm loving them! It's been 2 years and I've had no issues and everything has healed amazing! It's hard to prepare yourself for any type of surgery and needless to say, I was very nervous but also excited the day of surgery. All I can say is do NOT worry! Feng Chong and his team were reassuring and really helped calmed down any nerves I had. My bf let me know the surgery only took 35 mins which is pretty crazy. The entire thing flew by! I had little to no pain after surgery and the upcoming weeks. The best way I could describe it was just a tight feeling, which wasn't even uncomfortable at all. There is something to be said about a Dr. who says 'you need help, I can help you, I want to help you' in regards to my needing a breast augmentation (reduction) in a true sincere manner. He is a very caring Dr. who will not judge you as I had been by others. I have always been heavy chested all my life because of genetics and weight. After losing a lot of weight and the loss not being on the top part of me, a reduction was needed and Dr. Chong was willing to do the surgery for me. The outcome has been, I'm a new woman! To say that a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders (and body) is an understatement. This man is a miracle worker. His staff are so helpful and caring, they all make a great team. I recently had a breast augmentation performed by Dr. Chong. I gave him 5 stars due to the quality of his work. He is truly amazing at what he does. Although, as I have heard from many others, he could work on his bedside manner. Which was my experience during my sizing appointment I understand that this is his everyday job so it may not seem like a big deal to him, but for most of us this is a life changing experience that we have been waiting many many years for. BUT the day of my surgery he was actually very kind and made me feel at ease. Dr. Chong, the anesthesiologist, the nurses, and particularly the receptionist helped calm my nerves and had me feeling very comfortable before heading into surgery. Recovery was relatively easy, although I do think they should have a 1 week or 2 week follow up appointment. If it weren't for Google I would have no idea if I was healing properly. All in all it was a good experience. Dr. Chong really is an artist. I haven't felt this confident in myself since before I had children. If in the future I ever decided to get more work done I would not hesitate to reach out to Dr. Chong.

I called this facility as a guidance system after having my breast done abroad and huge concerns!!! The lady who answered the phone had very little care about my situation and told me she didn’t know what I should do and good luck with everything. ( to me this is a very unsettling feeling when dealing with a dr. Office . ) She never told me to go to any dr that I could be infected, she nvr informed me on the importance of this or that the hospitals have drs that could help me. Luckily I called a different drs office a female dr. , Dr. Lisa Korus , and the lady who answered was very helpful while not being their patient and not accepting new patients she told me to seek medical treatment from the hospital or medi clinic, I went to the hospital and was immediately put on IV antibiotics, have an ultrasound appointment and was referred to a plastic surgeon. This shows how little this office cares and undertrained the staff is at dr office is !!!

I cannot express enough gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Chong's talent, passion, expertise, and professionalism. These qualities were demonstrated throughout my entire process, and not just with Dr. Chong but his entire staff. From the moment I first called the office and spoke to Nakita and McKenzie all the way to my current 8-week check up. I have wanted to get a breast augmentation for about 14 years and almost flew down to Miami twice to get this procedure done. I have spoke with three plastic surgeons throughout the years and never felt confident going forth with surgery until I spoke with Dr. Chong and his staff. I can say without a doubt he is extremely skilled and educated in his profession and the standard of his work is worth every investment made (and more). Another aspect I really appreciated regarding this process is how much pride he takes in the quality of his work. When I went into the office for my sizing appointment I essentially told him, "I trust you and want to know what size you think will best suit my body type (keeping it look more natural for the purpose of my job and being a mom)." He gave me his professional opinion and honestly, I do not think he could of done a more perfect job - they are absolutely a perfect balance between making me feel and look sexy, feminine, confident, and myself. I should mention this demonstrates the amount of trust I had in Dr. Chong as I get quite a bit of anxiety in a simple hair cut hah. Even the morning of the surgery, I wasn't even nervous or scared, which again is astonoshing for me. I thought I was going to cry and start freaking out but I felt at ease, supported, and safe every step of the way. I strongly recommend to anyone reading this to trust Dr. Chong and his staff on a big decision such as this - they will take care of your needs and wishes, treat you with respect, and leave you feeling beyond pleased/assured in your decision. I recently had surgery with Dr. Chong, October 2018 to be exact. I had done lots of research before booking my consult with Dr. Chong. Everything I could find as amazing reviews and I also had a few close friends that had surgery with him recently as well. ALL amazing results! I booked my consult 3 months prior. At the time there office was still downtown(Yes parking was little harder but nothing doable). The receptionist and Chantel were all great to deal with. I felt very comfortable. I had my consult with Dr. Chong and he was very professional and answered all my questions. I did have to travel 6 hours, therefore If you are 100% sure you are wanting your procedure I'd suggest to book your second consult the same day if you have to travel. I ended up in luck and got in the same day. After my fitting I booked my surgery date and Chantel was amazing with my million on emails. Surgery day, went very well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I am currently 2 months post surgery and had my followup appointment. I would have to say the new location of the office is an amazing spot. There is a Starbucks downstairs and much more parking. So thats very nice. Again, reception was amazing and welcoming. My followup with Dr.Chong was great. He answered all my questions and just told me to book a 6 month followup. Again I would 110% recommend Dr.Chong you will not be disappointing. My result are amazing! Cheers!!
