I was treated by Dr. Yeung and nurse Cynthia for deep acne scars with PRP and microneedling. I was actually amazed with the results as the improvement was significant than the 5+ other laser treatments I had completed at another clinic operated by a family doctor in BC. My scars are less noticeable and I feel a lot better about my skin. I'd like to come back for another treatment as it was a fairly painless procedure and "worth it" in my opinion.

Totally recommend Cynthia and her team! I've been going to Cynthia for well over two years now (total of four procedures). Through each procedure, she ensured that I was well informed and educated, and provided me with a lot of great recommendations based on my facial features. Would 100% recommend choosing art&fact for your beauty needs. I started doing laser hair removal for the first time and was initially nervous but Cynthia, Melissa and the entire team made me feel safe and comfortable. I've found that some other clinics sometimes focus on "fixing your flaws" but I like that art&fact really emphasizes accentuating your natural beauty. The new location is stunning and the staff are knowledgeable and welcoming - you can tell they're passionate about their work. I trust them wholeheartedly and will definitely be looking into other services here!

Summer's here and I have the staff at art&fact to thank for hairless armpits. I'm not sure why the 10+ other hair removal treatments with the Fotona laser didn't work for me so my best guess is that the staff and art&fact are trained better or are more experienced in knowing what they need to do for different patients? I really recommend this beautiful clinic if you're considering any hair removal/laser treatment.

I came in for laser services and the customer service started before even entering the clinic. Booking the appointment for the initial visit was a pleasant experience thanks to Ela. Throughout the visit you are taken care of by the team who makes you feel like you are part of the art&fact family. The team is very informative, took great care in making sure I was comfortable, and are dedicated to help address my concerns. The client care continued even after my appointment with post-service check-ins to ensure my skin was healing properly.

Dr. Yeung and his staff are incredible people. My mom has been under their care since they were based out of Peter Lougheed/Market Mall Professional Center. Dr. Yeung caught something that was missed by other doctors. Needless to say, we feel very fortunate that Dr. Yeung is our mom's surgeon. My sisters and I are excited to book in for services as the new facility looks beautiful and they look to have expanded services to include facials, lasers, etc. that I love getting so I don't show my age ;)

When I started my journey with Dr Yeung I did not think I'd feel and look as good as I do now. The results were instant and durastic. Dr. Yeung and his staff were very professional and genuinely nice. They would reply to my emails within hours and answered every question I had. I'd get calls after my surgery to check in and see how I was doing. Overall, best experience I've had. I have definitely recommended to a few friends and will continue to recommend and speak highly of Dr. Yeungs work and his staff.

I felt so incredibly comfortable and informed through out the entire process. Dr. Maleka Ramji was present in the room while Cynthia was injecting and answered questions that I had about a possible future surgical rhinoplasty procedure. Dr. Maleka Ramji was very informative and had such a non aggressive approach in explaining the surgical procedure to me.
